[Resolved]  Aircel — aircel offer not applicable

On sunday i have recharged my number with aircel 124 recharge. I have got the message of recharge successfully but the offer is not applied till yet. Every time i call customer care they give the silly reason (Integrity issue, card is in roaming etc) which is not valid according to me. Also every time they lodge a new complaint but there is no response from there side of intimating me about my complaint status. After all when i asked my service request number they say it will be sent through sms and i am still waiting for the sms.

Please look into this

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace also i dnt have near by Aircel gallery. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times

I am using aircel sim from many years. But it is not working from 2 weeks. Network is totally absent. I am staying in udupi. There is no aircel office near to udupi and mangalore. That number is very important to me. Please solve my problem soon
