My booking id is bkjzhi which has a connecting flight from i5548 delhi to kolkata. As the flight i5722 is delayed by 3 hours due to which i am going to miss my connecting flight. This delay was notified to me today morning at the last moment. I have a important meeting in kolkata due to which i have planned for this trip accordingly. Now when i called to your customer care they asked me to wait for 6 hours in delhi airport and arranging another flight at 12pm tomorrow which will no longer required for me as i will be missing my important meeting with the clients which was scheduled at 10am tomorrow morning.

Now the only option your customer guy gave me to cancel the ticket at last moment. They were showing themselves helpless which was very much irritating. I really don't understand why there was a last moment change happened, and if this happened them why the passengers have to suffer for this. Today again she cancelled my ticket for a refund of rs 5000 and asked me to book another ticket from another airlines worth rs 14000.

Now for your disgusting service i have to pay rs 9000 more and book a new ticket at the last moment. Why should passengers should have to bear the loss for your reschedule.

I need a justification for this. Why should i have to pay (Waste) my rs 9000 more. If you guys are not smart enough to run your business then you should stop all your flights so that people will not book flight in your airline.

I made a mistake that i trusted on air asia and booked the ticket now i want my rs 9000 as refund which i have to waste due to your improper service at the last moment of journey. Why should i have to pay and bear the loss for your waste and improper services.

Is this is the way you are treating your customers and putting them in bad situations by cancelling the flights at last moment. Need your justification.

    Hi,

    We booked flights from goa to bangalore early morning and paid 2000 rupees each more to get to bangalore early as i had to get to mysore for training and my friend a flight back to south africa. We took off and turned around to land again due to technical difficulty.

    There was no plan b. Flights with other airlines were unaffordable due to the same day booking.

    We spent 13h waiting for a flight and left at 8:30pm:
    - we lost money on having to book a hotel room 2500 rupees
    - we wasted an extra 2000 rupees each on the flight that never arrived
    - extra costs spent on taxi to go to an airport late from bangalore to find somewhere to rest.
    - i missed my training

      I booked a ticket bound to delhi from guwahati on 06.09.2018. Unfortunately there was double deduction from my account. Pnr is z1y7je. I should get refund of rs 11956.00.

      When contacted airasia, they told me to send bank statement. I did everything and have been following up after every 3-4 days but all the time they are saying the same "framed sentenced" that "your case has been escalated and money will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours".

      After all i assume that my money is lost. I think this is their extra business.

      Now, it has passed 01 month already. Very bad experience with air asia.

        I paid excess baggage in advance of my flight. On the details of my flight confirmation i read that up to 32 kg is the allowance.

        When i turned up at the airport they informed that it's only 15 kg. Between my 2 suitcases i was 11kg overweight which is typical for the airlines who don't give grace to international travellers which are flying out within 24 hours.

        Why i am filing a complaint is that they said i can also be charged for my carry on. This is the only domestic airline that has ever done this to me. I will never fly air asia as they simply gouge customers on fees without justification. Its absolutely a nuisance and they policy should change unless they want to lose customers.

        I am thoroughly displeased at the threat of having to pay excess fees for my carry on and a flat charge of 4500 rs. This is simply unacceptable.
        Sir, I have payed extra money while am getting the boarding pass at Delhi IGI Airport. And am ask for its reson then the counter holder tells me I don't know the exact reason but i[censored] get a boarding pass then you should to pay the extra money

          I had a flight from da nang to kuala lumpur on aug 13, 2018 (Ak 649) and from kuala lumpur to hyderabad on aug 13, 2018 (Ak 69). Booking reference - fi2c8l and tl2s5f. I did not show up for both the flights and have been trying to get refund of airport tax. No update from air asia so far and it has been over a month. Please help with regards to this.

            Dear sir,

            I am writing this email in total frustation with your customer care service. Till now i have been talking to customer care everyday for an hour each but no one wants to resolve the issue and only give excuse that i will get a call back in 2 hours but i never get a call back.in some cases they even disconnected my phone. I have also raised two eform cases after initial discussion with air asia but its been more than 15 days without any response. Can i talk to anyone directly and who will really have some authority to listen to me and take action.

              Dear sir
              Me and my family traveled (4 tickets)on Air Asia TRV/BLR 31Aug 1400lt Dep under PNR BJJ8WL, we checked in with 5 pcs of bag contained all clothes and personnel belongings, All bags tagged under my mother’s name OMANA GEORGE, while we reached Bangalore airport it is noticed that my suitcase lock is broken and come out with a Major Damage as all sides are broken and it is totally not repairable .I immediately informed the Airport customer service staff of Air Asia Ms Aneka, i made her understand as the suitcase is very new and hardly used as the plastic coatings are still there, she took pictures and informed me, she will talk to supervisor and will compensate for my loss, she created the attached DPR and forwarded me to Air Asia Supervisor Steven, i informed and showed the damage and he offered me INR500 as compensate, as i bought the suitcase 2 months back for INR 15000, i denied the offer .
              Later I filed a claim with Air Asia, the customer service team replied to me I denied the offer of INR500, so that was the maximum they can give so they are helpless and without my feedback or concern they closed my case
              It was totally irresponsible attitude from airline as they don’t care …whatever you want to…you do!!!Nobody can question them!!!

              Kindly look into the matter and do needful

                  Dear sir, many irregularities found in bengaluru surat bengaluru flight operations. Booking not available during september many days. Flyers want to book during oct-nov diwali period but not trusting due to irregular operations. Kindly clarify it and take the bookings of days of operations only like 5 days a week / 4 days a week so that flyers get clear cut guidelines.

                    Called air asia to take their help in booking ticket from visakhapatnam to kaula lampur. But the customer representative anandh. S said that i'm blind.

                    Then the call was escalated to next level athira. A and even she spoke in a rude manner.

                    The promotional offer says: flight from visakhaptnam to kaula lampur for rs.1, 399. And it can be done only through airasia website or throgh airasia app.

                    When called the customer service representative said that it works only on standard devices like laptop or desktop. But this was not mentioned anywhere on the advertisement.

                    I also have the call recording for the same. Need action on these kind of promotions and also the customer representatives

So rude disrespectful peoples.then however in stress I book yes I was going to airport was checking air Asia app.was coming on top close kila 2 air specs from 27 to 31.in stress did not go in deep came back home called again to Coustmar support india same rude bad very disrespectful peoples.i lost so much money 3 time I paid money and get no help.had been travelled with many airline did not have this much bad experience with u have with air Asia india.i am so stress, angry and sad bec of what air Asia done .I wrote complaint and will go all websites till I don't get justies.                         Respected sir,

                        This is to share with you about the injustice done to my family while seat allotment while travelling from kolkata to bagdogra. We were four o[censored]s and had arrived at the checkin counter two hours prior to departure. We had not done web checkin because all the preferred seats were chargeable. The lady at the counter gave us 4 entirely separate seats that too at the back 30, 27, 20, 16 and half of these being middle seats.
                        We were told even before giving the boarding pass that since you didnot do web checkin we are going to provide sepaeate seats, that too in a very straight and rude manner. While requesting we were told we would have to pay if we needed seats together.
                        We have been traveling via various airlines over 10-15years and have never witnessed such an illogical and rude behaviour nor have we heard of such rules from any airline whatsoever.
                        Kindly look into the matter and pay show concern towards the feelings of families travelling with you.
                        I'm writing this while standing at the airport full of regret about having booked an air asia flight.

                          On 3.08.2018 i5-591 my flight was there that night it was heavy rainfall and i was fully wet and i was asked for the help many times to crew members but they didn't help me out and i was entered late in airport only 50 mints was there to departure the flight and unfortunately my cell phone was got switched off and i was too wet and forget to take the printout of my ticket and i was came to the counter and i was asked for help like any thing but directly the lady told me that i can't help you out her name is miss. Jolly hazra and was a another guy he also told me the same thing his name is mr. Abhiroop chakraborty and i told many times that can u open my mail id so i can get the printout from here but they it can't be possible to give the printout from here we can't open anybody's personal mail id even we are also not opening that and there is a camera over here so we can't do that sorry told by miss jolly hazra and i was waiting for some time but she told me that the boarding gate is closed, even after she don't know how to talk and how to behave with the guest if some body in emergencies, i am also a hotelier and i know very well how to behave with the guests and i think she don't know that she should some hospitality institute to learn how to behave with the customers she even don't bothered that somebody is missing his flight but then also no response from miss jolly hazra and air asia gives like this services i saw in my life first time such a bad services given to me by your crew members and after i was requested many times that can you swift me in another flight if any charges i have to pay i will pay it but she told me you have to book the fresh ticket and i have booked the ticket for next day morning flight at 10.20 am and saw that your some crew staff is using the facebook in the system but they can't help the customer but they can use the facebook right nice very nice service i got from your crew members and on next day morning when i reached early in airport i have went for the x-ray at 7.45 there also they have mis behaved with me.

                          I saw indigo and some other flights is far better than your services and i never recommend to any body to travel in air asia such a pathetic services is given by your crew members.

                            Please update your servery because just because of your ticket services i missed my flight. I was booked a ticket from your main website. They give me only ticket without name and just because of this reason they did not give me entry to check-in the my boarding pass. Your services is very bad and humiliated services which is really bad experience and i must say your company does need to update your services and give some teaching classes to your workers.

                              I am a frequent customer of airasia. I feel it is my duty to relay an important message. Three months back, my wife and i suffered personal harm and the scar has not yet left my mind... Twice i have tried to email the company but only silence in return, rubbing salt in the wound, as it were. I have to write you to explain the situation to clear my mind of this.

                              I booked a flight (Booking number hfj84c) for two passengers on 7th of april, 2017 flight ak 131 from hkg to cok, connecting through kul. I have been on over 100 flights on all of which my luggage was checked through to my final destination. However, upon checking in at the aairasia ticket counter, i was told the pre-booked luggage i purchased was only sufficient to transport my bags to kul. I must explain that your website (I booked directly through airasia.com, not a third party website) was very efficient at guiding me through the booking process. I was asked would i like a meal for the first leg, then the second. I was asked would i like extra leg room on the first leg and then the second... But when it came to luggage, there was no mention of first vs second leg - i was simply asked how much luggage. This made it appear as though an all-inclusive fee would take my bags to the final destination. At the ticketing counter, your employees explained the policy so my wife began to search your website. Admittedly, we found the information but buried within the policies and heavy wordage. We really had to search - it was not clear upon booking nor was it information that would occur to most people to search out as it is different from most baggage policies. We were then informed that the additional luggage charge would be over $1, 000usd. With only two hours remaining before the flight, we were felt gobsmacked - what option would we have! Please understand too, we had tried to check in for the flight early that morning (Around 10:00am) but were told we were not able. We put our luggage in storage, left the airport and returned at the appropriate check-in time. Although the time to check in was ample, the window to purchase pre-booked luggage was now closed. My wife began to cry. The possessions she had carefully packed were her cherished belongings, a few precious things she selected to accompany us on our move to india. We felt helpless, in a daze. None of the staff offered a solution - they repeated the policy again and again saying there was nothing we could do.in her emotion, my wife remembered that we had purchased cancellation insurance and we decided to cancel our flight so we could purchase another that included luggage. Suddenly, a staff member approached us and said the fee had been reduced. We could take our bags if we paid $213.18usd. We quickly paid the fee (Not knowing how this number was derived) and began to run to catch our flight two terminals away. As evidence of this transaction, i am attaching a photo of our baggage with the "fly-thru" sticker attached. I would like to know for my peace of mind, why was i asked to pay an expensive last minute charge that couldn't be resolved at the ticket counter when i would have been more than willing to pay a reasonable fee on your website the month prior during the booking process, had it been presented.

                                We had cancelled two flight tickets from banglore to surat because of death of mother of the passenger asha parmar on i5-1476 flight. You have refunded meagre amount to us.

                                As we have got full refund for our tickets from bom-coimbtore by indigo airlines on submission of death certificate of her mother, passport copy showing her to mother's name on the same tour.

                                We desire the same from your side on humanitarian ground.
                                I will recieve a job letter from air asia. I would like to confirm that.

                                  On 15th june 2018, a ticket was booked for my wife, after 4-5 calls to their offices and getting a full guarantee that the flight would reach its destination with zero diversions, they ended up landing the flight in delhi with absolutely no compensation.

                                  I even told them if the dust storm is excessive please reschedule the flight or atleast cancel the tickets, to which their answer was they would do so with a hefty cancellation fee. They gave me their word that the flight would land at chandigarh and it didn't. We spent close to 7k extra and an excessive time waste for an urgent family occassion. Thanks to these incompetant fools, we ended up missing everything.

                                  I need them to pay for the damages and the time lost. Enough is enough with airline companies taking passengers for a ride.

                                    I had booked air ticket through easemytrip for kolkata-jaipur sector for travel on 22nd may 2018 (Booking id emt[protected] and airlines pnr zi544f. When i reported to the airport i was told that above flight has been cancelled since 3/4 months. But it is regretted that neither the air asia sent me any mail or sms nor i received any intimation of cancellation from easemytrip though my mobile and email id was registered. Easemytrip later confirmed that they had no information about the flight cancellation. The most dubious role has been played by air asia. Its nodal officer informed me in email after i complained that they tried to contact me over phone but was found not reachable. The air asia is telling that they also sent email. When i asked for a copy of the email, air asia abruptly closed the case. Surprisingly i also did not get my refund. Since i had no other option, i had to book on spot for india flight to jaipur the same day at a fare of rs.9506/-. This is very irresponsible act both on the part of air asia leading to financial loss and mental stress. Regarding the refund, till date air asia has not intimated anything. At kolkata airport, the official of air asia noted down the pnr and told me that the refund would be processed. Later the nodal officer said that i had to claim for refund. This is an indication that the air asia did not intimate about cancellation because in the past whenever airline cancelled flight of their own, full refund was made by the airline without going through the process of refund through booking agent. My daughter had booking id emt[protected]Pnr: oq9dpk) for kolkata jaipur for i5588 for travel on 8th may 2018. Full refund was made by air asia without going via booking agent after it was cancelled by you. Now air aisa is adopting a different stand to hide the lapse on their part.

                                    I wish to sue them in consumer redressal forum. Kindly advise.
