Hi, On 28 sep, 2014 i took flight from Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport for Fiumicino (Rome), Flight no. AI 123. . When i arrived at ITALY airport (Fiumicino Airport) on 28 SEP. my one luggage was lost. In my bag i have my important documents as well as my summer and winter wears. i also comlaint at FIUMICINO Airport but they didn't respond. Almost three months gone but there is no response from either side. I call almost 5- 6 times a day but they didn't pick my phone. Please email me if you want more details for further process.       Respected Sir/Madam,

      I am RAJESH ERINJIKKOVIL, booked the Air ticket Round trip SHARJAH - KOZHIKKODE for two persons in the date of[protected] to[protected] on yesterday[protected] through Cleartrip.ae via my Email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in. The ticket is confirmed and the Trip ID is [protected]. Flight details is Air India Express IX354 SHJ 10:25 - 15:45 CCJ in the date of[protected]. and Air India Express IX351 CCJ 07:05 - 09:35 SHJ in the date of[protected].

      During the booking time I entered all the details and Credit card details also, then the cleartrip site showing visa verification process while taken more than 10 minutes. During that time One person contact me from Cleartrip of the number [protected] to My mobile number [protected]. He told me the internet showing some error and he himself continue the booking; and follow the instruction and give the Credit card details through my mobile number [protected].

      The ticket is confirmed and I got 2 email of the above mentioned dated Air ticket with same Trip ID from Cleartrip.com. The ticket details and Trip ID is same of both emails and Unfortunately the cash amount AED-2812/- deducted two times. The total deduction amount is AED-5624/- for only One round trip of two persons.

      I plead you to cancel one deduction amount of AED-2812/- and please refund in to the same Credit card as soon as you possible. Please do the needful and help me to avoid loosing the money.

        To DATE: 27/11/2014 The Manager Air India Express India Sub: Compliant Dear Sir/ Madam This is our ticket reference number RJG3BG (MR.RAMAN DIVAKARAN) & Z3BX0C (KELAN RAMAKRISHNAN) travel on 21.11.2014 in Mangalore Airport to Dubai Intl Airport. I reached the airport 1 hour 15 minutes before. I enter the Airport, the counter is closed. I requested to the counter staff, he forward us to Air India Express coordinator Mr.Sajith Thomas. I explained our situation to Mr. Sajith and he did not support us to travel. I got shouting and insulting from the responsible person. On the same day I deposit a compliant in complaint box and I didn’t get any reply from your side. I have more than 30 years of travelling experience to my life. Most of the time I prefer only Air India & Air India Express for travelling. This is happening in the first time. Our travelling distance from home to Mangalore Airport is two hours. I leave from my home at 05:00 pm, unfortunately on the way some accident is happened on the road, that why I delayed to reached the Airport. Here with I attaching our Vehicle Parking Ticket Receipt copy with this mail.I have in touch with my family in UAE. They purchased the next day Morning Flight Ticket from UAE and send it to me by mail. The Ticket Reference No: FQLZ96. We wait 10 and half hours more in the Airport, Physically and mentally we’re tired and my family also worried at home in here.                 My family had a very unfortunate experience of travelling in Air India Express from Dubai and back. They are frequent travellers on this airline. The seats are worse than the seats in a rickety roadways bus or a local train. This is shameful for a reputed company like Air India that it can not provide a decent seat to its passengers when it is charging equivalent to other airlines on that sector. Travelling on these horrible seats, which dont have any cushion, gives backache to the travellers spoiling the entire journey. Hope a thought is given to this aspect, otherwise I will take this matter to the higher authorities and even to Ministry.

                  My family and I, boarded our flight AI-975 on 20th of October, 2014, from Chennai (MAA) to Goa (GOI). On reaching Goa, we found that one of our luggage has been misplaced with someone else's. But the tag number (RD25WHX) and TC (AI542924) was correct. It just wasn't our bag. So, we complained to the respected authority in GOA and filed a PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT (PIR). We later realized that, in one of the AIR INDIA counters in Chennai airport, we were asked to leave after we had checked in our main luggage during the check-in. [ The respected person AIR INDIA official asked us to leave before he would put the tags on our bags. He called the next person in line to come ahead for check-in. So, that AIR INDIA official has put one of our tags on his bag and his bag on ours'. ] We also realized that passengers for another flight to SHARJAH were also boarding. After realizing this, we called the AIR INDIA authorities in Chennai and Goa and we clearly explained the situation to them. They weren't responsive at all. They were just blaming the responsibility on each other. And, every time we called, a new official answered the phone and we had to explain the whole situation once again. There wasn't any progress at all. Alas, we got hold of Mr.Mahadev, an AIR INDIA official of Goa. To our burden, he wasn't available most of the time. After so many calls being made to AIR INDIA ( chennai and goa ) by us for the past three days, one of the Chennai officials tracked our bag in Sharjah which was under the name 'DANDAPANI RAVINDRAN' and he asked us to follow this up with the Goa officials. We told this information to the Goa officials and there weren't any response. We were told to wait for Mr.Mahadev, who wasn't available. They didn't pick up our calls most of the time. So, we got hold of Mr.Mahadev in the Goa airport. He told us that we would get our baggage two days later. It was four days since we lost our bag and two days since we told them that the bag has been tracked. If they were responsible enough, they could have got our bag the next day after the bag was tracked. But, still the bag hasn't reached us. We are totally disappointed on the Air India officials. They could have been more careful, prudent, responsible and responsive. The whole trip was a blunder because of this mistake and we regret traveling in AIR INDIA. Coimbatore to Delhi - AI 658 - Travel Dt 05/11/14 time 15:10 wednesday 2. Delhi to Coimbatore -AI 657 - Travel Dt 14/11/14 time 07:00 Friday Total fare Rs.18, 767/- (eighteen thousand seven hundred sixty seven only) Booking reference no.ET 46713 Refund reference no.B254 On 01/10/14 I booked flight ticket as per above details and status is confirmed. Within 30 mts easygotrip staff called me throgh phone and says your ticket is rejected due to fare hiked by AIR INDIA. Then I said why you booked ticket and debited my bank account Rs.18, 767/-. He said AIR INDIA is hiked fare. So rejected. If you are paying additional Rs.7, 500/- your ticket will be confirmed. I said no, i will not accept your proposal, please refund my ticket amount. They also sent mail, we will refund the amount within 9 working days on 01/10/14. I called many times to their toll free number and Goa office for my refund money. But no response from them. 19-days over. I am very much shocked and surprised about their negligency and also spoiling the goodwill of AIR INDIA flight company also. I think they are purposely cheating me and avoiding to response. So, Kindly take immediate action and arrange my ticket refund Rs.18, 767/- from them.                           I was a traveller for IX-473(COK--CALICUT-BAHARAIN)--2.05PM--07/10 /14 Name---Mathew Cocheril Vacco Check in crew leader keep me waiting until the last moment(more than two hours) ----it was really the moments of tension I was traveling with a valid multiple /exit-re entry Saudi visa(but there was no emblem on the print out) Instead of clearing his doubt by checking in the Internet and taking a print out if needed---he made it as a big issue At the last moment i asked his name-----but his reaction was very sub standard. ( We are choosing Air India express ----due to Government institution ----not only due to low cost This type of crew members required training for politeness and responsibility-----they should know about others rights and how other airlines crews are behaving.--They should know that customers will not travel again, if the treatment is irritating---they should know that their behavior is important for company profitability and existence.                             I registered online, for a wheelchair for my wife, during a recent trip to Singapore, by flights 812, 380, 381 & 811, the details of which are as follows: Web reference AIBE14077701 Booking reference Z432T But there was no such information with your staff at any airport. As a result, we had to make personal requests each time at all airports that caused gross delays in our schedules.

                              Online ticket booking not working for two weeks

                              As per my knowledge Air India Express online booking is not working for the past two weeks. Several contact numbers published on web are either not working or not attended. I got in touch with their office and they said online booking is not working due to some problem in the website due to 100 Rs. ticket bug of AI. They asked me to come to office and book it.                               Dear Sir, I was booked to travel from Mumbai to Goa on AI 659 on 29th August at 2010 hrs. As this was a routine flight, I expected to reach Goa by 2120hrs and have my dinner and medication in Goa. However I ended up being hospitalised on the 30th of August due to the incompetence of AI and the details are as below. The flight was to leave at 2010hrs and we boarded at 0740hrs, after boarding the pilot announced that he was waiting for another delayed AI flight carrying 6-8 passengers and we finally left at around 2100hrs. On reaching Goa, the pilot aborted the landing citing bad visibility although we could all clearly see the runway and returned to Mumbai by 2330hrs. During this entire duration we were offered two biscuits, one frooti and one bottle of water and one reaching Mumbai we were told that we could not disembark and food would be arranged on the aircraft itself. At around 0030hrs the flight took off again with the same crew and once again the pilot aborted landing citing bad weather. It is pertinent to note here that two flights including one international inbound of AI landed at Goa at the same time with no reported issues. On the second journey to and fro, we were told that catering arrangements were not made and hence there was nothing that could be done. The AI flight staff were happily eating their own packed meals while telling us this. By this time I was without food and medication for nearly 6 hours and was feeling very uncomfortable. Finally at 0300hrs we were allowed to deplane at Mumbai, what followed was even more disgusting. At the airport there was one solitary ground staff who did not know what to do and asked us for time. One hour passed with no resolution and no arrangement of any sort of refreshment. Our requests for having a senior operations staff to deal with the situation were met by the answer that no one wanted to come to talk to us. After arguing with this individual I managed to get a seat on the Jet flight to Goa at 0605hrs. Even this experience was extremely demeaning as I had to exit the AI arrivals and walk on the road with my baggage to Jet departures and wait for 30 mins at the security gate for someone from AI to escort us inside. After reaching Goa, my sugar levels had short to alarming levels resulting in dizziness and I had to be hospitalised till the 31st of August. I intend to take legal action against the incompetence of AI and the high handed and rude airline and ground staff who treat paying passengers like dirt. What is even more disgusting that I as an Indian taxpayer subsidise these sort of incompetent people and allow them to squander my hard earned money. This is just not acceptable and I am unable to understand how AI ever intends to make any money with such disgusting customer service. The purpose of this complaint to provide adequate warning to AI as no one has even bothered to find out or even apologise for the way in which we were treated by AI staff. Needless to say, this is my last journey with AI and I will use all means at my disposal including social media platforms to highlight the disgusting joke that is known as Air India Ashton Lemos Godinho, Goa [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                                I was travelling with my infant from Delhi to Goa on 24th August in flight AI865. My seat no. was 31A. The flight Attendant call Sana was very rude and misbehaved with me in the flight. And when i asked her name she said that she was not supposed to tell. When asked why, she made some weird face, called me mad and went away. Later i complained to the the senior Flight Attendant about Sana (flight attendant) she said that she would speak to her and would get back to me. But she didn't. In sometime i reached to my destination and complained to the captain of the flight He was very supportive and called that flight attendant outside but instead saying sorry she started shouting at me and arguing with me called me a liar and said that "My name is Sana and do what u want to do"!!! The captain explained to flight attendant Sana that she's not supposed to shout at the passenger and must apologize but she ignored and started arguing with the captain too. 90% of the Air India Flight Staff is rude, ill behaved and ill mannered!!! There has to be some strict rule for the Air India Airline Flight Staff like other Airlines.

                                  I was traveling in your flight from calicut to sharjah on 21/08/2014 .14.30 with my family . When i reached my seat no 16 A and 16 B my cabin baggage space is full, due to this reason I can't keep our bag's some were else because there are valuable things. l asked one of the cabin crew why our space is full. He said the other passengers who seated behind they kept their baggage in front because it is easy for them to take once they reach the destination .The cabin crew informed us he will sort out this issue, at the same time another staff came and informed us that we can keep our things wherever we want.as I informed earlier we can't keep our things any were which is useless, then he started showing his attitude towards us, he said he is not our servant which we never thought about it then after he told us he will offload us if we dint say sorry to him, I will never say sorry to anyone without any mistakes from my side .l asked him please give your name and the details but he didn't give and he covered his name tag as well. I think his name is Liju Raj, Sir kindly investigate his attitude issues towards your passenger's otherwise if you continue with like this type of staff's you will never reach your goal to the success of Air India Express .

                                    My profession is business
                                    I was traveling from Man galore to Dubai, on18th august 2014 at 14.00 by ix-383 my seat number 8c
                                    I travel frequently to man galore, to Dubai, I have business set up in Dubai and Mangalore and china
                                    my checked baggage 12kgs and my hand bag was 9kgs including my lap top, after checked in and collected my boarding pass, while I was moving she called improper way put your hand bag on scale, I mention her my hand bag weight is 9kgs if I have more I would have put in my checked in baggage, common sense, she ignored my discussion she said we have to weight, that is our rule.( she should have used her knowledge same time before calling me) my notice
                                    Look I have been travelling when you are not born, this ward made her negative sense, I could understood her expression, and angry because I said you are not born when i was traveling, same time she should have taken very good sense and respected me as my age and facts are correct, she saw my passport with stamps it is fact. my travel experience i have to read rules and regulation of the country before we visit.
                                    Soon she called security, that is wrong in her part, i am not a drunk man, nor i fight had to hand, i did not use bad ward,
                                    silly lady she could not take or understand the situation she required some help, or she is not capable to handle the situation so no positive sense also silly,
                                    I asked security, ask her what is her problems, he ask me you checked your weight, yes, he can not ask more then that.i am not fighter, nor my profession he understood looking at me he moved,
                                    my point why you called security and police when you are not correct in your podition
                                    Soon after she argue lots, i learned from her first time, her mind is only imposing my weight, not giving good service or healthy talks polite manner to passenger,
                                    I am furious because here our conflict is for weight, very well she can tell me polite way as her job described by me that you should not get angry because you are job title is service oriented job.we passenger are your guest, respect most, because we stay only 2or3minutes in front of you.
                                    she don't want here, so I ask her what is your name I required for reason, she got angry and told me it is non of your business, you are act like a mad.
                                    I called manager and asked this is the way you treat us, because I ask her name tag which she don't have it. she is telling me I am mad I cant take it for silly reason, she made me mad.
                                    as per my travel experience for weight this seen first time.
                                    Please don't harsh us for silly it is your greed or your purpose we don't know and also what you train them also we don't know, this will spoil our mood while in our travel time.
                                    My remark is such people are not suitable for the counter or serve the people.
                                    Her name I got it from manager miss Jean, manager mr.Anand very gentle man.he apologized me on her behalf he said she should not used this ward mad.he said I am sorry,
                                    I felt in my trip spoiled my mood, because of silly girl.
                                    We travel our own country aircraft, we respect my country, but this kind of young generation behaviours are very nasty, sad to express with others.
