Dear Air Asia,
This complain is regards to the Manual check-in fee requested by check -in counter staff as on 7th May 2022 with PNR - Y1W1SS TIME 17:10 IST.at Imphal -Tulihal international Airport Manipur which has departing from IMPHAL to DELHI.
I was quite shock as the staff from the counter where requested me to pay 200 rupees for Manual check-in as I forgot to web check-in. Web check-in machine at the airport are not in service for self-check-in.
This complain is regards to additional fee requested by the staff for Manual check-in at the counter and also the counter are not rush during the check-in time.
Kindly support Air Asia and related department to take action for this regards. Itโ€™s the only airport which has been requested to pay the amount for check-in charges. Kindly intervene to resolve this issue where DGCA/AVIATION REGULATOR has not been issue such regulations.

    Sir/Madam,
    In reference to the above, I would like to apprise you that, flights PNRs. โ€œJ7S7WX & K72CFKโ€, which had already been cancelled due to pandemic COVID-19 but the cancelled flights booking amount has not yet been received / refunded in the original payment mode (into deductible Bank Account). In this regard I contact with the Air Asia through email several times (more than 1000 times), but till date any fruitful response has not yet been received. When I emailed to the Air Asia Company regarding this issue, then only one By-default system generated email has been received in each time.
    The matter is that, On 10th & 11th February 2020, I had booked 7 Flights with PNRs. โ€œW5154Q, SVZRTV, V4C74D, J7S7WX, K72CFK, VUBL4F, A8R9MRโ€ which were the round way tickets for the journey dated on 28th June 2020, 8th July 2020 & 10th July 2020, from "Kolkata (CCU) India to Bali (DPS) Indonesia via Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Malaysia" and its cost approx. 1, 03, 088.00 INR (One Lakh Three Thousand Eighty Eight Only).
    But, due to pandemic COVID-19 all flights were stopped by the Governments and also my tour plan had been cancelled. Therefore my booking was cancelled and the AirAsia was forcefully giving all these flights booking amount to alternative Credit Cell of my Air Asia Big Member Account ([protected]) instead of my Bank A/C, which valid up-to May.2022 (730 days) as mentioned by Air Asia via email (enclosed). But, as per Honโ€™ble Supreme Court of India order vide no.4/1/2020-IR, dated:[protected], it is clearly said that, if the flight was booked for the journey during COVID-19, full refund shall be given to the customer by the airlines immediately.
    As such I contact with Air Asia company through email several times for getting a complete refund to my Bank Ac. in respect of the above said 7 flights and the company had given refund to my Bank Account (Original Payment Mode) for only 5 Flights PNRs: โ€œW5154Q, SVZRTV, V4C74D, VUBL4F, A8R9MRโ€ except 2 PNRs: J7S7WX, K72CFK (tickets are enclosed) which were round way Flight journey from Bali (DPS) Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Malaysia.
    And till date I had not gotten any complete refund in respect of the above said two cancelled flights. This is really the worst thing which I have been facing for a long time. But, where all the other airlines are providing their best support, AirAsia Company has given the most unpleasant services. Which makes me impatient and annoyed me very badly. Whereas the cancelled flights booking amount has been lying for more than two years and from where I will never get any extra interest and also in this increasing pandemic COVID-19 situation, I have not any plan for traveling further. โ€œAnd, why am I suffering from the internal issue of AirAsia for a long time and itโ€™s already more than two years and I don't know why am I hackled by the AirAsia Company in day by day?โ€
    As such, it is my humble request to you to kindly evaluate this issue as sympathetically and hope you help me to get the complete refund immediately for the above said cancelled flights to my Bank Account (which details had been sent earlier) and relief me from this bitter and hazardous condition in my daily life.

        April 21 2022, I booked the flight ticket. The amount got deducted from my account but the money deducted. There is no way to raise the problem in air asia website. If I open the case, they are closing without any solution/ refund. Today it is 8 days after my booking, but they are not refunding money. They are reversing back our money.

          Hi I am Mr. Ajay Mandal travelling from Bengaluru to Kolkata, Flight Number I5992 dated 24th April and my Bag Tag number is [protected], i found one of my wheel of my luggage or trolly bag is broken or missing. The way your team has manhandled the stuff is very pathetic. Me and my family members are among the regular customers with Air Asia related to journey, but due to such incidence i and my family member will avoid to travel through your service from now, also i will post a video of such incidence in all my social media account about your poor service. If possible pls look into this issue and help me to cover the damage done by your team.

            Dear sir
            I am a passanger of AirAsia.Today had a 3 ticket from mumbai to ranchi .my mother have a cancer I truly told but passanger are walking without whealchair at a time started asking for blood reports or Wrote from doctor to bring fit for flyte two options were given, both of which were impossible. and finally leave a flyte. the airasia staff was treating like that we have come after committing some crime .refund my ticket money.                 AirAsia flight I5 747 from Del - Blr on 18-04-22:
                I ordered veg sandwich and cabin crew sold me an expired sandwich which is tagged as "Not for sale" . Crew had ripped that tag and sold me the expired food, without seeing the ripped tag i consumed some portion of food and later when I brought this to crew they grabbed the sandwich cover so that I won't take any pictures of it and they were blaming this on the catering service. By consuming expired food I got food poisioned.

                Later crew gave me feedback form to fill I am not sure if they had taken that form or disposed it.

                  RBTB4U, BOOKING DATE WAS 11.04.2021, FLIGHT WAS FROM NEW DELHI TO KOLKATA OF 9 PASSENGERS, which we had cancelled due to COVID PANDEMIC rules. Till today we had placed so many request to get refunded and waited for 1 year. But still it is pending. If you do not solve this within a week, we will lodge complain at consumer forum.

                    We had a cancelled flight with Air Asia sometime in December 2021 and requested a refund thru email. They gave us this case number[protected] by December 13, 2021 and saying it will take only 3 months to review and process the refund but it's been four (4) months now still there was no refund.
                    Everytime I follow-up the case number thru AVA Chat the answer will always be UNDER INVESTIGATION. My question is when would it be possible to get a refund? I hope the management will take appropriate action on this and get my refund soon.

                      Hello,
                      Myself Madesh Chandra, a wheelchair tennis player and represented India in various game across the world. My PNR no. being PNR RV4PXY.

                      I had booked a flight and it got cancelled due to some operational issue from your end and therefore you re-alloted the flight to 3:15am which was a connecting flight and since it was inconvenient for me as I am physically challenged, I resheduled it for my convience in AirAsia itself and post that there is a technically problem that has been occured from your end after the rescheduling where they are saying that there has been a chat confirmation for the refund which was not intiated by me and if there is proof for the same please do forward it to me for me to show it to my legal official because it was definitely not done by me or in phone which cannot be accepted by me. At the point of time when the chat had been taken place I didn't have access to my phone and I am obliged to take this case to the disabled commision.
                      So kindly look into this matter immediately and is requesting you to do the needful and refund the entire amout that has been disbursed.

                        They are big frauds. On the portal they show the flight with travel time as 1 hour 40 min and later they change it to 3 hour 15 mins by saying there is a operational issue. This is going to impact the overall schedule and upon complaining post 36 hours also my issue is not resolved and airline has denied to cancel the ticket also. I'm being mentally harrassed from last 3 days. Need urgent help on my issue

                          I made a booking on AirAsia from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur to Manila for departing Chennai on 2nd April 2022 and the PNR number given for the booking is N3MRJZ.

                          After two days of the booking, the airline sent me a mail stating that the flight has been canceled due to an operational issue. I asked the airline for a refund and till date they have not respnded to me in any way. They have asked me to contact their automated support called AVA and when I give the PNR to AVA, it says the PNR is wrong. I have tried numerous ways and nothing has happened till now.
                          Kindly help me to get my refund as AirAsia India nodal office informed me that as its an international flight, they cannot help in this matter.

                            On 15march I received an email saying that my profile has been shortlisted for interview in the Air Asia Ltd company. I called the HR named deepak shinde on phone to enquire about the interview process to be held on 16 march. They asked to pay an amount of 8700/- as a security deposit they will refund the rs.8700/- in 4-5 hour's I attend my interview on 17th. But the amount of rs.8700/- was not reversed to me i called him next day he said it was some bank issue so it was not sent. Then next day again same. After that day his phone is switched off. I haven't received any amount I aslo emailed the company but there is no reply from them. The total amount i paid them is โ‚น8700/-which is not a small amount. Please help me how can i recover my money back?
                            I am just a fresher. I was saving it for my higher education. Please help me.

                              Again, I booked and paid for return flights from MNL to KBV for my fiance departing April 2 2022 returning April 30 2022. Those a**holes cancelled flights without warning, despite dozens of emails and complaints they still refuse to give me a refund or any credit. I want FULL refund as I NEVER want to deal with them ever again. Booking reference was V3EYNM and booking number was #74644603. All I ever get is automated no reply emails that never solve it, and further emails telling me the case is closed. I paid those a**holes $464.36 AUD ( I am Australian living in Thailand) on 7th February 2022. They cancelled flights almost immediately, and REFUSE to answer phones, repsond to emails or sort this out satisfactorily. PLEASE HELP.

                              Tried going on their useless AVA chatbot today, waited for over 2 hours on the queue, then a message came up saying that this service wasn't responding. This is the fourth time I have been through this, and even getting hold of an actual human is just as frustrating and useless, nothing ever gets achieved.

                                Air Asia change my four times flight between Manila and Cebu Philippines within three month, my flight always schedule at afternoon, but before one week take off, they always change to mildnight, make people difficult to go home and go to hotel, distroyed the whole plan, already have trust issue

                                    When I booked ticket it was flashed by only 500 will be charged as cancelation fee but later when I tried to cancel ticket due to health issue I could find charge of 6700. It's really painful. If all the travellers booked under same fare and scheme then why cancelation fee is so high instead flat 500.

                                    This is very unfair and AirAsia should not cheat with customers.

                                    Very disappointed.

                                      Hello Air Asia,
                                      The way your Bhubaneswar staff make us feel for money was so disrespectful. Giving you some background, We are travelling with infant and we kept all the things in two main bags, as in your booking tickets it was written we cant allow more than 1 bag each. And as we need to carry our baby hence we don't wanted to keep anything with us hence we didn't bring any cabin bag too. And adjust everything in main bag. But what did your staff did they charges us 12kg extra baggage 6000. Even knowing the factor that we don't have single cabin bag with us. Neither for us not for baby. On last moment they told to bring a bag Or else give the fine. Being at airport far from market far from home from where we bring the bag. Are you serious is this possible for anyone, leave about us. This is purely money minded. Everyone has their own day. We trusted you, hence traveling everytime with this airline but really what Bhubaneswar staff made us felt and demand was horrible. You didn't think for customer and there responsibility how bad there situation is what was the condition. We didn't have 7 kg +7kg cabin bag, with 7 kg infant bag which is equal to 21 kg, if they want they can adjust in our baggage somehow., as this is 21 kg which we are not carrying. And what is the logic what they gave if you have 4 bag we can allow you as you have 2 bag we can't allow you, and for baby we should have another bag then only it allow. Can someone please explain on this, infant things can be kept in mother bag as well. And this case only arrived as we have a baby with us and dont want to keep anything with us. If we don't have baby then of course we can happily carry 4 5 6 10 bags. Anyway This is our last travel with Air Asia . If you behave this way with customer not understand the pain point not understand why they keep all things in one place. Then one day for sure your thing will no one understand.

                                        I would like to bring to your notice about the fraudulent group collecting money and cheating people in the name of AirAsia recruitment.

                                        I applied for Airlines ground staff position job through a mail I got from monster.com on 30/1/2022. The next day I got a call from Ms. Thisha, [protected] and [protected] saying that she is contacting from AAI (both are contact numbers of the same person) and she has contacts with many airlines. She asked me to pay Rs. 3999 for the documentation charges to proceed with the interview which would be refunded if I am not selected. I paid the amount and she scheduled the first round of interview which was telephonic on 1/2/2022. I had an interview with a person who said he was from AirAsia and his contact number was [protected]. After the conversation he told me that I got selected for the next round which was a face to face interview but for that I have to pay Rs.17500 within an hour for the document and police verification which would be refunded on the day of face to face interview. As my conscience hit me saying this wasn't trustworthy, I called and informed that I don't need the job and I want my registration fee back. They told me they will be refunding before 6 pm today but I haven't received any refund yet.

                                        I would like to bring to your notice that all the documents they sent me via mail was representing AirAsia. I have attached all the necessary screenshots and mails for your reference. Please look into this very seriously and save other candidates from these frauds.
