My booking number is Q9NE5P. Flight cancelled in the month of Feb, 2015. My journey date was 7-Mar-2015. Even after two months they haven't refunded money. I did raise two complaints to Air asia complaint no 1 -> CAS[protected]HX10P5 complaint no 2 -> CAS[protected]DB9GC0 Could you please help on this?

    i booked one ticket for 13th Feb 2014 from Kochi to Bangalore, but i had to cancel the trip. So i cancelled the ticket 1 week before actual journey. They commited to give refund in 2 weeks. Thereafter i called around 6 times, no refund yet. Now they are claiming they put refund amount in my account. but i havent recieved any money. 2400 i paid for this, and i lost entire money. such a fraud airlines. PNR was ecm2mw

      This complaint is for 1) Frequent flight cancellation by Air Asia on regular basis 2) Horrible customer care services 3) Fake promises 4) To shut down AirAsia in India because of its pathetic services (we don't care if it is a very low cost airlines) This is what I had written and filed a complaint (Number - CAS[protected]LH7LC) to Air Asia (on its website - http://www.airasia.com/my/en/e-form.page) on 29th Jan 2015, and still have not got any reply/update: ============ Hi Team, Greetings for the day! First of all let me tell you that the tone I have used in this email is very mellowed down to what I actually want to use due to the horrible experience I had with your Airlines. I had booked my flight tickets with Air Asia on 22nd Jan 2014 as: i) Bangalore to Jaipur - For 23 Jan 2015, Flight I5 1720 scheduled at 08:30 AM IST ii) Jaipur to Bangalore - For 26 Jan 2015, Flight I5 1723 scheduled at 07:35 AM IST The flight from Jaipur to Bangalore ( I5 1723) for which I got a notification around 11:00 AM IST on 26th Jan 2014 about its cancellation. I had made numerous calls (to be precise 6 calls in total lasted for approx. 2.5 hours) to make an alternative arrangement to reach Bangalore with Air Asia flight. Issues I faced with your horrible services: • I had first spoken to Customer Care representative - Ms. Kiran, who confirmed that my ticket with I51723 has been cancelled and she will give me a call back for the seat confirmation on I51721 for 27th Jan instead of 26th Jan. • I waited for an hour and again called the customer care service and was connected to Ms. Nalini, who also confirmed the ticket for 27th Jan will be confirmed soon and she or Kiran will call me back. • Again to my surprise I did not get any call back and I called and got connected to Ms. Dolly this time. Again same fake promises from her side too. I pushed her to make me speak to the floor manager/Supervisor and spoke to Ms. Priya but all in vain again. Please note that during all these times I was told that the conversation has been recorded and all the comments are getting logged against the enquiry booking number for resolution purpose. Also all the calls I made to customer care support it took close to 15-20 mins just to connect to the representatives. • Finally around 7:30 PM I did not get any call or confirmation for my booking for 27th Jan in spite of tall claims and promises from your support folks, I called again got connected to Mr. Vignesh and he was also making the same false promises. I had to push him hard to get me connected to Supervisor and final I spoke to Mr. Nandan and around 8:45 PM I got my seat confirmation for 27th Jan flight from Jaipur to Bangalore. Why Am I raising this complaint: • Horrible customer care services – False claims n tall promises which team couldn’t fulfil on time • Refund – When I booked my ticket for 26th Jan (JAI t0 BLR) it costed me INR 9008 and the ticket for 27th Jan was available for INR. 7400 only. Since I have eventually travelled in the same flight on 27th Jan, I would like to get the difference amount back to me. • Hotel accommodation – I had to stay in a hotel for which I had to shell out money from my pocket, If the arrangement was done by your airlines I would not ask this money. • My Half day salary loss due to flight cancellation on 26th Jan. • Total amount I expect to be reimbursed/refund to me is INR[protected] for Difference amount I should not have paid at all + 2700 for Hotel accommodation for a night + 2500 for my half day salary deduction). I am looking forward to the resolution of my complaints as mentioned above. If this query is not addressed to my satisfaction then I would be forced to go “Social” about this horrible experience with Air Asia airlines and will leave me with no other option. =============

          dear sir / madam This is to inform you that our trip to Thailand is being shattered due to unforeseen situation in Thailand during March 2014, when there was lot of political unrest in Thailand. But the airline Air Asia sent a mail to book our new dates by 3rd June 2014 for next date of Travel on 1st March 2014 as per their reply attached, here under. Now on 3rd June 2014, we wanted to book new dates for 22-24th Nov2014 but we were really shocked to learn that, its not the new dates that we have to book along with that we have to pay new fare which is approx 12000/- today. Our only concern is that when the Airline is so much popular for its lowest fares, which was the main reason that we booked our flight to Thailand & now when they ask higher rates for the same sector, we feel cheated, shocked and above all, not mentioning this anywhere in their mails or verbal communications, that we have to pay the current fare, then what is the fun in booking in advance. As customer we think we booked only for low fare, we request concern authorities to help and guide us. As we are not so financially strong to hire renowned legal consultants who will definitely try to help their client Air Asia not to lose their money, but somehow they will push their client to lose their customer. We are not trying to impose anything but we are trying to help Air Asia to fulfill their commitment and win their most valued customer forever. We are four passengers 1 Sharad Srivastava 2 A.T.             I have booked my ticket couple of months before the departure date but AirAsia reshuled the flight 13 hours late, 4 days before the departure date and by seeing it I cancelled the ticket. I cancelled my ticket on 11/Nov/2014 and till date they say "our back end team is delaying in reinbersing the amount and it will be debited to your account by 2 days, this week or next week". I followed up with them multiple times and there is no fair response from Customer care. I need to book a consumer frandent complaint, can someone help how can to do it? Thanks Prabhu Shankar R

              I've booked a flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 24th Feb. They've cancelled it just 4 days before the travel saying operational reasons. I couldn't book any other flight as most of them are already booked completely and some of them has very high price. when tried calling customer care, they kept me on waiting for nearly 30 mins and eventually the call was dropped without answering. and they charged Rs.1.50 per min. I'm sure they've cancelled due to low occupancy. But being an international company can't they forecast and do the proper arrangements/plans. This is a completely irresponsible move and I would not prefer booking on Airasia again and needless to say that I would make my friends aware of such irresponsible airlines. Goodbye AirAsia.

                Flight from Chandigarh to Bangalore cancelled due to bad weather. No alternate travel arrangements were made to fly from atleast Delhi to Bangalore route which was operational. I was also refused tickets from Jaipur to Bangalore which is well working route for AirAsia. As a result I had to shell out 15000/- for single side ticket from Delhi to Bangalore. AirAsia abandoned the responsibility to provide customer support. I would urge them to refund the extra amount. And I would also like to have strict action taken against them. Please guide through the process to get the above done.

                  I cancelled my booking (# I91GGS) with airasia on 14th Dec. but refund has happened yet. I've called customer care more than 15 times they always say same lines "We're sorry, it's been escalated and refund will happen in 48 hours". I'm wondering how some an airlines can cheat people just like that. is there any forum where I can submit this complaint. Thanks, Pankaj 91-[protected]

                    Dear Sir, I booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines the transaction failed during first time and the amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account. I raised a case with them (CAS[protected]PHPM3D) on 15th Dec 2014 and I didn't get any response (SLA time is 14 Days). After 14 days I raised case (CAS[protected]J54) on 31st Dec 2014 so far I didn't get any response so far. Please help me to get my money back. The following are transaction details given below.                       I have cancelled one air ticket from Jaipur to Bangaluru of "AirAsia" plain on 30th OCT 2013. My booking no was "ZGH4PN". Beside of 20-30 followups, balance amount is not refunded back.Each time whenever I call, they will provide me new Reference No & inform that fund will be refunded back within next 7 days.this drama is continue on going since last 3 month. 1- Calling time to pick up a call over Customer service:[protected] no is nearby 6-8 min. 2-There is no any office where you can go & catch these people. 3 - There is no any senior person where you can talk & express your inconvenience. 4- There is no any customer grievance system at all.                         hi Aarti saini my pnr number is QGBFXA . i spoke to coustmer care person told me 1500, than after some time i call again he told me 2500 my dept date is 30 dec 2014 i want change my journy date 4 june amount showing only 3900 .why i ll pay extra amount and person told me not possible

                          Air asia deducted money from my account without doing a confirm booking

                          #1. On 13/12/2014 - I tried to book Ticket for my family to return from Tiruchirappalli (INDIA) to MALAYSIA (KL), I tried to do the payment (NET BANK IN) using my ICICI Bank A/c. But AIRASIA site throw Exception after some processing time saying "Transaction was not succesful due to some temporary issue, please try later some time". I tried 2-times, but still got the same exception, I couldn't do the booking so I give-up.

                          #2. 14/Dec/2014 - With the help of my relative, we booked the AIRASIA ticket using CREDIT CARD, I REPEAT using CREDIT CARD, paid the fee INR 14, 276.00, (I can send the Itinerary for reference which have the booking date as 14/Dec/2014).
                          #3. 17/Dec/2014 : Received ticket for this booking only on 17/Dec/2014 with the TICKET BOOOKING # T6K72L. My family travelled back to MALAYSIA using this Itinerary (T6K72L )

                          During 17/Dec/2014, when I check my ICICI Bank A/c detail in the Website, I found that airasia detected my money INR 15, 096 on 13/12/2014 (Bank Transaction Ref. # - BIL/[protected]/C.C.AVENUES/AIRASIA.COM-BLA). If required I can send you the bank Transaction statement
                          I raised a complaint in your AIRASIA site. But the customer service replied as If we received the ticket for the 13/12/2014. But we did a tele-conversation and explained the above, to pay back our money which they detected on 13/12/2014 from my ICICI Bank A/c, they said agreed that AIRASIA will transfer our money to my ICICI BANK A/c in 10-days time.

                          But on 23/01/2015 received one more eamil saying "In response to your email, please accept our sincere apologies for the late reply. We have checked in our system that you have already boarded and we believe that you have a pleasant flight with us."

                          But Customer Service NOT understanding that my family travelled using the Itinerary (T6K72L) due to my 13/12/2014 booking was UN SUCCESSFULL as said above. So kindly let me know when AIRASIA will REFUND THE MONEY INR 15, 096 back to my ICICI BANK A/c.???. Will there be any GENUINE response from AIRASIA???

                            I'd like to introduce myself as the unfortunate passenger who has taken the wrong decision to book the ticket on Airasia.I have a booking which I need to get the refund. I have received the email on 11th November stating that the refund has been submitted to the bank. But, the amount has not been credited so far. I was chasing your customer care folks to get the transaction ID, with no luck. Every time, they just gave the robotic answer "They will check with backend team and I'll receive the email in 72 hours Here is the details of my booking. RE: Booking No. J6CW8Y Case Number : CAS[protected]HM2D4HRE: There is no meaning to escalate to their grievance redressal team Rodney; [protected]@AirAsia.com & Riaz, [protected]@AirAsia.com. They're not going to check the emails or respond to you no matter if you wait several months. They're not available over the phone. Both of their contact numbers landing to the same customer care executive. I'm just looking for someone to intervene to credit the refund. Nothing less and nothing more. Now, I'm aware that Airasia is very bad with the refund process. Being a frequent traveler, even, I got that experience. AirAsia gaves very false arguments. I got the followings from your customer care team. 1. Money refund will take 14 days. The bank is taking the time 2. The money has to come from Malaysia to India. I don't think that there is a foreign transaction involved. 3. Timeframe is depending upon bank. That's not correct. They will not take more than 3 days to process a payment in India. That's the banking rule. 4. You don't have any transaction ID and I need to simply go to the bank, ask if they receive anything from AirAsia. If you have submitted, it should be credited. If not, it will not. It has nothing to do with the banks. In simple words, let me know when (exact date) you can credit the amount to my bank.

                              Alawys given excuses for nor refunding the double payment made due to Airasia error in payment gateway off Rs1895/- on 31st October 2014 for above PNR no; CCQHSG. Wilful negligence by AirAsia staff since over 3 weeks, giving frivolous excuses for not refunding, inspite of submitting documentary evidence of Bank Statement and complying with formalities of submitting E-Form.

                                NO PROFESSIONALISM! I booked AirAsia flight from Banglore to Chennai. They canclled just 3 days before and When I called the customer care for refund details at night 1AM, I was surprised with their responce. CC Executive told me " I am the only person working here Sir!", " I dont know how much we can give?", " I can not make someone to call you because we have no access to outbound call", " I cannot send mail, I dont have access", Shame on their process and commitment to customers.
                                customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I had booked a to and fro flight via Air Asia website with Booking Reference No. I987KC from Bangalore to Chennai on 4th September, and due to some transaction error purely caused due to technical problems on Air Asia Payment website, I did not receive my tickets either on 4th or 5th end of the day. Despite the transaction error, a sum of Rs. 2660/- was deducted on 4th September. I have attached a small photo from my Bank Statement stating the bank transaction id. As it is an usual practice of backtracking transaction errors and refunding the amount thereafter, I thought even that sum of 2660/- will get refunded. Therefore, I went and booked my tickets with an another airline. To my surprise, I received my to and from tickets on 6th September 04:47 AM IST out of nowhere. As I had already booked my tickets with an another other airline and Air Asia was responsible for the delay in sending my flight tickets, I filed for an refund of Rs. 2660/- then and there immediately on 6th September, 2014. Their Customer service representative called me to acknowledge the error on their behalf and intimated me that the refund request has been sent to the concerned who will take care of it. It's been more than 40 days with more than 25 repeated calls to Air Asia's inadequate irresponsible customer service and I have still not received my refund amount. Every time, I call their toll free number[protected] their customer reps end up saying that "I am really sorry Sir. I will escalate this matter to the concerned team" and when I call them again, they keep on saying "I will re-escalate it Sir". Air Asia's customer representatives have the inability to escalate these matters to the right authorities and their back-end accounting team doesn't even care. They pride themselves in being a low cost airline alone and they end up looting poor customers like us. This has turned into a mental harassment for me and there seems to be no resolution initiative from their side. I request you to please look into this matter and help a common customer like me to fight against their private airline players who want to loot and fill their coffers with our hard earned money. I am giving some details regarding my case.                                     My grandmum flew to Bangalore from Chandigarh yesterday by Air Asia Flight number 1825. Since it was a three-hour flight, we had booked a meal for her. She is 80 plus and has to eat frequently or else her BP falls. On the flight, the steward refused to give her the meal. He said they were out of sandwiches. Later, he even mocked her and said, "Didn't you get packed paranthas'. My poor granny sat hungry for three hours. By the time the flight landed in Bangalore, it was 10 pm. She was dizzy and was feeling really sick by the time she reached home. Shame on you Air Asia for treating a senior citizen like this. I want an explanation for this or I am going to sue you in Consumer Court.

                                      I had booked a Air Asia flight from Kolkata to Bangkok [FD2672] for travel on 27th November 2013 and return [FD2671] on the 05th December 2013 as attached. Air Asia later re-scheduled the flight timings and we had to cancel the bookings. We were promised full refund of the amount as it was the airlines fault of re-scheduling the timings affecting our plans. We lodged a refund request with Air Asia and were asked to furnish bank details on 25th October 2013. We have been given a case number as CAS[protected]Z8H2Z on 25th November 2013. But there is no further response from the airline. I would request you to kindly intervene and help us get back the money. This is a very serious case of cheating a customer on the part of the Air Asia.
