I have created acount on ace2three thr my mobile no.[protected] and i have added 200 rs thr phonepay. First it shown transaction completed on window but then it shown cant added money but actually money was deducted from my end and i received message also... So i think ace2three done fraud with me so please take action and refund my moneyupi ref no.[protected]

Ace2three site fictiously places players opposite to you, then they win, it is purely cheating, some law enforcement check their software algorithms, save public money in this curfew period where everyone looking to spend time sitting at home..

In this gaming site also, the cards distribution is not perfect and because of that i lost big money within two weeks time. Their current customer support team are not available to respond for the customer request.

We would need to take remedial measures whether they are running these gaming site for skill or they are using it for public to make money from them.

We would need to take into our government of india if their system is proper and found such illegal moto.

Hi, I have been playing ace2three rummy games and I have seen in the end, no one makes money. It's all planned loot from head infotech. They track each customer and their transactions with all personal details as well. The game is set in a way that you win one game you lose 10 games. Likewise they have planned. If we ask for details, they deny n only say that it's auto generator we don't have control. They have put policy purely baseless. They conduct toorneys. Also for each game they charge highest charges. They are making huge money and with the support of local govt. It's planned game to loot innocent people.

I didn't get my money back every time i. Here for complaint then only they gave my money else they didn't give my money please help me with the service. Ace 2 three is bloody disgusting app i never seen please block the app ban that app. They cheated me. They make me fool they didn't credit my money to my bank account. Hi ace2three team is cheating people, how I they are cheating i want to tell here. Suppose if I won game and I redeem around 20000, they will block your amount and send mail saying that security alarms raised. If security alarms are raised then and their itself they have to block the players. After WINNING all amount they will say two players are helping each other kind of reasons. And what amount redeem amount they will not credit that amount and also they will not give that amount to the players who are playing in that table. This means they making money with u all. This is bull ### kind of things they are doing. So people dont believe ace2three

Hi, i asking them update my kyc and pan card details in my new account as it is creating a problem same details mentioned in my old account, i asked them delete from old account so add in my new account, i sent couple of emails from registered emails from old account and new account, also shared my kyc details, it's been more than 18-20 days and i am keep sending emails, but they are not responding after i sent documents what they asked, they don't any contact other that email and i am really frustrated about their service and customer care.

They held my winnings amount and saying it will be foritified if i don't share my pan by dec-02, i am sending emails from november-01 for updating pan, they are planning games but not updating my details in my new account, i really want file consumer compliant, i will go do police compliant if issue not resolved here.

I really don't know their system allowing add funds to thier account and play high betting games or loose gamed even if there is no pan/kyc, but when we win or trying with draw money they will ask all those details and then never responds.

Hi friends my name debaraj, don, t play ace2three game with real cash. It is really cheated to people. The admins are super madorchod hai, unko malum reheta hai ki konsa card next ayega. I have experience of 6month playing ace2three lost 11000 in all rummy site. Friends don't play any online rummy sites, all are fake. Don't play with real cash, it is full additictive game, first they give good cards, then you loss all money. You never win any real cash.

As i m trying to contact customercare people from past 10 days im disconnecting by ivr call only, no employee has taken the call. My doubt is no employees are working in customer service. The company just cheating the people with ivr call only. As i want to close my account with the site i haven't found any link in the site/app. Check the fairness of the company so that many of people can survive.

On your reply there are many reason which shows you guys manipulate the game and sending me email and justifying that you don't do that utter ## I will tell you how I lost 6k in 10 mins I played your 1 on 1 game and i am very much sure the opponent was your site player you tell me Continuous 5 time how can I get cards from which I can not make any sequence nor a set and if it was one game or 2 game I would have understand but all the game I got pathetic cards and your site player was declaring the game in every 3 mins how this is possible and you guys don't justify about your fair play and I know your site player and he gave this information and to be frank give back my money or else be ready for all the consequence and consider this my last warning to you all guys today is 8th of August you have time to give back my money till 12th of August after that I will report your game and file a police complaint against your fraud company with the help of your site player and he will tell everything to police about the manipulation you do plus will add a youtube vedio and will let people now about your fair ### game and last but no the least will give all the details to CYBER CRIME so the talks are over you have time till 12th of August add 6000rs in my PAYTM account from where I added those money and I won't hearing any apolizes mail from you give my money or don't reply and wait till 13th August morning

I purchased 4000 on 8th July, this amount debit from my bank account but not credit to my Ace2three account. Pls solve my complaint. My user name is(shadow1987), password is (bulletraj). I am a regular customer but they don't resolve my problem without complaint. I am trying lot of times to their customer care number but they don't answer me. This is not a way to honour a customer.

Producing steps:
1. Started playing howzat special tourney at 5th june 2019 at 00:15
2.in middle of the game app got closed and not able to open.
3. After some time it is showing the message "ace2three app isn't responding"
4. After some time app is opened, my game status is running but i'm not able continue my game. Almost i lost.
