We took the service from Chennai to Hyderabad Household things moving.

The condition what it came to us in Hyderabad was very bad. Our tables were broken and the way your people packed was awesome but the way it came in small van in very bad state.

We are very unhappy about this. The people don't tackle it properly.

I booked my scooty on 12th July. And today 25th July. Still no proper resolution or update . Everytime new update .
I have paid for fast delivery and before booking so many calls from sales department and after booking i am calling continuously but call never get connected or long wait time and no resolutions...

Earlier they told you will receive the bill soon after making full payment but I didn't receive any invoice in my mail and after three weeks they have delivered the product and then they told after receiving the package you will receive the bill and then also I didn't receive and...

I recently used their services for moving within the same colony and recieved worse service than i could have from a local mover.

They took the packing too lightly thinking it won't be traveling too much and hence they can be careless. Many items are broken and their workers stole cans of beer from us. I found out and kicked out the relevant worker but who knows what else they have stolen.

I want a full refund...

I booked a single moving door delivery and APML has sent my luggage in shared truck and was promised to delivered in 5 days and it’s been 11 days and no one is answer and ignoring my calls . The delay has costed me around 30k extra and work problems....

I refer to the quotation no QUMNG[protected] And CRF NO: CRFMNG[protected] for shifting from Mangalore to Varkala, The totally bill amount is Rs 16575/-. I already paid an advance amount of Rs 1500 on 20/06/2022 ( attached screenshot), and also on 22/6/2022 I paid the full amount of Rs 16575 ( attached the payment receipt).
Kindly I request you to reverse the extra paid amount of Rs 1500 to my account

We inform you that our consignment has been picked up on 01.07.2022 for Mumbai from Safidon haryana but till now goods has been delivered and no one has been giving proper answer. It shows very poor service of your company. How we can recommend to other person for your service....

I have made final payment and the car was picked up from ghaziabad on 22nd June, 2022.
I was promised that the vehicle will be reaching within 7-8days.
It's already 7th July and still no sign of the Vehicle, they keep on delaying it without any valid reason.
Please deliver my vehicle and provide the compensation for the additional 10days that i have to travel with can....

I have used their service to move my stuff for Hyderabad to Gurugram. After unpacking I found my PC and monitor are severely damaged. I had insured them during transit. So I sent a mail to the email given by their customer service with all the pictures of damaged items but I get no response from them. When I call their customer service, they say claims are only handled through email and they can’t do anything.

Such a worst...

I have given for goods delivery from Trichy to RAJAHMUNDRY with GC no .4658009 on 15/05/2022 till date they haven't given my bills, kindly help nobody is giving the proper response.. please resolve my issue

I had booked a full truck for Kolkata to Hyderabad for shifting my furniture. A quote of Rs.70000/- for packing, loading and unloading was agreed and an advance was made for Rs.10000/- The truck came on 2nd July - for picking the materials. I have booked household items shipment from Bangalore to greater noida. 53 items picked from Bangalore on 11th June .After dait follow up Two days back partial delivery of goods has been done where out of 53 items, I have only received 49 items.

I have transferred the payment Rs.1500 through Gpay for booking (Quotation No. : QUCHE[protected]/1) on 26-MAY-2022. But from Agarwal Packers and movers support team called me on 27-MAY-2022 and told that slot was not available on 28-MAY-2022. So that i cancelled my order and asked for refund....

for today(1/7/2022) it takes 8 days from 23/06/2022 and They have charged 7000/ extra amount for deliver to my place(Srikakulam)

Now no one responding my calls and telling that when they will deliver my items.

Total I have paid 40975/-...

On 15.06.2022, my household goods were shifted by you from my Berhampore residence, W.B. for Mumbai.

Ive had such a bad and horrible experience with agarwal, I made a big mistake of going with this agarwal. My delivery and unpacking was delayed for 3 days since the truck reached on time but the unpacking team did not come, after escalating and shouting they came on the 4th day, customer care was very horrible and there was sense of ownership missing. I have taken a service from Agarwal packers and mover the man with a CAP,
They have done a lot of damages to my product. Now there claim team not even sending any survey and out of 50000 claim they are 6000 and saying if you put any other mail we will close the claim as no claim.

This is really pathetic service.
