On 29th july 2017 at guwahati airport between on 29th july 2017 at guwahati airport between 9am to 10: 20 am the staff of air asia airlines harassed a passenger of air asia flight no. I5-783 between guwahati to imphal at the counter asking rs.500/- for excess weight of few kgs but the same was paid as there is no alternative.in fact there is no figure exactly rs.500/- in the approved chart.
This group of staff on duty had intentionally stop the same passenger again and stated excess weight of hand bag which normally not happen in any airlines and demanded rs. 3000/- stating either to pay or not allowed to travel. This group of staff on duty had behaved unprofessionally like an uncivilized # not willing to listen or talk to anyone which we never expected from a reputed airlines. May be to avoid legal complicacies, they allowed to travel but the same passenger was stopped at imphal airport and refused to give the first luggage without payment and the passenger has no alternative but paid the amount.in fact the staff on duty could have explained cordially instead of harassing.
It is reported by authorized person at imphal airport that the above flight was delayed due to inefficiency of the above staff at guwahati airport. Any form of harassment by staff to passenger is not acceptable. The matter is serious and need to look into it and take necessary action at the earliest. May be this matter will be filed in pg portal (Central govt public grievance portal) if not look into it at the earliest.

Later she came i ask for food but she angrily said i can't provide food and also said that why you showed your hand. I was very much disappointed with her reaction.         So i booked a flight for 6 person from kalibo to boracay and boracay to kalibo. This was not the planned to be booked, i asked them make a change date instead so i can still use the purchased ticket. They've advise me just to book a correct route and origin. This is a total scam, they will not help customers who are needing modification of date. So if this issue will not be resolve, it will cost me a hard earned money for an inconsideration

But i've waited for a day to get a confirmation email, but no confirmation email or notification, saying that my booking is confirmed

            Hi, me and my wife booked the ticket under booking no bgzcfw and travelled on 22nd june from kolkata by your flight no ak 62 on seat no 8e and 8f. We have booked 1 bukhara biryani and 1 chicken satay wrap but the same was not served to us. It appears to be a system error and you must look into this matter and arrange to compensate us suitably.

            Ground staff named Mr. Fazal in bangaluru airport did not have manners to handle customer. Please take care of such staff. He was really rude to the customers. The air Asia manager also did not care to help us

              On 14-mar-2017 i ketan kosambi booked ticket from airasia site from hyderabad to jakarta for 24-apr-2017 and passengers hikmah sari, alisha kosambi and tanisha kosambi. Booking got initiated under pnr qf59gv on 14-mar and money deducted from my bank account on the same day 14-mar-2017, however i didn't receive any confirmation about the ticket or email confirmation on the ticket itinerary.

              Same day i called up airasia and update them about the above issue. Their representative updated me that my transaction has got cancelled and money will be refunded to my account and i should initiate new booking. Airasia agent requested me to send a mail to [protected]@airasia.com along with the bank statement showing money was deducted from my account, which i sent to them.

              On 18-mar i did new booking from airasia site for hyderabad to jakarta for 24-apr-2017 (Pnr fkudwd). This time ticket got properly booked and i received the travel itinerary details over the email.

              After that i have made repeated calls in between and received similar response from airasia that money will be refunded. On 24-mar, i was told refund will be done in 14 days and in under process from backoffice.

              On 30th mar, i received a confirmation of qf59gv, for ticket which they earlier informed that it is cancelled and i should do new booking.

              Now i was having 2 tickets booked on the same flight for the same day from hyderabad to jakarta for 24-apr-2017

              When i informed about this to airasia team they asked me to fill e-form for refund and choose option duplicate ticket, which i initially said that it is not the actual reason. Your e-form does not have any system related reason.

              Ticket not issued on 14-mar, is airasia fault.

              I request to provide a full refund for ticket issued with pnr qf59gv, 56, 591 inr.

              Bank details have been provided in the e-form as was in mail send to airasia support.

              Since then i have been calling airasia where they are stating refund is under process however i have not received any email or writing notification for the same.

                I am based in the U.S. My associate is based in Malaysia. We travel a lot on business all across the planet. Air Asia has to be the worst airline to travel on. We are at the airport in Hyderaba, India, getting ready to fly to Kuala Lumpur. Our flight (AK68) was scheduled to leave at 23:55. We left the lounge outside the airport to check in and print our boarding passes. Once we got to the counter we were told there was a 4 hour delay. Then the Air Asia representative weighed our baggage (we each had 1 checked bag). We were told that the bags were ok, our boarding passes were printed, and we proceeded through customs and to the lounge near the gates. 2 hours later the same representative, along with another Air Asia employee, comes to the premium lounge looking for us. He then tells us that we need to pay 2, 200 rupees for our luggage. I am highly upset! This could not have been done at the time of check in? This was done 2 hours later after we were told that we were having to be delayed 4 hours? I am a wealthy businessman who travels many places that Air Asia flies. To treat a customer this way is highly insulting. It is not my fault that your representative failed. In addition, it was the same representative (Vajay) that checked us in who came to extort additional money from me. Shame!!! From now on I will fly a different airline.

                  Hi,

                  I was travelling from Cochin to Bangkok on 26th May 2017 in the flight FD170 along with my friends. The cabin crew lady who gave us the boarding pass was demanding us we should have had 10000 BAHT each in our hand. But as per the details we got, its not necessary to have that amount with us coz we already had a stamped visa. And also she was forcing us to exchange the currency in the FOREX and said we would face problems in the Thailand Immigration and they would send us back with a reason of insufficient balance.
                  As per the information I know, people who take Visa on Arrival only need to have that much amount in their hand. She has no right to demand or order like that and she made us tensed like anything.
                  I wonder how people can be so rude like that and none of them in the Thailand Immigration asked for the amount in our hand.
                  I couldn't find out her name. Guess there was only one lady in the check in department that time. Hope u can find out her easily.
                  I wish I don't face such people in our journey. Hope AirAsia do take care of all this things.

                    I am posting this complaint to make you all aware that, even you pay for a seat in airlines (Free seat you wont get) it is not sure that you will get the sear or if airline deny to give same seat, you are not eligible for refund.... Same happened with my in-laws.... My in-laws who are senior citizen have traveled from guwahati to bangalore on 17 may17 in one of the airasia flight, where the ground staff denied to give the purchased (Inr200) seat and assigned with new seat in different location. When i have asked mail for refund they have denied to pay me back.

                    My question is if they are unable to give the assigned seat, its fine but why they are not refunding my money?

                    Flight details:

                    Flight date: 17 may 2017, flight number i5 983, guwahati to bangalore, initially i booked seat number 21a & 21b. But they have given seat number 25c & 25d. All proof attached
                    Yesterday i booked my ticket from imphal to guwahati at around 10pm through guest user the amount of rs 2853 inr

                      I mafiza begum have traveled from delhi till guwahati dated 16.05.2017 morning 7.10 am flight and mistakenly left the purse in the airport around 9.25.
                      I have informed the ground staff of guwahati of airasia i pleaded and even requested help me to get my purse as it contains my bank atm credit voter id pan card all my imp documents and the guwahati airasia ticket reservation who give tickets the black color lady doesnt have manners to talk with customers .
                      Didnot even helped .no customer and naw i am stuck in guwahati as i dont have my identity proof along with me.i cant even traveeelled back to delhi.
                      I would request to take a legal action against it .
                      And if possisble help me to find documents as i am in need of it.
                      I am unhappy with the airasia reservation ground staff persson in guwati airport especially a lady with black color.

                        I want to inform u that on the above given date and flight i was supposed to fly to my destination penang.. But i dont know for what reason your ground staff MR Deep has not allowed me to board the fight.. without giving me any reason he just said that i am not allowed to board the flight.. this is just too unprofessional.. i am not the new passenger who is using airasia for the first time.. from last 4 years i am booking airasia's flight but never got this bad treatment ever.. pathetic experience this time.. because of this unexpected behaviour i have to suffer many losses.. i want to know the reason of this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and want my money back.. because if i am blacklisted without any reason then why not at the time of booking i got this information though we give all the passenger's details.. never ever expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour being so old passenger.. i want my money back. (this was my previous complaint)
                        My complaint case number is CAS[protected]P5WR65.. this is again totally unprofessional.. 5 days has passed off but not got a single mail from air asia regarding the complaint.. so ashamed of airasia... i want my money back.. because of your unprofessional behaviour i wont bear any financial loss..
                        My flight no. I5-546 of 'Air Asia' from Delhi to Kolkata at 19:45 of 18.05.17. got cancelled. It's been more than a week I didn't receive my full refund as promised by them because 'Air Asia' themselves had cancelled the flight due to some flight's technical problem. I have provided the screenshot of the mail.

                            Your website is not specific to track the travelling details, since I am a traveller
                            I cant understand the approach of your publication in website. Every time I submit the PNR number & ticket number no reply has come. Your airliner only
                            shows the landline number it is very difficult to passenger on urgent travel, So you have to provide the opt persons Mobile number with full response on the matter concerned.

                                Air asia is trying to cheat me of 2 amounts that they charged excess. Hence, air asia is not yet refunding there 2 amounts:

                                (1) first amount is rs. 99.00 excess charged to my credit card:
                                On 23 apr 2017, while booking my ticket, my first attempt to pay thru net banking failed due to extremely poor performance of air asia server.

                                Hence, i had to resort to ivr using my credit card, which mercifully was successful and the full ticket fare was debited.

                                However, even for the previous failed (net banking) transaction, air asia erroneously debited an amount of rs. 99.00 as direct debit processing fee (included in the debited total ticket amount) to my credit card. Please note that the net banking transaction failed entirely due to air asia server under performance.

                                Hence, this debit of rs. 99 is not legitimate as the net banking transaction did not take place and the ticket was not issued; hence, this amount should not have been charged, in the first place. Having charged it slyly, air asia should have the gumption, honesty and good business sense to immediately refund / reverse the erroneous excess charge to the same credit card from which the full payment was finally captured.

                                (2) the second amount is rs. 114.45 debited to my savings a/c during an earlier failed attempt to buy the same ticket thru net banking:

                                On 23 apr 2017, while booking my ticket, there was a failed net banking transaction due to extremely poor performance of air asia server. However, even for this failed transaction, air asia erroneously debited an amount of rs. 114.45 from my savings bank account.

                                At an early date, air asia should refund the amount of rs. 114.45 to the same acct. From which they erroneously debited the amount, (as explained above) at an early date.

                                    I request to inform you that, Today I went to airport but they not allowed me to check in, my booking no is DHSNWJ, Mr deep ground staff (Air Asia) has told me that I'm blacklisted in Air Asia, if I was banned they why they booked my flight ticket in Air Asia, and what was the reason because of that they blacklisted me. please rescheduled or remove my blacklist so that I can able to booked my ticket for today flight .

                                    I request you to please rescheduled my flight on tommorow date that is 29/04/2016
                                    or refund my money. I missed my connecting flight too from Kuala Lumpur to langkawi that booking no is UEDZRI

                                      Fyi - airasia gave pamphlets to me to buy from ava when i got down from flight!!!

                                      Why airasia has to give ads for poor quality product and seller such as ava.

                                      I purchased laptop bag from ava merchandising at bangalore airport. The bag is from international brand called herman hansen and that has damaged part which i realised after reaching home.

                                      Ava does not have shop in bangalore city except airport so they asked me to come to airport (Around 60 km from my home) to get replacement or repairs!!!

                                      Alternatively asked me to pay rs. 250 for door delivery based replacement which i agreed — even though it is completely manifacturing defect.

                                      They initially agreed to provide replacement at door step but that is not happening now (Even though i am ready to pay rs 250)

                                      Fyi - airasia gave pamphlets to me to buy from ava when i got down from flight!!!

                                        Hey..
                                        I would like to complaint against the staff 'Nayanendu' at the check-in counter for registering my card details on a seperate paper. When asked, as to why are you registering my card details seperately on a piece of paper, she replies that "i need to enter it later into the system".
                                        I would need a proper explaination as to why they are noting down card numbers, card holder name and expiry date of the card.
