Dear Sir,

I has issued a ticket on 19 March 2012 using my Emirates NBD debit card to travel from Dubai to Mangalore on 19th May 2012, and later we want to travel to different destination we had cancelled the ticket prior one month and it has been notified to me that refund will credit to my account within 15 working days, But its almost 4 months passed and i still didnt hear any news from them. Full Refund Not received

Hello.,

Booking ref: Q2WRJO - 25th May 2012

On its mercy the airlines cancelled the flight and a full refund was offered. Being on-line booking; promptly also done on-line cancellation. however did not get full refund. Still Rs.3400.00 is pending to be refunded

I am an extremely unhappy customer of Air India Express Airlines. Following is an excerpt of the sequence of events:

We booked 2 tickets on April 9, 2012 from Mumbai to Cochin, Itinerary # FRUQ6M. DEPARTURE:Tue-14/08/12 17:15.
We booked 2 more tickets, one for Aug 25, 2012 Mumbai-Cochin and another one scheduled for Aug 28, 2012 for the same sector. These were booked on April 18, 2012.

Refund not Received after cancellation of ticket

One of my ticket from Singapore to Chennai 28th April 2012,Chennai To Singapore on 06th May 2012(Confirmation number HNZWN8) was cancelled on 23rd April 2012 and the refund not being made as of date. Request you to resolve the issue.

No refund after cancellation of flight

My Air India Express flight DXB -IXE departing at 7/22/2012 9:15:00 AM (Date is in mm/dd/yyyy format) has been cancelled but I can not get a refund back. The staff in their office in Dubai never answer the phone (It's a;ways engaged) and emails go unanswered. Several of my friends who used to fly by AIE have had similar experience. This is so unfair. I will be writing to the local newspapers about this just to warn the NRIs about this...

No Refund After Cancellation

Sir,
I have booked an air ticket from Singapore to Chennai (travelling date 14/05/2012) for my wife. Later I wanted to cancel the ticket and I tried online cancellation but it doesn't work. So I sent an email request to customer support in Singapore to cancel it manually. They replied back to me on 18th of April and informed me that the ticket was cancelled and I will get the refund in 2 weeks. But until now I did not get any...

no refund after cancelling the flight

i have sent 3 reminder mails to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in since 12th May 2012 regarding my refund claim for my ticket PNR No. FT74ZF(ticket attached with the mail; its for cancelled air india express flight no. IX-208 Dated 12/05/2012 for the sector Mumbai to Mangalore). the previous two reminders were dated for 12/05/2012 and 22/05/2012.
However i am sorry to say that despite my repeated reminders i have not yet received...

One of my ticket from Kozhikode to Mumbai on 2nd May (PNR No. IX[protected] was cancelled on May 1st and the refund not being made as of date. Request you to resolve the issue.

internet reservation fraud

I did internet reservation for 3 ticket from Kuwait to Kochi for 18th April. I tried to change my booking for a future date on 17th April due to some unavoidable reasons.However the website was down and local air india express office said that they are not authorised office and I have to write to head office in Mumbai and I did so. So far no reply ....

Rude Behaviour

very dissapointed with the service and the rude behaviour of the staff at the Raja sansi airport in Amritsar,Punjab India about the air India express airlines..my mother and father were travelling from amritsar to Dubai and they were treated very bad at the airport because of excess weight and they had to travel all the way again 2 hours back to the city they went from..Very Disgusted!!!! please get back to me regarding this on my email asap.....
