Very unethical dissapointing rude behavior by ms athira kishore and her colleague who didn't allow me and my mentally and physically dissabled child to board the flight as i was late to the gate as i had just went to the washroom to change his diaper. She walked away from without showing us what to do. I had to take help from info desk to exit with another staff of air asia. This is not the way to speak to your passengers specially when i was repeatedly telling her that i was in the washroom with my kid nd my sister and her 1 year old son.
I am a doctor by profession i know how to speak to people but the way i was treated at the bangalore airport i would suggest many people not to take this flight and please ask your staff to be helpful with mother's with children.
There is no prove that wafaa shahed was a passenger on the Air asia flihgt from the public complaint.

    I (Santosh nair) hereby finally intimate you on mail about the mishandling of my tv and washing machine done by you, which led to damages worth rs. 40, 000.

    Details of my journey and booking of goods through cargo are as under:

    Date of journey : march 4th, 2019
    From chandigarh to bangalore via air asia flight
    Air way bill no. : iad/ixc/01497016

    The goods were picked up from your premises by my labour on march 5th, 2019 (Next very day).

    On receipt of household goods including two tvs/washing machine we called the technician to install the electronic items.

    I was astonished to notice that the led of tv was broken and motor of washing machine was damaged due to mishandling, the cost of repairs/replacement of damaged parts is approximately inr 40, 000.

    On 6th march, i specially went to cargo and gave a written complaint to the executive sitting on counter with his assurity that i will get a call from your centre and complaint stands registered.

    Again on 9th march, when i did not receive any feedback response from you, i talked to the cargo agent in chandigarh and intimated him also on whatsapp along with the photographs of damage done by you.

    The packing of the goods was done by professional packers and it was only after inspecting good packing the chandigarh office accepted goods in good condition. Even i had requested them to put a fragile mark on two tvs and washing machine. Moreover, i had furnished a complete list of household goods to be consigned with the goods vide the said booking reference.

    Despite all my complaint at call center, agents, written application, whatsapp photos, i have not till date received any response from you.

    You are as such requested to respond to this mail in next seven days to refrain me from going to consumer court.

      To who so ever concerned,
      I and my wife were supposed to get on a plane from denpasar to kuala lumpur on 2nd march at 4:05 on flight qz 556 which was supposed to depart from gate 6b according to the departure screens. It was 3:30 pm and they did not start boarding yet. The boarding pass says that gate closes 30 mins before departure and they did not start boarding yet. At the last moment they changed the gate from 6b to 6a. To all our shock they did not inform us. A page would have been enough. But these hopeless officials considered making us and a few others with us miss our flight. We reached the gate at 4:05 after so much hassle and to our surprise they offloaded our luggage before the departure time. We could see the bus leaving in front o[censored]s. They did not even try to help us. Instead they took our passports and went through immigration and kicked us out to the check-in counter. This is just poor service from air asia officials and the rudeness on their faces was just so intimidating. Because of that we missed all of our connecting flights. We had to book everything from start and last minute tickets are so expensive. I have been traveling for a while now and this was the first and worst accident i have had to go through. It caused me to stay for an extra 45 hrs to reach my destination. Stupid officials. I mean how can they be so inconsiderate and on top of that they don't understand english most of the time they just keep nodding their heads. I thought maybe it's me but noooo, they were mostly very inhospitable. Very very horrifying experience for me and my wife and that too on our # honeymoon. I want my refund for both the flights. If not i will have to take further actions. Hopefully noone else has to go through this.
      I had booked a ticket for guwahati to Delhi and Delhi to guwahati, booking ID NF[protected], but the airlines has rescheduled the flight . My entire journey plan has been compromised. I want to cancel my booking without any charges on me. What should I do

        Hello sir, on actually i travel to indigo flight
        Name 6e 1813. During my journey, my baggage was damaged in that but in malaysia there was no staff of indigo available at that time. So air asia staff helped me n booked my complain. My pnr no is ingqob n tag no is [protected] but the problem is that indigo staff is not accepting my complain they are not cooperating with me infact they asked me to take the complain number from your airline.           I took air asia flight to hyderabad on 23rd jan 2019 and return flight on 25 jan 2019. I have not received my airline tax invoices yet. Since the tax invoices are mandatory for the company to reimburse the gst amount please arrange to provide them at the earliest. I had already raised a request to air asia but dod not get proper response. Kindly consider this as important and urgent.

              I booked flight through AirAsia via Ease My Trip.Com.

              The time of flight is 12:30 P.M from Guwahati at 15th Feb 2019 but you can check that at that day the flight was delayed till 18.00 P.M
              The team of Air Asia did not help us for new flight and even though did not help us.
              After that I booked new flight from SpiceJet with myself and travelled from that.
              The condition of AirASIA is that -"Be offered a refund on the value to your bank account or credit or debit card if you choose not to proceed with your trip due to a flight cancellation and/or rescheduling that occurred three (3) hours or more, before or after the original scheduled departure time."
              This is also in attachments.
              If the rule is after 3 hours of flight cancellation the Airasia must be give the full refund then it was 6 hour delay flight and I could not flight via their flight.So I must be eligible for my full refund.

              Thenafter I proceed for my refund but they gave me only 615 rs refund.
              They excuse with me that I was not check in there with my boarding pass, but my luggage was already in.So how can this possible? They don't want to give my money back so they tell lies.

              Kindly inform them do anything but I want my full refund. I don't want to compromise with my money if I have no any fault.

              In this whole matter customer can not sacrifies his money and don't want to let go.

                Dear sir

                Our pnr numbers are nwe9wv and pqqr5z. This flight d7-201 has been cancelled for the 20th of march 2019 as a result we are in trouble because we have connecting flights from kuala lumpur to delhi by air indigo (Pnr pmznyh) and kuala lumpur to bhubaneshwar (Pnr z1fijk) by air asia itself. All these tickets were booked on january 10th 2019 and we have received the notice of flight cancellation on feb 16th 2019.

                On rescheduling air asia my connecting flights are getting affected as they are non refundable and now the prices on this route have increased substantially thus causing us to spend more than rs. 50000 which is a big amount for us.

                From the last 4 days i have been talking to a number of customer care executives like arif and even the floor manager mr. Wasim but unfortunately no reasonable solution is being rendered. I have been made to wait patiently with all kinds of false promises for a solution and then been told we will get in touch with you shortly but nothing is being done and my agony is increasing. Each call made has been for over 45 minutes which either automatically were disconnected when the going got tough or we were informed that a call back would be arranged shortly.

                Right now i am in a lurch wondering what to do

                  I booked tickets to travel from hyd to goa on 22nd feb. Received message from airasia that the flight is cancelled on that day. I also booked returned ticket on 25th feb and booked rooms in goa. I[censored] cancelled, u should cancel both tickets and refund full amount. Booked tickets for 6 members.

                    I lost my neck rest in the cabin luggage at flight. Cabin crew can't help for this incident. Its cost of rs. 1790/- it would be great if you help. Usually this is difficult to find because passengers might be or might not be taken. What ever it happen the airlines is the responsible for my loss.

                      I have booked one ticket with pnr mmq4qy, the flight is on 18th feb but today only i received the flight is cancelled due to aero show and the customer care executive is very very rude while talking and asking to book another ticket if i am planning to take another ticket it costs me 7000 now who will compensate for it, at the time of booking why its not being conveyed just 5 days before they informed me so how could i get it done now. I have an urgent task to do that day.

                        Description below:
                        One of the worst experience of my life. This happened when i was on personal vacation in kashmir. There was heavy snowfall on 6th and 7th feb 2019. My flight for delhi got cancelled on 7th feb due to bad weather i5716 pnr - apum8g, i was getting a timely update till my flight cancellation.
                        I called many times to airasia customer support and they gave me next availability for 13th feb. Me and my wife really suffered as there was no help from airasia, j&k administration, and airport authority. The real pain started when i reached to airasia sales counter at srinagar airport on 9th feb. The staffs were not helpful and reluctant. They just mentioned that there was an additional flight which took off on 9th feb the day i was at the airport. I went next day i. E. On 10th feb early chilling morning to take a chance to catch a flight at 9.45 am. There was an associate at sales counter named javeed matto. He casually called the boarding team and informed about us. I had seen that there were many no shows for 9:45 am flight but this guy told lie and did not let us board the flight stating that flight was full. He called someone senior nadeem sir and mr nadeem was also disinclined.
                        I somehow got the duty manager number and called him. Explained him the situation. He told that there is an availability in flight departing at 2 pm i5713.
                        I entered and talked to the manager and escalated this matter. They arranged the boarding pass and let us go. I could clearly see that almost 15-20 % of the seats were vacant and these cheap representatives were clearly denying that no availability. I have attached the photograph of 2 pm flight for delhi.
                        The overall observation from this scenario was that airasia front desk was not helpful. Incompetent representatives at sales counter and customer support, customer relationship. They could have let us go at 9:45 am flight easily.

                          I am having a flight to indore from hyderabad at 7:30 in the early morning. Being a college student i have to leave my campus according to some specific college rules. So i reach the hyderabad airport at 3 in the night.
                          There is no one at the air asia counter for boarding pass and neither there is someone to inform that the counter starts at so and so time.
                          If the airline is not able to hire employees then please don't run over early morning flights as many passengers come a night before due to some circumstances.
                          Why am i supposed to wait outside even having a premium lounge access? It's like 2 and half hours for the flight and the boarding hasn't started!
                          Very much disappointed service provided by the airline!

                            Hello,
                            My name is akshay khatri.
                            I have told this story to all the advisor's i have spoken with on phone and i have made more than 10 phone calls through out this week.
                            But as advised i was asked to write this whole email down briefing the situation to you by email as verbal communication is of no use for you!
                            So i have invested my personal time writing it down please have the heart and patience to read it.
                            I was traveling from pune to delhi with air asia on the 00:45 am flight.
                            I had many problems there as people kept me misinformed and made run in circles just trying to go through the check in. The luggage check i had go through it 2 times as the guy didn't stick the sticker and misinformed me that the check in doesn't start till 11.20.
                            After seeing a big line at air asia counter i went there to check in.
                            After waiting for 15 mins i tried to check in and i was informed that my bag didn't have the security check tags so i had to go again through the whole process of the luggage check.
                            After following the line again the person at the desk informed me that i had 1 kg. Of excessive luggage so he asked me to move something in my hand luggage bag. So i moved a bottle of alcohol (Johnnie walker) which i was taking as a gift from the back pack to the hand luggage bag. I asked him if it was ok to do so and he told me it would be completely fine.
                            I went to the security check in then with my boarding pass. There was a huge line as the airport was exceptionally crowded.
                            Once i checked in my hand luggage there they asked me to open the bag and leave the alcohol bottle behind. But i couldn't do so as it was a very expensive bottle so i asked the security what can be done and he asked me to ask the airlines to bring up my backpack and put it inside in that!
                            I had to go back all the way again to the luggage counter and there was this other guy sitting in the counter. I requested him to bring up my backpack so i could put the bottle back in there but he completely denied and told it is not possible for him to get my bag!
                            He asked me to put it in a different bag or a coat bag.
                            I had a tuxedo bag which i was carrying with me so i put the bottle in that and had to go through the check in again to take a tag as approval. The security were not polite and had a very rude attitude.
                            The guy asked me to pay 800 rs. Extra for the coat bag which i checked in with the alcohol. It could have all been completed avoided if i had been correctly informed from your side at the time of check in. So i paid 800 rs. Extra for nothing as i could have just removed so other stuff from the bag and put the bottle in the luggage. I informed the young man to take care of my bag as i would be at complete loss if the bottle broke! He promised me that he would take care.
                            I had to go through the whole thing again and finally reached the gate at 12.30!
                            I was very tired, parched from running around in the airport and also i had travelled from mahabaleshvar to take the flight! After having this hectic experience i boarded the flight which literally made me deaf due to air pressure and gave me a servere head pain.
                            Having this worst flying experience and a very hectic day i arrived at the airport and to my surprise the bag looked very dirty was wet! And yes the bottle was broken and my tuxedo was destroyed!
                            Being so tired and frustrated i just walked away angrily as i could not spot any of your staff there and i was angry on them as it all happened because of their incompetence. I did not click any pictures of the broken bottle as i was in a rush and threw it in the garbage can.
                            I had to leave the airport in a rush otherwise i would miss my bus to uttrakhand so i didn't have the time to complain then. But i called the customer service and have been waiting since then for some support from your side as i suffered a huge loss. But no seems to help me. I have called the customer service many times and waiting for a proper response.
                            There has been no attempt for the backhand team to contact me and they closed my case without even trying to help me.
                            This was my worst flying experience ever and i also want to share this experience in the social media as i think your support team don't value the customer's.
                            I have asked the back hand team to call me but they never did so i have to write this long email stating my issue and story.
                            I hope you will revert back to me and compensate for my loss. It has been a very bad service. I was not expecting this from air asia!

                              I am booking flight on 6/11/2018 from hyderabad to bhubaneswar on 09/02/2019. But i got cancellation of flight i5-1564 on 19/01/2019 which is 20 days prior to departure. I talk with customer care regarding the cancellation but they replied to return the full amount but at same time the tickets are double the amount. If passenger will cancel then there is no refund but if fight is cancelled why they donot provide other option instead of returning the money. If they are going to cancel the flight then they have to intimate 30 days before but they only intimate 20 days before & also they have to return on the same day but they told to take 7- 15 days why?. What a bloody situation? I want alternate flight as before 20 day the flight cost is more else return me what ever the minimum flight cost for the day.
                              I am booked a ticket from Bhubaneswara to Hyderabad through Easymytrip app.My journey date was 29/1/2019.When I came and at boarding time they have charged some extra amount from me.Please let me clrarify me for what is the reason for charging more.

                                I have traveled on i5 1459 from visakhapatnam to bangalore on 15 jan 2019. Our flight landed at 22:16 and need to collect luggage from belt no 7. I have waited for an hour and still didn't received. When checked with the staff over there, they are saying to wait for 30 more minutes. So, our luggage collection time was more than time of travel. Will there be any worst experience than this? Please value people's time.

                                  I HAVE put forward my cancellation request on your helpline number and air asia helpline number of flight ticket scheduled for 14th Jan which was one hour delayed from its usual departure time.Hence I could not travel and therefore I want to cancel outward ticket from Jaipur to Bangkok dt.14th Jan and return ticket from Bangkok to Jaipur dt 16th Jan.I want to cancel both tickets( FD-131 & FD-130) which was booked through goibibo and want the refund amount as it was the mistake of the airline.Kindly coordinate with the airline and do the needful.I wanted to put forward the request of cancellation through goibibo mobile app but was unable to do so as the app does not allow to put forward the request due to some error.I have spoken to the customer care number of goibibo and air asia but did not received any professional response.Seeking your kind and prompt persual.

                                    I am a client of airasia company. Firstly, i would like to complain about rude, impolite and inappropriate attitude i was given when i called to an airasia branch in china to ask few questions about my issue. The operator talked to me in a rude way and didnt let me contact the manager. Secondly, i faced a problem which didn't seem to be a big deal but it became one. When i was booking a ticket for my sisterfrom colombo to guanzghou, i am sure i wrote down her name in the ticket, as i put her personal information (Like the date of birth). Since i was doing it from my account, i believe that there could be some system problem because when i finished purchasing the ticket, i noticed that the passenger's name was changed to mine. I called operators in china hundreds of times and none of them couldn't help me to change my name to my sister's name out of ridiculous excuses. This is the worst experience that could have happened to me because i have spent a big amount of money to buy that ticket and it's not even refundable. I will never ever suggest air asia airlines to anyone, as it's the worst company with the poorest service and unfriendly and rude staff.

                                      I was traveling from bagdogra to bangalore on the 6th ofjan'19. The flight got delayed by 1& half hour. The luggage i was carrying had extra 4.9 kgs for which i was ready to pay the amount. But i was shocked on hearing the amount of rs.1900/-for 5kgs.
                                      I don't think that's the charge because i have travelled with other airlines as well and i remember paying rs.100 per kg extra. How come airasia charges rs.380 per kilo. It's not valid. I want an explanation for this.
                                      no prove of any flight and payment is seen from text of anonimous author.

                                        Sir we family of 3 we flying to vietnam via bkk in airasia on 25 th midnight night. We know about the baggage limit of 7 kg and since we were family we did nit divide our luggage into 3 sets but we just had 2 cabin suitcase totalling to 17 kgs.
                                        The stupid girl in the check in, made us divide our luggage into 3 parts, wasting time of passangers & increasing the frustration of others standing in the que.
                                        If family of 3 are travelling n luggage is less than 7x3 kgs either in 1 luggage of 2 luggage, so wat?? Wats the logic here, we r confused cz in bkk we had the same 2 cabin bags of 20 kgs, they created no confusion & let us pass.
                                        Wake up india.
                                        This not a complaint but anonimous gossips as no evidence of:
                                        - name of passenger / email
                                        - exact flight
                                        - e-ticket, 13 digits
                                        - bag tag attched
                                        - request towards air carrier
                                        at minimums.

                                        Nobody has a duty to trust/ to verify such type of public complaint .
