I booked a ticket for my uncle from kolkata to delhi. Flight i5547, pnr swnk9a, pax name - kanai das, dot[protected]

I requested for a wheel chair and we got the confirmation from airline that it has been added. He was travelling alone and he is 70 years old.

Though he was provided wheel chair at the kolkata airport however he was not assisted at new delhi. He was given wheel chair assistance while deboard the flight and there after his wheel chair was taken away, stating that there are other passengers who

He being alone and helpless had to literary crawl to come out of the airport. This is the worst customer service ever which i have come across and i need compensation for the same.

I shall look for a reply to my message or else i would not think twice to go social.

    I had a flight bangalore-delhi on the 3rd of october that was scheduled for 23.50. Some hours before the flight they informed me of a delay of about 1 hour. I had a connecting flight from delhi to amritsar at 5 in the morning, so that was still alright. However, when i reached the airport i found out that it was futher delay another 20 minutes. Then another 20 minutes.
    As a result, we left bangalore at 2.30, which was supposed to be the arrival time in delhi. We reached delhi at 5 am exactly (Landed at 4.45, then the time to open the gates, get in the bus to get to the terminal, etc., it was exactly 4.59 when i set foot in delhi).
    My connecting flight left on time at 5 am and i had to buy a second flight ticket that costed me 3574 rupees. I tried to place a complaint with air asia then, but they directed me to their site.
    I placed a complaint on the website regarding this. I further explained that the flight ticket i bought with them that had to leave at 23.50 was a very expensive one. If i took that expensive one, it's because the timings are suiting me, so why do i have to still pay that much for a flight that didn't reach on time?
    I didn't ask for a full refund of that flight ticket, but for the amount that i had to pay extra (3574 rupees), as it was their inability to fulfill our contract that lead me to that expense.
    They replied stating that they acknowledge what happened, that they informed me in advance of the delay (Which is not completely true, as they said it was 1 hour delay, and ended up being 2.5) and that "further on this compensation as airasia does not have any process like this."
    If we have a contract, they should be expected to abide by it and to take responsibility of monetary loss caused by them.
    I want a refund of 3574 rupees by air asia.
    I attach the receipt of the 2nd flight i had to buy delhi-amritsar, as well as the one i missed because of them.

      Yet not recd refund after 48 days for pnr number xi5inc air asia per pole said they deposited on 6 th but not credited asking rrn number since last one week daily they r telling will provide u soon

      Really very pathetic service even no executive called me i all ready filed complained in dgca

      Their model officer mr david had talk with me before two days and said will rectify your issue but no result
      Even i got mail your issue is closed pls find attach their mail

      My time and money waistage to take my refund it’s hereashment case

        I have booked the ticket with air asia for the journey delhi-vishakhapatnam-delhi. But the said flight was cancelled by the airlines.in this regard, i have made number of emails with the airlines but the issue is still as it was.         We attempted to reach out to you through multiple sms and email notifications to inform you regarding the flight disruption.         Please manage to arrange for my revised itinerary on the lines of other pnrs. For kind information, other pnrs are managed revised itinerary without any cost. It is very unfortunate that the information furnished by you that the revised itinerary may involve financial implications. Anyway, the refund process is not completed as i have, firstly, never requested for the same and, secondly, air asia has not any information of my bank details.

        To my mind, it is all upto you to arrange the same.

        In this connection, as replied vide your last email that the full refund for an amount of inr 6, 080.00 has been already processed towards the booking no: oh9h7a is also based on false facts.

        Please find attached herewith statement issued by the state bank of india right from december, 2016 by which it can very well be verified that no amount of rs.6080/- had been credited as stated by your company is totally wrong. I am very disturbed by all the statements like firstly i have never requested for refund despite rendering number of email requests.

        It is, therefore, once again requested that fresh itinerary may please be made otherwise i have no option but to go for consumer court.

        It is, time and again, intimated that i have never requested to cancel my ticket. On the one hand, it is requested to re-plan my itinerary since the itinerary is cancelled from your end, but on the other hand, it is intimated that you have processed the payment action. I can't understand that who has directed your airlines to cancel my ticket.

        This may please be treated as last email from my side since i feel harassed and disturbed from your illogical and fabricated reply.

          I was travellling on wednesday 8-november-2017 from colombo, sri lanka to kuala lumpur, malaysia on flight airasia46. When i booked my flight it clearly states one meal for the colombo to kl flight, and another meal from kl to melbourne. So imagine my shock look when the air steward on the colombo to kl flight serve me two meals instead of one. Clearly something went wrong or someone has messed up my meal order. I was not happy in the way airasia deal with this situation. They gave me a doggy bag to put the second meal in. Highly unprofessional. They did not consider that i have 17 hours to transit in klia and not forgetting another 8 hours flight to melbourne from kl on top of that. I paid for my meal to be served at the right time and demand compensation. I should not have to pay for another meal for my kl to melbourne flight. I hope someone from airasia can follow this up for me.

            Sir, i booked the above to return from goa to vishakapatna on 11.11.2017. Now i am receiving sms in my mobile no. [protected], that flight from goa to blr is cancelled. Air asia revised the flight and we, me my wife & two kids shall reach blr in midnight and have to spend the night at blr airport.
            I have urgent work and i have to reach vtz on 11.11.2017. Hence please arrange to drop me at vtz on 11.11.17 through any other route. Kindly help me and confirm soon.

              This is with reference to the flight no. I5 - 736 travelling from pune to delhi on oct 22, 2017 which was re-routed to banglore and was unnecessary delayed at the last minute. The flight was supposed to depart from pune airport at 1:20 am but was delayed for indefinite period of time without giving any genuine reasons for it. When inquired with the team of air asia & other co passengers we came to realise that two flights rushed to bangalore back to back. This is a perfect example of mis management amongst the air asia team.

              I had a connecting flight from new delhi to lucknow from different carrier go-air at 5:30 am which i failed to catch. I again booked the ticket from new delhi to lucknow and boarded the flight at 3:30 pm bearing an additional cost of inr 3800.
              Just because of the carelessness of air asia team. I was penalised physically, mentally & ofcos financiallt as well.

              At pune airport i alongwith other co passengers were assured that as a part of airline policy we would get a refund. However 11 days have passed & still neither an apology nor the refund came in my account.

              I hereby request you to refund me the amount. Awaiting for your earliest response on the same.

                I have book ticket from ranchi to bangalore for 08/11/2017 in air asia. I received call today from one of the customer service executive regarding web checkin. The executive forced me to do webcheckin but i refused as i did not have any preference. Lately she started threatening me saying we will see what happens in airport.
                I am really worried whether we will get proper seating in the flight or i can travel also.
                She told me that selecting seat is mandatory, but i do not understand if something is mandatory it should be there in the website or application.

                After this incident i dont know whether i will prefer air asia for my future journey and suggest my friends and family also.

                Please help me. Hoping for positive response

                  Dear sir/ madam,
                  This is bring to your kind attention that, i, ms ankita jena booked a flight ticked this morning on 7.25 am, dt 06/11/2017, pnr - klz2xm, through goibibo for air asia. The flight price was reasonable and since all the railway tickets were cancelled for the evening, dt 18th nov from kolkata to bhubaneswar, i thought of taking flight would be an ideal option. But to my mistake, i booked the flight from bhubaneswar to kolkata instead of kolkata to bhubaneswar. I realized the same just after 30 sec of my booking and considering my mistake, i wanted to reschedule / change immediately.
                  But to my utter surprise the goibibo and air asia denied to listen even after several request and rejected all humanitarian issue. They wanted me to cancel and rebook the ticket and offered only rs 46 in return. This seems very atrocious on the part of a customer since the consumer applied only after 30 sec and even in this case they are galloping entire money except rs 46.
                  Now the basic question comes like what kind of corporate practices these companies are having, what would a girl do since she has consumed all her money and how would she return without money? Why these companies are not practicing any csr (Corporate social responsibility) and how come they are charging and looting money from we customers but deny to cooperate even at the time of actual need. I have the entire tele-recording of the issue how they are so insensitive to basic humanitarian issues. Such evil corporates must answer for their such evil corporate policy and all consumer must be aware of them. This is a fight for justice for a victim like me who is left unmoneied by these corporates and financially strangulated by them. Today this is a case with me and tomorrow this case of air asia and go ibibo can happen with anyone. Let's stand united before these draconian corporate policy take over human values and innocent customers like us.
                  As it was too late your flight, we are not suppose to gi outside that's why Plz. Provide free veg meal in your flight no.I5 0786 from GAU TO DEL.seat no.22E.

                    Two days before i comming from kolkata with my family on 30.10.2017 my booking id nf[protected]. When i approached for boarding pass i astonished extra rs 550/- per seat, ie total amount 1650/- was charged from me at ccu airport reciept batch no i5 1to 2500 no 73062. I was not mentioned anywhere during booking in my ticket.
                    Now my question is if i denied to pay the amount what did you do refuse to give boarding pass to me or cancel my journey. If not then why extra amount has been charged. Hope you will reply or refund my money.. Thanks

                        I have purchased my ticket from hyderabad to kualalampur with pnr as : viqgqf for the travel date 27th oct 2017. I had included comfort kit in my ticket and i was charged additional money for the same.. But in flight the staff did not provide the comfort kit to me and asked for the paper confirmation. As the world is moving towards paper less, i did not print it out. I asked them to provide wifi so that i can retrieve the booking details and show.. But he denied for that too. Finally he did not supply the comfort kit and i had a horrible journey as i was not feeling well and could not bear the temperature.

                          I had booked my ticket i5-722 from bangalore to delhi which was supposed to depart at 21:10 and land at 23:50. But i received notification that departure time has been changed to 23:25 and landing time to 02:10 am.
                          I had booked this flight according to my successive commitments which are clashing with the time. The reason they have mentioned is winter. So that reason must be prevalent at the time they declared this flight.
                          People book flights according to the time so that they can match their plan according to that. Now i have to catch another flight after this.
                          Please provide me with an alternative for this

                                Good morning... I wish bringing to your attention a very traumatic experience i had with airasia on 23rd sep 2017...

                                Me and my wife had tailor made a trip to malaysia and singapore, planning and bookings for which had begun back in april 2017.

                                We had booked ourselves on airasia's flight no. Xt-853 from mumbai to kuala lumpur for the date 23rd sep 2017.. I had made the booking of 2 one way tickets through cleartrip on 4th may 2017 and received a debit to my account the same day..

                                As the days to our trip neared we were satisfied everything is on track and booked... My wife just realised a day before the travel date of 23rd sep to make an added booking of baggage allowance... She called airasia on 22nd sep to add baggage and to her surprise the airasia staff tells her the flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons and has been rescheduled for 26th sep... We were shocked with the situation airasia left us in... As per them cleartrip was intimated and they also attempted calling us several times but our mobile numbers were not connecting and hence left it at that... On enquiring with cleartrip trip we were told that email for the same was sent... But as i had not received any reversal of the amount i was completely left in the dark about this mess by airasia...

                                We requested airasia to at least help us in putting us on another flight as all our other travel and stay arrangements in kuala lumpur and singapore were finalised... But airasia weren't ready to help us and instead asked us to take the 26th sep flight which was ridiculous as our entire holiday schedule was getting jeopardised...

                                Left with no choice and our backs to the wall we had to book another flight at the eleventh hour (Through malindo airlines) which was more than 3 times the original price booked...

                                I request your intervention in taking strict action and giving compensation for the mental trauma and financial stress given by a reputed airline such as airasia..

                                    I booked air asia flight bearing booking number jrl9vr on july 12, 2017. Flight no. Are d7 183 (Del to kul), d7 220 (Kul to syd), d7 223 (Syd to kul), d7 182 (Kul to del) for dated 02 aug. 2017 and 07aug.2017. Since i have performed my journey therefore it is requested to refund / reimburse airport tax (Syd-kul) amount of rs. 4820/-as per article 4.3 of terms and conditions of carriage for flights operated by air asia. For reference please go through tax invoice & bill of supply number jrl9vr[protected] dated 12.07.2017 as issued by air asia (India) limited. It is also worth to mention that i have already sumitted e-form requests bearing case no. Cas[protected]f6skxz crm:0001157, cas[protected]wwdp08 crm:0001408, cas[protected]rfzsph crm:0001264, cas[protected] yoqyhs crm:0001988, cas[protected]nf42b8 crm:0001600, crm-198133-h2jobo crm: 0001704 but the same have not been dealt by the company as per article 4.3 of terms and conditions for payment.. It is also worth to add that i have already made complaints dated 17.08.2017, 30.08.2017& 13.09.2017 to "indian consumer complaints form" under id 1666638, 1682127 & 1695242 but my case has yet not been settled by the company air asia. Therefore it is again humbly requested to consider the case for necessary refund and payment on priority basis please.

Venkata satyanarayana i went to jaipur, for return journey i booked two tickets for hyderabad, i enter into airport in time but there is no one in the airport for take care about the boarding pass. I contact there mr rajeev and disha they did not respond for anything.

                                      For their irresponsibility i lost my flight, they told me to travel in the same flight tomorrow.                                         The kind of behavior one of the staff named "meena" (As per i have asked with another member, she was checking the boarding pass before moving to the bus which takes us to flight) was really ridiculous. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and she was literally shouting on all and showing the behavior as if she wants to dictate and thinking she is doing some charity and we were standing and begging.
                                        We have paid for the service, that's why we were standing over there but with this unprofessional behavior i have to rethink thrice to book the ticket with airasia.
                                        I am looking for some positive response on my issue because your staff's behavior forced me to write the complaint. That was really unacceptable.
                                        As well she was trying to humiliate me but when other passengers start shouting on her for her behavior and illogical excuse then she moved away.
                                        Let me know the status of the complaint.
