    I had booked my ticket from bagdogra to delhi on 31/10/21.flight number I5 712...time 8.50 a.m...pnr number Q77ZSA..I had booked my baggage on priority receipt number Q77Z25A-02..when I landed I asked the service guy regarding the priority baggage he told me I will get it on belt 6..I waited for 1 hour n I couldn't get my bag n then baggage of other airlines started coming.i ran from pillar to put to find the person handling baggage of air asia..then I finally managed to meet the manager mr.sunil on duty..he said that bcoz your tag was not there on the bag so it impounded in the office.i asked him to arrange for handing over my bag he said u go n get it.i told him I have a meeting n requested him to fasten the procedure he was very rude rather than being apologetic.. I told him will the airlines pay for the priority baggage .I booked the priority baggage as I had to rush for my important meeting .he told me airlines is not responsible. Is the airlines not responsible for putting the tag or for priority baggage. I told him I will go to the complaint forum he said do what u want to do?will the airlines be responsible for the loss of deal in my business which I lost?I suffered a loss of 3 lac rupees.

Two days before my journey I got the notification that they cancelled the flight which i meant to go to Kochi. I chatted with Air asia Bot in whats app asked them to refund. Until now i have not got any notifications regarding the refund.

        The actual flight was direct to Guwhati. Later they gave us a via Bengaluru flight scheduled at 12:15. The same flight I5 942 gets delayed twice one at 13:35 later to 14:25. Passengers who are charged so much for tickets and no care for senior citizens who sit since morning. No refreshments provided. Pathetic flight management.

            My baggae was damaged, one of the wheel was not attached at the time of baggage claim. Had reported this to the Duty manager and he was ready to compensate me with just 400 ruppess. Thr brand of the trolley is Ecolite large size. I can provide the image if needed

              I am a travel agent who booked a ticket for my client. As after booking ticket I tried to generate boarding pass which due to the problem in the website I was unable to do so. Lastly I called to their groupdesk team and they also tried many times but was unable to fill boarding pass page so they told they will pass a note not to charge for boaarding pass yet they charged.
              I have given the full full voice recordind to the helpdesk about what they have told but still they are not refunding the amount.

                Hello Team,

                I have booked a To-and-Fro flight with Air Asia for my International travel in March 2020. My flight booking number was BTJWWI. Attaching details below.

                During the travel, return flight was cancelled by Air Asia at last moment. Despite facing all the troubles in a foreign country in rebooking the return tickets for me and my wife again through another Vendor, I quickly went ahead with requesting for a full refund on initial mode of payment . Air Asia lodged my request on March 20th 2020.

                The case no. they have generated for the refund was ‘43955019’. Air Asia kept me in all dilemma till August 2020 stating that this request might take time however they are working on this. Never received any update for this case number after that and they simply closed the case on November 2020.

                I received one email from Air Asia that they have closed a case no ‘44721102’.This case 44721102 was never related to me. Didn't receive any update on case no 43955019.

                I am not seeing any information about the case 44721102 on 'My case' section in Air Asia portal, but the status of my case 43955019 is showing as below in their website.

                I recently opened a new Case: 95588383 with them, but not very hopeful on this as well.

                Let me know in case more information needed.

                With this, I request the team to Please help me on urgent basis, as I am already waiting for a resolution on this since last 1 year 7 months. Didn't expect this unprofessional behavior with vendor like Air Asia, however I feel it's too much for me now.

                Kindly HELP!

                Thank you for contacting me in response to Case No. 95588383.
                I received a refund of INR 13830 in my Credit account for this, however this seems incomplete/incorrect.

                Under Booking no BTJWWI, I had booked below mentioned flights for below members and paid a total of INR 47942 (via Credit card, Rf. No: [protected]) for entire trip (Both To and Fro travel)
                Traveler details:
                1) Krishna Shah
                2) Priyanka Singh

                Travel details:
                To:
                14th March : AK 68 (Hyderabad (HYD) to Kuala lumpur (KUL)) --Availed flight
                15 March : D7 798 (Kuala lumpur (KUL) to Bali(DPS)) --Availed flight

                From:
                21st March : AK377 (Bali(DPS) to Kuala lumpur (KUL)) --Forcefully cancelled complete returning travel as Air Asia cancelled returning connecting flight AK67
                21st March : AK67 (Bali(DPS) to Kuala lumpur (KUL)) --Forcefully cancelled as Air Asia cancelled returning connecting flight AK67

                Since Air Asia cancelled part of my return flight AK67, It was impossible for me to use AK377 as well, hence i cancelled entire return travel by cancelling travel from both AK377 & AK67.
                During my incident creation with AVA, I mentioned cancellation of full return travel and hence I am expecting the amount for entire return travel to be reversed.It seems you have reversed only amount related to AK67.

                As I paid INR 47942 for complete tickets (to and fro), my expectation is to get a return of at-least half (around INR 24000) of that since entire return travel got cancelled due to Air Asia cancelling part of return travel.

                Please note that i have paid additional amount of around INR 80000 to another vendor (KIWI) just to book return flights from Bali to Hyderabad India, on 19th March 2020, after receiving this last minute flight cancelation email from Air Asia and had gone through a lot of mental stress to run for all these in a foreign country. Air Asia should be more proactive in building relationships with their customers by not leaving them in such discomforting situations.

                Kindly verify this and provide me a return of around INR 24000 as complete return travel got cancelled.

                  Full fare being charged for extra seat and booking shows 7kg cabin+15 kg checked in baggage but at airport they don’t allow.After booking they send an e mail that extra seat won’t be allowed baggage allowance.Talked to Customercare now and they say that it is their policy from the very beginning.All airlines allow concession in fare(indigo allows75% fare charge with 20kg checked in baggage plus cabin baggage)Senior citizens are even given more privileges but here they are denying any baggage at all.Why 100% fare is being charged then?
                  Booking says 7kg+15kg for extra seat them how can they deny at the airport?

                  They are telling that this policy for extra seat is from the very beginning.The policy is not proper since when anyone carries extra baggage he/she is charged @500/- per kg atleast by each airline which amounts to Rs.21000 for 22kg.

                  Strict action needs to be taken against such unethical policies m.I call it cheating.

                    Hi i got job offer letter from air Asia for data entry job and they asked me to deposit 13000 rupees for security and they said it will be refundable... I just wanted to know is that offer letter is fake or real.

                              While traveling from Kolkata to Bangalore on the Air Asia flight number I5-991, PNR no MV6VF, I carried a Skybags suitcase, Baggage Tag no [protected]. On reaching Bangalore airport, I received a damaged suitcase, with its wheel and body broken.
                              I request the concerned authority to take note of this incident and compensate me accordingly.

                                The issue that I have experienced was: Regarding PNR G9IRFE

                                I had booked 2 flight tickets from Delhi to Bhubaneswar on Air Asia morning flight at 7:40 AM from Delhi and it's arrival time was 9:20 AM at Bhubaneswar. The total cost for booking the flight tickets was Rs. 4708 for 2 tickets. But now air Asia had sent a mail that, they had cancelled the scheduled flight and rescheduled my confirmed booked tickets in another flight which
                                is a connecting flight via Pune which leaves Delhi at 8:50 AM and reaches Bhubaneswar on same day at 2:00 PM. But, I want to reach Bhubaneswar before 10:30 AM; as I have unavoidable commitments in Bhubaneswar. Now as my booked flight has been cancelled and rescheduled, I want to book tickets on different airlines. But the prices now have increased and
                                there is a huge difference in the ticket fare.

                                I request Air Asia to provide the difference in the air fare for Travelling form Delhi to Bhubaneswar on 16.09.2021. During booking the flight charge was Rs. 4700 and now for a new booking it is Rs. 13000 ( August 26).
                                When i was booking the tickets, so many other airlines were providing tickets for the same fare, that is approximately 4700/-. But by my mistake and misfortune, i chose Air Asia. Now the flight is canceled, and you are saying I will get the "Full refund", that is 4700 Rupees; for that amount I will get train tickets only.

                                It occurred on: 26/08/2021

                                Now, the airlines company, that is AirAsia canceled our tickets without our concern. It is complete cheating.

                                  I was trying to book Air asia ticket via TRAVOLOOK website on 13th June 21 and within a second of money was deducted we rcvd cancellation email n call that due to operational reason ticket was not booked, we will give your refund in 7-8 days. It is total FRAUD COMPANY. Same tickets are then booked through MMT n Yatra.

                                  money deducted for 7676 rs, still no refund its been 2 months. Please connect me owner of travolook, senior mgmt. ASAP

                                      Hey.

                                      My name is Ketan Deval.
                                      I travelled from Bangalore to Delhi on Tuesday via Flight I5 741 i.e. on 27th July 2021.

                                      While dropping my luggage my initially selected seat was 15B i.e. an middle seat.
                                      At Luggage dropping point I requested if I can an window seat if there’s an empty one. I was told at that time that there are no empty window seats however if I pay an amount of ₹350 I will get the only available window seat i.e. 6F.

                                      I was charged ₹350 but to my surprise When I got on board was most of the window seats were vacant throughout the 2hr 50 mins flight.

                                      Not that I am bothered about the money that I paid because I fancy window seats as I myself am a fighter pilot.

                                      It was disheartening to see people lying about this to make money. I am sure the money did not go to any individual as I got a receipt, but what I think is I should have got a window seat upon request.

                                      Denying my request by saying a lie was what I found incorrect.

                                      Though I am not a regular traveller but I will never again travel by Air Asia and suggest my colleagues to avoid the same sharing my experience.

                                        Hi, I haven't received refunds of air Asia cancelled flight .i booked 2 tickets each for both outbound flight and inbound from cochin to delhi the flight was cancelled in the last minute, There was no alternate flight arrangement and only option was refund.so had to cancel both the bookings . I submitted the request for refund and the reference IDs are 00840882 and 00844751 .

                                        Still, there is no refund and I was patiently waiting till now. Let me know the status of my case as soon as possible.
