At the outset, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Referring to your concern, we understand that you have made a purchase at A23 and the amount was debited from your bank account but not added to your A23 account real chips.

The amount which is debited from your bank account and not added to your real chips would be added to your A23 account real chips within 3 hours (or) refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 7-10 working days.

In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 10 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase to till date. So that we can check .

Hence we request you to please get back to us from your registered mail id to [protected]@a23.com to assist you further.

    Referring to your mail we have found an account from above mentioned mail id and we understand that your concern is in regards to failure transaction of Rs 50 on Date 26-December-2021 through tpsl..

    However your purchase amount got successfully credited to your Ace2Three account on Date 26-December-2021 but got delayed and we suggest you to go through your account transaction history details to check the same.

    Usually whenever their is any failure transaction then Please be notified that if the amount is not credited to Ace2Three within 3-4 hours then the same will be credited to your Bank account within 7-10 working days.

    If the amount is not credited to your Ace2Three account and also your Bank Account after 10 working days then we would request you to share the bank statement from the day of transaction (date) to 10th working day (date), so that we could check and assist.

      From last two days I'm trying to redeem cash from my account balance but it constantly shows try again later but in a same way when I add cash it gets added in no time but at the time of pay out it shows some error.. please look into this matter and help me to get my cash.

            Please be informed that the redeem request will be approved and processed immediately to your Bank account.

            Please note, whenever you place a redeem request, the redeem will go under scan (Automated checks) and will be processed immediately, if there is no unusual game-play activity is identified .If not processed then we suggest you to wait for 1 working day.

            Once the redeem is approved from our end, an automated SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.

            However we see that redeem of Rs 16501 which was placed on Date 05-December-2021 was cancelled from your end on the same day.

              I'm playing tournament while notification are comming after I'm winning each round that ur not playing a fair play I don't bknow why this happened ...
