I am a customer for ABN AMRO freedom credit card and i have that card for like last 3 years ...recently i had one of the worst customer service experiences as on my freedom credit card there is one of the offers that if i buy a cell phone on that card i can convert that amount into 3 months easy interest free installments, which i did and i bought a fone by swiping my card...but before i swiping my card i called customer services TWICE to confirm that weather that particular 3 months easy installments scheme is on or not and is there any other service tax or educational tax or VAT for conversion of that amount in 3 interest freee installments and BOTH THE TIMES i got the same reply that yes there is no such charge ...advisor said once you swipe your card for purchase of the handset, , , after 2 days give a call and convert the amount and the needful will be done...i was very specific to this as i had some previous issues as well with my card...out of sudden after i called 2 days after the purchase to convert the amount to customer services and the advisor tells me that there would be a charge for 150 rupees as service tax, i objected why was it not told to me before the purcase while i called twice to confirm the same thing and i was not kept in the loop ...advsor hided the info about this and they charges me the service tax...i want to complain about is that y the advisor, i would say both the customer serice advisors dint informed me about that when i asked because i did that transcaction as per that scheme with no charge which i was charged ...lately...its not about 150 rupees AS ITS NOTHING TO ME but i feel shamed by such customer service and supervisor at customer services who are rude and the way they speak is absolutely threatening...the supervisor call shahzad says that do wat ever you want but the charges would not be waived off so i feel pity as after being paying all my bills always on time what i get in return is this!!

To whomso ever this concerns please look in to this as its cheating customer s without giving them proper info and further it leads to frauds from companies!!

SUPERVISOR CALLED SHAHZAD WHO WAS A BIT RUDE, NOTHING PERSONAL AGAINTS HIM BUT THE AFDVISOR WHO DIONT GAVE ME INFO, I THINK THEY SHOULD NOT BE SPARED, AT AAB AMRO CUTOMER SERVICES.

ABN AMRO Freedom Credit Card — AMOUNT DEBITED WITHOUT ANY UTILIZATION OF CREDIT CARD

IN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER [protected] BILL FOR THE PERIOD FROM 18.02.2008 TO 17.03.2008 AN AMOUNT OF RS 4000/- PLUS 494.40 SERVICE TAX HAVE BEEN DEBITED ON ACCOUNT OF PREMIER CLUB & SUPREME EXPERIENCE OFFER ON 27.02.2008, I REQUESTED ON TELEPHONIC CUSTOMER CARE CELL OF ABN AMRO CREDIT CARD CELL FOR WEAVE OF THE NON-UTILIZED AMOUNT. A DOCKET NUMBER FOR THIS COMPLAIN WAS GIVEN TO ME 2207 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE REQUEST WILL BE SOLICITED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS YOU HVE NOT TO PAY ANY AMOUNT AGAINST THIS BILL. I am Credit Card Holder of your Bank and Credit Card # [protected] I liketo draw your attention tht just I have received the bill for June-July 2008 and I found Rs. 4, 000.00 has been billed for the Membership of Premier Club & Supreme Experience Offer. In this connection, I like to mentioned from your call centre forceing me to accept the offer. I told them 1st. you send me details of your offer then only I consider your offer whether I will accept or not. For your information uptil now I do not received any think in writing. Before the offer I have to see what are the Terms & Conditions for this offer. I canot accept your offer blindly. Also I like to mention here as strong complain against you Call Centre that in a day they ring me even 4/5 times which is rediculaous because some time I am driving, I am in the impotant meeting, I am sleeping & taking rest. Please stop this type of distrubing by your Call Centre. If it is going on I have no other way to surrender my Credit Card of ABN-AMRO.

To day I phoned to your Credit Card Department and I talk to Mr. Raj Sing and my complain No. [protected]. After discussion, he suggested me, do not pay Rs. 4, 000.00 if I do not like and he allowed me to pay the balance amounts. Accordingly I am paying balance amounts except Rs. 4, 000.00. This is for your information.

ABN AMRO Freedom Credit Card — False charges against Credit Cards

I have an issue with ABN Amro Bank credit card No.[protected]. Inspite of clearing all my previous dues, I am being falsely debited with Rs 5055.50 for the month of August where in reality I have not used the card in any transactions. The bank has wrongly charged me against a 7 nights 8 days stay in some resort which I have never done. I have called up the customer care (Phone No.[protected] and after holding the line for 14 minutes, their executive called SAMIR addressed my complain stating that I have agreed to bear these charges and avail the offer. But this is not true. Why should I avail such an offer which I dont need? I was happy that my previous dues are cleared, but this new problem is troubling me a lot. I am holding cards of almost six different banks and have never failed a single payment. I have given a wrtten complain against them to the ombudsman and I will see an end to this. This is simply unscrupulous means of getting money from common people and I will not pay this at any cost. Let me see if they can use muscle power or legal measures. I will be prepared for both.

ABN AMRO Freedom Credit Card — CHEATING

This bank gives offers on phone .Even if you dont accept the offer, they add it on the next bill. When you try there customer care, you will never get an access . If you dont pay that amount they will be going on charging you late fine . Its my advise as a responsible citizen of INDIA never ever apply for ABN AMRO credit cards.
do not give my settelment latter after paid 15000 rupees.

ABN AMRO — Credit card Cheating

Please don't ever go near ABN AMRO Credit Card. You may be pestered for life time free card and you may yield after some time. They may ask you n number of documents that other bank don't ask. They may keepon asking the same and say they lost it etc., There will be n number of verification calls. After getting completely bogged down, the card will arrive along with its due share of trouble.

a) For the same due date, I paid 2 credit card payments one for ABN and the other some other, but ABN charged late fee whereas the other one did not. That too I had paid in advance to the due date. I think they purposefully present the cheque late for these charges. After a lot of arguments, they reversed the late fee and not the interest.

b) The holiday package fraud - Some one will call from Delhi. they will purposefully talk so fast that you do not understand. They will ask your date of birth, mother name as verification process. They will beg you that when their supervisor calls, we should not complain about this person. Instead should say he told everything (This is the catch!!). They will say if you tell the supervisor that things are not clear the first man will lose his job. They will literally beg. Please do not yield!!. Then will the charge come in the statement. if you take it up saying you did not opt for that, they will say you gave your mother name and date of birth and that amounts to acceptance (Complete cheating). I actually told them that I did not understand the offer and wanted them to send me a brochure. But they charged me.

SO THE DISPUTE OF LATE FEE CHARGES WAS OCCUR.

THE REQUEST WAS MADE BY MADE BY ME AND IT WAS COMMITTED THAT THE EXTRA AMOUNT WILL BE WAIVED OFF IN TO THE NEXT STATEMENT BUT AMOUNT WAS NOT WAIVED OFF.

WHENEVER I WENT TO PAY THE AMOUNT TO VANDY SOLUTIONS, COLLECTION, SEC-26, CHD
I CAME TO KNOW THAT THIS BRANCH HAS BEEN CLOSED DUE TO SOME DISPUTE WITH BANK.

I had never pay the amount by any source so that
DUE TO THE REASON, THIS TIME AGAIN, I was not able to pay the amount in time again.
REQUEST WAS MADE BY ME TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE REQUEST WILL BE SOLICITED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS YOU HAVE NOT TO PAY ANY AMOUNT AGAINST THIS BILL. BUT, IN NEXT BILL THE SAME AMOUNT CARRIED OVER AND DEMANDED TO PAY FROM ME, WHEN I IGNORED, I WAS ASKED TO DEPOSIT THE CURRENT UTILIZED AMOUNT BY CASH AND THE RECOVERY EXECUTIVE WAS SENT.
I immediately paid the same amount whenever the call was made by ur staff.
It was committed by ur staff that the late fee will not be charged.
But in the next statement the late fee was charged and
U are repeating the same again and again ( charges on charges) from the long time back.
I am paying the amount and paid more than Rs. 9000/- but instead of decreasing the amount is increasing. ( it reaches to 21, 800)

I had already paid to the bank amounting more than Rs. 9000/- (on monthly basis) and the transactions made by me are not more than 13000/- ( approx) so only Rs. 4000/ + reasonable rate of interest is pending according to me. But the big outstanding statement for the month of March 2009 (of Rs. 21800/-) has been sent by u. You are creating a lot of mental tension to me.

I am not using the same card from the long time back now due to the above mentioned reason.
Please view the detail of my total transactions made by me and minus the total amount paid my me and add the genuine rate of interest.

You are therefore requested to waive off ALL the extra charges and send me the statement i.e. (transaction amount - paid amount = (Rs. 4000/ approx) + rate of interest ) at my address as soon as much possible so that the amount may please by cleared and the card may be surrendered.

ABN AMRO Freedom Credit Card — Payment related charges

I am using the services of ABN Amro since 5 years. THis is to inform you the services of you guys are phatetic. I am using 5415-xxxx-xxxx-3617 Freedom Card. Every time there are lot of issues with you Guys.

I have submitted my Payment check on[protected] but this has been returned in my HDFC Bank account on 22nd January 2010. I have received the information from ABN AMro Bank side today in the form of e-mail and SMS Alert after the 3 days passed of my Due date. I called customer care to give my new check number of the same amount. He has passed this information that check return charges has been implemented and he forcibly said the words "you have to pay these charges and these charges will not be reversed and late fees will also been apply".

There was another issue which i have. I have been submitted one check in the month of March-09 which was wrongly written in the format of[protected]. At that time i was told this is a post dated check. I have submitted another check for Approx Rs.1700 on that time and i have given the request that the check should be returned to me. At that time Executive said we will not sent check back to card member. I said OK. But this check was submitted without my knowledge on october 3rd 2009. What are the charges for this problem I have all the proofs of this. Required Bank statement i can show to you. Please check all my communication In March 2009 and October 2009.

As a financial Institution, How can you send the check return information to cardmember after 4 days of the things happened. I think Bank always want how can we charge the customer.

I called in customer care on[protected] and wanna speak with Supervisor. Mahes said there is no supervisor available till[protected] morning 10 "o" Clock. What is this bull . Why there is no supervisor available. Why i have been charged for the check return charges when i have not got the information on time. If i have got the information on 23rd or 24th i can transfer the money online but now i won't do this because i have submitted the cheque for the amount of Rs. 200 in Sector 14 ATM, Gurgaon.

If customer has been charged for the check return charges, he should be get some additional payout for those post dated cheques(Which was issued wrongly sue to date formatt)which was not returned to custimer and submitted to bank without customer's information.

Sir,

I came to Chennai in July 2007 and joined one of the software firm in Chennai. Myself is Irafan Mohammad and i had applied for ABN AMRO credit card in 2007. While submitting the application form, i had given a xerox copy of Passport, Company id card and pay slip to one of the executive at our office premices who told that he will apply for the credit card. At that time i was staying at Room no 15, second floor, sri new tulasi shopping complex, Navallur, Chennai.

But till date i had not received my credit card. In Jan'10 or Feb'10 i got a call from Sundar, stating that he is from ABN AMRO bank and i need to pay the credit card bill. I told him that till date i had not received the card and why should i pay the money. After that there was no communication from any body.

And again in 30th Oct'10 i got a call from Sunil - stating that he is from ABN AMRO bank - chennai and i need to clear the credit card bill that too on the same day.

I once again told the same story that i had not received the card and i won't pay the amount. These people are just calling me and telling me that i need to pay the amount, but i am really not aware for that they are asking me for.

I am requesting the concerned authority to look into this matter and resolve this.

    My earlier card ABN AMRO freedom card([protected]) has expired and been recieved new smart card ([protected]) . For the last two times when i used the card, machine was showing the card is declined. please examine. it is shame for me that i could not use even though my payment track was good.
    I have given cheque for 10, 000/- dt.01/01/2009 against the last bill i recieved. please see that it is accounted properly.
    Regarding this I request you to reply soon.

      The customer care service is so poor that they even insult me and keep me waiting for 10 minutes.

          Hi,

          I am writing in regard to a request placed for fresh debit card and a check book. It all started when the machine swallowed my debit card after I incorrectly entered the ATM pin thrice.

          From my past experiences, I knew it would be a hassle to request a card and get it delivered within 7 working days as claimed by the customer care executive. I have faced a similar problem some six months back when it took almost 3 weeks for the bank to deliver the ATM PIN requested. There is always a confusion and inability to coordinate between the courier service and the bank executives to simply get the PIN/card delivered to corresponding address. This time again, it was DEJAVU when despite of my repeated requests and reminders the card was delivered to my residential address instead of correspondence. The irony is that, the PIN is delivered at correspondence address to me. I am not sure what kind of logic is that to deliver PIN and CARD at two different locations and in 3 weeks span (I am sure its more than 7 working days). And the check book is still undelivered because now I guess they must be looking for a third different address to deliver the check book. The operations followed by the bank is completely incompetent.

          Someone with slightest presence of mind could have used customers mobile number to get in touch and deliver to the right person at the right place.

          The sad thing is I don't see any improvement in treating the customers righteously. The bank was incompetent 6 or 8 months back and still it is following the same stale and lame procedures.

          A frustrated customer is always requested by the customer care executive to be polite and that they completely understand what one is going through. But the solution provided is inefficient again. Because once the card is delivered at a different location (mind you without customers permission) there is no other way to speed up the process and get it delivered in the right hands.

          I wish I could file a formal case against the bank! But then who has the time. I will be closing the account with this bank as customers are your least priority and its too agonizing to deal with these lousy services.

            i have settled the due with the bank way back in 2004, the delayed payment for more than a year is due to misplaced cheque by the bank which was deposited in bangalore collection center, i came to know very late & finally made repayment, i would like to know why my name still appear in the list

              Hi, I paid a amount of 10, 000 to Birla sunlife from my ABN Ambro credit card.due to some reason the reversal of Rs 10, 000 was done by Birla sunlife to ABN Amro.
              I called the customer care people of ABN Amro that this reversal is being done please check and let me know.They confirmed at that time this has been done.Now i am getting call from some consumer risk department that pay this amount as they have never erecd the reversal.I showed him a letter from Birla sunlife that this reversal has been done but they are so illetrate that they dont understand and start abbusing me .

              Now they are harrasing me.Please adevise what should I do

              I am Mr Rajesh B Kurhade and i have recd the statement for my card no [protected] for the month of june 2011 i have noticed that u have charged me the charges of Rs 650/- as late fee.But by mistake the amount was deposited in my other RBS credit card no [protected] which is in the name of my wife Mrs Mangal Rajesh Kurhade i would kindly like to request u to wave out the late fee as it was a clerical mistake.

              The second thing is i m complaining from last 2 to 3 months regarding the hard copy of statement is not been sent to me i m only receiving the sms and mail and due to the same the above problem had occured by me

My account number : 955862 was closed around March 2007 without my consent. i didnot recieve any call from anyone about my account details, i even registered a complaint in the bank and got a call from the bank representative asking me to open a new bank account. i was banking with ABN AMRO for more than 5 years and was paying my car and personal loan installments. i have incurred fees from GE Capital...

                I am holding this card since year 2005 and paying my dues regularly my request you kindly reverse Rs. 650/- LATE FEE to my card account

                And my complain is that from your bank NEHA MADAM harassing me by calling me repeted time and at odd time by making call from various Delhi based phone no. like[protected] she is threatening me and putting me under harassment and trying to create a picture as I am hard core criminal or a habitual offender I am thinking appropriate legal action against you including filing of a complaint before Hon. Consumer disputes redressal forum for redressel of his grievances and for claiming a compensation on account of the physical and mental torture affiliated by you
                So Bank will be fully responsible for any consequences.

                This is about my ABN Amro credit card no - [protected]. in the month of March I got a call from the collections department by someone names Anuj (he also gave me his mobile number - [protected]) saying that I can settle my card account by paying Rs. 14321/- to which I agreed and asked the executive to send it to me in writing to which he agreed. Till date I haven't received an letter from your end. Today I got a call again from the collections department by someone named Tabrez. Just wanted everyone to know that the way he was speaking was absolutely not right. since he was raising his voice on the phone, I refused to pay the amount after which he started humiliating me and called up my home phone number and spoke to my mother (which was kind of a harassment). This kind of misbehavior and false promises (from Anuj) are definitely not accepted. Even now I am not sure if I'll be making the payment or not as I have been mislead and insulted by the bank executives.

                  i am holding abn amro credit card.i have converted some amount on easy installment.evry month i used to drop the cheque of my payment in drop box one week before of my due date.as i am out of india from last four months one of my friend use to put the cheque.as i am dropping the cheque one week before it come to my account one day late.after the due date.although i have complaint regarding this to bank they cahrge me late fee that is around 4500 rs.

                  Abn amro bank is a real cheater. They cheat every citizen like any thing. For the last eight months i didnt receive any bank credit card statement but after due date they make a call with all the late fees, taxes and what not being calculated on that. I had called around 10 times to customer care about sending me the estatement. But every time they updated my email but never got the one.
                  There is one person called Santosh with cell number [protected]. He took payment from me with a promise that he will take care of all the disputes and will raise a complaint with main brach. But the guy is absconding for the last one month.
                  Please suggest should i go through legal ways to teach them a lesson.
                  I was offered credit card by Abn Amro bank at free of cost. After keeping it for few years I made the final settlement with the bank on 26/10/2007 for which I have the final settlement letter. But still bank peopl keep on calling me saying that, that letter of settlement has been cancelled by the bank without giving any reason or written documentation.
                  Write a letter to bank's CEO or Managing Director. Alternatively, you can file a written complaint with your home branch and if the response doesn't come within 30 days, you can move to RBI.
                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had been issued an ABN AMRO credit card in 2005. After it was issued i had made a few purchases against which i have always made regular payments. Infact there were times when the bank failed to send the statements and i took the initiative and called the call centre to make the payments.

                  Bank has never been bothered to send statements in time. The last purchase on my card was around Rs 400/- or so which i am not very sure but still they did not send me the statement for the same as usual. I was expecting a baby and then it slipped my mind also but had they sent a statement i would have made the payment. After 6 months i remembered and called up the call centre, and they assured me to send a statement which they did not. I again contacted them twice but with no response from them.Now after so many years the bank has got active after accumulating so much of late payment fees on my principal amount and asking me to do a full and final settlement.

                  The guy name Mr. Ashok kumar calls me now and he doesnt even want to provide me my statement and says that it is in my favour to do this settlement as they have put my name in CIBIL.Its threatning on the banks part and doing injustice to the customer. First of all they dont give statements purposely and then after accumulating so much late fees intentionally calls after so many years and threatens to make payment in name of CIBIL.

                  What option does a customer has now?Is there any justice or not. I am ready to make the payment of my purchase but why for the late fees which on the fault of bank.I request you to please look into this matter and do justice to me.This is defamation to me by putting my name in CIBIL.

                    I had a outstanding against my abn amro cedit card no. [protected]. Which i had paid to the Bank. Amount Rs. 15585. This was a long outstanding due. I had asked for the statement as to how the amount was dereived at and i was not provided the details. I have not recieved the no due settlement statement also. The bank is as usual cheating people.

                    I am working for Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd since last 20 years as officer. On two various occasssion your DSA/Agents of ABN AMRO have collected my application for Titanium card along with my salary slip & residence proof but till date I have not received any reply from their side. I had opted for two add on cards also which was there under that scheme. Is my application rejected OR card is issued the bank has not informed me till date.Why?

                      Well next time i[censored] get a call 4m ABN amro credit card division stating tht u have won some laptops, holidays ...or any thing like a special offer, just disconnect d call.
                      believe me its a complete piece of crap...I have been a victim of such stupid offers ...a few months back i received a call 4m their end stating that they had a good life program worth approx Rs.5000 tht would offer me an international holiday...a dinning card.& a lot more benefits. d main fact is tht they expain u such offers in such a manner tht u hardly understand it.On getting tempted by the international holiday.i was ready to shell out 5000 buck 4m my credit card.After Nearly 2 months i received the package of the good life program...on opening it i discovered tht the dining card was valid only @ one location in nasik where I presently stay...& as far as the international holidays are concerned they only offer u with d hotel charges nothing more than tht.Also i[censored] r interested in a holiday u have to provide them with atleast preference of the 3 destinations.& processing fees of Rs.500.00

                      You are absolutely right sir, even m a victim of the same. not only do they ask you Rs. 500 but also Rs.1700 as utility charges when you book the hotel and hotels are such that they would otherwise even wnt cost u that. Upon that you have to plan your holidays as per their terms. Its a real crap...

                      Completely agree. Its sad that a bank of such international repute gets into such conning business. I have been hardly able to use this card and the holiday package is a total waste..You have to be totally jobless person to avail this package--- No bookings between Dec 24th to Jan 2nd / Cannot be sure of the destination as the company would decide between the 3 prefrred destinations that you have to tick / Booking would be extremely limited for Goa / Booking request for specific date and destination can be chargeable and many more riders.. If you could really get past these, then you know really have gone beyond to take some value out of this card. I really wish ABN wthdraws this package and refunds the money to restore the lost respect for their future marketing calls.

                      I would like to tell my experience in short.
                      First I received my card 5 months after applying for it, I am fed up all servers down and process related issues.
                      After months of numerous calls I received the package with a confusing holiday offer with lots of hidden charges and no Dining Card inside. Then I called them hundredth time about whereabouts of my dining card and a month after I was able to receive it that too without directory of places where I can shop with it.

                      Also, while applying for card they offered lifetime validity and now card shows a year of validity and when asked for the same they said we can renew it at nominal charges.(Wow! nice way to trap)
                      Finally I asked them can you please cancel the card, "No sir there is no cancellation option for this" was the reply.

                      Is there any procedure to sue these people? Please let me know.

                      Many thanks for putting such things on Net. I want to add some details "They offered me the Hotel in Mussorie "sterling Resorts" than i asked for the utility charges from them which I came to know after this article. Than they told me sir hold the lines I have to check with senior person and she came with no answer and stating that you have to check with RESORT Guys. Please don't go to any such scheme where you don't have clarity about each and everything.

                      Dont accept or receive any of the telemarketing calles from ABN Amro Good life programme calls.

                      After received lot of calls from them. I booked same package on 13th Jan 2009. Finally on 25th Jan...I realize, I did not receive any details till now. But no one picked my call...on 26th I called up ABN AMRO CC department and asked about GLP (Good Life Program), they provided other #s[protected],[protected],[protected]...but no success...I googled GLP and found this post...then I called up ABN AMRO CC department and requested to cancel the GLP...how ever they put the request to cancel this program...I am not sure, where they will cancel this package or not...or how much amount they will deduct...But I am really happy to know truth and cancel this ABN AMRO Good Life Program...

                      Until they have lost their reputation, they never realize what a burden it was.

After recieving the card when I spoke them again they said they want go through the recording again to asked me to call back after one day. When I called them after a day they very reluctant and argued that everything in the recording is fair and good and nothing can be done.

                      So I request not to go for this offer..

                      I had mentioned in a previous post that I have opted for the program. Now, I realize that this is a fradulent scheme.

                      So, I will be taking legal recourse to get back my money and ensure that the fraud is not perpetrated any longer on other innocent victims.

                      I will be making sure that the bank pays me punitive damages so that they will be deterred from making similar false promises in the future.

                      I will keep you all posted regarding further developments as I proceed with filing the complaint.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that a sum of rupees 9900/- was deducted on my above-mentioned credit card towards premium club offer during the statement period[protected] to[protected]. I have neither authorized anyone nor agreed for any membership fee deduction from my card account. When they called, I declined the offer and never signed any agreement agreeing for the same.

                      The same has been registered as a complaint with your customer care service thru phone banking on 26-06/2009 at 4.30 pm,and the complaint no is [protected] and the customer service executive is Mr.Rajahekar. Since there was no response from your side I called up your customer service department again on 01 july 2009 at 1.35 pm and spoke to your customer care executive MR. Shaan.

                      I registered a third complaint with your customer care on 17/07/09 at 9.50 am attended by Ms.Harindhar.

                      On 3 nov 2009 at 4 pm I spoke to your customer care dept and one Mr.Ditin attended me and explained him all the discrepancies. He gave another complaint no [protected]. for which there was no response as usual.

                      20 dec 2009 at 1pm another complaint was registered, explaining the case to Ms.Nishitha, she gave me a new complaint no[protected].

                      The outstanding amount of Rs 9900 is the one, which I asked to reverse, as I did not agree for any membership. The balance amount which I used for my own, has been paid on time and my repayment track record can also be checked for my intention on payments.

                      I am still using your card and making payments for the purchases I made, but I am not willing to pay for the excess charged for no mistake of mine.

                      Adding to my agony, I have been charged with penal interest and late fee charges.

                      Now your collection executives make threatening calls day in and day out to take out my peace. For no mistake of mine, your executives have mentally tortured me.

                      I request you to kindly look in to this on priority and solve this issue within 3 days time or ill be forced to issue / sue a case against your company.

                      Hope our relationship will continue further.

                      I took the program after reading 'T&C's' on the website. It was nice on the banks side to give such a wonderful offer. I enjoy the benefits.
                      I called customer services for my full knowledge of product & they always help me fully.. They are very nice & cheeerful. Tell me every detail of the good life program & i enjoy the benefits of the program.

                        MY CARD NO IS [protected]. DURING THE MONTH OF MAY 2007 ABN AMRO HAS CHARGED MY CARD WITH SOME EXPENSES WHICH I HAVE NOT INCURRED. AFTER LONG EMIAL EXCHNAGES AND TELECON, IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2008, THE CHARGES ARE REVERSED. BUT NOW THE BANK IS SAYING THEY WILL TAKE 60 DAYS TO UPDATE THE RECORD IN CIBL.JUST BECAUSE OF THERE FAULT THE ACCOUNT STATUS IN CIBIL IS SHOWING WRITTEN OFF AND MY HOME LOAN IS STUCK BECAUSE OF THE BANK MISTAKE.                           I losed my credit card on 30/11/2008.but i noticed on 04/12/2008.
                          Mean while card was misuesed by unknown person upto 58, 150 rs.
                          i made a call bank call center and blocked the card. then i send one letter to bank also,
                          after that i approched police station then they have taken complaint from me and given me one letter with compleint number and CI sign and stamp on that format.
                          they asked me the details of mirchant where card was swiped, then i palced request to bank for charge slips, that request is in process.now i received one mail from bank to pay that money

                          Now What should i do?

                          in this type of scenario what is the process to avaid the payments from my side and protect from bank people.

                          Please give me the suggestion and process of this

                          It is bring to your kind attention that my ABN AMRO CARD NO. [protected] was transited on dated 29/11/09 at 12.50 A.M. by net theft. I have acknowledge the matter by the S.M.S. Facility of the bank. I was contact the customer care person of your bank, he told me that the transaction was not cleared & my total amount will be reversed.
                          But the matter of fact that again consulting with customer care person, he told that the matter is cleared within 40-45 days.
                          Now, I am for serious for this matter, pls I would request you to take immediate step to cleared the matter.
                          For your information I was purchased only 50/- for Bharti Airtail on dated 31st Oct till now nothing purchased by me on this card.

                            I have a seriuos complain . In the month of July late i shifted to Mumbai from Pune I have given a request of address change in the month of September then in October. They have changed my new address (As cfmd by them but still i am not receving my statements on new address) in month of October for . Moreover they didnt tell me it will require upto 45 days (which i got to know on 5/12/08) to change it. So in last 3 statements they were charging late fees which is wrong. I wrote so many mails to them but they are not considering it.

                              mane abn amro bank se loanac/no [protected] liya tha meri sari payment timely jaa rahi thai .ek din achievers india walo ki call ai unke kaha ki sir main aap ki payment lene aa ju maine kaha sir aajo wo mera cheque le gaye mera cheque no 482107, date 03/04/2008 amont 2644 ka le gaye.wo cheqe miss kar diya phir phone aaya ki sir aap mujhe ek new cheque de do agar mujhe aap ka oid cheque mila to main aap wo de ga.aur jo late fee main way off kar du ga main kaha ok .maine ek new chequeno 482105 date 17/03/2008 amount 5288 ka de diya.uhene ne mera dono cheque bank me dal diye jise mera ek cheque 5288 ka bouns ho gaya.maine unko complaint ki par koi jawab nahi aaya .ab unke late fee laga laga kar use 4119 kar diya ab unhe mujhe 1000 rs way off kar diya ab wo muhe 3119 ke liya parshan kar rahe hai main ye amont pay nahi kar sakta plz shout out my promble

                                This is to keep you informed and to seek your help in regard to the problem i am facing with ABN AMRO Bank Loan Dept. since the grant of PL of Rs. 368211/- as on 14/11/08.

                                Even after repetitive complaints through mail and written and Face-to face i haven't recived any addressal from the banks side till now.

                                It started out when i noticed that i was charged Insurance Premium of Rs.13211/- without my knowledge and the same was deducted from my Total loan amount.

                                When escalated to the Loan Dept - Jay Chawla - (((Senior head of loan Dept. - Taking concerns in absence on Neetu Narula))) - he was not interested to listen to me. He was accompanied by Jatinder Shokeen - (((Business Manager - Personal Loan Dept. - Mobile# - 91-[protected]))) who states that he was on the phone line when confirmed before making me a member of the insurance coverage. As per him, Deepali Sharma ((( Tele-service - Who offered me the coverage and tried forcing me into it stating it is MANDATORY))) called up and he was on the conference line when Deepali took the YES from a female person on line as i (Munissh Ahuja) was driving the car.

                                Complaint# - 3102 - 14/11/08 - Bank By Service of ABN AMRO Bank.

                                Complaint# - Email complaining of NO Addressal done yet PLUS Informing of receiving from the Insurance Co. sending me the certificate of Insurance date-11/11/08 delivered on 19/11/08 - Ref# - C[protected] / R[protected]/ C[protected]

                                NOTE - ABN AMRO Loan dept. sent me the application's photocopy having my father as a nominee, who is someone I never nominate.
                                I even sent a written document stating the same during these e-mail conversations.

                                After these e-mail correspondence i visited the bank as NO ONE bothered to get in touch with me. In the Barakhamba Branch i met Shikha Saxena - Team leader - Customer Services, Consumer Banking, India.

                                She convinced and assured me that i will get the complete sum refunded. She even took a written CANCELLATION application of the insurance.

                                But unfortunately that also did not helped. Therefore, i am requesting you to look into the matter and sort it out asap.

He does not share his contact details. If any customer has any issues they should contact us directly & if we do not resolve their complaint, then they should go to sites like this.

                                    Dear sir:

                                    I have taken easy loan of Rs.50, 000/- in Apr 08 from ABN AMro bank With terms & condition of EMI Rs.2497/- to be payable everymonth ie. 24 month on due date of 25th of Month.

                                    First 2 month I have paid before due date, unfortunately I have made payment on 27th July and bank had charged debit of
                                    Rs.700/-

                                    Now bank had increased EMI for Rs.3500/- every month without giving any proper justification. also inspite of making payment every month of Rs.2497/-, they are charging Rs.700/- .

                                    as per bank late payment fee is charged if either there has been no payment or a payment less than the EMI account is recd by payment due date, where as I have made payment well in advance of due date and entire EMI amount has been paid, ie. Rs.2497


                                    Inspite of making full EMI payment on before due date, why abn amro bank charging late payment fees every month.

                                    With outset bank had informed that, they have converted easyloan to credit card which I have never used at all .

                                    Now I have paid late payment fees also and requested ABN AMRO BANK to reverse remaining months late payment fees, but they are refusing to do it.

                                    Pls help me.

                                      I the undersigned Maulin P Fadia having one on going loan with ABN AMRO (ahmedabad) my loan account no is 9374112 and problem started on 2nd of november 2008, there is debit instruction from my HDFC bank saving account for ECS... but on 2nd of november my funds were underclearing so 1st time my ECS gone return due to insufficient fund from HDFC Bank. here in this case i know as per RBI guideline i have to maintance sufficient closing balance... i agree that this time it was my mistake...After two days there was a call from concern department of ABN AMRO (Noida) and he told me to pay them through cheque.. ..on 06/11/2008 person came to my place and collect the cheque of 7049 rs cheque no 400306 HDFC Bank. i am having reciept (Reciept no. 9551RBSM/1458) and the same cheque has been cleared on 08/11/2008 from my account i am having debit entry in my account in favour of ABN Amro...so matter is closed...

                                      nut on 11th of november again ECS hit in my account but i have already paid through cheque ECS was returnd... so its kind of communication gape from ABN AMro collection department... my demand with ABN AMro is only that when there is a mistake from your side and due to that my credit track is affecting you should have to give me one appology letter that due to there communication gape second time ECS hit after i had paid...

                                      but some Mr Ram (Delhi) called me and he also confirm that its a mistake from there side but not be able to give appology letter as their bank has no drafted letter for this kind of mistakes... sounds silly... and secondly he told me if first time ECS returns then system will automatically hit ECS second time... i agree with that system but i ask him. so, why person from ABN call me and collect the cheque instead of informing this... if at that time there person told me this then i keep balance and do not issue a cheque for the same...

                                      i simply ask for applogy letter as there person gave me wrong instructions...

                                      I found that your are still sending ECS of Rs 4, 111/- since last 5 months and they got cleared also.

                                      Due to this my LIC and other important cheques are bounce and I have to pay heavy penalty.
                                      I do not know how to recoverd the same. But please give me credit of Rs 20, 555 as early as possible in my same saving account.

                                      1. Your letter copy toward full and final settlement
                                      2. Payment receipt copy of Rs 95, 500/- number 13467 dated 30/7/2007 thru cheque no 001237 if ICICI Bank.

                                      I did agreement with Club Mahindra for Holiday/summer vacation at Club Mahindra property in the month of Feb.2009 and i have paid 10% advance and i did agreement for 90% in EMI threw ECS. But due to very weak and unprofessional service, I does not want to countinue with agreement and i want to close my ECS with immd. effect, but My HDFC bank is not ready for stop of this ECS and i have made call so many time at their customer care[protected] and it is very sad that all of the execuitves are not know how can i stop this ECS. After my request they are not ready to take my request and as on 7th June they trf one EMI threw ECS of Rs. 7797/-

                                      ABN AMRO Personal Loan — Abbusive & Insultaing language

                                      i am repeating my letter to local ABN branch. I have two past such letters. Pls inform wher can i mail them to you.

                                      i am trying to attch all my 3 letters to you as attachment. I trust you will get it.

                                      even after paying ECS ever since July 2006, S and maintain amount in bank account, we get repeat call from ABN Delhi. I asked them to provide reason for the ECS gtting rejected in worting so that i can talk to my bank if required. Also requested them to find why ECS getting clear for so many years to solve the problem.

                                      Instead Mr. Rajesh calling from[protected] prefer to use all possible foul & Insulting words. Hence we both had to stop taking his phones.
