I have done a online transaction on favour of ace2three. Neither i got money in app nor i got refund. Please help me on this..2 time i got cheated by ace2three. I have attached screenshot of fraud ace2three app. App has replied that they will refund to our bank but still not refunded.. Please help me out of this

I alredy mail yesterday about my money refunding till not get the refund of that money. Noone anymail about that problem. I think this is fraud. I also request you about that by mail.

Be aware guys i lost my family money everything due to this site

Last month 29th april 2018, i had done multiple transactions in ace2three via my indian bank. One of the transaction was unsuccessful, still the amount is debit is from my bank account.

I had mail and called too, have not received positive feedback at all from ace2three. Felt like cheating, if the amount is not debited it should come back to the bank account.

Till now, bank people are saying the amount is debited but the ace2three is trying to cheat me here saying the amount is not reached to them.

The game is completely cheating... Ive been playing from months. Admins will play with ids. I pray god that they will end up with dangerous desease.
Admins know which card we need and which card is coming next. They can see our game. They will discard few cards whoch we need to gain our attention.

This is what i got mail from them. They refused to change my bank account for withdrawal and looted my 2000 rupeess my placing me in fraud game. Ace2three no. Fraud company. Dont trust this website. No proper response from them. They made us to play our game and looted it completely

History says that whenever i hv tried to reddem my money i have lost all other remaining balance i n my account so that i have to cancle the trnsaction. Of course it causes to lose all the money. Thats their trick. I have noticed this so many times. As telangana state banned this site i request all states to ban this site and save people from the big fraud.

The ace2three website cards gambling and cheat me ten lakh rupees. The website arrange a diwali tounrment and it's final game start 28 & 29 october 2017. I entered in final 1st but unfortunately i loss the game and ace2three website give a chance for final 2nd round but it's registration open time 15:55 pm on 28 october but the website cheat me and all seated full before registration time and i miss a chance my money back, the website continue me emotional torcher and hurt me. Hyderabad: The Hyderabad central crime station cyber crime police has booked a criminal case against the city-based online rummy company ‘ace2three’ for allegedly duping players.

Detective department DCP Avinash Mohanty said a case was booked against the online rummy gaming company after a complainant alleged that he was duped by manipulation of the software.

Complainant Siva Prasada Reddy alleged that he lost money playing in www.ace2three.com due to the dubious methods adopted by the company.
CCS inspector Chand Basha said, “The complainant alleged that he had lost around Rs 10 lakh in the online rummy game. He alleged that the company manipulated the software so that by the time the complainant is about to win everything changes as the cards are picked up without game norms. The complainant alleged that the company made Rs 90 crore. We are checking facts.”

Police said a case was booked under Section 420 for cheating, Section 3 and 4 of the AP Gaming Act and Section 65 of the Information Technology Act. According to the website of the gaming company it is located at Head Infotech India Pvt Ltd in the Software Units Layout in Madhapur.

Ace2Three claimed that it is India's First Online Rummy portal, allowing Indians to play Rummy Online on the computer over the Internet. The company talking about laws stated, “Rummy has been declared a game of skill by the Indian Supreme court. Games of skill or mere skill are excluded from applicability of Indian laws prohibiting betting and gambling in all Indian states with the exception of a few. The Supreme Court has given judgements regarding this and playing Rummy is legal in India. Hence playing Rummy online is also 100% legal. However, Ace2Three does not allow players from Assam, Orissa & Nagaland to play on its website.”

The company said it requires skill to win a game of Rummy as opposed to a game of chance. “Rummy has been declared by courts to be a game of skill or mere skill, ” said the company.

The company said it will not allow players less than 18 years and games are monitored round the clock to detect fraudulent behaviour. Anti-collusion measures are undertaken before, during and after each game.

Hi ace2three.com is very fraud site don't play real chips games on that website their admins are playing on that website and change the game as per their requirement. I have lot of proofs on above scenario. When i called to customer care they are not responding.
