The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Missing baggage

My son, a student studying in Karnataka, traveled on 10th July by Air India Express Flight IX 390 to Mangalore from Kuwait . As usual we have been patronizing Air India for our travels to Mumbai, Mangalore since the last 15 years. On arrival the baggage did not arrive and a claim for lost baggage at the Mangalore airport was filed. For several days Air India personnel – either in Kuwait or in Mangalore could not trace the baggage neither...

Service charge

We have received information from our principals (clients) about Air India Express charging fees for "Visa on arrival message"

This message is necessary in case the visas are stamped on arrival at the intended destination.

We feel this is illegal as no other airline that we have dealt with charges this.

Thanks.

Charging extra after confirmation of booking

Dear Sir
I booked air tickets in AIR INDIA EXPRESS for self and family to travel from UAE to India. This booking was done online using my credit card. After few days from the booking date I received an email from the customer service of AIR INDIA EXPRESS asking me to pay extra AED 45(UAE currency) per passenger. Now I book my ticket after comparing the fare with other airlines. So if this company charge me extra after the booking confirmation...

Rude treatment by the staff.

I went to Air India Express Dubai Airport Office to buy a ticket on emergecy basis. There the airport manager on duty Ms. Anita Shetty treated me very rudely. She don't have any manners to talk with the public. Whatever may be the situation, people on this post shoud not loose their temper. I wrote to Air India Express but they are least bothered to respond. Only she is substantiating her action. I think even Air India Express will not...

Not honoring confirmed bookings

I would like to post a complaint against Air India Express on the troubles my family had gone through when they were flying from Kozhikode to Bahrain on Air India Express flight IX473 on 29th August 2008.

PNR number IX03612850 and passenger names are Leeba Balachandran (my wife) and Parvathi Prajeesh (my daughter)

I have made web booking (on confirm basis) well in advance and e-tickets were issued. But when reached...
