Adani Gas Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,

My customer id is [protected]. Ms. Bharti Jashvantrai Mehta

I registered my complaint for gas likage through the valve between the meter and the pipeline(it is work on 360 degree instate of 90 degree)

But on 22/01/2011 ne person came while only ladies was there and he told her that the complaint was solved but right now it is not solve and he took sign by saying lie.

Now...

ADANI GAS LIMITED NOT GIVING ANY RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS BY CASH OR CHEQUE AT THEIR OFFICE/ ANY COUNTER TO RESIDENCE CUSTOMERS, THEY FORCE TO PAY THROOUGH IDBI BANK COUNTER OR DROP A CHEQUE IN DROP BOX.

IF ANY QUIRE RAISE THEY ASK FOR YOUR BANK STATEMENT ON WHICH DATE CHEQUE GET DEBITED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.

AS AND WHEN WE INQUIRE ABOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS THROUGH CHEQUE THEIR STAFF DENIED FOR THE SAME....

i had taken adani cooking gas connection.

after satating my gas supply in june-10, till date i have not received gas bill. my neighbours who has started gas connection with me, have received bill twice.
my number of complains about same issue has not resolved by adani customer care dept.

We have paid Registartion fee for New Adani Gas Line since last 2 years.

Till the date no body came to explain whether we will new pipe line or not?

I HAVE APPLIED FOR PIPE LINE GAS CNNECTION WITH M/S.ADANI GAS LTD,AHMEDABAD VIDE CUSTOMER I.D.[protected]. LAST DECEMBER,2009 SOME PEOPLE FROM SAME COMPANY CAME AND D SOME PIPEFITTING IN MY PREMISES. Adani Gas guys came and installed the pipeline, In order to change the LPG to PNG stove they said that in the hotplate the nozzle needs to be changed. But Adani sends third party contractors who are technically not competent. These contractors open up all the knobs of the gas stove and made the air to gas ratio holes bigger. He was just supposed to change the nozzles and not do any thing else on this but he did so and accepted his mistake....

i paid rs 1000 for registration the gas line fitted wrongly so i complain for line fitting after many call to customer care the line changed but now they sent bill of rs 2500 for bathroom point but my neighbour paid rs 1500 the compny has not solve my problem in time and delay for give gas suply now demand rs 2500 insted of rs 1500 all conection in our socity give same time why different in charge ?...

dear sir/madam,i myself yogesh g oza with customer id no [protected] of adani gas had given submitted the application form along with 1000 rs cheque on 05/02/2009 regarding my png connection of my house.all the work has been completed since 5 months in the whole society,only my house is left out.i am comlaining to them since last month then too there is no positive reply or any work nor any phone calls from there side.by the way the main gas...

Mtal pipe and meter installed since more than 10 days but connection is not done. Gas cylinder is inside the house which we do not prefer. Expedite and ask people, who are working, to talk to the owner before they start any work in the premises, to avoid breakage of the stuff they check to install the gas connection....
