Date 22 jan 2018 departure bom - dps-bom

We have group travelling to bali for 15 pax, returning on 27 jan 2018 same airline. We have valid ticket ref no given above. But incidentally 2 pax get rejected to fly by check in counter of air asia at t2 mumbai. Reason being their passports is valid only for next 5 months and not 6 months. We accept there is rule for validity 6 months but our concern is how airline air asia issue the tickets for them. They should reject at the point of booking only. Why was the ticket issued at the first place itself? Its embarrassing that air asia not accepting when they are ready to fly. Ticket issuing airline is air asia and rejected by air asia only. So this is very injustice to us.in this case we should get full refund. Name of pax are - poonam patil and sarika jathar.

Airasia cancelled the flights on my departure dates and i opted for a full refund. But after more than 2 months, refund has not reached my account. The call centre said it's already refunded but they never sent me an email or a message on my phone. No rrn number also provided yet so my bank is unable to trace the remittance if done.
Please get hold of airasia india team and make them straight so that people can get their refunds.
Losing ~30k INR, as due to a change in date, I am not able to travel on the booked ticket.

      Hi,

I have booked a flight to bali through kulalumpur (Booking number : nip9js).

Airasia cancelled this flight on december 7th. On the same day i have applied for refund, preferred to credit my sb account.

But, even after continuous follow up, they haven't responded or credited any amount.
On dec 22nd, i have send the bank details again to them through the eform and email.

On dec 30th, they credited it to my airasia account, to travel again in 3 months time!! All my efforts and mails become waste.

They cancelled the refund to airasia account on dec 30th, and asked me to file a fresh eform to credit to bank account and told me that it will be credited in 7 days. Since, my first eform was on dec 7th, because of their mistake only i have filed it again.

Now, today when i called them, they are saying it can be credited to my airasia account only.

Please treat this as a complant against airasia for holding my 60, 000 rs for more than 45 days.

Due to natural disaster in bali the flight got cancelled so customercare suggest me to raise a case request for refund.
I have been initiated the same from airasia website but last week i received the email the case has been closed with the same booking id. But the amount is not at received at my bank account. I am checking with the customer care but they are saying to check with my bank. And when i am asking to transition id to check with my bank they are not sharing/responding.
Now i dont no how to followup on it.

I had booked flight with air asia delhi-pune (Pnr-gwyt4n) for 01-jan-2018. The flight (I5-735) was cancelled at last moment when the boarding was taking place. Reason mentioned was bad weather at delhi airport. Whereas all flights from other airlines as well as air asia were arriving and departing from delhi.

No option for rescheduling/accommodation was provided. Forcefully i had to book new flight (Indigo-6e-769) pnr-vkgbke that cost me rs 14929/-

I contacted the air asia nodal officer (Case reference:[protected] on 02-jan-2018. No response from them till date.

Per dgca norms on cancellation (Car, section 3, series m, part iv), i am expecting following:

          - full refund for my cancelled air asia flight (I5-735)[rs. 5361/-]
          - compensation for my indigo flight (6e-769)[rs. 14929/-]

          Please help!!

Nodal officer offered to refund Air Asia flight but refused to compensate for Indigo flight that I had to forcefully book due to Air Asia's inability to provide alternate flight/provide accommodation. The case reference: 01326659 was closed without proper resolution.

I have opened a new support case with them, case reference: 01465862. The fight for right continues.

I had booked tickets for 5 people due to some reasons we had to book separately. So on one of the tickets i had bought the extra baggage thinking i would be able check in the baggage. But air asia crew at the bangalore international airport denied to accept the baggage and asked us to pay extra.

Issue 1: why the crew did not let us check in our baggage.
Issue 2: we had to wait for over an hour at the check in place to get this issue resolved.

Please train the crew how to talk to their customers.
Candidates are getting interview letters saying that the companynwould be recuriting with a salary of 42500 to 4 lakh per month also they requested to pay a caution deposit of 9600 which is a bogus or a spam. They provided a linkdln profile of an HR recriter Mr IR Srinivas. And also a contact number which turned out to be a bogus.

                Hi,

                FLIGHT DETAILS AS:
                FLIGHT NO. I5 774
                BOOKING NO. RGTGVV

Kindly confirm me whether I'll get the refund or need to escalate to consumer court.

I travelled from chennai to ho chi minh, vietnam through bangkok on 10th dec 2017 10pm.

My tickets were booked with two legs in two bookings and transit time is 3 hours.

In chennai, i got only one boarding pass and was told to collect at transit counter when i asked for the second boarding pass.

When i reached bangkok, to my surprise, there is no transit counter that can issue boarding passes in bangkok and only one staff with a transit desk just to verify the documents and allow to proceed to transit gate.

Since i didn't have the second boarding pass, i was not allowed to go through.
I was told to get on-arrival visa, clear immigration, go-to departure hall, collect boarding pass, clear immigration & security, go-to the gate.

After hearing this, i was under lot mental pressure as i can't afford to miss the second flight which is in the next 3 hours.

I requested the transit staff help to just ask her colleague in the departure hall counter to issue me an e-boarding pass or something similar as i already done a web check-in for second flight and i don't have any check-in baggage to collect.

But the staff is in not a good mood and insisting me airasia is budget airline and i should follow the rules of airasia.

I had to spend rs.8000 additionally for the on-arrival visas just to collect boarding passes (Two times since return also same thing happened) and my total flight costs wentup to rs.33000 for chennai to vietnam return trip in a so called budget trip.

I heard airasia is providing one transit counter in klia2 to issue boarding passes, but not in dmk bangkok.

I want to bring this up to airasia management that their staff can be little more helpful in such cases (They can even charge me nominally rather than me spending 8k and mental pressure) and make arrangements for transit counter in dmk bangkok.

Otherwise their marketing of "air asia fly-through service - fly conveniently & hassle-free" is just going to be another wasted effort, time and cost.

I made a booking, ref no rh1mul. Air asia claims they have refunded the amount but i have not received anything, they asked me for my bank statements which clearly show no refund has been received. Since last week they are saying they will provide with a rrn number, but nothing received. Everyday they just make a new excuse. Horrible customer service. No one from their team ever calls back or emails, very very bad service. I just want my money back soon.

In kolkata international airport (Ccu). The airasia ground staff ordered me show them my funds for my travel or else they wont issue my boarding pass despite having a valid visa on my international passport (India). Since i was not comfortable to expose my cash due to privacy and safety reason (Because the airline wont compensate me if my cash gets stolen somehow), i refused to show them my funds. Then the staff called the manager and the manager was very rude and started harassing me and threatened me to cancel my ticket. Finally i had to expose my cash in public (Which was us dollars mostly and some inr). Then he refused to issue my boarding pass saying that you have to change it to myr at least 1600 rm from the only money changer in the airport (Because in indian airports, passengers are not allowed to exit the airport once they are in). Finally i had to change my dollars in rm and then i was issued my boarding pass.

I just also want to know that is there any rule or law by airasia which mentions that all passengers for malaysia must carry 1600 rm minimum to obtain a boarding pass or else they would be denied boarding pass. And that they also have to count their ringgits in public in front of airasia check-in staff on the counter and show the forex bill registered on the passengers' name.

                      Regards.
February 4 2018 and they still haven't taken any action.

                        Final notice

                        Respected sir/maam,

This is to bring to your kind attention that we are three students, recently graduated from dmsf. We booked our tickets for 14th june and hence reached the airport on time and collected our boarding pass. But inspite of having our boarding pass we were not boarded in the aircraft and left behind. We requested them many times but in vain.
There was no final departure call for us who already had our boarding pass.
So we had to rebook our tickets the next day for india. It had been a very troublesome experiance as we are students and we ran out of money also.
We had to stay in the hotel which cost us around 3000pesos with extra taxi fare of 500 pesos.
So we would like to request you to look into this matter and do justice to us. Atleast we can ask for refund of our ticket fare as we were not allowed to board the aircraft inspite of having our boarding passes. I have been attached the ticket copy and boarding pass of three o[censored]s
Hence this is our earnest request to u to look into this matter and oblige thereby.

Kindly allocate the proper seats instead of 51abc which is at the exit and as its a family with a child so plz give together. Since it's our first time with air asia plz make it a pleasant experience.
Also it was not mentioned at the time of booking that the allocation will not be of our choice. Right there is house which is available but still u guys are not giving.

Booking number is tt97qe. I booked my tickets today for 18939inr. But today’s rate is 10351 inr. How come fair difference occurs on the same day?? I need the difference amount back. It’s not good to book in a high fair and in some hours the fair drops down. I need to get a solution for the fair difference. I am a regular customer using air asia flights for 2 years

When i booked ticked on air asia website the time for lay over was only 3 hrs and 35 minutes, however, it has been changed to 17 hrs and 35 minutes without any notification or reason. This is clearly cheating to the customer by providing wrong information at the time of booking.

I have also complaint to dgca, however, i want to make aware most of the people and save them from this cheating practice of airaisa.

I want full refund from airasia and need help in this case.

I am traveling from pune to delhi on 1.12.2017 on i5732. I am writing this email from the pune airport itself. While taking my boarding pass from airasia counter i left my photo id. When i came back to the same counter after realizing my mistake. I found the person (Mr rahul kumar gaur) who has issued my boarding pass had given my i'd to some other passenger. On questioning mr rahul gaur why he has given my i'd to an unknown person without verifying, mr rahul started misbehaving with me. He even started denying the incident and blamed me for forgetting my i'd. I contacted the floor manager mr rakesh for this. He equally denied his responsibility on this. However after crpf 's interference in the issue i got back my i'd card. However i want to launch a complain against the person named mr rahul kumar singh gaur. For misbehaving with a lady passenger and acting irresponsibly on his job. Kindly take proper action against the person mr rahul kumar singh gaur. Designation: gsa. Employee id number: aai131. I would request the airlines to take appropriate action against the person. I would also request airlines to enquire about the manager mr rakesh for not helping the customers.

                                  Dear sir,
My name is himanish dutta, resident of india. I had booked air asia tickets for bali and our departure date was 4/12/2017, but due to this volcano erruption we are bond to cancel our trip. So we had requested air asia to change our destination to phuket instead of bali, but they said they cannot do that. So finally we asked for refund and they said the whole amount will be credited to your air asia accounts in the form of points and that needs to be utilised within 90 calender days. I had register my request on 28/11/2016 at 1:00pm and as per air asia this request will take max 72 hrs. But now i, e 1/12/2017 our 72 hrs has been passed, but my refund has not been initiated for this pnr yn8ift.
I have 3 pnr and 2 pnr amount has been credited, but due to my 3rd pnr i cannot able to booked the return ticket. As we have a booked tickets from guwahati to kolkata on 3/12/2017, and return tickets for 14/12/2017 by air india flights, which is non refundable. We also booked onward tickets from kolkata to bangkok date 4/12/2017 midnight. Now we had not booked any return flight because ppamountbis lying with you. So it's my humble request to you all kindly process my 3rd pnr request on urgent basis and initiate the refund by today at any cost, otherwise all our booking which we had done will be of no use. And in other way flights fares are increasing. We are getting false commitments from air asia representatives from the beginning. So many times we have requested to do the needful on priority basis. Don't understand what kind of service does air asia is providing. You are not giving any option to your valuable client. So many times i had travelled with air asia, but the service which i am getting is never expected from a company like air asia
Sir, total we are 7 passenger including 2 infant, now in this scenario without any return booking how can we travel. We stuck from everywhere. All these are hard earned money hope you understand our situation. Request you all plz process our request by today itself and help us to travel.
                                  We have 3 pnr

I have booked a ticket with air asia 20th december '17. But due to sad demise of my grand father in october, i had to cancel my travel plan.

I had requested them to grant me a credit in my air asia account so that i can use the same to book another ticket with them only.

I have provided all necessary documents required to prove death and relation with the deceased. But they are just wasting time by asking irrational documents to process the credit account. It has been a month since i am following up with them, but till date they have not credited.
