damage during repair at the customer service center chandigarh

I am a user of acer laptop. I bought it 11 months ago. within 6 months it's speakers started creating trouble. I approached the service center chandigarh and got it repaired. later on I found the LCD screen a little loose but could not establish the fault myself.

Service Centre Not Reponding

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have bought Acer Laptop in june 2007 from kanpur. While Buying the Laptop i was given1 Year International Warranty & then i had extended my warranty upto 2 years.

then now i have a problem in my LCD screen (3-4 white spots on screen ) and when ever i go to service centre they refused my complaint and sayid that this problem is not considered in warranty but if this will not come in warranty...

no response frm acer india service centre during warranty period.

sir,
my name is Abhishek pandey, i had bought a acer laptop on 22-06-07.
then after completion of 1 year ihad extended my warranty to 2years more .
now there is 3to4 white spots on LCD screen and they are not providing me the service.
and whenever i go to them they diffuse my regards and say to me that this lcd spots are not in our warranty.
so please tell me the right way to reach at the solution...

The key board buttoms have come out

Dear Sir,

I am having one Acer Extensa 4620Z Intel pentium Lap top. A couple of its key buttons have come out. I took my Laptop to your authorised service centre at Jaipur. They have advised me to get the whole key board changed as the buttons are not replaceable or sell the same to the company and buy a new one.
I am extremely sorry for the advice given to me by your authorised service centre as I have been using laptops...

Not working well

I had bought acer ASPIRE 4720Z last year. Immediately after warranty period it started troubling me. Its getting turned off when i m doing virus scan and its CD drive is also not working....

HDD & RAM stolen from Dotcom service center, chennai

Gave laptop with 1GB RAM and 160 GB HDD for service. While returning they gave 256 MB less RAM and 30GB HDD. As we were in hurry to go abroad we did not check the specification at stores.

Keyboard problem

I purchased an ACER ASPIRE 5920 in august 2007 from PROLAB COMPUTERS SECTOR 16 FARIDABAD.Its still in the warranty period. Defective Product

I had purchased a laptop Acer Aspire 4530 on October 08. The very next day it had to be taken to the service station in Siliguri since the laptop would not boot up. The problem was rectified. Entitled gift not received.

Sir,
I brought an ACER laptop model no ASPIRE 4730Z on the 26th of December 2008, i was supposed to send a draft of Rs 1, 250 along with the required documents to receive an offer of a Nikon Digital Camera, which i did on the 10th of January 2009.I received the conformation of its receit.

product not upto the mark

I have bought a new ACER aspire 6930 laptop on 5/03/2009 against bill number 18853 from ANSUN ELCTRONICS PVT LTD>, Nehru Place (delhi). Its serial number is S/NI-LXASR0C[protected]F2500. Defective Good

What happened to my laptop???????? It's been half a month already since I sent it for service, but until now, there's still no news. It's really disappointing that I'm encountering such problems like these. I bought a brand new laptop for the reason that i urgently need it and i don't want to catch miserable headaches with second-hand units, but i was greatly dismayed coz the one the one that was given to me was deffective......

Netsetter not working

We purchased an Acer Aspire last year in April 2008. When we recently took an Idea Netsetter - a postpaid connection (I am an employee with Idea), the data card works on every possible PC / Laptop model right from Sony, HP, Dell, Compaq, but surprise !! it did not work on the ACER.

laptop is not working properly motherboard keys are not correctly responding.

My brother bought this laptop last year it is now out of warrenty, some of the motherboard keys are not responding and no character is typed on screen, working speed is very slow. please tell me what should be the problem in this laptop....

Not honouring warranty

I purchased one ACER Laptopas 5551 ANWXMI
LXADNOC0236290C2392000 On 10th November 2006 with 2 years extended warranty.

I faced no problem till 20th of February 2009 when Laptop was shutting down suddenly. I thought it might be due to Window OS. I tried to delete and reload the same. But relaoding was not possible. Insufficient HDD and Battery backup

I bought new Acer Aspire-5920 in March 2008.

1) I noticed that the space in HDD is about 151GB only instead of 160GB.
2) The battery provide only 2 hours backup (fully charged)
