hi there, I would like to lodge a complaint against Air India, ironically, I was the person few days back appreciated one of the Air India employees for his out of the way customer service. Me and my husband travelled to India on the 4th June from LHR to Mumbai with return date of 10th June, 2014 as my father in law was critical ( PNR YN8JV) I called in to extend my husband's ticket to 23rd June, 2014 on the 9th June, 2014 My father in law expired on 15th June so I need to extend my husbands ticket post all rituals to any date between 27th June, 2014 and 30th june, 2014 I have been calling 2 numbers constantly since yesterday and you can check this with the people picking up the phone[protected] and [protected]( Local UK number) Both of them keep routing me from one number to the other - I also said I will pay the penalty you just change the date but there is no result still My husband in the middle of these extremely disheartened situation has to travel to Air India office leaving the rituals to get the date change done? What kind of customer service is this???? Please give me all possible email ids and I will find myself as well to send this complaint to so all of you know how pathetic your own service is and I know now why Air India has such a bad reputation outside!!!     Dear Sir / Madam,


    I Dan Prince writing the mails to get my money back this 9 months. Further to my visit to your Air India Express at Deira Dubai office on 14.06.2014 upon his checking in your network system, he said that due to the system error occurs in last October 2013 some of them were having the problem same like you. According to the system still your PNR No. JXRS33 shows that the balance amount of Dhs. 923 is to be paid by us, also he said still the system shows keeps open your settlement (mean the amount was not get transferred to your credit card). Therefore could you pls look into this matter & solve this issue as soon as possible to transfer the said amount to my credit card. The said amount was not transferred on that Oct Month therefore i have attached & sent my Credit card statement for last Oct. & Nov. 2013. to your office earlier Attn . to Mr. Sachin.

      Dear Sir, I am really very disappointed and shocked by the service received at Shanghai airport. The tragic story is that, I along with six other passangers were travelling from Yiwu to Shanghai airport by bus. Due to an accident the roads were blocked and we reached after seven hours . Actually it takes only three and half hours at the most. Anyway we tried a lot to inform your staff about our situation that we are stuck on our way to the airport . But sad to say that a chinese staff attended the call she did not understand English instead of taking the pains to pass on the call to another person who could communicate with us she just rudely disconnected the phone. We tried many times again but no response NOBODY ANSWERED THE CALL. We were all stressed, frustrated tired and helpless waiting eagerly to reach our destination. Anyway by Almightly grace we reached at the counter at nine o clock and our flight was scheduled at ten o clock My flight details and refence TRAVEL INFORMATION Shanghai to Delhi -- Delhi to Chennai BOOKING DETAILS Booking reference no (PNR): JXKNP Web reference AIBE 12091084 Ticket No 098-[protected] As soon as we reached the airport there was not a single staff at the Air India counter. WE persuaded the other airlines staff to hunt the Air India staff but to no avail . The best part is the flight did not take of[censored]ntil 22:30 . If the flight was delayed and I am sure you guys must be pretty well aware about the incident occured on the highway then why were we not attended Do you understand how much problem I went through. I was lost and confused at the airport. Please justify how can there NOT be a single staff to attend the passangers or to guide them .What type of service is this ? Do you know how much loss I had to incur due to your incompetent service? Firstly I had to take a cab at this odd hour and look for accommodation which was very difficult . We had to go to various hotels and finally found one .Everywhere people took undue advantage of our helpless situation . We had no other choice but to get a fresh ticket to reach our destination and this goes without saying that we had to pay a huge amount to get immediate tickets for the next flights. All my programme went haywire . Please be kind enough to visualize the pain and botheration I under went for no reason or fault on my part . I need compensation I hope your staff is active enough so that other passangers like me do not under go the same problem which I had to go through .         Hello, The month of Jun/July is off season from India to gulf countries then also your fair is not lowering.still Air india is keeping the same price in the website.Is it Low budget airline or Five Star.In gulf countries many people are working in low salary profile, if you reduce the price it will be good for passenger

          I want to buy additional 10kgs of baggage for my return flight from Sharjah to Jaipur. My flight confirmation code is 2O707, in the name of Mrs Madhu parwal. I Have been trying Air India Express' Dubai airport office and city office numbers mentioned in your official website[protected],[protected],[protected], but there has been no response . Further i wrote a mail to [protected]@airindiaexpress. regarding the same on 27/05/2014. But absolutely there is no response. Still awaiting a response. Thank you Madhu Parwal .

After 2 days They delivered my Bagged but I found that lot of Electronic Items Worth QAR 3000 is torn and not able to use it. I try to conduct there department still not body is response to my Call.               Hi. My Name is Sahzeer. I have my journey planned shortly in Air India Express Flight from Dubai. When I brought the tickets online the option for adding extra 10KG baggage was disabled and so now I have only 20KG as my limit. I have been trying to contact the Air India Express Office in Dubai (City Office[protected], Airport Office[protected] &[protected] since past 4 days but unfortunately no one answers the call. This is really disappointing response from AIE.

                Subject : Refund of Cancelled Ticket # FUQLWV


                II had booked a return ticket with Air India Express for me to travel on October 12.10.2013 from Abu Dhabi to Kozhikode -India) and return on 25.10.2013, However, due to some unexpected problem with my company, I couldn't travel, so, I cancelled the ticket during September 3rd week 2013 . I had send many requests ( more than 10 times) to the Air India Customer support

                How could I get my Refund from Air Inid Express
                A sum of Rs. 3744.20 was deducted from my account while unsuccessfully trying to book today a ticket from Chennai to Mumbai for the date 13.05.2014 through the Air India Express web portal. I did not receive any confirmation number for the booking. I have sent refund request to air india express about half a dozen times since may but have not received the refund till now. I was told that the matter has been referred to their finance department for investigation but no reply has been received from them even after repeated attempts.

                    Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice that I was travelling from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 25th March via Air India Express flight no. 965. I had checked in one bag and received the baggage tag for it. when I landed in Hyderabad, I waited for my bag on the belt but it didn't arrive even after waiting for more than an hour. I informed your staff at the desk and they gave me a receipt assuring me that my baggage will be sent to my hotel where I am staying. They also gave me a followup number. I had my Canon camera 1100D in my bag worth rs. 20000 and all my clothes for the duration of stay in Hyderabad. I was on my official visit to Hyderabad. I waited for my bag the whole day, but your staff couldn't locate my bag. I was unable to start my work in Hyderabad as no clothes were available. Sadly I had to purchase clothes as I had to attend the meeting next day. Unfortunately the bag didn't arrive even on the second day. Finally your staff informed me that my bag was located in Jeddah and I received my bag on 3rd day evening at 4:30 pm. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my work in Hyderabad due to this delay. I had to reschedule my visit to Hyderabad next month. I had to bear the expenses for my clothes as well as for my stay. I had raised this query to your staff on telephonic discussion, but they said that no compensation would be given to passenger travelling in a domestic airline. I checked Air India's website. There is clearly mentioned that the domestic passengers are also entitled for a compensation such as clothing allowance. I hope your management wont disappoint me and reimburse my losses due to your mistake. Hoping for a positive reply. I have very high regards for Air India airlines and have enjoyed previous experience of flying with you. Following are my flight details.                       My husband and I were given an upgrade to Executive Class by our daughter, who is working in New Delhi.
                      Our flight was AI310, leaving New Delhi, March 11, for Seoul, SKorea. As it was a night flight, wrapped blankets were laid on the shelf in front of our seats and, later, a folded quilt was laid there also. There was a total of five passengers in this class. A meal was served, and then we never saw any cabin service until nearly ready to land in Seoul. At that time, I notice a passenger lying in his seat. I called the attendant to ask if all seats reclined into a bed. She said "yes". I asked her why we were not informed or given any instructions as to how this works.
                      I was very annoyed -- the one feature that allows for some rest. During the night I couldn't figure how the quilt worked while sitting in the chair.


                      The attendant was very apologetic but never checked during the night that we were using the facilities or did we need anything(especially since we weren't sleeping!). There is a diagram on the chair area, but none of it was explained; and when I looked at it, it didn't show a reclining position of the chair.


                      This was our first experience in Executive Class, and attendants cannot assume that passengers know these features. I was very disappointed in this lack of attention to detail, service, and nothing of evidence to show an active interest in the passengers.

I have taken a tiket on 05/11/2013 from Abu dhabi to Kochin. with confirmation number 4VSU2J. unfortunately I had to cancell the ticket because of some personal reason. While cancelling the ticket the travel agent told me that the money will be credited to your account within 21 working days. I have waited another one and half months. nothing happened. went to AIr india express Abu dhabi office on January last week, February first week and each time they informed that within five working days it will be credited. not surprisingly till now it has not credited. could you please register this as a written complaint against Air India express as they are violated their policy.                               My ticket PNR -5UMHMA and i could not travel on December 28th as i reached 3.10 since i reached 10 minutes late they refused me to travel and didnt issue boarding pass. Please note that while coming from dubai to Kochin on 5th Dec 2013 i have to sit allmost 5 hours in the flight on the Run way for that Air India has no value for time when they keep passengers wait in the air craft for 5 hours in the flight. And finaly when i checked about the refund they were saying its all ready credited to my account.. i send several mails regarding this issue to customer care every time they are giving the reply your case diverted to finance department and investigation is going on i send allmost 15 mails regarding this issue and always the same reply.. Today 13th March 2014 and now 75th day after my cancelled ticket and till now they didnt reply properly and not credited the amount to my account...

I purchased the Air India express ticket(Return) using my SBT debit card on 03/10/2013, from Abu Dhabi to Kozhikode and Kozhikode to Abu Dbahi. The travelling date was 18/10/2013 and 03/11/2013. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my return ticket From Kozhikode to Abu Dhabi. The Confirmation Number was DYWAKQ. The Flight Number was IX - 3633. Departure Sun-03/11/2013 19:45 and Arrival Sun - 03/11/2013 22:20. Actually, I cancelled my air Ticket before 24 hours. But I didn't get any Refundable money or any information from your side yet.                                   We at PipeTech Services Pvt. Ltd. had booked 3 tickets for our employees (Mr.Sunil Yadav, Mr.Hansaraj & Mr.Sarvesh Kumar Dubey)Mumbai-Delhi-Dubai (Ticket Copy Attached)

                                  Mumbai(Depart:AI 660-24th Feb 2014-5:00PM) to Delhi(Arrive:AI 660-24th Feb 2014-7:00PM)
                                  Delhi(Depart:AI 995-24th Feb 2014-8:40 PM) to Dubai(Arrive:AI 995-24th Feb 2014-10:40 PM)

                                  Please note the flight from Mumbai took off late & arrived at Delhi an hour after scheduled time of arrival in Delhi i.e at 8:00 PM.The passengers were than not allowed to board the flight to Dubai stating that "OK to Board" was not there while check in and had to miss their flight.On persistence by our employees your staff issued a printed statement of the details which clearly states the "OK to Board" was received @ 15.04 & 15.06 hrs which is much before flight time & same was confirmed vide our agent in Dubai.

                                  Due to this negligence from your end our staff had to wait in Delhi for one whole day.The passengers were not even given a hotel accommodation nor were they issued a ticket for the next flight. We had to pay double the price and book expensive tickets through Emirates. Our employees were travelling to Dubai to carry out service work on Vessel of Shipping Corporation of India which was in Dubai port.Due to the delay of arrival of our employees in Dubai, the vessel had to wait at Dubai resulting in losses to our Company aswell as delay in schedule of VLCC carrier of Shipping Corporation of India.

                                  We want AI to conduct an inquiry into above incident & provide an explanation, we also need a refund for the tickets and compensation for the losses incurred.

                                    I have taken the Air India flight for Jeddah to Mumbai to Delhi. From Jeddah to Mumbai it was a very Pleasant journey with Air India. From Mumbai I have to change the flight and have to catch the AI-806. I have deposited my luggage at check in counter and landed in Delhi and the pleasant experience start to become the worst experience ever. I have lost by bag after being reaching at Air India office at Airport they have told us to wait 2 hrs you can go we will deliver your baggage with-in 2Hrs after the flight lands here in Delhi and the time I am writing this mail it is almost 27 hrs and still no info of by baggage. Every time i am calling on the number they have given[protected] a lady from yesterday[protected] keep telling that we have recived you bag this evening and handed over to the courior will be delivered soon. Yesterday they have told me that it will be delivered by 8.pm then on 8 pm they have told by 10.pm it will be delivered. Today (01.03.2014) when i have called them at 10.am they have told me that take they number of courier company call them directly we have handed over to them now it's there responsibility's not ours. I have called on the numbers[protected],[protected] /01) as given by the air India staff they have not picked up the phone till 12.00 and when I have again called on[protected] that lady told me that i will tell you the status with in 15 mins. After 15-20 mins when i have called them she told me that they were not picking up there phone so can't tell the status keep trying to call on there number . And in frustration at 2.15 pm when i have called the AIR INDIA[protected] staff again Mr. Jitender told me that they have handed over by baggage to Couries and they have told me they luggage will be delivered by today evening . ten i say that you people have promised to deliver in 2 hrs he told that they have handed over to the courier service within two hrs then its courier company's duty not ours. Better to call them now. They I again called the courier company on[protected] and asked that i want to talk to their manager the person told me that i am the manager and regarding luggage he told me that don't call again and again" BAR BAR PHONE KARKE DIMAG KHARAB MAT KARO AAJ HO JAAYGA " and cuts the phone. and when i have asked them his name he cuts the phone and never picked up again. And then i have called on[protected] some Mr. Mohan Rathi picked up the phone and told that he is the manager of this we will try to deliver the bag ASAP. and when I have asked him about the person talk to me at[protected] he told me that " ARRAY SIR LEAVE IT PATA NAHI KISNA BOL DIYA MUJHE NAHI PATA KON THA " leave it sir don't know who have told this. So now I am writing this mail to you considering that you will take some action on it . I have some proof that how you people have mentally torture me with your Maharaja services. Kindly reply this mail, deliver my baggage, and take action against the staff responsible for this or otherwise will happy to see airindia in consumer court.                                       Booking reference-YMU413 & VMZV7J With reference to the above bookings and their subsequent cancellation, I have not received the refund of these ticket cancellations even after 4 months from AI express. The matter has been presented before AI express through emails only to receive a reply that it has been forwarded to the concerned department. The first mail was sent on 5th November 2013 and the last mail was sent on 5th February 2014. I expect the necessary action will be taken. Thank you in advance.

                                        I had cancelled 2 tickets (Confirmation no. HHVWYX on 19/11/13 &amp; RZAE7Z on 21/10/13) through your site. Reminder emails has been sent to air India express office and till now i have not received any response from your side regarding the refund amount. These tickets has been cancelled before 3 months and till today i have not received the refund amount to my account. While contacting your office, they say that the amount will be credited to my account within 2 weeks. Now its almost 3 months and your office staff doesn't give a proper reply and confirmation regarding the refund amount. So kindly do the needful to reimburse the refund amount to my account at the earliest. Appreciate your quick action on this issue.
