I had booked one bus ticket from visakhapatnam to hyderabad by Gagana Travels through AbhiBus service India for journey on 27/01/17 at 10PM bus at Rs.670/- fare. But I felt sick, so I can not travel. But the AbhiBus.com is not allowing me to cancel the ticket. How the ticket will be cancelled and I will get the refund.Tickt No.ABRS5317758

    You have very bad and pathetic service norms and customer care. And you registered un-trusted service providers in your list (MAHAVAT TRAVELS).

    Their Buses are not safe for travel first:
    1. Not Punctual on time (Pick-up & Drop)
    2. Different Drop locations they drop
    3. Untidy floor and entire bus
    4. No Safety Measures in Bus
    5. Unsafe & Rash Driving
    6. Impolite Staff
    7. Cargo on Inside Pathway

    Beyond that you people (AbhiBus) are not responsible for any of the following terms (Print on your tickets).

    Terms and Conditions
    1. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. (Why Should We Book With AbhiBus)

    2. Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 min. before the scheduled time of departure. (If you give tentative timings, how should you tell about reporting time).

    3. AbhiBus is not responsible for any accidents or loss of passenger belongings. (If any accident happened due to bus like MAHAVAT, who is responsable for our lifes)

    4. AbhiBus is not responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of AbhiBus. (Why Should We Book With AbhiBus)

    5. If a bus/service is canceled, for tickets booked through AbhiBus, the refund money is transferred back to the passenger's Credit/Debit card or Bank Account used for booking. (This AbhiBus is for only generating money through cancellations).

    6. Cancellation charges are applicable on Original fare but not on the Discounted Fare. (AbhiBus is for only generating money through cancellations).

    Most worst travel experience I had with AbhiBus and MAHAVAT this time. I will surely take this issue to consumer forum against these untrusted service providers.

      Ticket booked on 4 th Jan 2017 for the journey of Bangalore to Hyderabad on[protected], it was confirmed by abhibus.com through sms. My boarding point is Marthalli Opp kalamandir at 10:30 pm, so rushhed to the norading point in advance. and there is no office related to the operator. There is no information or even call till i inquired about my journey on 12-Jan at 10:01pm, after so many calls to the mentioned numbers in sms,
      operator conveyed that the bus is cancelled and there is no booking on my details, also they said "this information is passed to (cancellation of bus) to abhibus as well" and they are very rude. all this information is enlighten at that time of departure time. finally i am on road without any dinner, with so many pains.

      When i Enquired the same issue with customer care of abhi bus they said we will register a complaint\r\n ID: 534946. to refund the amount of ticket.

      again i called all the above numbers to fetch the details of bus around 10:01 to 11:03 (but actually the is scheduled as 10:30 PM) but they all get in vain.

      Finally, i called to customer care at 10:03 pm once again for alternative arrangement but they said simply to arrange your own alternative and we will process for refund within seven working days.

      So i went my own alternative arrangement to catch other bus by spending 1500 Rs towards my journey.

      It hurt me lot, because i paid 7 days before to book ticket for my safe planned journey. but the operator is very worst service. they don't even no how to speak with customer.

      I never faced this situation earlier with abibhu is because i use to travel every week to and fro most of the times booked tikect through abhi only, my suggestion to abhibhus is please include only the exact person's mobile number responsible to provide correct details of the bus(operator).

      During the neck of the time waste time calling all like technical people, etc bla bla.. and also please provide correct BUS Number with Driver Name: and Mobile. Better you close with agreement with this type operators else you will lose loyal customers.

      My cashback balance is Rs.1598/- the same balance is not allow me to use at the time of next bus booking. when i call to customer care they told me that you can not use this balance and she is diverting the problem unnecessary and not give proper solution.

        My name is srivardhan

        I have recently booked a ticket from kurnool to hyderabad on[protected]

        In confusion i booked that ticket on 15th actually my journey was supposed to be on 16th january. I will accept that was my mistake 100%.

        But before journey i didn't get any message from abhi bus or salabham travels (Executive class) for every journey i will get a message before my journey with bus details and contact number of the driver.

        This time i didn't get any information about that "why".

        I need a response immediately if not i know how to proceed.

        That salabham idiots don't even know english, telugu, hindi. They know only one language that i didn't understand.

          I am not happy with srs bus service. While i was booking my seat, they provided a bus which number is py 01 ch 1633. Date (15/01/2017) client number -[protected], [protected], route (Tirunelveli to chennai). Whatever commitment they gave, but not provided anything. The bus not came on time, i asked him about bus he told quietly, "sorry sir u get bus in few mins", i have waited from 8.40 p. M to 9.40 p. M, but he called me back to my phone when i was standing near by the bus-stand and talked rudely, "where are you.. Bus was waiting for 10 mins for you", and when i came back and saw the bus, they changed the bus itself also changed my seating arrangement (From front to back last seat). When i ask about that the bus coordinator not responding properly. He spoke very rudely.
          I am very un-happy with the services, i suggest all of them to ignore these kind of worst service provider (Srs travels)

            Dear Team,

            I have faced issue with Kallada tours and travels, Raised complaint with Abhibus Customer Care, They have checked, enquired told me that money will be sent to my freecharge account with in 1 Day but till now money is not sent to me. Because of this issue I have paid money from my own pocket which costs 250 rs. This happened 18 days back. Each and every time I used to call they are telling me money will be sent with in 24 hours but I did not receive money till now. I have called 8 times but issue is same.Kindly help on this.

            Sorry I could not found Bus option I have selected Railways.

              While I am booking bus ticket, the gender could not be appear default it choose the female(That seat is reserved for only for ladies). so I would like to know weather I can change the seat or cancel the seat by contact the customer. Whenever I call to the customer he can always says that customer not talking the will be terminated... Thank you for calling... I can call so many times... Every time those are saying same as like a tape recorder. Different persons . Those are never trying to ask the problem also ... This kind of response never faced in my life from other services . It happened 2nd time from Abhi bus. I would made a decision that never use this...

                Dear sir,

                I booked ticket through abhibus, journey on 11pm 16th Dec. but that bus was cancelled by TSRTC. At that time i made a call to abhi customer care. he said your money will be refunded within 7 working days. so that once again i booked ticket on the same day but 9pm. But till know i didn't receive my money back.

                Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible. I attached respective images pfa.

                  I have a booked the ticket from tirupati to ongole through abhibus.com. But they cancelled bus without intimation.. And they not provide alternate. They wasted my hr1:30mins... I have given call to diwakar travel people, they are speaking irresponsibility... I have given call to abhi bus people they are telling you will get refund and taking your feedback.

                  How will see the customer... I don't have money to choose other service, why because i have booked the ticket... Now what is the resolution...

                    Hi,

                    i was trying to book ticket bangalore to ongole thorugh abhibus, while doing payment through freerecharge 1225 rs. transaction got failed .

                    but my amount is debited in freerrcharge account but seat is not booked in abhibus.

                    i just called the abhibus constmer care and informed my amount is debited and ticket is not booked, he replied with we will book another ticket and returns the money 5 to 7 working days,

                    he didn't cal again to book the ticket and my money is not returned

                    Every time i need to book the ticket for two times. first time it was automatically failed and second time successful. but for the two times my money was debited and it took 7 working days to credit again. it was really irritating process

                      I tried booked the ticket on 2nd Jan 2017 and got failed, but for failure transactions also money has been deducted twice .daily when i am calling abhi bus customer care executives they putting me long time hold and not retrieving my call back.every time it is connecting to too different people and need to explain the situation.Even the support team is not responding to mails..its a very bad service.

                          Jan-1-17 i book the bus from. Abi bus i paid from free charge wallet my 430 rupees was deducted and in free charge showing successful of transaction but my ticket not generated and my money also not revert back to my account they peploe looting us.. By this way the told me they not received any amount so wat about below prof of my free charge transaction list am demanding my money back...

                            I came through Kanaka Durga Travels. They had 2 buses scheduled at same time. I got into the first bus, which i didn't have seat in it. Made me get down the bus. Staff was drunk and quaralled with me and other passenger. Unnecessarily involved in others conversation, scolded and told will not take you in the next Bus. Used Chandra Babu Naidu is his Boss and threatened not to take in the next bus, asked to do whatever I can. Next bus people without showing me name in the chart took me into bus and pretended respecting as well threatening. They gave wrong driver name, number. Both services with same 7777 number, not gave full Plate Number. Literally any one should not advised to take this Kanaka Durga Travels. Not even punctual in time and created confusion and Used bad words and mouth. Called Abhibus customer which did not respond right way first time, connected travels but no talk over the phone. Especially Vijayawada Travels are prejudiced about abhibus and advertisement with Mahesh and being Boss asCBN

                              I've been waiting for bus for an hour and the bus didn't arrive at all.Have called up Abhi bus customer service 6 times and they gave me drivers numbers which do not exist.
                              This is the worst, unfair and irresponsible behaviour towards customers.
                              If the bus was cancelled for any reason, you should have informed before hand, I would have gone with alternatives.
                              Please give me back my 500/-.

                                This was my worst bus journey, Komitala/Yatragenie bus operators did not start until the bus got filled, they wasted around 1 hour to fill the empty seats. Courtesy and service was also very bad. Bus condition very poor and not at all clean. Push back seat did not work well. Plz do not travel in this bus, they reached destination by 2 hours late. When passengers got down at Vijayawada or Rajmaundry or other locations, they did not start until those seats were filled. .. A very unhappy jouerny - YGT[protected] Reference No: O_21799114

                                  When i had booked the ticket it got stuck because abhi cash was not working properly, so when called them they said they are cancelling it & would refund me money in 7 days. but after that,
                                  Despite calling 7 times & spending hundreds of rupees to calling their high rate customer care nos, i got no refund & its been a month now.
                                  I even sent 4 times the email about it, sent the screenshots of my freecharge account transaction as requested, but still no response.
                                  Every time i call representative says they call back in 2 hrs & i never get callback.

                                  This is very pathetic service abhibus is providing. first there abhicash is a scandal, it just simply doesn't work then when they cancel the ticket don't even bother to refund customers money.

                                    I booked ticket for travel from Hyderabad to Kakinada for 12th Jan 2017. Booking was done on 24th Dec 2016. When I wanted to cancel the ticket on 27th I was shocked to know that the ticket can not be cancelled. We don't read cancellation policy for each and every ticket. When we do online booking there will not be any restriction for cancellation. Please allow the cancellation. Ticket No.TS-ABB38737195VRS. Amount is INR 1700. When I contacted customer care of Abhibus at 11 pm on 27th Dec. I was told that the ticket can not be cancelled and I need to talk to Sitara Travels. This is not fair.

                                      I am sachin. my id for abhibus is [protected]@gmail.com. I booked bus from abhibus, they offered me cashback. I have done multiple transitions so I got total 450 rs cashback. Now when I am going to book a bus they are not allowing me to use that money, instead they are saying that you can only use some percent of your total cash. Its a fraud.

                                      True that.. I am also facing this problem, when I try to use abhi cash they cancel my ticket & dont give the refund.
                                      Abhibus is biggest fraud, I am launching social campaign to make sure no one should use it. Its a biggest fraud company.
                                      Yes I do agree with the above comments. Its not allowing to use the total abhi cash. We are not satisfied with the cash back. They want us to audict for the abhibus using the non usage of abhi cash. Its totally fraud. we do not encourage this. My rating is 0 its very very very bad. I don't like this and I hate this.

                                      I agree with all the above comments by the user. I got 1, 100 rs/- cashback in abhibus account for my earlier trip, when i'm trying to use abhibus cash for another trip, Customer care people are telling only 5% of the whole amount, can be utilized..

                                      Such a stupid app, where we cant use our own money which we spent.

                                      BIG FRAUD FOR CUSTOMER..

                                        I booked ticket from bangalur to tirupati on[protected], payment deducted in my account but ticket was not conformed 2 times, i am not able to received any msg forom your end, we traveled apsrtc bus we pay and get the ticket in the bus after i called to abhibus customer care people updated same, he said due to technical issue in our end will will check and refund the mount with in 4 to 5 working days, after i called to 15 December 2016 they are provided complaint number 488411. as per your complaint i waited till i am not received my money...yesterday i again to call to abhi customer care number one executive said transaction was declain you coordinate to your bank people he said simple...!!! again i called today she said its is under process you will received amount with in 5 to 6 bank working days ...your people playing any games to me final..

                                        AbhiBus Services India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        True that.. I am also facing this problem, when I try to use abhi cash they cancel my ticket & dont give the refund.
                                        Abhibus is biggest fraud, I am launching social campaign to make sure no one should use it. Its a biggest fraud company.
