I had a consignment signed with Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. to move my household items from Cochin to Bangalore. Below are the consignment details.

Delivery Date - 04/09/2022

I had to face a lot of inconvenience during the delivery of items in the destination Bangalore.
The given date of delivery was on September 3rd, but it was delayed to the next day, 4th September afternoon. During the delivery only the driver was there and no other people were there for unloading. My quotation was included with the loading and unloading fee.
I called several times to the responsible people and no one picked up and finally I called customer care. However, I didn't get proper information regarding unloading people and I had to wait for more than 1 hour.
Even after that, since nobody showed up I had to unload all the items myself and while opening the load itself I could see some damage in some products.

The package of refrigerator was torn and it was damaged. I have paid the insurance amount while signing the consignment. I have informed the company multiple times regarding the damage and no one responded.

I want an appropriate refund or compensation considering my losses and I have attached the respective photographs and documents herewith.

    After collecting money for direct transfer of good from Hyderabad to bhubaneshwar. The goods were transferred in shared basis. After connecting with Operational manager he didn’t agree to return money back for shared transfer

      I'm writing with respect to my consignment (GCBNG[protected] which was picked up on 27.08.22 and delivered on 05.09.22. I had sent 10 pieces (7 cartons, 2 pcs of furniture, 1 scooter) from Bangalore to be delivered in Thrissur, but I have only received 9 pieces in total, with 1 carton missing (Box no. 7). I have been in contact with Ravi Singh in Bangalore and Rohit Shukla in Coimbatore, and I still haven't received any details on the whereabouts of my missing package or when I will receive it.

      Within the delivered boxes there are a few damaged items as well despite of their packaging, that I should be compensated for.

      I'm really disappointed in their service and lack of care for their customers.

        GC NO[protected]

        I had to shift my household items from Jodhpur to Ranchi and the date of booking is 8/7/2022.

        Though most of the items reached Ranchi, I have not received 2 wooden chairs of dining table.

        Ranchi office is saying that the items have not left Jodhpur.

        The claims dept just picks up the call and asks for the details then assures me that they will call back with an update but they never do that.

        Many times nobody picks up the call.

        It has been almost a month now and yet no update.

          It is good I got my shifting done from Agarwal packers, because I have come to know today that the house near Dwarka, Delhi where I lived, was I shifting yesterday, they had to move from Dwarka Delhi to Noida sector 62, What happened to them, I did not even imagine that this could happen. Their similarities disappeared on the way and they still do not thank god that I got to know or else I too could have been a victim of this accident.

            I had chosen your movers and packers services based on the name you have in the market.
            It is very disappointing the way i have been treated and there is no empathy towards my needs.
            To give you a brief, i had booked 23 items from Coimbatore dated 14/08/2022 with GC number: 4823013 and the challan also mentioned approx 10 days to reach Patna where i newly shifted. It has been more than 22 days now and neither me nor your team has got any clue where my cargo is and when will i get it delivered in Patna.
            I have been continuously following with Mr. Ramchander Choudhary[protected] who is i am told coimbatore hub head. He always used to tell me that he will find out the details and get back to me but he never called back. After continuous followup, he shared me the contact person on Patna of Mr.Suresh Kumar[protected] who is really miserable in customer service as he never picked up my calls .
            I am really worried where my cargo is..How can such a reputed company take this so casually that too when the delivery date of 10 days has got extended to 22 days and still no update or call.
            Due to the delay, i am forced to stay in a hotel and have been mentally tortured which cant be measured in monetory terms.
            I need proper justification for such a huge delay and demand compensation for atleast the monetary loss i have to bear to stay in hotel..
            Hope this mail goes to the right people at the top management who take proper action against the negligence and poor customer communication.

              My GC number is GCHZD[protected]. Booked for Rs.54000/- from Hyderabad to New Delhi to shift my house on[protected].
              1. Several of items were damaged (wooden table, crockery, washing machine, Steel almirah) during the transit. After talking to claim department for several weeks till today[protected] no settlement happened and surprisingly they didn’t fill sorry for it.
              2. As a customer, I paid premium charges expecting better service than other players in the market but in return I was offered with insufficient and unfriendly staffs giving excuses, shameless not lifting the calls. In order to track and get my own stuff I have made 20 to 30 calls a day. Ironically the customer care sitting at office have no control over the field team and they just pass you the field executive or warehouse people number. These warehouse/ delivery team will not lift your calls at all. (shamelessly)
              3. The packing and delivery team members are beggars demanding money for everything as if they are doing mercy to do packing and delivery to you. Demanding extra money is right for it. Mind it.

                  The consignment was supposed to be moved from Kolkata to Hyderabad, it was picked up in Kolkata on 19th August 2022 against GC 4829139. It has been days since I got any updates. I tried several numbers, but they are always giving different status updates. At times, the customer care has been downright unprofessional, one guy has told me there has been an accident and I won't get anything.

                    I booked a car consignment and deposited my car on 14.8.22 which was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days.
                    After more than half a month, my consignment is still not delivered. I tried contacting customer care which resulted in a dead end. All the information that they have is "your consignment is in transit and will be delivered today/tomorrow". There is no real-time tracking of the consignment and the reason is the same "GPS is not working in the vehicle".
                    After charging such hefty fees (Rs 60, 000), customer support like this is purely unacceptable. Monetary wastage and mental harassment due to such incidents are prodigious.

                        Even after multiple commitment my goods are not delivered yet. I was been told that my goods will be delivered by tomorrow whenever I tried to connect to customer care facility of APML from last 4-5days. I have written email to their Escalation team as well but have not got any fruitful response. Each and every I am getting new commitment but my my problem has not been solved as a result I am yet to get goods delivered to me.

                          Honda Activa was transported from Mumbai to chandrapur have damages on handlebar edge, break lever, saree guard .
                          Throttle is jammed and bike is pulling left .
                          Its visible that the bike is fallen in transit as there are evident damages .

                                Hi,

                                My consignment number is GCKOL[protected]. My goods were packed at kolkata on 3rd August 2022 in the bill it was mentioned that it will be delivered to me on 13th of August 2022. Now customer service is saying it will be delivered on 16th of August 2022. Hub supervisor behaved rudely and disconnected call. I rented an apartment in Bangalore for which I had to pay the full deposit but I'm unable to shift to the apartment as my things are not delivered on top of that I have to pay 7500 daily to hotel for accomodation. I had to pay 18000 to Agarwal packers and movers too. I am being harrassed by Agarwal packers and movers. Please help.

                                  On 14 June, I contacted Ms Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML) for transporting my household goods from Bengaluru to Panvel, Navi Mumbai. A quotation for Rs.43147/- was sent to me on the letterhead of DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd ( Brand of Agarwal Packers and Movers) by Nandini on behalf of Agarwal Movers and Packers. One Nandini Nadar, claiming to be an employee of M/s Agarwal Packers and Movers, got in touch with me on WhatsApp ( Mob. No. [protected] carrying APML Logo, Location at New Delhi) and negotiated the deal for the goods as per list excluding car, at Rs.27748/- including taxes. The deal was agreed to and the movement done vide GC No. 4812962 dt.[protected] on the letter heads of DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd – Brand of Agarwal Packers and Movers
                                  Three days after taking possession of my goods, I was asked by the same mobile ( sometimes a female voice, sometimes a male voice) to pay an extra amount of Rs.5000/-. as they feel that the number of packages is more than what they had envisaged, even though the items were same as per the list on which our agreement was made. It may be noted that each chair, jhadu, etc is counted separately. (Wonder why they did not count each tooth brush also as separate item). Many things had no packing done and only a piece of paper was wrapped around them for writing number on them.

                                  To get back my goods, I paid the full amount by net banking, including the extra amount to the account provided by them i.e. Via account payment: Bank Name:- ICICI BANK,
                                  A/C Holder Name:- DRS DILIP ROADLINES LTD, A/C NO. –[protected], Branch Name:- MG Road Secunderabad, IFCS Code:- ICIC0001121, Regards, Nandini Nadar, Senior Coordinator – Relocation.
                                  After having entered into a contract, and having taken possession of my goods, can they revise charges? Had I known the revised charges before hand, I would not have entered into an agreement with them.
                                  I was threatened that if I do not pay, the goods would be confiscated at their godown.
                                  Does it not amount to extortion, or may be even blackmailing a person aged 76?
                                  To get possession of my goods I was forced to make the payment as told by Ms Nanadini Nadar.
                                  When I wrote to APML about the extortion, they say the consignment case does not belong to them. Then I mailed the complaint to Ms DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd, but they did not responding to my correspondence.
                                  I am confused. Who has transported my goods Ms Agarwal Packers and Movers or DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd? The persons who came to collect goods wore shirts with large logos of APMK. The boxes in which the goods were packed carried logo of APML all round. The vehicle on which the goods were loaded had a large poster painted of APML on its side. Now how can they wash their hand off the deal?
                                  The photograps of the quotation, the whatsapp chat with Nandini in pdf, GC No. 4812962 dt.[protected], , the list of packages, photos of the persons who came to collect goods, the vehicle, Mobile Info of Ms Nanadini are all attached herewith.
                                  But I feel this is the most unethical and perhaps illegal act on the part of DRS Dilip Roadlines Ltd. / Ms Agarwal Packers and Movers.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and get me the refund of the extortion amount of the charges.

                                    As per comitted they will deliver the consignment with in 5-6 days but after 9 days also not delivered, also they are saying they wil deliver by 15 days. 2 consignment were booked from Kolkata to Bangalore.

                                    My Father Mr Santanu Kumar Bhaumik([protected]) talked to Mr. Abhishek ([protected]) working for Agarwal packers and movers for shifting his house hold items and a car as he retired and want to shift his items from Kolkata to Bangalore. As per his commitment the consignment will be delivered within 5-6 days. The consignment was picked from his place Krishnanagar(Nadia Dist.) On 4 th August 2022. As per his commitment we should get the consignment by 10th August. But till now we dint got the consignment .Also if we are trying to track the consignment the employees are telling us that it will take 15 days to deliver. All his stuffs including his and my mother's medical prescription are there in the consignment, father is heart patient and mother have high BP but without prescription we are unable to take the medicine. Also they brought limited stuff with them. Also they dint told them that they will take all amount which is arround 98505 ₹ beforehand. On the day after coming to pick the stuff they told about the amount to be given in advance.Having no option that time my parents have to give whole amount. This is completely mental harrasment and also physical as they are senior citizen.

                                        I booked personal consignment for moving house hold items from Hoshiarpur to Jhalawar and consignment loaded on 4th of Aug and promised to deliver with in 4-5 days, based on their commitment i shifted my family to destination .Till date my consignment not delivered . Company is robbing costumers. They are taking total payment in advance and now they are not picking my call.
