Delay in flight timings - Delhi - Mumbai

I booked flight No. AI 349 dated 28th July 2014 from Delhi to Mumbai. I booked this early flight due to some urgent work in mumbai. I left for airport at around 1:00 AM from my residence after confirming flight timings. When i reached airport, i got message that flight is delayed by 4 hours. Status of my Airline refund amount

Dear sir, I booked one ticket to "Mr. Shihas Palakkadan Basheer" through my credit card. Same date he can't travel with air line. Worst customer service !
