This is in regards to the complaint no. R[protected]. I applied for new connection on 12th Jan and it was promised that time that it will be done within 7-10 days, its being 10 days today and nobody even bothered to call or msg or inform that by when i will my gas connection start. I thought Adani being such a big brand, these kind of thing will not happen, but this the worst experience i got. this is an essential service you need to have promptness in starting this.
Very disappointed with the response.

    Our consumer ID is [protected].. We are not reciving hard copy of invoice. only when amount is due, only SMS is received. this is not acceptable.. Hard copy of invoice is mandatory to receive for bill payment.

      At Omkar filling Station of Narnaul and on Nangal Chaudhary crossing CNG vehicles are available on daily basis but they are not dispensing it by saying that fault in electricity since 5 days. Today morning also this happens again. Please take serious steps against them

        This is regarding our adani gas connection with customer id [protected]. We have noticed that our bill amount is coming continuously more than we use. Last month we were out of town for 20 days and still the bill amounted to around 1793 . So i want you to check if there is any problem and revert to me as soon as possible.

        With reference to your e-mail and shared concern regarding high bill, would like to brief you that your last four invoices were based on estimate meter reading and same has been revised with current invoice dated 17.12.2020. Estimate invoices as per your consumption pattern are generated in cases where meter reader is unable to note down the reading; same could be revised on receipt of actual meter reading.

        Presently with generation of invoice as per actual meter reading there is credit of Rs.1, 793.00 in your consumption account, which will be adjusted against future invoices.

          Our Customer ID [protected].

          Our meter has been changed and now we are recieving 2.5 times higher bill han our usage as per history records.

          We think that meter is faulty. Kindly change or repair it.

          Our usage never goes more than 0.3mmtbu however after changing the meter it went to 0.751mmbtu which is too high. We even do not have any gas gyser. We only used it for cooking.

          As per your shared concern, a visit by our emergency team was made on 26.12.2020, would like to brief you that as per feedback received leakage was found in your stove and there were no other abnormalities found in pipe line or meter. As the repairing of stove is not in company’s purview we request you for repairing of the same from outside vendor. The repairing of the stove burner will automatically resolve the concern related to high consumption.

          we are living on 2 person before adani gas pipr line i am using gas bottle its working good using adani gas i got highly bill evrytime i complained and adani team will checked lickage and check metre but not any folt showing that then why i got higly bill team told me that your gas stove have very high flame so i changed gas now i got more highly bill any also my home is 20days locked so why i got high bill i told adani metre is not working problerly but not getting solution our friend nd family member got bill like as 700 or 800 who have 4 to 5 member and used gas 3 or 4 time i have only 2 or 3 hours for day

            My Complaint number for starting gas connection is still open since several days with Adani Gas Limited.. Complaint Number is C[protected]. It’s really pathetic. All civil work and meter also installed long time back but only fast start/activation/conversion is pending and still no one has called or reached home to have that started from Adani.
            Requesting to Kindly have this attended urgently on top priority please.

              With reference to above subject, would like to inform you that invoices are generated on estimate basis, it is generated in such case wherein if our meter reader visits and found that house is locked / closed. Such invoices are revised, once actual meter reading is noted in next cycle or as when customer submits to us. At present, we have reversed the invoices raised on estimate basis and generated with minimum charges. Once consumption is noted, invoice will be generated accordingly. Soft copy of revised invoice is attached here for kind reference.

                I had applied for a connection in the month of July 2020 and cheque cleared in 1st week of August 2020. I have been following up from customer care and have raised complaint no. C[protected] on phone and vide email but no response received till date.

                Customer service is not able to support at all and own employees are blaming the company for not able to deliver the connections but no one know how and when the connection shall be provided.

                  Good evening,
                  I was applying two connection in my home and also fullfill the payment of two connections.
                  But at the time of installation I was rejected the another connection and only take a one connection service from you.
                  At the time of installation your working maneger said that my one connection charges will be adjusted in next bill and I received bill for the same.
                  But today I received one second bill from your company in which they said my first bill charges is due.
                  So you give me a notice to cut the connection.

                    Dear Team,

                    In last 1 month, gas supply have been stopped thrice and every time it has been for 4 to 5 hours. Specially it has happened during lunch and dinner... this is really painful and not the service expected from Adani.

                      Observing from last7-8 months after visit of service person from company my bill increased to double almost. Need immediate checking and refund excess billed in last 8 months. Otherwise circumstances force to surrender connection immediately.

                        शिकायतकर्ता IOAG का उपभोगता है जिसका id no [protected] है। कोविड 19 के मे लाकडाउन के कारण बिल उपलब्ध नही कराई जाती थी वर्तमान मे पिछले दो माह से लाक डाउन खत्म होने के बाद भी बिल उपलब्ध नही करायी जा रही है। मोबाइल पर मैसेज के अनुसार बिल की धनराशि जमा कर दी जाती है इससे किस यूनिट तक बिल जमा की गयी इसकी जानकारी नही हो पाती है बिल के लिए कंपनी के सेवा केंद्र के कर्मचारी उचित व्यवहार नही करते न ही बिल उपलब्ध कराने हेतु संतोषजनक जवाब दिया जाता है । कंपनी के निःशुल्क काल[protected] पर काल करने पर संबन्धित व्यक्ति द्वारा दी गयी email [protected]@gmail.com पर बिल भेजने का आश्वासन दिया जाता है परंतु पिछले तीन दिनो से नही भेजी गयी है। इसलिए कंपनी के कार्यप्रणाली के प्रति आविश्वास पैदा हो रहा है । तत्काल कंपनी कर्मचारी को पिछले दो माह के बिल उपलब्ध कराने हेतु निर्देशित किया जाए ।

                          How the customer has been put in trouble. Let me explain, On 11st Oct 2020, I called toll free number[protected] around 1.45 pm and provided my customer ID [protected] and asked for an available plan for applying new connection.

                          They have provided three schemes (full payment, instalment & monthly rental). Out of which i have requested for monthly rental based on the same, the customer care person updated the scheme against my customer ID and ask me to pay Rs. 618 within 5 minutes I made the payment also.

                          Now your faridabad office is stating that this scheme is not valid, hence we can not provide new gas connection.

                          As you are aware that customer can not select the scheme based on customer confirmation, the concerned person updates the scheme in the system and ask the customer to pay the amount, which I have followed also.

                          Many neighbours who is staying in the first floor and nearby is having same plan, the pipeline already available in my house building with T point. Connection is to bring to my home inside from T point which is there in outiside of my house.

                          BASED ON CONFIRMATION FROM ADANI GAS ONLY, I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT, TILL NOW JOB CARD HAS NOT CREATED, PLEASE HELP AND PROVIDE THE NEW CONNECTION.

                          You will also appreciate there is no mistake from customer side.

                          Looking forward to hear your positive answer keeping in mind the customer relationship.

                              I, ranjit kumar, have apply for adani gas connection since around 7 month ago. I have paid rs 5618 and my application no a 55456. I am complaining since last 2 month at customer complain through telephone and i got my complain number from this customer complain office. But since last 2 months, i just got timings, that is 30 day, 15 day, 7day or 30 days. But noone come to start my connection. I have humble request to start my connection asap

                                Adani team deliberately installed meter with in the premises which hinders the way. Have requested the team multiple time but to move the meter your are charging 1725 + GST. its companies mistake why customer pay for it. the request is only to move 1 ft out side which is same as installed for in other flats. the company is cheating Customers and are doing these wrong activities to earn hefty hard earned money. kindly help

                                  This year has been the toughest year for all due to covid-19 pandemic. I failed to pay my adani gas bill for 4 months (June, july, aug, sept) on 11/9/2020 morning 10:30 am, i received hard copy of bill and yesterday night i received email that had notice in red color that if i fail to pay bill until 26/9/2020, my gas connection will be cancelled. At 1 pm a person from adani came to my place to cutoff the connection. Remember, the last date i got was 26/9 and bill amount was 5011 rs but person told me to pay 5601 rs. I told him that i'll make payment instantly 5011 rs as that was the amount shown in adani app as well as google pay app and paytm too. The person came to my home asked me to make a call to customer care and do as customer care executive suggests. She (Chetna) suggested me to make payment of 5011 initially and after 5 mins she said i need to make a payment of 5601. Because, adani executives were supposed to come on july end to cut my connection but didn't come. Also, i didn't recieved any notice in my past bills. (July bill as it was must)
                                  Rather than compensating for anything they started threatening me to pay 5601 right away to keep my service.

                                  Their mistakes
                                  1. No notice given on bill (I can share ss if need be)
                                  2. Bill amount shown in app (Google pay, adani)
                                  3. Threats given (Ofcourse politely, aren't polite words counted as threat)
                                  4. My time wastage for their mistake (And 600 rs)

                                  Please note: even now, my adani app shows -590 rs which means next time i need to pay 590 rs less of my bill amount

                                  Adani, please look into the issue. I thought your service is best but ughhhhh...

                                  Bills shows something else and employees are busy throwing their mistakes burden on customers.

                                    Bill without usage

                                    Hello Team, I have a gas connection for my flat in Gota Ahmedabad.

                                    I have received 2 bills for march april and may june 2020.

                                    We were out of town during that period. We did not use single unit of gas during that time.

                                    Still I got billed for those months.

                                    I have written several emails on the customer care email address but did not get a...

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Last year 2 persons from adani gas ltd. Visited my place for the collection of due bill rs 8500 approx.
                                    I have issued a cheque same day and given to them but after a month i got a call from the adani gas that your bill is still pending and you have to pay with all the late charges. When i checked with the concern person in their faridabad branch office. I got to know that they have misplaced my cheque and that amount is still pending.
                                    Then i was keep requesting them to at least remove the late fee charges because that happened because of your company and that was not a customer fault. But they are not even listening to my words, now my bill is reached rs 13, 325 along with the late fee and i received the legal notice from the company lawyer saying if not paid within few days will take action against you. After the long discussion with the company representative i have to pay the total due amount and i have raised another cheque of rs 13, 325 on 15/10/2019.
                                    But today (1/nov/19) i got another call that my overall bill is pending and will disconnect your services if the due amount is not paid. Is this a joke or what?
                                    I don't understand. I am a busy person and i don't get much time for all these hassle.
                                    Please help or suggest what to do now because now i am not going to entertain these people anymore, if they have to disconnect my connection they can but i am not going to issue any other new cheque to them.
                                    Request you to please consider this as a serious issue and suggest an appropriate way to handle this situation.
