My daughter a BALLB graduate rececived a mail from Air Asia on 22.5.18 through Naukri.com stating that she is selected for interview, which was to be held inbetween 4 to 6th june 18, They asked to pay Rs9, 780/- (which was refundable after interview) . My daughter was asked to contact HR . Mr. Rajesh Damodaran on his mobile (+[protected]. Profile of Mr. Rajesh Damodaran was also given. After contacting Mr. Damodaran on his mobile on 23rd morning, he asked her to pay registration fees by credit card. He did not gave Air Asias Bank details. So when asked for the details he said that the company is linked with HDFC bank . After He received the amount she received email saying the date and place of interview will be mentioned soon.
But from the next day onwards the said Damodaran Switched off his phone. Is this email is from right person. And does the above Rajesh Damodarn is a false identity. Air Asia Corporate Office, Air Asia Airlines Ltd., Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500409 India.
This I am informing you let you know that people are fooled using your identity.

    My sister booked ticket 27/05/2018.at 10.15am an suddenly got SMS ticket cancelled...at 11.00am ..when she ask refund for cancellation...the make my trip said 1248/ she will get her refund ...she purchased ticket was 15000...an when she find out about refund with AirAsia they said refund of 900/is send. To make my trip... AirAsia saying new rule is come that cancellation will be charged almost 92%.so not even 2hours became after my ticket booked...mmt saying my sister send request to cancel ticket which she didn't do...plz plz beg Ur don't use this apps...my sister is very ill an after this her pressure went up...I request for refund they didn't do
    AirAsia why it's taking long time to revert back... urall charged my sister 92% penalty for after half hour of booking.which urall charged her 14998/- for flight ticket..An refunding her 1248/- rupees because she book ticket on same date which 27/05/2018 at 10.20am an mmt send her sms saying 11.15 am ticket cancelled..For half hour ur r charging penalty of 92%...New way to archive monthly target AirAsia..To target innocent people...Not even 24hour nor 48hours had became after her booking...An her flight was in July 13 2018 ...Still ur charged souch penalty...Plz mentioned while booking for customers that after booking no time will be counted after cancellation for ur penalty charges...An plz don't mentioned 24 hour or 48 hours...To cheat customers...Biggest fraud is AirAsia

As per airasia customer care (Case number :[protected] they asked me to book new ticket (Ht387h.) please refund the amount for previous wrongly generated ticket (Vnd38m). Note : this case regarding mobile app crash and payment notification not displayed but amount got debited and got booked in wrong name.

        I have booked air ticket from cochin to Bangalore and journey date is[protected], PNR no is SU119H. Due to declaration of high alert regarding nipah virus attack in Kerala state..hence I am not able to travel in this situation.. request you to cancel my tickets and refund the amount..as you aware it's health emergency and I can't travel there and put my life in risk... request you to do the needful at the earliest

            Hi all,

            Please be careful while tavelling through airasia or opt for some other airlines instead as it is a total fraud airlines.
            Staff of airasia misguide their users or travellers by giving false information. Similar kind of incident happened with me.
            I was travelling from kolkata to bali via kualalumpur on 09th of march 2018 via airasia flight. Please find my whole journey information below

            Airasia flight62
            Kolkata to kualalumpur (12:50 am to 07:20 am) with pnr #pls5fg date-09/03/2018

            Airasia flight 376
            Kualalumpur to denpasar (10:20 am to 01:25 pm) with pnr #mw2z7n date-09/03/2018

            Airasia flight 556
            Denpasar to kualalumpur (03:30 pm to 06:30 pm) with pnr #kq9knh date-16/03/2018

            Airasia flight 63
            Kualalumpur to kolkata (10:30 pm to 12:05 am) with pnr #xiqdqs date-16/03/2018

            I booked this ticket from goibibo site.
            I was very not very much concerned about my flight as in goibibo there was nowhere written that my flight will require any transit visa.
            After some days of booking i have been told by my friends that since you are going to another country for first time you should enquire about visa from goibibo.
            I called goibibo customer care they tranferred my line to airasia. I have been told by airasia customercare that i will not be requiring any visa as my transit time is less than 4 hours and i will not be going out of the airport. After hearing that i feel relaxed that i will not have to go through the immigration process in kualalumpur.
            On 9th of march, when i reached kolkata airport at 10:30 pm they asked me for transit visa. I was shocked and feeling cheated. Airasia people were not at all helpful there, they told me you can apply visa now but i knew that it takes atleast 48 hours to process so how can i board flight at that time.
            This was 2nd time they misguided me. When i told them that it will take 48 hours then they told me to book another ticket of same time.
            By gods grace, i got the ticket for same timings but it costs me 44k one side. This time the ticket i got was having same route with less than 4 hours layover but i didn't have to pass through immigration. This was really strange no where it was written that i will be requiring visa. I really felt harrassed at that time and was short of money as well.
            I will go to the consumer forum as well for this cheat if my extra flight money is not refunded by airasia.

              I booked 4 tickets for my family in one booking, 2 kids 1 senior citizen.
              On the day of travel air asia counter people asked 250 per head extra to get seats together or else by default they will give 4 seats at 4 corner. They looted 1 k from family. What is the point of booking seats together in this case? Why customers have to pay extra after booking tickets, why separate charges for seat? Where are we going with this kind of policies, requesting travel ministries attention to regulate airlines.

                I had booked a flight from mumbai to bali in dec (Pnr : bgcvuy) for an amount of approx 24, 000 inr. The flight was cancelled due to the mt. Agung eruption. The ticket was booked partially by existig credit (16, 000) and partially by debit card (9400).
                After the flight cancellation, the credit amount was returned in the form of credit in my air asia account but an amount of 9400 inr was never received in my bank account.
                I have been constantly in touch since 3rd dec for my refund, it is not 15th may. They have delayed the process for so long and caused a lot of mental frustration. The service was pathetic. I was assigned agent to agent without any progress. No update has ever been given to be in the past 5 months inspite of several calls. They only promised to arrange a call back which has ever come even once.
                I have even complained about the long holding hours (30 mins-1 hour), requesting a direct line and a dedicated customer support but nothing was done. This process is extremely annoying and caused me a lot of time and harassment.

                  My name is sravan, I was caught up with a fraud e-mailed received from air Asia saying it is a job offer. U need to deposit security deposit of 9600 first and then ur application will processed for further level of interview process. I have deposited the amount requested as it seems like a genuine mail received from [protected]@airasia.com. again after a day all in sudden received another mail stating ur resume is selected in recruitment board meeting and our board members decided to take ur profile forward need to submit a bond agreement amount of 35000 with in a TAT of same day before 4 'o' clock I have deposited even that. Again today morning I received another call from recruiting manager Named Rajesh Damodaran as today final decision of board of directors is going will update by evening. I received another call today around 8:00 pm stating u will be receiving an e-mail with offer letter and laptop with a confidential information of pre joining. I called Rajesh damodaran Recruiting manager again [protected] asked him here after is there any monetary deposit for further process of joining he said just go through the offer and deposit 45000 again. I informed I don't have single penny to deposit you..he is just urge me to go through offer and the package we offer and raise voice. Again I started google about AirAsia recruitment queries contact information and came out with a news fraudlents e-mails by air Asia news and realized that I was caught up with fraud...please help me I am from poor poor background and I have borrowed all this money on a credit basis now I am soooooo much nervous and afraid after hearing this news.

                    I have booked air asia refundable flight ticket on 29th of april 2018 through irctc portal and due to some unavoidable circumstances i have cancelled ticket today.
                    But till not collected any refund by irctc and air asia.
                    By contacting air asia customer care, i came to know that air asia refunded rs.1028 to booking agent (Ircrc).
                    But my point is that i should get whole amount as air asia showed me the ticket is refundable.
                    Please help me to get my 3129 rupees in return.

                      Both the onward and return flights were delayed for more than two hours. I had like to bring it your notice that my parents were not keeping well and were travelling chennai's global city for their medical checkup.

                      Airasia's last minute delays had cost my parents a great agitation and quite a lot of money. Right from waiting at the lounge in bhubaneswar (Inr 1800*2 = 3, 600/-), taxi waiting charges and late night bata (Inr 500/-) for drivers (On arrival at chennai), 20 minutes waiting at the hotel while checking inn, and a half sleep after the whole tiring day followed by sufferings with early morning appointments the following day.

                      Airasia did not stop at this. Even while returning decided to make sure to torture customers. The flight has been delayed again for two hours. I had non refundable train tickets (Inr 3500/-). Now, i had to book night stay at a hotel (Inr 5500/-), and book a early morning cab (Inr 8000/-) to my city to make it to a family function. But again who cares, its customer's headache right? Airlines have all the right to deny passengers to board (If late), but about the times when it's the other way?

                      I could manage something or the other but troubling patients ain't really a good idea.

                        I had booked 3 ticket for 5th apr2018 from bangalore to bhubaneswar.
                        Due to some personal issue i was again supposed to travel back to bhubaneswar on 19thapr2018.
                        So called airasia customer care in month of march2018 just for inquiring if i reschedule only one of ticket to 19thapr2018 what will be the extra amount to be paid.
                        But as customer care provided information the difference amount was too much so i told thanks and not going to reschedule my existing booking on 5thapr.
                        On 5thapr2018 when i reached airasia counter with my family, was surprised to hear there no pnr what i had booked on there list.
                        They simply told as pnr is not displaying on system they can not do anything.
                        After lot discussion they guided to go for new booking and latter on raise this issue with airasia for full refund of this new booking i did on 5thapr.
                        As early 5am i had no other alternative went for new booking and travelled.
                        From 5th apr i have logged this issue with airasia and till today there is no concrete solution, since 8days iam calling customer care and they simply not all interested in resolving this issue and dragging it. Lot many times being on call for 1/2hr they simply disconnect, feeling very frustrated with this behaviour and top of that mental pressure they give.
                        Amount of around 23000/- is i have paid for the travel.
                        Can any one from this group please help me in resolving this issue and suggest me if i need to do police case against airasia.
                        Below are my information regarding pnr
                        Wgyuhb - this was the original booking done before 4months prior departure had paid approximately 6600/-
                        Fi3ivl-this was new booking done on 5thapr had paid approximately 18000/-

                        The worst service I have ever experienced is now experiencing from AirAsia.
                        These guys 2 days back called me, I was on travel couldn't receive call and because of this reason the case they have closed.

                        How pathetic these guys are called customer care today, was given assurance to me would be getting call within 2 hours, like before there no information from AirAsia.
                        Friends can any one suggest how to deal with these unprofessional guys running Airline.
                        Last option will be from my side to post this on FB and sending these to media.

                          I have registered 101 kgs of house hold decorative items and expensive clothings for a marriage on. 3rd april 2018 from menzes aviation bobba pvt ltd. Bangalore airport by air asia cargo. The approximate value of the items were five lakhs which was packed in six cartoon boxs and two air bags. The items were supposed to dispatched from bangalore to imphal via delhi. When i enquire about it the air asia cargo staff from delhi responded very rudely and unprofessionally. I will wait for the items till 15 april 2018 failing of which i will seek legal help against air asia.

                            Yesterday i have travelled from new delhi to kolkata I5-548.
                            When i went for check in counter the associate sitting pitched me
                            “Your seat is unreserved and you have to pay Rs.220 to get the seat reserved”
                            I somehow paid her Rs.220 and she said that she has given me complimentary meal which was disaster.
                            Now the Question arises that just for promoting the meal she scared me by saying your seat is unreserved.
                            Ifeel cheated and dissatisfied with airasia and will think twice before travelling with this airline.

                              Hello. My name is Shweta Maheshwary . I had a flight today at 6:35 via Air Asia from Bangalore to Bhubhaneshwar. I had done web check in as well . I was late by 5 minutes for the boarding time. I asked them what could be done. If I could leave my luggage and still go . All I needed was a Hard copy of the boarding pass from their end. They denied me the boarding pass, denied the reschedule and along with that, the quality of the staff sitting were extremely ridiculous. Firstly, they have absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. If a customer is late, they should be given a fair chance to speak. Also, for the redressal of customer grievance, fair options should be given to them. Another thing is that what for do we provide a mobile number? Other companies will start calling you if you havent done your boarding. Because of their inefficiency of handling the customer, I missed my flight today . The flight was at 6:35, and I could have been inside the flight by 6:20 and there would be no delay caused by me. However, they were absolutely ridiculous and no other airways has given me the kind of treatment Air Asia did . I would kindly request you to refund the money that I have had to pay as a result of the inconvenience caused. And I will make sure I spread the word all over social media and make sure I do all the negative marketing a company wouldn't hope for if my issue isn't resolved. Jai Hind.

                                This is to inform ull that v had yesterdays flight frm singapore to kolkata via kulalampur flightno. Ak 716 one of our bag labled 2 small ben10 green colour bag was labled fragile but in rtn to kolkata the same bag was bit open no fragile lable no sticker of bag coming frm where and the hand of the bag was broken too. Plus non of yr staff was present at kolkata airport. Vy much disappointed will nvr travel through air asia any more. I want the reason of all.

                                  I had an air asia flight (Ak 718) from singapore to kuala lumpur on 4th march. It got delayed and took off 1.5 hours after the original schedule of 7:15 pm.

                                  It landed at kuala lumpur at 10:15 pm and the connecting flight (Ak 63) departed as per the original schedule of 10:55 pm.

                                  Due to air asia's gross negligence, i missed out on the connecting flight. Additionally i had a an onward jet airways flight in the morning at 6 am on the next day which i also missed out on.

                                  This has led to huge monetary (Inr ~15, 000) and time loss.
                                  The hotel accommodation and food were pathetic to say the least.

                                  Secondly i have multiple voice recordings of assurance from their staff (Killa and other staff) that i will be duly compensated for the grossly negligent act committed by air asia.

                                  Lastly they have turned down on their promises of refund and have ignored all my emails.

                                  I would request you to look into this matter and help me towards a speedy resolution.

                                    The flight was cancelled and the information was given to us just 9 hours prior to that. There was no official mail regarding the cancellation. After calling the customer service number, they refuse to shift us to some other airlines. The losses that we incurred for a day delay, even that was refused. We would request you to at least give them some panelty and we would like a reimbursement of the losses that we incurred.

                                      I with my wife went to kolkatta from bhubaneswar in airasia on 19th & returned from kolkatta on 20th. We collected boarding pass at about 6.30pm for the flight no 1563. The girl at counter told us no seats available jointly. And demanded rs 1200.00 for the seat. As my wife is a patient i have been forced to pay vide mr no 16149.
                                      But when we seated many seats were vacant. We felt air asia cheated me only for rs 1200.00

                                        To whom it may concern i do not reside in malaysia. On 20 feb 2018, i booked 2 seats from kul to bki with return. On 18 mar 2018, airasia changed the return flight time which is not satisfying me. I requested to cancel the return and refund my money back as per their role.
                                        Unfortunately, they rejected my request. I wrote their role in the following:
                                        Airasia role:
                                        5. Airasia changed my flight date/time! Can we change it? How much will it cost? How to change it? Can i ask for refund?

                                        If air asia changed your flight date/time, you are allowed to change your flight date/time for free subject the change is more than 3 hours from your original flight.

                                        Go to the nearest airasia sales counter / airport counter to change. Find out the nearest air asia office

                                        Airasia allows you to retain the value of the fare you paid in a credit account for your future travel provided you rebook within three (3) months therefrom.
