Irresponsible and most irritating Airlines

I've booked a flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 24th Feb. They've cancelled it just 4 days before the travel saying operational reasons. I couldn't book any other flight as most of them are already booked completely and some of them has very high price. when tried calling customer care, they kept me on waiting for nearly 30 mins and eventually the call was dropped without answering. and they charged Rs.1.50 per min. Last minute cancellation without making alternate travel arrangements

[FRUAD] Not Refunding Money After Cancellation

disappointed in the ground crew

Hi, On the 27 sept 1430 we rush to our gate for the flight at 1440. The ground crew doesnt allow us to go in and insist us to leave the area unless we buy a new ticket. The air asia crew ask them to unload our luggage but the upset thing is they have time to unload but no time to let us enter.
