Horrible behaviour of check in counter personnel’s. Systems were not working we have been asked to runaround by the girl who was in w05 this evening at 19.00 hrs. Then we were asked stand in a general lane for check in. After check one boy who is working in the counter ordered me to keep the trolley in the trolley storage place, i asked for the supervisor no bloody fellow is bothered about customer. This is the last time i am travelling by airasia and thanks a lot for the excellent customer service. Our pnrs usdt3m and ez6t3n.

    Thanks to air asia and go air for replying back so early almost after a month or more with horrible and frustrating reply.

    I had not asked about the detail of deduction charges. My point was the way it was badly and mishandled.

    I strongly feel i must not travel nor i recommend my company employees to avail air asia.

    I am frustrated about your approach, truly a height of poor service

      I was traveling from Indore to Hyderabad. Had a kid with me. The staff was so rigid that i[censored] have 8kgs in ur bag make it 7anyhow.. though my weight was appropriate but then also I had to pay 800rs to the staff.also they made us to scan our luggage thrice...n when I said I will write a review against u, the staff named urvashi was trying to tell me the email I'd...so shameful behavior of the staff... Don't know how to talk with the customer...just take some training from indigo...
      Also if I didn't get my 800 RS. Then I will go to the consumer forum for the mental harrassment o[censored]r staff... please reply asap

        Basically my family and i were travelling from goa to delhi in flight number:i5778 and there was this air hostess whose first name we couldn't see but her surname was smith. She was downright rude to eveeyone and even to my husband. When he asked her why the items on tge menu weren't available, she snapped at him and said that she is not responsiblefor it and told him not to talk her in such a manner. It was not just with my husband, i saw her rolling her eyes and making weird faces when anyone stood up or asked her anything. Being an air hostess she should learn how to treat the passengers in a more polite way.

          Hi team, me and my wife returned in flight no fd120 from bangkok yesterday but our luggage didn't come.

          Pnr # rv 46yd
          1 bag weight - 15 kg jhilam majumder
          2 bag weight - 10 kg bedaprabha roy chaudhuri

          They have already charged 2800 extra for extra weight but missplaced the same both had money, certficates, documents, very expensive jewellery, cosmetics cloths and other things keys etc. Which is worth more tha 1.5 lacks.

          Would request you to please provide a solution for the same. Your ground stuff have shared many update but couldn't provide the solution. Those documents are very important if not delivered by tomorrow i will have to gile a case against airasia.

            Hi,

            Worst service given by airasia. I had booked flight from mumbai - indore on
            11th may. On mumbai airport we purchased meal of 230/-. While travelling
            Your staff denied that they do not have any information about breakfast however i have shown the receipt as well. She said they do not have extra mean and then keep on changing her statement. I complaint on airasia customer support and counter as well but no luck.

            I have attached the receipt please refund my amount as soon as possible.

              Hi
              I booked a flight through the above and inadvertently made two payments with two separate international transaction numbers.
              Air asia responded by saying that my booking only showed one payment yet my uk bank have confirmed there were two.
              Air asia then sent me an email just saying they consider the matter closed and that i cannot pursue the complaint but can only contact them if i open a new one.
              It is impossible to reach anyone at their customer services as the emails are just returned with "your email did not reach customers services"

                Flight from hdy to dmk fd3123 at 01.05.2019
                Last flight from dmk to cnx fd3419 at 01.05.2019

                The flight to dmk had more than 1 hour delay, so our calculated time of 2, 5h for getting the luggage and checking in again for the flight to cnx was too less. Me and my girlfriend arrived maybe 5 minutes too late at the checkin counter. The staff offered to us to pay more for the first flight at the next day - but we have to pay for luggage again and won't receive any refund. When i said that that's an inacceptable service, because the huge delay wasn't our fault, the staff told me i can complain about that at the supervisor. So we went into the direction she pointed to.

                We found the airasia sales counter, and i told the staff at counter 1 what happened, and that i'm not satisfied to pay for their delay. She wanted my previous flight ticket and then she told me about the same offer. I told her that i can't accept that, and that i want to complain about that bad service. Then she interrupt me very rude and told me and with a loud voice that i should listen to her now. I stayed calm, but interrupted her too, and said her with a smile, that for sure i won't buy and flight ticket from a bull* airline again. She kept the flight ticket, and when i take a photo of her to be able to identify her for a later written formal complaint, she got loud again and wanted to deny me taking a photo. Then she called the airport security staff.

                When the security staff arrived, me and my girlfriend were on the way to another airline sales counter already. The security staff talked to her, but didn't follow us. That's it.

                So we had to take a hotel room for one night, lost time and money, but we won't support that bad service and respectless staff anymore and consider flying with other airlines in the future, even if we would have to pay the double price to avoid airasia.
                We travelled from Bali to Bangalore with a transit of 5 hrs in bangkok.when we receive Baggage in bangalore, it has completely broken.Raised a complaint in Bangalore airport.

                They offered us minimum compensation.This is not acceptable.i am ready to escalate to the higher officials

                  Complainant has got ac gas (R-32) filled from m/s raza air conditioner, hauz rani by mr raza khan & paid for rs 4200/- (Rs 3500 for gas filling+ rs 700 for leakage rectification) as demanded on 09.04.2019 advised not to operate ac that night. On very next day, it has been noticed that ac was not cooling in similar condition as earlier and water coming from inside in door unit. When problem reported to mr raza khan, he replied on phone that problem is due to other reason not fault from his part. Finally company (Daikin) was contacted and their engineer visited & shown thru pressure gauge that there is no gas inside chamber, then complainant tried to contact mr raza to have direct talk with company engineer but not responded over phone. The response of mr raza khan over text message & whatsapp during this period shows his arrogant & dubious character. Finally complainant had to pay again rs 4300 to company for same job.
                  Complainant also came to conclusion from facebook that similar type of complaint of his fraudulent practice & cheating of people around saket area have been reported
                  It is requested delhi police to take necessary action against m/s raza air conditioner, e-12/29a, hauz rani, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017, (M) [protected], [protected] for fraudulent practice & cheating common people

My passport number R0863135 made a booking of AIR ASIA flight on 24th April for flight from bhubaneshwar to Malaysia on 29th april but after the transaction succeeded, my emigrate reference number: 448014 . my emigrate was approved. But the bhubaneshwar airport staff check my emigrate. but result is no fount. so we was say not possible. we are asking my emigrate not approved. i need prove for company's verification. please send the prof as soon possible. i[censored] not reverd me back, i will contact to airline higher official.                       On 10, april 8.45pm del blr flight i checked in a bag with 15 years glennfiddich single malt whiskey. At counter after declaration, expected airline to put the fragile sticker and handle carefully. I have been transporting whiskey for own consumption regularly for the past 10 years all airlines same manner without such a disaster. Strangely after boarding a staff called me out for baggage identification on the aero-bridge and once again clarified if there is a bottle and liquid and i said affirmative. Then i asked curiously why this check, they said routine. After disembarking at bangalore, i got suspicious and examined the bag. To my horror bottle with casing was smashed to pieces and whiskey soiled all my expensive office wear. Informed the airline baggage gsa at bangalore and he took a snap. I raised an eform same midnight and uploaded all images of damages. Called customer care and explained. Now all my claims have been rejected outright and airline is not owning up any responsibility for reckless, insensitive handling of my baggage. Clearly there is more than that meets the eye and investigation is incomplete.

                        I was traveling from hyderabad to delhi on 31st march by air asia 15-727. I had 5 bags in my hand due to which i was unable to keep my luggage in the cabin. I requested ms. Sonali j the cabin crew of the flight to help me. I was shocked to hear her response that she was not here to help me in keeping my luggage. I have been traveling all across but never heard of any cabin crew being so rude non cooperative. To my surprise passengers helped me when they saw my hands were full of bags and i was unable to manage but the crew was sure that she will not help me. I also said that this is my first and worst experience traveling by air asia and i will definitely complaint she said do whatever you want to and take my name it would be easy for you. As a customer i am definitely upset and would want the company to take action against the girl. I would have tweeted or posted on fb about the incidence but then thought to put a complaint before going ahead with any social media site. Looking for the revert. Hope i get some updates and my complaint is taken seriously.

                        Today 16april2019, i booked pnr SU9G5D for seat 19A, and pnr UQRY8P for 19B and paid 299 for it, but air asia ground stop replaced my 6C, 6B and my booked seat alloted other passenger and got money,
                        I need justification from air asia airlines for this type unresponsibile behave
                        How can get refund my pre booked seat amount??

                          Hi,

                          I was traveling in flight i51622 on 31st march 2018 with my colleagues, my pnr number is l1lg5h. I had checked in 2 pieces of baggage. When i received my baggage in bangalore airport some things were missing from one of my bags. The things that were missing include 2 pair of shoes - 1 pair of nike black shoes, 1 pair of blue american swan canvas shoes and 1 pair of blue bata slippers. All size 10. Please look into the matter as theft of items from baggage also.
                          All claims regarding the damaged bagage have to be submitted by the passenger to the air carrir or to the authorised agent not later than in 7 (or 14 days), depending upon the nature baggage, it is checked or uncheched.
                          The duty of the air carrir is to investigate the incident, commencing from assigning the number at their records, and to deliver the bagage or the decision on refusal of the delivery of bagage within 21 days.

                          The passenger is advised to have and keep evidences, such as
                          - e-tiket,
                          - bag tag,
                          - PIR,
                          at least 1 year following the arrival of the flight or folwing of the complaint date.

                          If the passenger has lack of knowkedge, he or she can hire a legal professina for the agreed fee.

                          If the air carrier staff does not know the procedures, incurreded from the IATA Montreal Convention 1999, such staff is not qualified for the management of the air carrier.

                            This is a direct flight from hyderabad to kochi (11 apr 2019) and kochi to hyderabad (23 apr 2019). This flight was cancelled by airasia. They are not ready to give me an alternative flight even though they have so many connected flight options available. For example, there are 4 flights which go from hyderabad to bangalore and bangalore to cochin. It has been a horrible customer support from airasia as everytime i call they say they dont have options while i clearly see that there are options. They have been very rude and not understanding customer concerns. I doubt if they even listen and just keep repeating what they read from their books.

                              My sister and i were denied boarding because we didn't have our visas to mandalay bay so we were not allowed to go any further and we were left at the airport alone at 11:45 at night everyone just walked away from us and didn't help us from air asia the managers said there was nothing he could do for us to buy another ticket to bangkok but we had an overlay to bangkok doesn't make sense he would let us just go to bangkok and we asked and we are both elderly women we had documented emails from our friend in burma who said we were allowed to get these are on arrival he said that wasn't good enough

                                Very rude and unfriendly staff who have no courtesy. Had a very bad experience at the bengaluru airport. Was travelling with a friend and two kids. Was late to the gate as we were in the washroom. We missed our flight as we were not allowed to board. That's not my pain. My pain is the attitude and the mismanagement of the manager athira kishore and her colleague. And the inconvenience they caused us. They were very rude and unfriendly. And did not guide us at all, rather they just walked out on us. With two kids we were cluelessly standing trying to get pass security and get to the other side to book tickets. They just abandoned us on the airport rather than guiding us out. We were running around the airport trying to find them with kids hanging around our neck as the security guy told us that one staff has to guide us out. Very pathetic behavior. We are not slaves or beggars to go around looking for them. It was their job to guide us out. They took our boarding pass as well and didn't give them back. The boarding pass were required at the security check with a staff and their signatures to get out. And when we complained on the feedback form about them. They lied saying they offered us the next flight with no charges. Horrible horrible experience. Never taking this airline again. My friend has a special child who is 3 who can't even sit properly on his own. She had to carry him around running around the airport because of these ladies. This is very unethical behavior on the part of airasia. Very very disappointed. Where the world is moving forward in women safety airasia is going 10 steps backwards because of such people who left two women with kids on the airport on their own.

                                If the author do not know the basic elements of the complaining,
                                he or she can hire a lawyer or legal profesiinal in the demanded field for the agreed monetary remuniration.
                                Yes, it is a routine for them. Have faced it too. Unless Airasia sensitizes them, they will keep doing it more. Name of the in-charge there is Atira.                                   Very unethical dissapointing rude behavior by ms athira kishore and her colleague who didn't allow me and my mentally and physically dissabled child to board the flight as i was late to the gate as i had just went to the washroom to change his diaper. She walked away from without showing us what to do. I had to take help from info desk to exit with another staff of air asia. This is not the way to speak to your passengers specially when i was repeatedly telling her that i was in the washroom with my kid nd my sister and her 1 year old son.
                                  I am a doctor by profession i know how to speak to people but the way i was treated at the bangalore airport i would suggest many people not to take this flight and please ask your staff to be helpful with mother's with children.
                                  There is no prove that wafaa shahed was a passenger on the Air asia flihgt from the public complaint.

                                    I (Santosh nair) hereby finally intimate you on mail about the mishandling of my tv and washing machine done by you, which led to damages worth rs. 40, 000.

                                    Details of my journey and booking of goods through cargo are as under:

                                    From chandigarh to bangalore via air asia flight
                                    Air way bill no. : iad/ixc/01497016

                                    The goods were picked up from your premises by my labour on march 5th, 2019 (Next very day).

                                    On receipt of household goods including two tvs/washing machine we called the technician to install the electronic items.

                                    I was astonished to notice that the led of tv was broken and motor of washing machine was damaged due to mishandling, the cost of repairs/replacement of damaged parts is approximately inr 40, 000.

                                    On 6th march, i specially went to cargo and gave a written complaint to the executive sitting on counter with his assurity that i will get a call from your centre and complaint stands registered.

                                    Again on 9th march, when i did not receive any feedback response from you, i talked to the cargo agent in chandigarh and intimated him also on whatsapp along with the photographs of damage done by you.

                                    The packing of the goods was done by professional packers and it was only after inspecting good packing the chandigarh office accepted goods in good condition. Even i had requested them to put a fragile mark on two tvs and washing machine. Moreover, i had furnished a complete list of household goods to be consigned with the goods vide the said booking reference.

                                    Despite all my complaint at call center, agents, written application, whatsapp photos, i have not till date received any response from you.

                                    You are as such requested to respond to this mail in next seven days to refrain me from going to consumer court.

                                      To who so ever concerned,
                                      I and my wife were supposed to get on a plane from denpasar to kuala lumpur on 2nd march at 4:05 on flight qz 556 which was supposed to depart from gate 6b according to the departure screens. It was 3:30 pm and they did not start boarding yet. The boarding pass says that gate closes 30 mins before departure and they did not start boarding yet. At the last moment they changed the gate from 6b to 6a. To all our shock they did not inform us. A page would have been enough. But these hopeless officials considered making us and a few others with us miss our flight. We reached the gate at 4:05 after so much hassle and to our surprise they offloaded our luggage before the departure time. We could see the bus leaving in front o[censored]s. They did not even try to help us. Instead they took our passports and went through immigration and kicked us out to the check-in counter. This is just poor service from air asia officials and the rudeness on their faces was just so intimidating. Because of that we missed all of our connecting flights. We had to book everything from start and last minute tickets are so expensive. I have been traveling for a while now and this was the first and worst accident i have had to go through. It caused me to stay for an extra 45 hrs to reach my destination. Stupid officials. I mean how can they be so inconsiderate and on top of that they don't understand english most of the time they just keep nodding their heads. I thought maybe it's me but noooo, they were mostly very inhospitable. Very very horrifying experience for me and my wife and that too on our # honeymoon. I want my refund for both the flights. If not i will have to take further actions. Hopefully noone else has to go through this.
                                      I had booked a ticket for guwahati to Delhi and Delhi to guwahati, booking ID NF[protected], but the airlines has rescheduled the flight . My entire journey plan has been compromised. I want to cancel my booking without any charges on me. What should I do

                                        Hello sir, on actually i travel to indigo flight
                                        Name 6e 1813. During my journey, my baggage was damaged in that but in malaysia there was no staff of indigo available at that time. So air asia staff helped me n booked my complain. My pnr no is ingqob n tag no is [protected] but the problem is that indigo staff is not accepting my complain they are not cooperating with me infact they asked me to take the complain number from your airline.
