My grieveince is regarding the pending acknowledgement of flight tickets form past one month to which mr. Tahar & mr. Ankur of airasia helpline had told would be taking another 3 days after which the acknowledgement would be of no relevance as the same was required for insurance claim whose deadline ends on 07th oct. 2017.

I, my mother and my father had a flight from delhi to kolkata (Pnr dqt6gr) on 09th sep. 2017 and further back to delhi ( (Pnr uqf9jx) on 10th sep. 2017. Due to medical emergency of my mother we had to cancel our tickets for both the flights. I had taken the insurance from appollo munich for the tickets where request of the claim acknowledgement of the cancellation was to be submitted by the concerned airlines for which i was given 30 days of time to arrange the letter. I contacted the airasia airlines the regarding the issue, on the first instance it was told to me that the acknowledgement would be e-mailed to me within 24-48 hours. When the acknowledgement was not received even after a week, i called on the cutomer helpline where the representative very casually informed that the acknowledgement would be sent after 5 working days. Almost 2.5 weeks have passed today and the acknowledgement has still not been received. I made a call regarding the acknowledgement again today, now they have asked me to fill e-form after which the issue would be escalated and am told after 3 days i'll receive the acknowledgement. The deadline for the submission of all the documents expires on 07th oct. 2017 and today is 04th oct 2017, i don't see myself receiving the acknowledgement of my cancellation claim and see further reimbursement of my tickets worth inr 16, 000/- will not be processed as per the current situation and all this would had to be beared by me. It's very sad plight to see that because of the airlines carelessness who claims to be a global name, i would be bearing the loss.

Either airasia has no standards or looks like that the indian operations and people working here are here to malign the name airasia making it look like any other desi airlines who has no sense of responsibility towards the consumers once the tickets are booked. The formalities of filling the e-form that were told to me today should had been told when first request regarding the acknowledgement was sent by me. Don't the employees know the procedures or were they waiting for this situation so that the acknowledgement remains of no use to the insurance company. I regret to use these words but the helpline executives are either very dumb or incompetent to understand the issue priority plus on asking the greivience addressal e-mail id i was welcomed to drop my complaint... Really is there so much of leniency prevailing inside airasia that the customer care executive (Mr. Tahar and previous representatives who committed the deadlines of 48 hrs and 5 days) can make mockery of the whole process and welcome the customer to drop a complaint. Aren't there any disciplinary rules against such employees who feel free to talk in any manner to the customer and then ask to file a complaint wherever the customer likes. Really very disappointed...

- even our domestic airlines are nowadays are working towards giving a better customer experience.

    We are travelling to bali (Denpasar) from kolkata on october 7, 2017 at 00:45 hr (Pnr erdkpr). Since web-check-in with airasia is before 14 days of journey, i am trying to do the same since 23rd september, 2017. Today is 28th sept, 2017 and i have not been successful. Contacted the customer care on phone, they were helpful but experienced the same problem and assured the problem will be sorted out shortly. Sent an e-mail on 26th sept, 2017 and got an auto-generated message (Reference number is cas[protected]y0src) assuring the problem will be solved. No result.
    Interestingly, i had booking from bali (Denpasar) to yogyakarta on october 12, 2017 (Pnr ggg2tv) where the web-check-in could be done withot problem.
    My complain is about necligence of the airlines in attending the customer's problem

      Good day!
      I am writing this letter to inform you about my complaint during my flight with air asia. My flight details z2 767 from manila (Ninoy aquino international aiport to cebu (Mactan-cebu international airport) last september 23, 2017. The flight was delayed for 30 minutes but it's not a big deal for me. Since we had our take off for almost 7:00 pm in the evening already. I've been having several trips with other airlines and i think for air asia it's my 2nd or 3rd time to book a trip. As expected based on my previous experiences as we take off after the seat belt lights are off, lights are dim already and we can also inclined the chair to have a comfortable and good rest during the flight. But then to my surprise, the cabin crew are so noisy that their voices are so loud during their conversations and they even laugh so hard. It was so irritating that i wanted to take a nap but then i can't make it because i can hear their loud voices. All through out the trip talking and laughing with very loud voices is what the cabin crew did. As if they are the only passenger inside that aircraft. I wanted to call there attention but then i'm in the 28th row and other passenger is asleep already so i waited maybe after a while they will lower down their voices but it never happened. It was my worst flight ever. Hope you will take actions with regards to this matter.

        Hi. I booked my parents a ticket each from bangkok to macao and de-selected the baggage options. When i went to pay the browser skipped a page, and refreshed throwing me back to the last page. I did the same again making sure no baggage was selected, entered all details of the card again and clicked purchase. Again the browser skipped but then continued processing something and then ticket was purchased. When i checked the confirmation page only my mother's flight out was without baggage, the other flight back had baggage attached to it and my father's flight had baggage attached to out and in!. That is 3 payments of baggage suddenly appearing out of nowhere for some peculiar reason. We would like a full refund of the baggage costs immediately please, and suggest you check what is going on with this skipping of the website... Not a good look at all. Looks very cheating and dodgy by airasia who are supposed to be a reputable company.

          With due regards it is summited that we more than 20 person of mansa (Punjab) india, planned a religious journey to kolkata. Our journey was to be start from 27th from mansa (Punjab) to delhi to kolkata. 6 passengers out of 20 including me are booked returned ticket from airasia. We booked 6 ticket in airasia 15547. Our flight was on thursday 31 august 2017 timing was 23.20 hr. (11:20 pm) from kolkata (Ccu). Our booking number is rn7fxt, ukgdgi and kmq46q. Our seat number 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e, 22c, 22b.
          All the booking was cancelled due to law and order problem in punjab as curfew was imposed in some district of punjab including mansa. (The copy of curfew order by the district magistrate mansa from 25/8/2017 to 29/8/2017 is attached with). All trains of punjab and haryana were cancelled so there was no alternative to reach at delhi to board the train and reach kolkatta onward.
          So we were compelled to cancel our all the tickets due to unavoidable circumstances without any fault o[censored]s. On cancellation of tickets from mansa to delhi by intercity we got full refund.
          In air-asia, you have deducted an amount of rs 9000/ (1500*6=9000) as cancellation charges. The amount deducted as cancellation charges is totally illegal so it is requested that the amount deducted may kindly be fully refunded.
          It is further requested that we all the passenger are resident of mansa (Punjab). Curfew was in force on 27/8/2017 and all the trains from mansa to delhi were cancelled. So it was impossible to reach delhi and kolkata onward. It is again requested that the cancellation charges may kindly be fully refunded to avid litigation.

            I already purchased value pack for my flight. But i cannot choose my seat number for the outbound flight. When i check my itinerary, there were duse in the payment page. I need assist from air asia to resolve my problem.

            I'm feel very disappointed with airasia service attitude! I buy my flight on 2016 october from klia2 to seoul and also choose value pack including standard seat and luggage. I'm very sure i've chosen my seat when i buy my flight, but when i check back my travel itinerary only noticed that the seat i choose is not showing in my travel itinerary! So i try to choose it again, when i choose my seat, system ask me to make payment again but i already buy my flight suppose including with a standard seat, so i didn't continue the site, i go to airasia service center at kl centre, they told me maybe is air asia system problem, ask me to fill e-form send to make a report. I have do it twice but after airasia email me my case number, that was no any respond and my problem is still there! My flight departure time is on 2017 october 29, i heard that airasia have a livechat service can solve problem immediately so i do livechat, when i typing my case problem,the staff send me a site say if change seat need payment then direct leave our livechat! My point is i'm not apply for replacement my seat, i'm choosing my seat because airasia system problem! My value pack standard seat is still empty there! I buy value pack because i need to choose a window seat!

              A few days ago, I and my friend went to Air Asia Singapore agent located at china town people's park, when we step in to ask some travel package, the staff there were totally no service standard . they makes us felt uncomfortable, I am curious that does air Asia pay is very high lead to your staff there didn't want to approach us at all . this is my first time to choose air Asia agent for my euro trip . it was really a terrible service from your staff there. how come your company can hire such staff to work for your company ? they are destroy your company's reputation . Hope the service can be improve when my next visit .

                Dear sir,
                I was totally misguided by your call center representative. I called one of your representative to ask if we can change the date of our return flight - ak1020 at 9.30 p. M on[protected]. She asked me the date of my return and i told her[protected]. And she offered me prices for my three bookings details of which are given below. I asked her how come the price is becoming lower on changing the date and she replied that price may go down or up depending on offer. I was given an impression that on changing the dates my total booking price for the returning tickets were lower than that what we have purchased. When two of my bookings have already been changed she offered an extremely low price for my last booking and so i hesitated and kindly asked her to recheck and confirm. She told me the same price and i confirmed the same. I then asked her whether the price will be reflected in my account and she said yes but to my surprise i found that the total amount told by her was additionally charged over my current booking price. She never mentioned about any additional charges above my current booking. Also the additional amount was double the amount of my cuurent booking value. It was totally misinterpretation from your call center executive. I immediately reacted without delay and told her to revert back but she replied that it is not possible from her end needs to informed at higher level.

                Today i went to your kolkata center and came to know that the name of your call center executive is priya. You may go through the call recordings where you will find that the total fare price was never communicated even after asking how is the price getting lower by me instead it has been communicated that price may go up or down due to offers. Never in the conversation it has been uttered that this is an additional amount charged over the current booking.

                Some of the points that i would like to mention are

                1. Return ticket from johar bahru to kolkata on[protected] as of today is 229 myr. So for 4 person it is 916 myr = 13955.42 inr which i have already checked prior to talking with your call center executive. So the question for altering the dates by paying additional amount of rs.23, 380 doesn't arise at all unless the total fare value is rs.23, 380 due to which i told for further proceeding. It raises some doubts and i repeatedly asked how come the fare is getting lower. She never uttered a word that this was additional amount charged over the current booking value. Same with the other two bookings.

                2. If we consider two options below as of today (13/09/2017)

                A) price of new return ticket online from johar bahru to kolkata on[protected] for 4 person as of today = 13955.42 inr
                B) price for changing the date of return ticket as done by your call center executive from[protected] to[protected] for 4 person = 23, 380 inr

                Any normal person will choose option a, until and unless option b is the total fare for return ticket after change of date. No one will pay additional rs.10, 000/- approx for booking the same flight on the same day. So the question of proceeding further will not have arise if it was clearly communicated that this is an additional amount above the earlier total fare amount.

                3. I never booked flight tickets over telephone through any call center. I am quiet tech savvy and has been in the it field for the last 20 years. Till date i booked other flights online. Prior to calling at your call center. I also checked that the total fare amount on changing the date from 27-01-18 to 29-01-18 online was showing something around 32, 000/- (4 person) whereas our current booking is of rs.27716 (4 person). So i didn't make any change at that time even there the increase is marginal. It is only during the conversation when your representative told that the fare price is rs.23, 380 i asked her how the price is becoming low. She replied price may go up or down depending on offer. I believed it to be the total fare amount as the online price difference was rs.4500 max for the entire fare for 4 person. I never expected that price difference will vary to such great extent while viewing online and with call center which also makes me believe that rs.23, 380 is the total fare price as put up by the call center executive.

                4. There must be a provision at least within some time frame to revert back such situations through your online portal or with your call center as misunderstanding/mistakes may happen while booking through call center and during booking call centers should convey the final total fare price before finalizing.in this scenario in the same call i told your call center executive to revert back immediately once i found an enormous additional amount of rs.23, 380 charged over my current booking amount.

                I was going through the rules and regulations for flight change which are given below with my comments on that

                if a lower fare is available, the difference in fares will not be refunded to the passenger; - NOT COMMUNICATED BY CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE. INSTEAD SHE SAID FARE MAY GO DOWN OR UP DEPENDING ON OFFER.

                if the new flight booked is in a higher fare class than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the passenger before the cancellation or change can be made - FARE CLASS WAS NOT CHANGED INSTEAD ABNORMAL CHARGE THAT IS NEARLY DOUBLE THE BOOKING FARE MAKING TOTAL FARE AROUND 50, 000 INR CHARGED WITH FALSE INTERPRETATION. WHILE I WAS SELECTING THE CHANGED DATE ONLINE THERE WAS ONLY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF RS.4500 MAKING THE TOTAL FARE TO SOMETHING AROUND 32000 INR. HOWEVER PAYMENT IS NOT MADE

                  I booked air asia flight bearing booking number jrl9vr on july 12, 2017. Flight no. Are d7 183 (Del to kul), d7 220 (Kul to syd), d7 223 (Syd to kul), d7 182 (Kul to del) for dated 02 aug. 2017 and 07aug.2017. Since i have performed my journey therefore it is requested to refund / reimburse airport tax (Syd-kul) amount of rs. 4820/-as per article 4.3 of terms and conditions of carriage for flights operated by air asia. For reference please go through tax invoice & bill of supply number jrl9vr[protected] dated 12.07.2017 as issued by air asia (India) limited. It is also worth to mention that i have already sumitted e-form requests bearing case no. Cas[protected]f6skxz crm:0001157, cas[protected]wwdp08 crm:0001408, cas[protected]rfzsph crm:0001264, cas[protected] yoqyhs crm:0001988, cas[protected]nf42b8 crm:0001600 but the same have not been dealt by the company as per article 4.3 of terms and conditions for payment.. It is also worth to add that i have already made complaints dated 17.08.2017 & 30.08.2017 to "indian consumer complaints form" under id 1666638 & 1682127 but my case has yet not settled by the company air asia. Therefore it is again humbly requested to consider the case for necessary refund and payment on priority basis please.

                    Me and my wife was two of the passengers from kochi to hyderabad vide ticket pnr numer is mncyud on boarding the captain has announced that there is no air conditioning system in the aircraft and the air conditioning system is not working and we have to fly as it was. The air craft authorities have charged full amount in addition they compelled to fly in a faulty aircraft which amounts to a big harassment to the on boarders. Caring of customer confidence and satisfaction are non subject matter for the airlines. The air line has to ask apology to the passengers and some part of the amount the have to return to all the passengers for their mistake

                      I understand that as per the recently amended director general of civil aviation ("dgca") guidelines, udf (User development fee) & aat (Airport arrival tax) for travel from/to igi airport (Delhi) has been revised and no longer applicable.
                      Your airline has not refunded the amount charged in the tickets.
                      Pl. Refund the amount by crediting to my account and confirm.

                        Dear recipient,
                        Please note that i had made a booking with make my trip for a round trip from new delhi-goa with make my trip booking id : nf[protected] and air asia flight i5-798 to goa on 11.09.2017 and i5-799 from goa on 14.09.2017. However, both the flights were cancelled by more than 120 mins and we were promoted on airlines’ next available flights (I5-796 to goa & i5-797 from goa). Since we had booked the original flights on pretext of reaching our destination by a certain time but the flight cancellation on part of airlines, for no mistake o[censored]s, changed the travel plans and we were forced to book some other flights on expensive fares on that sector to match our time schedule.
                        When we cancelled the flights from make my trip website, we were promised entire fare refund on the company’s policy of entire refund if the flight is delayed or cancelled by more than 120 minutes. Even if we don’t read the cancellation policy, i would like to ask as on what reasons we were promoted to next available flight. Neither we were asked nor we were informed before promoting us to the next flight. As a consumer, i would like to question if i don’t have my own independent wish and decision to travel on my own suitable flight?
                        Secondly, there might be some emergency or a must condition when the traveler is bound to reach his destination by a certain specified time & reaching late would in itself defeat the very purpose of travel.
                        Hence i would like to warn the airlines and make my trip of dire consequences if my hard earned money is not refunded in its entirety and i would be bound to take the legal course of law to protect my consumer rights, if my requests would be ungheard by the monopoly of big giant profit making companies like yours and air asia.
                        Treat this to be final warning or else i would not mind to file a suit seeking the damages, caused by the airline and travel agency duo, along with compensation and harassment.

                              Sir, i have to rebook these tickets on a different sector (Rw7tha and hn98rq). I called your india call centre today 08:40am ist and spoke with mr vijaypriya. He tells me this is a non-refundable ticket and cancellation process can be done only after departure of flight using a form.

                              My queries - (1) when i was booking the ticket online, nowhere did it show this is non-refundable, (2) when i got the printout pdf of the ticket, nowhere did it show this is non-refundable, (3) when i am modifying this ticket online to change the sector, even then nowhere did it show this is non-refundable.

                              Your call-centre executive tells i need to search on google/website for terms or should have called before booking to find the terms, despite every other travel portal/airline website in industry showing this vital information upfront on booking, which you seem to have conveniently not shown on your booking page/ticket pdf page and modification page. So customers lose lot of money because you did not show non-refundable on as many as three different places, as mentioned above. Had it been only in one place, it was understandable; but as many as three different places?

                              Even after all this, i am told customers need to search, which means the information is not naturally available anywhere as part of booking/printout/modify processes. This is absolutely deplorable operating standards and should be brought to wider notice immediately so that future customers think twice before booking on air asia.

                              I had two bookings which i wanted to rebook the sectors, but am worried at what other vital information you are not showing as part of all three processes - i. E. Either booking, printout or modify screens.

                              Enclosed for your reference :- 1) air asia ticket screen with non-refundable not mentioned, 2) air asia modify screen with non-refundable not mentioned, and 3) air asia booking screen with non-refundable not mentioned.

                              I am sure you will point out its the customer's fault entirely for not making sure of a vital information which you have not shown yourself on as many as three different screens in this age of online portal development, but it may be inherently better if you do start showing such information on at least one of these three screens, which most of your competitors are anyway already showing.

                                I had booked 2 tickets on 2nd aug 17 for flight from new delhi to goa for 13th aug. My pnr us jmeumd. However my wife &i have been allotted seats in different rows, when i web checked in. The customer service people to whom i spoke over phone were helpless & could not inform me the logic behind allotting different rows and we're not able to allot adjucent seats in same rows although seats were available. Allotment for adjucent seats they say are chargeable. What nonsense.
                                This is wrt the flight from Pune To Delhi scheduled on Aug 14'17. There was delay in the flight timings by one hour initially then three hours and thereafter the customer service had no idea why the delay. Terrible services and not reliable at all

                                    I gurvinder singh take off with two family members on august1, 2017 from new delhi to ranchi in airasia flight no :15545, seat no.18a, b, c. The meal offered was lachha prantha when i requested her to replace the same with rajmah chawal as my daughter had the same. Ms. Pinky not only snatched the meal but also misbehaved with me. She used the exact word "yahi milega nahi khanna to ghar le jao". Even she didnot serve any meal to me and my brotheri afterward on flight. Its great shame to the hospitality industry n reputed company like airasia. I request the concerned to ensure apology of airhostess for the gross misconduct.

                                      On 29th july 2017 at guwahati airport between on 29th july 2017 at guwahati airport between 9am to 10: 20 am the staff of air asia airlines harassed a passenger of air asia flight no. I5-783 between guwahati to imphal at the counter asking rs.500/- for excess weight of few kgs but the same was paid as there is no alternative.in fact there is no figure exactly rs.500/- in the approved chart.
                                      This group of staff on duty had intentionally stop the same passenger again and stated excess weight of hand bag which normally not happen in any airlines and demanded rs. 3000/- stating either to pay or not allowed to travel. This group of staff on duty had behaved unprofessionally like an uncivilized # not willing to listen or talk to anyone which we never expected from a reputed airlines. May be to avoid legal complicacies, they allowed to travel but the same passenger was stopped at imphal airport and refused to give the first luggage without payment and the passenger has no alternative but paid the amount.in fact the staff on duty could have explained cordially instead of harassing.
                                      It is reported by authorized person at imphal airport that the above flight was delayed due to inefficiency of the above staff at guwahati airport. Any form of harassment by staff to passenger is not acceptable. The matter is serious and need to look into it and take necessary action at the earliest. May be this matter will be filed in pg portal (Central govt public grievance portal) if not look into it at the earliest.
