When can I expect my refund?
According to your refund policy, the refund process takes between 7 to 14 days. It's more than 90days now that we have been following up through emails, AVA, and Twitter but, we are not getting the proper response. No customer care contact number To contact.
In 'My Cases' It just says IN PROGRESS.
I have been taxed Rs. 7900 by my bank for not paying my bills As I have used my CC for flight booking. Who has to bear this?
The flight was canceled from your side because of your technical problem.
Kindly respond and request you kindly refund.

        My Flight from Air asia was cancel on 7 of April return flight Baht . My refund of 32.700 Baht was put in my air asia account. Was thacking out of my account 5 of september what is going on airasia Stole my Money???? i wont my money back or i thake air asia to Court????

          Booked flight through airasia website. Payment page website crashed, Reached out customer support to retrieve my booking number, After seeing booking noticed selected complementary baggage not included. Again spent almost whole day waiting in queue to reach customer support and explained my issue. They were saying i didn't select baggage and show the proof of website crashed. I referred the earlier discussion to retrieve booking they didn't accept that and asking me to pay 9000INR for baggage. Flight cost is 17000INR and why should i pay 9k more which is mentioned as complementary. Again reached customer support the closed the chat without resolving it.

            The Air Asia ground staff at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport had our seat numbers printed on paper and was awaiting our arrival. There were over 100 individuals present. The staff member measured our luggage in pounds and refused to listen to our explanation that it weighed less than seven kilograms as required by the regulations.
            Then the duty manager of Air Asia (a man) arrived and began intimidating us in front of a large crowd. To unlock and remove the case's contents. I attempted to explain, but he did not pay attention and continued discussing the rule. I concurred with him fully that we must adhere to the law.
            The primary concern, however, is why they had our seat numbers waiting for us as if we were some sort of criminals. Everybody saw it. And why did they not use kilograms rather than pounds? Your staff made the error, and they accused us of refusing to comply with regulations. The woman did not apologize, nor did your manager apologize for the error in front of all passengers. They portrayed us as criminals!
            They severely insulted us in front of many people. Although it was their mistake, they insulted us through their words and actions. There were many passengers with bags even larger than ours, as well as a number with three to four bags. Undoubtedly, they had more than 7 kilograms of luggage in total. However, your staff only inspected our baggage and none of the other passengers! Why???
            I would like the company to compensate us for our mental anguish and public disgrace. A formal letter of apology. If you do not comply, I will file an official complaint with your company's headquarters, this time on behalf of the organization I represent. We will issue an official press release regarding this matter.
            In my years of flying on numerous aircraft, I have never been treated so poorly on a flight.

              Hi, I received a call from one number (+[protected] as i have applied online for the recruitment one company call employment corporation of India from Kerala I was offered employment with Air Asia. First for the interview they said pay Rs 3999 to process the application. After a telephonic interview they said pay another Rs 17000 fully refundable to finalize the employment. After that they sent an appointment letter and asked for another 32000 for documents, uniform, etc. Then they asked 80000 for tranning amount That is when I stopped and realized there is something wrong i have saved this money for higher education and some money i borrowd from friends for this job i am stuck please help me out

                With reference to the subject matter I Mr. Manan Mahendrabhai Mehta would like to inform that I have booked tickets to Malaysia from India in Feb-2020 Pre-COVID wherein due to COVID all the travels including domestic and international were restricted for which the company provided credit in Air Asia account.

                Post which the company viz. Air Asia X Berhad went into restructuring due to heavy losses incurred and was unable to repay its liabilities. Basis the restructuring scheme it has offered all the customers / passengers to have voucher instead of credit account which I haven't received and instead of that my credit account amount of INR 102051 has been expired on 10th Jul 22 and I wasn't informed regarding the same or not even received any mail regarding the same.

                I would like to inform that the tickets booked are having PNR Number Q4B2XG (Domestic - Malaysia internal), S8E9FH (Domestic - Malaysia internal), QU85GV (International - India to Malaysia).

                Would request to provide correct and prompt resolution on the said complaint.

                  Your Registration IDis–AIRVC5326XN.I got a call from air asia on 29.08.2022, i selected interview round with paying fees Rs.3999/ with GST Invoice. They said over phone Rs.17, 500 need to pay for appoinment letter.
                  i am not interested to pay. please refund my money.

                    Air Asia is not giving a refund for the cancelled flight for which I raised the case around a month ago.
                    Their virtual assistant is really not good and they don't have any mail or human support team.

                    Please Air Asia give me a refund back.

                      I'm Joy Mathew who travelled by Air Asia flight from Bangalore to Cochin in the morning of 22/8/22. When tried to return to Bangalore by 2150 flight on the same day, I was denied entry into flight without any valid reason. So I had to stay in the open air throughout night till 0940 next day morning when I got a ticket by Indigo to Bangalore.

                        I Booked ticket from BLR ( Banglore ) to Hu Chi Minh City ( Vietnam ) on August 5 th Date of Travel is on 1 St September.
                        While doing first booking for 3 Passenger we used Ixigo Flatform for booking, they are not provided any option for addition baggage ( Default only 7 Kg ) and after initial booking asked them for addition Add on Bagage they quoted 3 x times of actual cost ( Nearly 10 K / Baggage where actual cost is 2.5 K )
                        so unfortunately we request for cancellation and booked new ticket in Air Asia website with addition baggage, after booking confirmation, Ixigo rejected the cancellation request and started saying ticket cannot be cancelled ... You have to contact air Asia, since it is International flight, Air Asia India Suggest by mail to contact them By AVA chat, we tried contacting with all no provided in website, tried to contact by mail, contacted airport sales team, they were saying ticket cannot be cancelled, since we made duplicate booking based on Air Asia ticket cancellation policy, same passenger, same flight, same travel date, same destination, duplicate booking will be refunded .. I was tried lot to cancel ticket from 5 Aug to till Today Aug 16 No use no response for mail, raised complaints in Air Asia website ..no use ..no response ..
                        Kindly Look in to Matter and resolve issue ...

                              PNR DYCFMR
                              Sequence of events:
                              1) On noticing the name error on my booked itinerary, I immediately reached out to the customer support team asking for a correction in the name (Customer care number) . I was asked to reach out to the chat support TIA by the helpline IVR.

                              2) On reaching out to TIA (the chatbot), I was asked to enter the details of the passenger name as entered, and what should the corrected name be. The chatbot gave me a heads up that since the correction is for more than 3 letters, I should be substantiating my request with additional documents. I provided the passport details of my child as a proof of her name and was given a reference number from TIA for my request.

                              3) Taking the reference of the chatbot, I have been following up with the Air Asia support team who have been giving me conflicting answers on the follow up calls. Some of the customer support personnel also looked confused to give me a clear 'Yes' or 'No' answer to my request and mentioned that since I have provided the supporting proof, the request should go through, given the nature of the error. Note again that there were no typos in the first name or the middle name, however the middle name appears twice. Also until my last escalation to Level 2, all customer support exceutives maintained that while they cannot change the name (due to restriction of 3 letters clause) 'directly on the system, it was never ruled out as a possibility and i was asked to wait while they re looking into the matter

                              4) Its been more than 24 hours now and noone has been able to clarify the following while giving me conflicting responses all through -
                              Why I wasnt explained by TIA at the outset that a name change is not possible if its more than three letters or by the the support desk agents.
                              What was the purpose of asking me for a passport detail when i clearly had explained the name entered incorrectly and the name to be updated - my passport was a mere validation of the facts I had already presented and the passport validates the same
                              Thirdly, In all live human interactions with support exceutives (refer my recorded discussion with Mr Ravi, Ms Tarannum, Mr Ahmad, as well as others), I was told that it is not possible to 'directly' change the name on the system, hence the backend team needed proof to review and close my request
                              Meanwhile, the already high ticket prices have kept soaring while I was kept being given holding notes that my issue is being looked into and i would get a resolution in 24 hours

                                I traveled on Airasia on 5th august 2022. It was amidst huge celebrations of their inaugural flight . I had reached very early at the airport. After a short delay and a bumpy flight to my horror my baggage had not reached Bengaluru. I was in a business trip.
                                Three hours of wait and unclear responses and with no baggage and my waiting cab charges me for night charges and waiting charges. Hotel which was 1 hour drive had shut kitchen as i reached at midnight. Flight landed at 7.30 but nobody knew how to support. They said come n pick lugggage tomorrow. I put my foot down. Said i[censored] would have informed me before hand at the airport in lucknow i would have known this is happening but a lonely woman in a new city with distances to manage it should be delivered at my doorstep asap. Reluctantly they agreed. I asked for compensation as it was not my fault that i wasn't informed. I would have arranged something otherwise.
                                Had to buy clothes shoes medicines and other essentials for my official meetings.

                                No sight of luggage on day three.
                                Duty manager assured help but no cAlls are picked. Last night 10 Pm i got a call saying luggage is being delivered now. Waited till 1 am no sight.
                                She told me to write to nodal officer who responds within 24 hours. No response on day three yet.
                                Today Megha from airport said we will try and send.
                                So much me tal harrassment.
                                I need compensation for the expenses so far. My luggage to reach without any losses .

After downloading the letter, It was mentioned to Rs 3999/- with GST as refundable security deposit. I paid the amount. I want my money back. Please look forward into this complaint. So many unemployed persons are affected by this fraud job offer. Please help. I'm unemployed.. This money means a lot. Please solve As soon as possible. Make it refund my money.                                       Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am Aswinraj from Palladam Coimbatore. I have joined for the data entry work in Air Asia Company. They have asked for many payments and at the last of the asked payment, i am not able to pay and told them to cancel the contract and refund the amount, which i have paid nearly 51850 and work submission amount 45000. Before 20 days they have told me to wait for sometimes. Then at last before 15 days they have told me that the refund will be happened within 7 working days, but today is the 13nth day sir. The company is giving no response to my messages and not answering my calls too. I have contacted many times also sent many emails to various department in that company and also messages to the incharge person in whatsapp. They are nor responding. Please give me one solution or please take action sir. I have paid a large amount to that company and i have all proofs as evidence. Please sir make it as soon as possible. I have trusted the company and i have borrowed money for the payments. Please

                                        The Sr.manager HR's name was written as Anjalee Chaterjee. They wrote you are selected for telephonic interview. they send me an offer letter too.
