I m a physically handicapped person, purchased "acer" computer from the Asansol Book Fair ground in January 2007 (from dealer named Computer City, Asansol), in installment from Bajaj Finance and paid all installment in time, but despite of lapse of more than 9 months the did not give me either purchase receipt or warranty papers. In addition to this in the month of Nov'07 i requested them to improve my RAM from 128 MB to 512 MB, for which they charged Rs.1400/- . But recently, when despite of repeated request they did not send their soft were engineer for correcting my computer, i had to hire another soft were engineer, who find that the Computer City has added RAM of 256 MB with my original RAM of 128 MB. Since then i had tried contact the soft were engineer several times but could not succeed. As the Computer City, Asansol has cheated me, i m very much depressed. Also, as the show room is on 1st floor, i can't go there being handicapped person. So, i need your help fo9r justice and compensation at an early date.

Acer — LCD display having one dot
Respected SirI buy acer LCD direct from Warehouse on 21 /04/08 but still i m not get this piece warranty paper from those Warehouse i m daily call on that customer care number which is toll free number not connected all the time this line was engaged
there is no another source for me to contact acer customer care number for my PC
warehouse person told me that only one dot not able to claim for replacement but all the varieties for LCD & monitor of every company under replacement warranty
please do the need ful.
other wise send me confirmation that how i claim for that part
