I had booked a consignment from Jamnagar to Ludhiana with 8 items including Royal Enfield bullet bike. Bike was mishandled and damaged during transit. Even at the time of delivery furniture was placed on bike’s tank. On complaining to the officials, they had shared a number of claim incharge. Either that number is switched off or calls go unanswered. They asked for pictures of damage via email which I had sent on the same day. Now they’re not even responding on customer care helpline. It’s been a month they're harassing badly.

    I had booked my Wagon R car in Agarwal Packers and Movers (APM) from Barmer to Kolkata on 1st April and Consignment note no is GCJDP[protected] . Car was in running condition and APM driver drives car to Jodhpur from where it was loaded in car carrier for transportation to Kolkata.

    When I enquired to Jodhpur office in charge Jaiprakash ([protected]) on 11 April about delivery of car then he told me that car reached to Kolkata and but Gears are not working, we are working on it and within 2-3 days it will be delivered to me.

    I was little surprised when he told this gear problem is pre-existing issue by referring issue that when he drives car 200km to Jodhpur, car stops 2-3 times. Totally shocked on this kind of reference and conclusion.

    After this I have done video call to Kolkata office on 12th April to see car, then new thing come out, car tailgate was damaged, it seems it was hit by some other vehicle. Kolkata in charge Rambir ([protected]) has told he has referred case to Niraj Gupta ([protected]) of Claim, only he can resolve the issue then car can be delivered.

    After 12th April, I called Customer care, Jodhpur office, Jaiprakash, Niraj Gupta of Claim and Rambir many times but all of them either not responding or just saying we will resolve it but no date, no action nothing. Its already 6th of car reaching to their Kolkata Yard and my car is further getting damaged in Yard.

    Today after talking to customer care, Niraj Gupta has given new number Mr. Vaibhav ([protected]) to talk for my case and I tried him over call and WhatsApp but no response. He has seen WhatsApp after sending my issue but not responding to my complain.

    My request to resolve the issue to get delivery my car as condition of car will further worsen their yard. And get it repaired in authorized service Centre (Tail gate, gear problem and cleaning of car) at their cost.

      Following is the chronology of our complaint:
      1. We booked our consignment of 15 items to be transported from Pune to Bangalore on 4th April 2022.
      2. The consignment reached Bangalore on 10th April 2022.
      3. The company (APML) gave a written confirmation of the delivery on 15th April 2022.
      4. However, when we contacted the delivery manager Mr. Santosh, he was very rude and said the delivery will be done on 17th April 2022.
      5. We then contacted the customer care who provided written confirmation and did not deliver on 15th April'22.
      6. Now, sighting the delay due to unreasonable issues, the customer care also said the delivery will be on 17th April'22.
      7. Since past 10 days we are incurring food and transportation cost due to non-delivery of our consignment.
      8. Also, if APML does not deliver on "written" email confirmation, how should the consumer believe they will deliver on the said date of 17th April'22?
      9. Such unprofessional behaviour needs to be addressed with stricter actions.

        My consignment GCBSR[protected] is in Bangalore hub from past 5 days as per discussion with customer care executive.

        I was promised for 10 days delivery but It's already 13 days over and I still have no update on the delivery.

        The online status also is not yet updated and I have not received any call for scheduling the delivery.

        I tried to contact Bangalore delivery incharge but no response.

          Phone number of patna branch [protected] did not picked up the call which was given to me by Ranchi as well as kolkatta branch.

          I did complained it with Ranchi branch. Shifting was from Patna to Ranchi. and previously Agarwal packer and movers have done it for me.

          Thanks after 2 days of calling i have hired a different packers.

            Hello,
            My good that was in Agarwal storage has not yet been delivered it was suppose to tech from bangalore to hyderabad on Thursday the 7/3/2022 has not yet been delivered . The call. Entire people have scripted documents. The bangalore manager Sanjay is most irresponsible They never call you back . I have made over 30 calls but with no help. Bangalore or hyderabad is an over night journey but Agarwal needs 10 day or more. Due to this harassment my three year old is sick so is my husband who is down with food poison

                Hi,

                My consignment GCAGRA[protected] is in Bangalore hub from past 3 days as per discussion with customer care executive.

                I was promised for 10 days delivery but It's already 13 days over and I still have no update on the delivery.

                The online status also is not yet updated and I have not received any call for scheduling the delivery.

                I tried to contact Bangalore delivery incharge for the update but he just disconnects the call saying we will deliver if it is received in Bangalore.

                Please support to schedule and deliver the car ASAP as I need it to commute outstations for work.

                  Not delivered even after 7 days. The sells person Pankaj Kumar in Ahmedabad committed 3 days delivery in Bangalore. Customer care can't connect with any relevant person to share update. All money taken upfront. Fraud company. Pathetic services.

                  Just got connected with customer care and they are still saying 3/4 more days. Which means 10/11 days even when you paid more for having your separate container and all in advance. What rubbish!

                    I recently shifted from Kolkata to Ranchi through Agarwal Packers (GC No. : GCKOL[protected] for which the package was received on 06th March’ 22.

                    The 50 inch Panasonic TV Model : TH-49DS630D LED panel has been damaged during transportation. Video and pictures were taken by the personal who had delivered the product and I was informed that I would receive an update in next 72 hours, however it was more than 21 days and I was still awaiting an update on the same

                    I even tired calling kolkata office located in Salt Lake from where I booked however they are not responding,

                    Below is their few claims policy as published on their website:

                    Claims :
                    We promise our customers an intact shifting, but due to any unforeseen act or for any other un intentional reason if at all claims arose. Then we have to following the below procedure of claim settlement.
                    Procedure to settle claims
                    By conducting a survey of damaged goods, arrive at the density of the claim.
                    By getting the minor damages repaired
                    By offering a compensation payment for the goods not repairable at branch level itself.
                    By involving of senior staff of the claims department for the cases which are not settled at branch level.

                    None of this has been done despite following up with them for 1 week now. Finally i received a call from a Mr. Manish, claims manager apml, who did not share details of claims procedure until i spoke to him forcefully. After several complaints i was informed to provide damage quotation from Panasonic even after sharing videos and pics along with all the required documents which would cost more than what was quoted before and I was denied about compensation.

                    I would request to look into the same and humbly request for resolution.

                      This is with respect to my Household goods delivered booked with Agarwal Packers & Movers (APML) with reference # GCBNG[protected] / CFR # CFRBNG[protected]. I would like to bring to your immediate attention the challenges and issues faced during relocation, and need your kind attention and response to resolve. Have been reaching out to your customer care and there is no proper closure since the issue raised back in Dec 2021

                      A. I booked for packing and loading services at Bangalore home for 25th November 2021 before 9 AM, and to deliver the same at Hyderabad home before 9AM of 27th November. The Bangalore APML team said goods will reach by 26th Nov itself and will be delivered on morning of 27th Nov and I planned my stay and travel accordingly. To my surprise and pain, the packing and loading happened on time at Bangalore, but vehicle was never sent to Hyderabad on time. I have been following up, almost made several mobile phone calls to several people from Agarwal’s team to find the status. No one shared status update. One member shared driver’s number and asked me to check directly, but driver never lifted phone. The Hyderabad APML team said to contact Bangalore APML team, and Bangalore APML team asked me to contact Hyd APML delivery team, Neither of the teams responded or attended my calls. They kept on asking me to speak to several other members of PAML for status. The vehicle or goods didn’t come to Hyderabad on 27th full day, and I had to stay outside for that day as all the household items were in the APML container and spend a lot of money. To my agony even till Sunday noon (28th Nov), neither there was any update. After series of phone calls and requests to support me, finally the Hyd delivery team said the vehicle arrived and they cant confirm when the delivery will happen.
                      B. I asked for the reason of delay, the Hyd APML team asked to speak to Bangalore booking team. Bangalore booking team didn’t lift phone at all inspite of several calls and messages. No reason or update provided throughout 2 days.
                      C. I told them to send a trolley as well so that the workers will have a seamless unloading of goods from maingate to Hyd apartment. The Hyd delivery team confirmed, but no trolley was sent. The HYD delivery team arranged only 3 members to unload and unpack a container load of items at 2.30 PM… the overall process took so long and by the time the goods reached into apartment, was 7 PM. Half the goods were unpacked and others left, and the workers look tired with no energy. They demanded money at the beginning of the unloading itself, and until promised the goods were not delivered at apartment. I reached out to the Bangalore Booking team and Hyd Delivery team, but of no use, half of them were switched off and others non-supportive.
                      D. The Shifting charges included the services of a carpenter. No carpenter has attended either at bangalore (packing) or at Hyderabad (unpacking). While the Agarwal workers who came at Bangalore apartment removed all the devices (gas stove, Water filter, Television, Recliner, Washing Machine) themselves, the team who came to unpack the goods at Hyderabad said I need to call the delivery team and they will not do.
                      E. The Hyd delivery team said I need to call the Blore Booking team to clarify on the services, and they cannot send any carpenter to help. After repeated explanation and proving that carpenter services were included in the services booked, they said they may send someone anytime this week. I clearly explained while booking services that, I will be at Hyderabad home only for 3 days and wanted to have a seamless packing and unpacking, but it all was a painful experience without any proper response from either of your teams. The Hyderabad team blames Bangalore team and vice versa with customers left out. The Hyd delivery leads had no empathy and were completely non-supportive
                      F. Now, I ended up staying back at Hyderabad hotel for this full week, still clueless on the support to fix the household things, before I can move back to my hometown to support my family.
                      G. I paid Rs.1600 to the workers at bangalore for loading, and Rs.600 to the workers at Hyderabad for unloading given their persistence and demanding nature. Highly demanding and scary.
                      H. I thought booking relocation services with APML will be a seamless and best experience, given am alone for this movement planned. The overall Delivery experience was worse. No proper customer care nor proper responsiveness. Even after paying a whopping amount of Rs.55000, it turned out be a bad experience. It looked like Agarwal is no more a professional service provider. It appears to have become a government office. While booking, full attention given, and during delivery customers are left on road to suffer and feel the pain (this was my 3rd shifting services with Agarwal, and this was the worst one. I made a mistake this time of booking with APML). I should have never booked service with APML in first place, that is what you left me with a feeling of.

                      Please look into this and get me immediate resolution -

                      1. Compensation for the delay in the delivery of goods resulting in unwarranted stay and living expenses for me
                      2. Educate your teams on how to manage and provide better customer service. We book your service to feel relieved and have a seamless experience, not otherwise
                      3. Please share contact number of your Head of APML, for me to speak to and share this nightmare experience, so that he takes corrective action and avoid such headache to future customers

                      Hope you will pay attention and resolve my challenges and help me now.

Agarwal Packers and movers Limited on 11.03.2022 from Navi Mumbai, It has reached Kolkata on 22.03.2022. One part for Jadavpur has been delivered on 24.03, 2022 at night, some of the cartoons in torn condition. Another part for Hatibagan, Shyambazar still today has not delivered and denying to deliver it as there is no any other consignment for delivery

                            worst Service, At all customer checkpoint their staff was asking for additional money.
                            1. Asked for tip when they came to pick the car and demanded toll charges to take the vehicle to godown where it will boarded into a carrier truck.
                            2.Charged toll agaist my fast tag while the vehicle was being transported in carriage truck to destination which is weird.
                            3. Delivery guy was asking for money to fill petrol so that he can bring to the car from godown to our house even though when we had 1/4 tank fuel at the time of pickup.
                            They replaced two new tyres which had recently installed with old ones, very poor service and stealing from customer & replacing tyres is not acceptable at all.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked Agarwalpackers.in (Bade Bhaiya) for shifting of my household material from Jamshedpur to Mumbai. The GC no is 4769732 and material was loaded from Jamshedpur on 13th Feb’22 and I have been told that at max by 18th Feb material will be delivered. Also at time of Booking Jamshedpur Manager confirmed me that we will give one point solution. i.e. uninstallation and re installation of AC.

                              I am trying to contact on mobile call, sms, watsapp but each person is giving different answer or gives number of some other guy. Now I have got more than 10 contact no of different person of Agarwal packer but not getting correct response.
                              I have paid Rs.103747, which is quite a big amount. but i received very third class services. and i have to pay for AC installation (3 AC) to local technician even after paying the same amount to DRS group at time of booking the consignment.
                              Also following items got damaged and charges borne by me
                              1) window AC FAn (Cost-1700)
                              2) Spilt AC gas Valve (Cost 800)
                              3) Gas refill in 2 Split AC (Cost 4000)
                              4) 3 AC installation by Urban Company (Cost 3846)

                              I have booked my consignment from DRS group considering that it would be fast safe and user friendly but I am very sorry to say my expectations are badly impacted, your people (except few) are not at all costumer focused. Every one is giving excuse that they have got meeting in Hyd. Having some official meet at HYD, does it means that during this time all your business will be at pause.
                              This is very very poor customer service.

                              I am writing with a hope to get below mentioned resolution and reimbursement at the earliest.
                              1) window AC FAn (Cost-1700)
                              2) Spilt AC gas Valve (Cost 800)
                              3) Gas refill in 2 Split AC (Cost 4000)
                              4) 3 AC installation by Urban Company (Cost 3846)

                                I would like to share my feedback on your service for my consignment.
                                From day 1, when my items were packed the truck took almost 5 to 6 hrs to reach my place for picking up the items.
                                From day 2 till today- i have not at all received any update on my house hold goods which is placed on your storage. No phone calls, no photos, no videos, etc.
                                i am literally loosing my trust and confidence in you guys. Being an owner i should be authorised to see the condition of my goods.
                                Whenever i called i just got to hear one sentence and that is “it is in the cube/ container and will be shifting it soon and share the pics and videos.”
                                Its been more than 2 weeks now and i don't have any idea where my goods are! and in which condition!

                                I would like to highly escalate it and want a proper resolution, else i might have to file a complain in the social media or consumer forum.

                                  They forcefully fit two cube items into one cube. In front of me they have fit the all items in two and after that they asked for money. but latter on they have have mixed all items in one cube which has increased damage.

                                  Also they did not told about that there will be 4-5 breaks during whole journey, so when i came to know this i requested for increase the In transit damage coverage insurance. Shipment reached at destination.

                                    Worst service i have seen by any company.

                                    Their sales team will mould you with their sugar coated words and will take full payment. Then from delivery onwards their delivery team will show their true colour.

                                    They are not a single point concern and responsible for customer consignment. Pathetic delivery experience.

                                    BETTER go with any other paackers & movers where easily one can save 30-40% amount and I am sure will get better service than APML.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I had an shipment from Hyderabad to Noida against GC no. 4789916 with DRS Group Agarwal Movers and Packers on 24th December'2021.

                                      On that day a supervisor named Rajkumaar took 900/- in cash for insurance and made me sign on insurance papers. But he has falsified in original documents mentioning that everything is at owner's risk.

                                      On 8th February'2022 when I have received my goods in Noida I found so many items are damaged and my documents are falsified. Please refer to

                                      Now the DRS Group is settling my claim with just 3500/- against the huge damage caused by their company. In mid of the conversation they have falsified so many times and their behavior is so rude.

                                      Would request you to look into the matter and get my claims settled with justified amount.

                                        I booked my Honda aviator from Pune to Chandigarh

                                        Booked at 20th dec 2021 from Pune
                                        Received scooty in Derabassi Mohali at 30th dec 2021

                                        I booked scotty and put steelbird yellow color helmet in dicky of scooty but at receiving end we only got Scooty but not helmet.
