Referring to your report as per above mentioned mobile number we have checked your account and we understand that your concern is regarding purchase of Rs.5000 which was made on 22-Mar-2022 to A23 and the amount was debited from your bank account but not added to your A23 account real chips and not received to bank account.

The amount which is debited from your bank account and not added to your real chips would be added to your A23 account real chips within 3-4 hours (or) refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 7-10 working days.

In-case, If the amount is not credited to your A23 account and also to your Bank Account after 10 working days, we request you to share the complete bank statement from the day of transaction to the 10th working day, So that we could check and assist you accordingly

              This email is reference to your query enquiring about your purchase amount of Rs 66+65 which you have tried on Date 22-March-2022 which got deducted from your bank but the same was not credited to your A23 account.

              Usually, whenever the purchase amount is not added to your A23 account but the same is debited from your bank account, then you would get the amount added either to your A23 account in 3-4 hrs or it will be refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 7-10 working days.

              Whenever you try to make any purchase, kindly close all running applications in the background of the App and switch to WIFI Connection(If available) to avoid such scenarios in the future.

                          I have wrongly my mistaken added wrong pan card to my ace2three account deliahjoan [protected].please allow me to change the pan card .o don't have bank account in that pan card .I many times mailed to ace2three but they did not replyed to me ..it almost been one month .I have money about 10000.i was not able to redeem my cash .                                 I have requested rs 500 for redeem on 23/02/2022 at 12:58pm through upi and my redeem id is 24567734 but not completed yet. I already wrote five mail to their email and also call 2 times to their complaint number but not resolved yet and now when i am trying to contact again the call didnt connect to their customer care executive. I think my number is blocked by them thats why my call didnt connect to them.

                                Hope, i get my resolution here.

                                      My userid is creecree my redeem request not processed, *redeem request received* message showing in history, pls help
