My PNR number was JYJ1GR for flight date April 9, 2021
I had called the airline to cancel the booking since I was covid positive a day before. They told to cancel via TIA but since we had 2 bookings from the same PNR could not cancel.

The agent split the PNR and gave me a new PNR- A66HWN and asked to cancel it via Tia chat support. I did the same. It said a refund amount of 900 would be credited post the cancellation charges.

Kindly process my request refund as per covid protocols and refund the entire amount since I was covid affected and could not travel.
I have attached my medical report ( RT-PCR Covid-19 Positive report) dated April 8, 2021
With the e-ticket to air asia support and nodal officer at air asia

Kindly help me on this matter. I have sent do many emails but there is no response.

    My Air Asia flight for 30th May, PNR:C3WFMW from Delhi to Calcutta was cancelled and I intitiated a refund request which to this day has not been processed. Air Asia support is dismal and after having submitted two further complaints with supporting documents no feedback has been received by me.

        Hi, I have a PNR GYZTVE for a journey from Delhi to Cochin and the air asia cancelled the flight in the last minute. There was no alternate flight arrangement and only option was refund. I submitted the request for refund and the reference ID is 00822006.

        Still, there is no refund and I was patiently waiting till now. Let me know the status of my case as soon as possible.

            I was not allowed to board flight dur to no covid test result. I told them to cancel the flight at the counter they said they will only refund noshow tax amount which is fraud. They didnot allowed me to board flight and even they are not refunding full amount. I had my covid test immediately and the result is negetive. This is fraud and they are looting my hard earn money. Even in ticket they didnot mentioned that covid certificate is necessary. This is purely fraud from airasia side. Kindly take action against them.

                From 1 year I’m waiting for the Refund amount. Since the airlines already closed the issue and refund the entire amount to PAYTM. I’m waiting for the given dates but then also I’m not getting any relevant answers from PAYTM Customer care. And whenever i try contact the PAYTM Customer care they will give me a excuse or they will say me the same thing which they used to say me earlier and they are putting our call in hold for a long time and for the proof i will attache the screenshot . So please Sir it’s a humble request kindly look into this matter. I hope I will be getting a positive response from you.

                  Kindly refer to PNR: HTWCQI. Flight was cancelled due to covid lockdown last year. An amount of Rs 6, 281/- instead of Rs 8, 817/- was refunded to me on this ticket.

                  I have been requesting the customer care continuously for refunding the remaining amount but according to them the amount is fully refunded.

                  Kindly make an arrangement to refund the rest amount of Rs 2536/- to my account at the earliest.

                    Payment done thru payu on 03 mar 2021 for 4817/-
                    Air asia has refunded whole amt to payu on 02 may 2021.
                    Copy of air asia email is produced below:

                    "Dear Guest,

                    Pertaining to your request for a refund of your PNR-LZD32C, I am happy to inform you that a full refund of INR 4642/-has already been processed back to the travel agent on 02nd MAY 2021. Kindly reach out to your respective travel partner for further assistance."

                    However, travel agent insists on transaction ID and reference number for remitting the refund. Request provide same at the earliest.

                      I had booked a flight for my relative from Srinagar (departure on 29/04/2021) to Guwahati (arrival on 29/04/2021) via Delhi but the same flight was cancelled (from Sringar to Delhi) by Air asia on 26/04/2021 due to operational reasons. They offered two choices to the affected travellers viz. Full refund on cancellation to the original source of payment within 5-7 days or free rescheduling. I opted for the former and cancelled my ticket bearing PNR number Z1MPKC on 28 th April 2021 at 08.53 am. There after, they emailed me that the amount will be refunded to my original source of payment within 5-7 days. Since then 10 days have passed. I haven't received any refund from them, nor have I been able to receive any concrete information regarding my refund status from their customer services. One thing worth mentioning is their (Air Asia's) insistence on contacting their 'Chat bots' regarding refund. These chat bots are really a dumb imitation of Artificial Intelligence and can do little to help a customer in need. By directing/insisting their customers to communicate via a chat bot, air Asia has made it very difficult for it's customers to resolve any issues that may trouble them. By circumventing the customer enquiries to 'chat bots' they are trying to dissuade their customers from inquiring into their complaints... There by reducing their own load vis a vis customer satisfaction. To be frank, I haven't been able to speak with/or chat with a human regarding my refund for the past 10 days. All you have is an 'AI BOT' in front of you who can't help you and does enough to dissuade you.

                      I do hereby lodge my complaint and seek my original refund and reparations for the mental harassment brought about by uncertainty and non-attendance to my claims.

                        I booked air tickets from Delhi to hyderabad and back vide PNR no.T6YU3A on 27.02.21 through Paytm .But, due to cancellation of flight / rescheduling by you I prefer to cancel the flight and request you to refund the said ticket .On 31.03.21 .thereafter I received a mail from Air Asia is attached herewith
                        But, I have not received the refund till date .I am regularly taking up this matter again and again through mail but not replying satisfactly.so, I again request you to credit my account /travel agent i.e Paytm or provide me transaction I'd number of refund amount processed by you so that I may take up the matter with Paytm
                        We would like Air Asia to deal this with priority.. even though it is not a big amount still its hard earned money..

                          I had booked a ticket from Pune to Jaipur ex Pune 25.04.21 but due to an emergency I had to take another ticket ex Pune 24.03.2021, as such I had to cancel my ticket for the 25.04 -- I applied for the cancellation and got a message from Air asia on the 29th March 2021 that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount of the refund will be credited to my account within 7 days however, it is a matter of regret that even till today this refund has not been credited to my account -- I have been submiiting messages to Ease my trip (through whom my ticket had been booked) but they are saying that the airlines has not yet refunded the amount to them

                            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                            The issue that I have experienced was: We had a group booking for with ID: C5C83X; due to pandemic I reached out to the support team via AVA chat several times requesting for refund. Cases raised so far - ( Case number 66205675 • 03/07/2020 - Case number 66211793 • 03/07/2020 - Case number 70630723 • 12/08/2020 - Case number 72895068 • 08/09/2020 - Case number 75669368 • 13/10/2020 - Case number 74839731 • 03/10/2020 )
                            Finally with Case number 78787312 dated on 01/12/2020 they approved refund and said I should be receiving the same in 16 weeks time; when I followed up on the email chain post 16 weeks I did not get any response and now when I put the case number in AVA it says the information do not match. All i am requesting is a refund as promised and its more than 16 weeks since it has got approved!

                            It occurred on: 1/12/2020

                            Just return our money as promised!

                              The issue that I have experienced was: As per PREMIUM flex fare the cancellation charge should be 500.per passenger per sector( confirmed by multiple customer care executives of Air Asia) but when trying to cancel, I am getting nothing back. PNR XS3YVE . Ticket 00468019. Also been escalated to Nodal with no response.

                              It occurred on: 9/04/2021

                              Update Policy, or manually refund my fees. Compensate for my time loss over last 10 days.

                                  I had booked a Flight with Air Asia for 8th May, 2021 from Kolkata to Bagdogra. The time earlier was 15.05 hour and Air Asia has rescheduled the flight to 9:05 hour. I want to cancel this and reschedule the same with Goair at 12.55 hours. My PNR no is SYM4JE.

                                  I want complete refund of my booking with Air Asia as this is because of Air Asia's fault of rescheduling their flight timing and due to which i have to reschedule my flight.

                                      The below mentioned is the message we received from Air Asia on 4th march as we cancelled flight from Bhubaneswar to mumbai, as Air Asia re routed the flight and it was not feasible for us to travel that way ..

                                      “ refund request for PNR T64HJD has been successfully processed. The refund amount of Rs. 11400 will be credited to the source account within 5-7 days.

                                      Please note the reference ID for your request: 00224019

                                      Thank you for visiting us. It has been a pleasure serving you.

                                      But its 25th March and till now we have not received any refund in the source account and neither there has been communication from Air Asia..

                                      We would like Air Asia to deal this with priority.. even though it is not a big amount still its hard earned money.. we want the refund within next 5 days
