Dangerous Crack on lid (Display)

I have been using acer extansa 4620, for last two years. it has got 3 years warrenty. Now I an facing a dangerous problem with my laptop. That is I have found a serious Crack on back side(both right and left ends) of my lid. When I approach customer service center, they told that, it cant repaire or replace. Laptop flickering screen-Problem not solved

Since the last one month a vertical band has been noticed on my laptops LCD. The band was also flickering and changing the LCD colour.

fault in DVD ROM of D-725 laptop

I had purchased an Acer D-725 (Serial NoLXN440C047936BF8622200) on 23rd October 2009 from M2K INFOTEK at Dhanbad (Jharkhand). Bill no. is M2K/945. However, from last 15 day the lap top has been giving me problems in its DVD ROM. DVD ROM is not working properly.

I am absolutely amazed as to how such a defective piece passed your quality checks especially in the view of you being one of the best known names in the business....

Touch pad not working

I have purchased a ACER ASPIRE 4736Z computer in Januray 2010. Once earlier the laptop was sent to them with subject complaint in February 2010. The laptop is again giving same problem. Software Counterfeit and bad services

it gets defected in every 15-25 days

Dear sir/ madam
I am facing serious mental illness from acer laptop.
I had purchased a travelmate series 5730 laptop from an esteemed centre in jaipur on 7 april 2009.
but after that it always hanged me to the roof.

wifi (network controller driver not shown in device manager)

Dear Sir,


Im having acer e725 lap. using vista ultimate. wifi not connecting or no wifi connection detected in my lap.
In device manager there is a missing driver shown as "network controller". I inserted the driver cd and right click on the above said "network controller" and click update driver. but a message shown as driver not found. Where I get that driver?? how configure wifi (BSNL)...

very poor service at service centre

There was problem in the display of my laptop. Some times the display would come and sometimes it wouldn't.The power would be there always ,there was no problem with it.Sometimes after trying two -three times the display would come and then it worked properly till the time I logged off.
