Sub:- Complain for not getting the PNG connection applied from Feb 2008.

Ref:- Application Dated.6/2/2008 & acknowledgment receipt No:1095 of
17/3/2008.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the aforesaid subject I wish to your kind attention for the said subject matter.
I have applied for the PNG connection as stated earlier in Feb.2008 since four year has been passed but we didn’t get any positive reply from your company for PNG connection. I have reminded several times to Mr.Anand [Incharge Adani Gas ltd] for getting PNG connection for said matter but always he replied that you may get connection within one or two month, I can’t understood Mr Anand was gives us assurance that we will get our connection within month or two but FOUR YEAR has been already passed giving this kind of reply.
Please look in the matter and arrange for the Early PNG Connection as time is delayed too much. Treat this matter as most urgent. Otherwise I will compel to proceed in court of law. This is for you kind information.

    महोदय,
    जब आपके कर्मचारी मेरे यहॉं पर गैस कनेक्‍शन लगाने आए थे तब से मैं उन्‍हें यह बोल रहा हूँ कि मैंने आवेदन संख्‍या 401728, चैक संख्‍या 055307 दिनांक 27/02/2012 द्वारा रुपए 3,200/- मात्र (नीचे के मकान के लिए) और आवेदन संख्‍या 401729, चैक संख्‍या 055302 दिनांक 27/02/2012 (ऊपर के मकान के लिए) द्वारा रुपए 3200/- भरे हैं । इस तरह मैंने आपको निम्‍न प्रकार से राशि का सबसे पहले भुगतान किया है :-

    भरी गई कुल राशि किंचन पाइंट हेतु राशि बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट हेतु राशि अब तक किया गया कार्य अत: शेष आपके पास बची राशि

    अत: आपके पास शेष बची वह राशि जिस पर कोई काम नहीं हुआ है रुपए 4000.00

    मैने अपने दोनों ही उपर्युक्‍त सर्विसों में बाथरूप पाइन्‍ट के न लगाने के बारे में शिकायत किचिन कनेक्‍शन लगाने के समय ही आपके आदमी से की थी और उस समय आपके हेल्‍प-डेस्‍क पर भी इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में बात की थी फिर भी आपके आदमियों ने हमारे यहॉं बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट का कनेक्‍शन नहीं लगाकर दिया । फिर जब बहुत दिन तक इस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो मैने दिनांक 03 जुलाई'2012 को आपके हेल्‍प-डेस्‍क पर शिकायत संख्‍या R[protected] को इस शिकायत आपके यहॉं पर दर्ज कराई और मैंने उनसे कहा कि मेरे दोनों ही उपर्युक्‍त सर्विसों में बाथरूम का पाइन्‍ट नहीं आया है इसलिए यह शिकायत दोनों ही सर्विसों में दर्ज करें, किन्‍तु उन्‍होंने भी यह शिकायत किसी एक सर्विस में दर्ज कर, अपने कर्तव्‍य की इतिश्री कर ली । फिर इसके बाद भी जब कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो दिनांक 25/07/2012 को मैंने पुन: इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में शिकायत संख्‍या R[protected] द्वारा दोनों सर्विसों में बाथरूम पाइन्‍ हेतु शिकायत लिखवाई, किन्‍तु इस बार भी आपके आ‍दमियों ने मेरी यह शिकायत किसी एक सर्विस में लिखकर अपने कर्तव्‍य की इतिश्री कर ली । इसके बाद जब पुन: कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो दिनांक 01/08/2012 को शिकायत संख्‍या R[protected] द्वारा पुन: दोनों सर्विसों के लिए शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, किन्‍तु लगता है इस बार भी उन्‍होंने किसी एक सर्विस में ही मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की ।
    यहॉं यह समझने योग्‍य तथ्‍य है कि आपने मरे उपर्युक्‍त श्कायतों पर आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की और मुझे अपना बिल भेजते रहें । आपके द्वारा प्रेशर सभी बिल जो कि आपके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों से सम्‍बन्धित थे जैसे किचिन कनेक्‍शन लगाने के बाद आपके पाईप आदि पर हुए खर्चे का बिल संख्‍या[protected]सर्व... नम्‍बर [protected]का) रुपए 2792.14 तथा बिल संख्‍या[protected]सर्व... संख्‍या [protected] का) रुपए 1469.11 का समय पर भुगतान किया । इसके बाद गैस उपयोग से सम्‍बन्धित बिल संख्‍या R‍[protected]सर्विस संख्‍या [protected]) का बिल रुपए 4647.00 तथा बिल संख्‍या R‍[protected]सर्विस संख्‍या [protected]) का भुगतान किया । मैंने Security Deposit हेतु भजे गए बिलों को छोड़कर आपके द्वारा भेजे गए सभी बिलों का भुगतान समय पर किया है । इस बिल का भुगतान मैंने इस आशय से आपको अब तक नहीं किया क्‍योंकि मेरे द्वारा इस हेतु जमा की गई यह राशि आपके पास सुरक्षा के तौर पर ऐसे ही इस तरह पड़े रहने वाली है जिस तरह से फरवरी'2012 में मेरे द्वारा बाथरूम कनेक्‍शन हेतु आपकी दी गई राशि रुपए 2000.00 + रुपए 2000.00 = रुपए 4000.00, फरवर'2012 से अब तक ऐसे ही पड़े हुए हैं क्‍योंकि अब तक आपने मेरे घर में बाथरूम कनेक्‍शन से सम्‍बन्धित कोई कार्य नहीं किया है । अभी कल ही जब मैं आपके ग्राहक सेवा केन्‍द्र, मणिनगर में इस बारे में बात करने गया तो उन्‍होंने ध‍मकी दी कि यदि मैंने यह रुपए 4000.00 की राशि का समय पर भुगतान नहीं किया तो वे मुझ पर रुपए 100/- का दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क (Penalty Fees) लगाएंगे । ऐसी स्थिति में कृपया मुझे बताएं कि मेरा पैसा
    रुपए 2000 + रुपए 2000 = रुपए 4000/- आपके पास जो कि फरवरी'2012 से आपके पास ऐसे ही पड़े हुए हैं, क्‍योंकि अभी तक आपने मेरे घर में बाथरूम का कोई कनेक्‍शन नहीं दिया है, तो क्‍यों न इसके लिए आपसे प्रति महीने रुपए 200/- के हिसाब से रुपए 1000/- (जुलाई'2012 तक) मैं आपसे दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क (Penalty Fees) वसुल करू ? अत: समझ लें कि आपको मुझसे रुपए 4000/- के भुगतान पर कोई दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क लेने का अधिकार नहीं है । अगर फिर भी आप मुझसे इस रुपए 4000/- के भुगतान पर कोई दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क लगाते हैं तो मैं फरवरी'2012 में मुझसे लिए गए रुपए 2000.00 + रुपए 2000.00 = रुपए 4000.00, दोनों सर्विसों के लिए, और इस पर अभी तक मुझे कोई बाथरूम का कनेक्‍शन न देने के कारण आपके विरूद्ध कन्‍ज्‍युमर फोरम व कन्‍ज्‍युमर कोर्ट में द‍ण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क हेतु अपल करने के लिए बाध्‍य होउंगा ।
    मैं यह रुपए 4000/- की राशि आज भी आपको भुगतान करने को तैयार हूँ, मैं तो बस इतना ही चाहता हूँ कि आप मेरे दोनों ही सर्विसों में बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट का कनेक्‍शन लगाकर मुझे दे दें । जिस दिन आप मुझे यह कनेक्‍शन लगाकर दे देंगे मैं आपको उसी दिन यह रुपए 4000/- का भुगतान कर दुंगा । अत: आपको मेरे इस रुपए 4000/- भुगतान पर कोई दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क लगाने का अधिकार नहीं हैं क्‍योंकि मेरे दोनों सर्विसों की रुपए 2000.00 + रुपए 2000.00 = रुपए 4000.00 की एक राशि फरवरी'2012 से आपके पास हैं जिसे आप अपनी सुविधा के लिए मेरा Security Deposit भी मान सकते हैं क्‍योंकि आपने अब तक मुझे बाथरूम का कोई कनेक्‍शन नहीं दिया है ।
    यहॉं मैं यह स्‍पष्‍ट कर दूं कि गेस उपयोग पर आए सर्विस संख्‍या [protected] (नीचे के मकान हेतु) पर आए आपके बिल के साथ मैंने इस सर्विस संख्‍या के Security Deposit की राशि रुपए 4000/- भर दी हैं इसलिए अब मेरे सर्विस संख्‍या [protected] (ऊपर के मकान हेतु. पर ही Security Deposit की राशि रुपए 4000/- का भुगतान करना बाकी है और यह रुपए 4000/- की राशि
    बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट न देने की वजह से फरवरी'2012 से अब तक आपके पास यूं ही पड़ी हुई है, इसलिए आपको इस पर को अतिरिक्‍त शुल्‍क लेने का बिल्‍कुल भी हक नहीं बनता । मैं आपको यह इसलिए लिखकर भज रहा हूँ क्‍योंकि आज ही मुझे फिर एक एसएमएस से ध‍मकी मिली है कि मैं इस रुपए 4091/- का भुगतान दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क के साथ कर दूँ अन्‍यथा वेमुझ पर कार्रवाई करेंगे ।
    कृपया इस मामले को उच्‍च प्राथमिकता दें और इस पर उचित कार्रवाई करें ।

    I am situated at Rudram sky, new ranip, ahmedabad.
    In this scheme, first adani gas was provided pipe in kitchen through maliya by builder. And when I have initiated for gas connection. Adani service man refused to give connection and told me you have to paid extra money to get connection because of gas pipe through maliya. But that pipe also connected by adani worker. So why I will give extra money to adani gas. It is a fault by adani person.

      We have apply for Adani PNG for Home purpose on dt. 1.3.2010 vide application no: 186542 and paid deposit on same date for our residence address at Hiren K shah, 82, Pankaj society, Nr Anjali Cross Rd, Bhatta-Paldi Road, Ahmedabad-7.



      Since last 2 years and 4 months, i have complain on you customer care so many times. And visit personally frequently. At last I talked with Mr Sharma on 25.7.2012 at 11.45 AM on phone, and he reply at 4.00 pm that as and when his engineer come in route, he will attend. No time specify them.



      I not need refund, I need connection as early as possible. Since last 2 years 4 months, no one can hear our complain. I ask whey u all harrass your clients? If you are not committed to provide services, why you take deposit and give wrong promises.



      Guide me what can i do? and give me proper person phone no. who can understand our pain.

        We applied for new PNG Connection at Rannapark, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad -380061 on 03 rd January 2010 along with the other applicants of the society. The supply in the entire society have started almost 1 year back but till date the supplies to our premises have not yet started.

        Out of 12 members in our block, already 6 connections are working and remaining are pending since long. Many a times complaint for the same is done but NO proper response / action have been received / taken from the Company personnel. However, finally we decided to track the complaint. The below is the track record of the complaint made in June 2011 and the responses received.

        I was assured by the Customer Care Incharge Mr. Anush M on 24 th September 2011 that I will be informed about the status of the work and also the reason for delay if any. But till date there is no update either in the work nor the reasons.

        The Pipeline and meter work is already completed long back. But I don’t know what is the problem that the company is yet not starting the connection?

        Request to look in to the matter and arrange for starting the connection IMMEDIATELY.

        Your early intervention and action will be highly appreciated.

          Dear Sir ,

          Here My Self Bhavin Bilimoria from Ahmedabad . My Customer ID is : [protected] .

          I have lof the complain on 14th October 2011 which Complain ID is C[protected] & Mr Sachin Kanade attend the call .

          My Comlain is that We have Unnecessary charged 310.00 Rs for Extra Pipe which we were not being informed at the time of installation . At the time of installation your installation team informed that you will charge 50.00 Rs Extra for the Stove Side Changes which we agreed but about the Extra Pipe charge no one intimated us . In Out Flat around and beside residence they have more length pipe than us than why only us being charged ?

          So requesting you to kindle wave of 310.00 Rs as well as your customer executive committed that your support person visit our residence for the same but till date no one came.

          As we will be out of station from 20th October so requesting you to solve the issue before this.

            HI , I am janak shah , i live in ahmedabad [16,Lavanya Society , Nr jivraj mehta hosp., Vasna ,Ahmedabad - 8] .
            When i went to get a connection for a gas line @ maninagar branch , I was asked to bring 5 more members from my society .
            Where ill i go to find more members ??? I have lots of other work to do.
            I have my opening o my house on 25th October and i am desperately in need of the gas line
            Kindly take a note o this and make the possible arrangements as soon as possible

              adani — paid but channel not activated (south saver pack -6 month)

              Dear sir
              I am having a tata sky connection with user id no. [protected]
              .ON 7th aug 09, at around 1830 Hrs I recharged my TATA sky account with Rs 1350/- by cash First time in south saver pack for six month still now channels are not activated
              2. When I contacted Mumbai customer care, I was told that this problem. They could n’t help me out

              Again I spoke with customer care they are saying mine is corporate account

              Pls help me out from the problem (paying the amount and waiting for the channels is really worst condition)

              Kindly check and do the cross verification about my consignment, I have been mail to you twice, finely i contact to your first flight office (Surat), they are telling we sent it return due to unavailability.

              i am telling you they are such a layer, because delivery address is a resident (my Home) and 24 house round the clock they are available, but than only your person said no body was there, In my society every body are giving my address for their correspondence address because of 24 hours availibility at my home.

              Really i appreciate this kind of rubbish and bad (FALTU) services of first flight.

              Kindly do the needful so i can get my document on time.

                Complaints[protected] &[protected]Adani PNG) is Pending since last 2 years.

                I am not getting any response from your PNG customer care since last 2 years or so. I am visiting them every week since last 6 months. As I was hearing repeated response "AMC Permission Pending" (which itself is an issue that how come AMC permission is pending for one particular bunglow since last more than 2 years, when the enitre societies have been connected 2 years ago as well as all adjacent societies were connected subsequently !!!!), I showed the Google map, even sent the soft copies (refer mail trail) of the same with clear indication that my house can be connected even without cutting the road.

                With repeated requests, some site person came to my home in 2nd week of May & even confirmed that AMC permission will not be required (even the main pipeline is passing just outside my compund wall & even the milestone is erected outside my compound wall) and he promised that connection will be given in 10 days. 2 months have since passed & i visited your customer care centre every week again after that but again hearing same response. No senior person is available, when asked for their cell number, response is given that they will contact me; but none has contacted so far.

                Dear Sir,

                Complaints C[protected] & [protected] (Adani PNG) is Pending since last 2 years

                We have given a return complain in for not getting the PNG connection on 30/08/2010 with complain no-C[protected]. After that we have repeatedly visited your office in ahmedabad near helmet circle but was all in vain. The last complain was given in june at your office with complain no-[protected] and was assured by your customercare representative the connection will be done by August end.

                On 17/08/2011 some of your representatives visited our society for the connection of PNG gas for the people who have paid the money only 2 months ago, when asked them when we will get the connection since we had paid 2 years back.. The answer given was that your name is not on our list so we will not fit the connection...

                Again we visited your office today i.e. 18/08/2011 at 12 noon which has been sifted to near asia school, ahmedabad and ask the answer for the same, again the same answer which we were getting since last 1 year that" Madam we have entered your complain will get back to you soon" When ask to meet to the manager of the branch were told that he is not present in the office.. when ask for the contact number of him, we were told that they dont have the contact number...

                Henceforth I am for the final time requesting you to provide me the connection within 7 days of this mail otherwise we will approach consumer forum
                (1) for not providing the connetion in time
                (2) for not providing the answers for the complaints given
                (3) for not allowing to meet the higher authority of the ahmedabad branch and also not providing his contact no.

                Also note that after 7 days we will not allow your representatives to enter our house and will send you the legal notice to compensate for the harassment done.

                  Dear sir,

                  Please note that we have not applied for a gas connection on the terrace. We have filed the complaint twice regarding the same. When we filed the complaint someone from your company attended our premises and got the no objection signed from my parents. My parents are both above 60 and do not understand the logistics and they have signed in error. My dad is paralytic and may be your representative misunderstood and installed the connection on terrace.

                  Even if one wants to apply for a gas connection for heated water, you would agree with me that no one would like to install the gas water heater on the 4th floor (terrace) for the heated water to be used on the ground floor bathroom. (only ground floor is being used in our house). I live in UK and do not get a chance to follow up regarding the ongoing issue, and can only chase on my arrival or during my stay in India.

                  I spoke to one of your representatives yesterday over the phone (Sapna Bagel) who advised me to visit the nearest Adani office and lodge the complaint once again. Due to my limited stay and time constraint I might not be able to visit and this issue will stand still once again for a while, hence this email.

                  We keep on receiving the invoices for the outstanding amount for the same. I would kindly request you to get the line disconnected, alternatively move the termination point to ground floor / first floor where we can, may be use the connection in the future. I am ready to pay the outstanding amount if the termination point is moved to a more viable position where it might be possible to install a gas water heater.

                        Adani Gas — Not acclaimed the connection

                        Hello Sir,

                        I have paid the sum amount of 555/- on 24/9/2008 for adani gas connection. Its been over 2 years
                        that I have paid the amount for the connection but I have not got it, we have done a many complains
                        but there no proper response to that the obvious answer is we will ask our person to come to your
                        home to check but no one comes to do the connection so please listen to my request on this
                        and ask adani gas to complete my gas connection as soon as possible.

                          My customer id is [protected]. Ms. Bharti Jashvantrai Mehta

                          I registered my complaint for gas likage through the valve between the meter and the pipeline(it is work on 360 degree instate of 90 degree)

                          But on 22/01/2011 ne person came while only ladies was there and he told her that the complaint was solved but right now it is not solve and he took sign by saying lie.

                          Now while i registered feedback as above some Mr. Suresh was there and he called at home [protected] in noon and told that if I will register the complaint no one will come.

                          So I registered complaint again today at 6.15 PM to mr. Irshad Khan on your help desk.

                          Even though it is emergancy service they put me on hold almost 15 minutes. If the gas would on high likage it would convert in to blast if such emergancy service would there.

                          After so many REQUEST he registere my complaint no : C10010914

                          So is it that any one can say and told us that "If we will register the complaint no one will come even thogh our all due was pay.

                          Plz. tell me and kindly send a person who can handle it properly

                          And plz. check from y our help desk and give me apology for it.

                            Adani Gas (PNG) — Dealy In Connection

                            I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat,I Apply for Adani Gas Connection in 9-4-2008 wide Res.No.3642 and application no 38616 and made payment of Rs.555 by chq,
                            Till date they do not provide me a connection and not giving me a answer for that issue, I make register Complain for three time My Complain no is C[protected] first I register this complain in 2-1-2010,second one is in 2-2-2010 and third one is in[protected], They do not solve my complain

                            ADANI GAS LIMITED — Delay in Connection

                            We have applied for PNG Gas Connection few months ago. But regret to say that till the date we have not got connection. No fruitfull or trustworthy response received.. Moreover, in our society who have applied after us for connection they have got the connection. Contractors are doing work at their own priority and do not interact with concern owners.
                            In this regards I would request your kind self to look into the matter.

                            On line payment system is very pooar.also paid bill receipt is not available.pls. see system of bsnl 0r torrent power online pay sys.is very easy.

                              i had taken adani cooking gas connection.

                              after satating my gas supply in june-10, till date i have not received gas bill. my neighbours who has started gas connection with me, have received bill twice.

                                  i am having same problem. my connection was started in june-10 and till date after 6 months of consumption, not received bill whereas my neighbours got same twice
                                  my number of complins to customer-care are of no means as they are even not bothered to reply.

                                  has your problem solved? if yes tell me how? so i can follow same procedure.

                                      Adani Gas guys came and installed the pipeline, In order to change the LPG to PNG stove they said that in the hotplate the nozzle needs to be changed. But Adani sends third party contractors who are technically not competent. These contractors open up all the knobs of the gas stove and made the air to gas ratio holes bigger. He was just supposed to change the nozzles and not do any thing else on this but he did so and accepted his mistake. On lot of discussions he agreed to get the knobs for me. But he just ran away and did not come back. Talked to Adani guys they asked to lodge a compliant Complaint no is C[protected]. When we talk to the call center they say nothing can be done and we should not call. On repeated discussions they finally transfer a call to a supervisor - who also says that gas stove is not Adanis problem it is customers problem. My question is if it was customers problem why did they play around with it. On Adani Gas website there is no place where u can contact the right officials and get ur complaint atleast heard to, Have left the hopes of getting it resolved to customer satisfaction.
                                      Name of the contractor - Ramesh Name of the customer care agent - Vipul Ramanuj. Is this the type of service Mr.Gautam Adani u are providing to ur customer. Utilities is a business where in customer care is o[censored]tmost importance. I think there has to be a regulatory body as we have TRAI in telecommunications in Utilities also that should control this. This text is with a hope that someone in Adani Gas really pays attention to this problem and comes forward to justify and resolve it. No comfort Mr Gautam Adani

                                      problem is pipe man is instaled pipe and bring gas behind then he giv on frunt of my house now thay guv me ectra pipe line fees

                                      they are worst in resolving customer complaints and they are not even bother for customer satisfaction or their own reputation. I had filed a case against them at consumer forum ahmedabad since 15 months and will definitely try level best to bring my problem solve and teach them a good lesson which will cost them a lot.                                         i paid rs 1000 for registration the gas line fitted wrongly so i complain for line fitting after many call to customer care the line changed but now they sent bill of rs 2500 for bathroom point but my neighbour paid rs 1500 the compny has not solve my problem in time and delay for give gas suply now demand rs 2500 insted of rs 1500 all conection in our socity give same time why different in charge ?
