I have cancelled 2 flights from delhi to Goa and return on the booking is JJF6VK before travel date. I have received refund of only one ticket and 6 months are passed since then. Refund of other ticket is not received. I have complained on their website an number of times but no response is not received yet. They not even entertain on phone for refund claim.

    Sir, I booked flight ticket Chandigarh to bangalore & bangalore to Goa but air asia reschedule time aprox. 9hrs Up/down. My both PNR no. T9NB6F and MCCZHNM. I request to airasia refund my full amount because reschedule time aprox. 9hrs level of Airasia. Both flight are interconect because no direct flight airasia chandigarh to Goa.I pay ticket amount before one year ago. about this matter I have sent two mail and many call to coustmor care but my problem not solve. my flight dep date 18/06/2016.       We came from air asia from bali to kolkata after out honeymoon trip. The air aisa staff mishandled my new skybag suitcase whihc was in checkedin baggage. And damaged it. I have already filed complaint with air asia but then they denied having damaged it as i noticed the damage after the custom clearance. I fought with them and still managed to file a complaint report. Further i have also filed a written complaint with airport authority of kolkata at the same time. I have copies of all the documents

        My parents traveled on 31st May from chandigarh to Bangalore while Air Asia and they were charged Rs 1000 while giving boarding pass. My parents made it clear they have no preferred seats and will take any seats offered. Still the staff member made them pay Rs 1000 for giving the boarding pass.

        I'm hearing this for the first time in my 10 years of air travel experience. This sets bad trust and lack of faith in using Air Asia again in future.

          I traveled in AirAsia on 6-June-2016 from Chandigarh to Bangalore. The behavior of the on board staff was not good. We were travelling with two infants and required hot water to make the feed for the babies but they said they are busy and cannot provide the water now they only can serve after they are free.

          They did not have courtesy to give water even after baby started crying. One of the passengers took the baby and I had to fill the bottles myself.

          They were unorganized and insensible. Babies shall be anyone's first priority than simply selling meals .

            Attention everyone... 1 st time who are planning to travel in air asia (Which states themselves as budget airlines... It is a bull)... But when my brother travelled from chennai to malaysia... The pressure was too low due to which everyone got ear pain and everyone complaint to the captain. And what he said is that it is a budget airlines so to save fuel they do like that! Is this the way a captain answers... So to save money they also do kill people uh?... And coming to the point that it is an budget airlines... The cost of a flight ticket from chennai to malaysia in this bull air asia is 11k when it was booked a week and half ago and the cost of ticket in malaysian airlines is 13k... The baggage allowance in malaysian airlines is 30 kgs and during one travel we took 32 kgs and said to them that we are students so that please give us the permission to which he reacted positively and accepted! At the same scenario when we brought 30 kgs the air asia staff says sir for 15 kgs it's rs 1800 and for each kg more than that will cost 900 each... So do they think that when we travel from one place to another we go without clothes?... Hence we paid rs 5000 extra and reduced the weight, done with the clearance! Our expenses were rs 11000 + rs 5000 = rs 16000... If it was malaysian airlines it would have been rs 13000 only (With baggage allowance of 30 kgs)... So never air asia is an budget airlines and not at all caring for the passengers and worst ever service... Conclusion = never ever travel in air asia... We need to suppress these kind of airlines in the soceity... So that the ppl will not be fooled

              As I am a regular customer of air asia.This time I was really very much disappointed and I promised not to travel via air asia in my life again and will recommend all others .
              I have booked flight on 1st may to bangkok and travelled well.Later i booked second flight ticket attached for 29th of june for return flight and paid Indian rupees 20000+ including luggage. Actually this was mistake done by myself online as I had to fly 29th may instead of june.
              I arrive to airport on 29th may and they advised me my ticket is booked for 29th june immediately I contacted air asia to change my ticket for courtesy as It is urgent matter By mistake I purchased ticket for 29th june. But the behaviour of representative was very rude first he told me we can do this before 2 hours he refused to do that.Later he said ok I will check then he said I have to pay Rs.21000 extra if i want to fly today on 29th may. It was shocking and surprising for me how such a reputed company do this. I started thinking and ask him for 2 minutes time . After 2 minutes i talked to him final the booking then he said I have to pay Rs26000 know.
              It was urgent for me to come back on 29th may and company looted me for total of Rs 46000 for flight from new delhi to bangkok. Where as singapore airlines which is one of best airlines was charging rs 35000.
              I am really very disappointed with customer service and forging customers.
              Will never fly to airasia and I will take this matter to ombudsman as well as civil court.
              Also will leave feedback and tell other passengers never to travel through air asia moreover flight was 2 hours late so much upsetting at airport for all the bad service I paid rs 46000 whereas reputed and good airlines like singapore airline flight always on time change ticket with normal charge.Really a biggest mistake which I learnt .

              Also kindly give me the number of company owner or coo I wish to talk to him in regards this matter As I am a regular customer instead of changing ticket with normal charge company charge me double an d I beard the rude behaviour of akrasia representative.

                Booked a flight with Air Asia and had to cancel it due to medical reason. Called and got cancelled two different PNRs, agent informed that there would be a deduction of total 1500 INR however, INR 3000 was deducted. On calling them, they say that nothing can be done, agent may have misinformed and that is not air Asia's fault, rather the agent's fault. On asking to check the recording and to escalate the issue, Supervisor MANJUNATH said that it cannot be done over the phone but I have to fill and E form from the website and would get a call within 48 Hrs. No callback received for 25 days.

                On calling again the Supervisor SUNIL KRISHNA said that things could have been escalated over the phone, E form was not the only/mandatory option. Sunil as a person is very rude. He refused to give the information that he provided over the call on email, which is hard to believe as every company can send an email as a reply to a complaint.

                Hung up the call on me saying that my voice was not clear. Called back again the person said that SUNIL is not in office, again disconnected my call. Called back again and then Asked for Sunil. Sunil spoke to me, how can he be back in office in next 5 mins. Sunil told that he has already escalated the case to Padma- Escalation level manager. after 20 mins on same call, asks my number saying that he is escalating it now. A bunch of crooks and liars, that's what defined Air Asia

                Refund pending

                Flight I5-1825 got cancelled on 27th December but I haven't received refund yet. My booking number is Y6V74L.

                  I have purchased air ticket online on Booking Date : 25th June 2015 for travel to Kaulalampur on 5th March 2016 by Flight no. A K 68 of AirAsia the transaction was concluded and the total payment was also made on 25th June 2015.
                  When we approached the Boarding Pass Issuing counter at Rajiv Gandhi International Air port at Hyderabad, Airasia has collected an additional amount.as User Development Fees : Rs.10140/- vide receipt AIRASIA BERHAD : no.3438609.

                  The payment to be made to-wards User Development Fees was not disclosed at the time of concluding purchase of ticket and the same is not binding on the consumer.

                    On 04 Mar 16 on phone it is confirmed from customer care for travel on 24 Mar 16 for booking no FHPS3X which was on 12 mar 16 and I received confirmation message as ticket for 24 Mar 16. And again you sent wrong ticket for 12 mar 16 as ticket. What is this? No changes can be done becuase of some personal reasons.Please solve the issue as earliest and I state that I am not a football.Do not kick me as football otherwise I should go to consumer court or higher authority for help. Compensation to be paid if anything goes wrong

                    Air Asia — Refund of money deducted twice

                    I booked my ticket from delhi to bangalore twice for date 8th November 2015. Money deducted twice but ticket not booked.. Showing technical error. I WANT MY MONEY BACK 3890 + 3890 = 7780

                      I have booked flight to bangalore from vishakapatnam, due to some issues have asked customer care to cancel that ticket, they confirmed it got cancelled but status was not reflected any where in the portal provided by them for the given CAS number or booking number. Even after calling them multiple times customer care people didnt respond properly and submitted complaint through site which was vain even. Even I paid them 5k extra for new booking.
                      Customer care service is worst ever which I have seen, even in bangalore airport they were shouting at the passengers at the ticket counter. Un bearable service need to take action on such services.

                        "We were supposed to fly to Bangalore, India from Sydney, Australia on the morning of 31st Jan (11:55 AM) when we receive a message in the morning from Air Asia saying that our flight (D7 223) had been rescheduled to 4:40 pm from 11:55 am. Given this delay, we would have missed our connecting flight AK 53 from Kuala Lumpur to Bangalore. Hence, we requested ground staff at Sydney airport to give us the next flight details which we would have boarded given we had flown via this delayed flight but they didn't have a clue about it nor about the visa in Kuala Lumpur, had we decided to stay there. They just told us to board this flight and get down in Kuala Lumpur and get our luggage and then, we will be told what to do. We had a severely critical meeting on Monday morning in Bangalore and if we would have missed it, we would have had catastrophic consequences. We kept on asking for the connecting flight details, waiting in queue for couple of hours just to be disappointed by a clueless ground staff who were rude enough to tell us that "flight is going right, what is your concern then". We even checked for available Air Asia flights from Kuala Lumpur to Bangalore given we board this flight, then, when can we get to Bangalore at the earliest, only to find out that next available flight would be tomorrow (1st Feb night).
                        We were deeply hurt by the cluelessness and rude behaviour of the ground staff and inaptness of the airline to meet with it's promise to take us to Bangalore on 31st. Staying one more day outside was not an option as we had to get back to Bangalore for the meeting on Monday, hence, we asked ground staff to refund our money but they were extremely insensitive about it and simply said NO to it. We had to board another flight the same day at an extremely high price due to the irregularities and inaptness of the airline and due to no fault o[censored]s."

                        We had filed for refund 15 days ago and we mailed nodal and appellate office too but no reply other than automated mailer

                          HI,

                          i booked my flight to KL on Dec3rd, due to flood they cancelled both my onward and return fliglts.it costed me around 47800 for two passengers. Only communication mail from Air asia was that it got cancelled and no news after that from them till date..there service is tooooooo bad and damn i[censored] wnat to contact the customer care you have to take leave theyw ill minimum take 2 hours atleats to pick the call and easily say we will get back or send out an email..I have been following for two months now no reply from them.

                            On Jan 20th 2016, i had a bad experience with air Asia (Bangkok to phuket & phuket to Bangkok) . They are only thinking about business but not the customer. The worst flight i have ever traveled. Brainless people i dont know who gave them job. They separated me and my wife inside the flight and they charged 900 ba for each bag i carried when it was just 6 kgs. The employees were not able to explain me clearly y i have to pay. They were so rude to us. Only they give respect to red seat customers. The worst people i have ever seen.

                                Dear concerned,

                                Air aisa is the worst ever mistake that i have ever done while flying to any destination. I have travelled on 13th jan'16 on flights no:-i5-2771 & returned on 21st jan'16 on i5-2876. Both of these two flights were delayed. Especially air-asia crossed the limit on 21st jan'16 on i5-2876 when the flight got delayed from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.The staff of air aisa are absolutely. Stupidity of the air hostess are extremely mis-behaving rascals. If you don't reform yourself, you will face the same face as king fishers, air-deccan etc etc..!!!

                                    Flight has been cancelled from air asia on 16th of dec 2015, and refund amount not yet credited. Air aisa didnt even bother to send a main for inconvenience and trouble made by them and not even a single mail for refund despite calling so many times for the issue.

                                      My wife and son arrived at New Delhi airport at 9:31PM on December 22, 2015, from New Jersey USA. They had onward flight confirmation number DDRCVZ for AIR ASIA flight number 152771, departing New Delhi on December 23, 2015 at 7:15AM, and arrival at Guwahati airport at 9:40AM the same day. They had pre-printed Boarding Passes with Seat Nos. 22D and 22E. They arrived at the Air Asia ticket counter at 5:00AM. They were told by the AIR ASIA agent on duty, Arun Kumar, that the flight departure time was Pre-Poned to 5:30AM, it was Too Late to board the flight and they had to buy separate tickets for a later flight. Arun Kumar also stated that the Travel agent, that the tickets were purchased from, was notified of the Pre-Poned flight schedule. The travel agent was contacted and they categorically confirmed that they did not receive any such notification. We have heard of flight delays and flights being Post-Poned, but never heard of flights leaving almost 2 hours AHEAD of schedule. My wife asked to speak with a Supervisor but this agent claimed that he was the Supervisor on duty. This AIR ASIA agent, Arun Kumar, was rude, belligerent and extremely unprofessional. After long discussions with another AIR ASIA agent, my wife and son were finally allowed to board a later flight, without having to buy separate tickets. However, they were charged USD 53.00 (Rupees 3500.00), for excess baggage fees. They finally arrived at their final destination eight hours later. I would, first and foremost, like an apology from AirAsia airlines. I request full compensation for the flight, refund of the baggage fees that were charged as well as disciplinary action taken against this unprofessional agent.

                                        Hi,

                                        We have booked a group tour for Rajasthan and the group booking was done by the Travel agency. My child was just 2 years old and I was not sure of if we need to have a ticket for him as he does not require a seat. We had not booked a ticket initially. Later on the travel agency updated us that we need to have the ticket for the child as well. We agreed to it and wanted to issue a child ticket, but the air asia website does not allow me to book a single child ticket.

                                        I am travelling on the same flight and still I cannot book a ticket for my child was very frustrating for me. As I could not book a ticket for the child I had to end up booking an adult ticket for the child. It cost me almost 10, 000 INR rupees more for this ticket, just because the system could not allow me to buy the child ticket.
