Service Centre Not Reponding

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have bought Acer Laptop in Aug 2007 . While Buying the Laptop i was given1 Year International Warranty + 2 years addtional Local Warranty (For India ).

2 months Back my Laptop Power Button statted giving me Problem. But when i went to Acer Service Centre in Hyderabad Near Scundrabad they r saying that they cant Help me as i myself need to go to company sort the issue.

battery back problem

Sir,

I purchased Acer laptop on 31.03.2006 in the name of my son Varun Mittal. the details of Laptob sr. No. is LXA550C0615430A821EM0 p/no 5W.00567.020 Docket#0430 But due to battery back up problem and some other problem i gave my lap top to your office in Chandigarh after getting my complaint lodged with your office, But I was handed over the laptop saying that if battery back up is upto 20 minutes we dont change the battery....

defective product

Dear Sir / Madam

I have purchased acer aspire 4520 approximate 9 months ago. Last 4 months there is a long list of problems being faced.
Its adapter, mother board, power board, even the dvd writer is being replaced. I am at horrer how all this happened that to in the time span of just 3 months.

having on/off switch problem

i'm using acerextensa 4620 model i'm having a switch problem it's not work proparly, it taking too much time and power to start the machine.and its very hard to push

LCD projector is not getting serviced even it in warranty period

Basear had purchased LCD Projector around 10 months back, from 1st day itself overall approach of dealer was bad.
In the month of sept projector stopped working, we gave the machine to Raisurana & Sons the authorized partner of ACER in Jamshedpur.
He assured that projectore will be OK within 15 days, now the dealer is asking for Rs.20000/- agains the repair even the machine is in warranty period.

Low battery

Hi,

I m a very upset customer with the way I was treated by ur staff.

VERY VERY POOR PERFORMANCE

I HAVE BOUGHT A SYSTEM ACER 4530 FROM AUTHORISED DEALER ON 18.10.08 FOR RS.31000/- AND STILL THE SYSTEM HAVING VERY SLOW SPEED IT TAKES 10 TO 15 MIN TO LOAD AND THERE IS A JOKE THE SYSTEM CONFIG IS 2GB RAM AND 160GBHDD. I TRIED CUSTOMER CENTER FINALLY GOT DISAPPOINT. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE GUIDE ME TO REPLACE THIS SYSTEM OR LEGAL ACTION
AND I STROGNLY RECOMEND DON'T GO FOR ACER PRODUCT.
