My aircel no is [protected]. I am trying to send sms at 1900 for unique porting code, but aircel company doesn't send this code.

This company is cheating as when i call at customer care they talk rudley and say that porting services have been halted and will be restarted in 24 hours and since one month they give the same answer every time i call.

Please resolve the problem....

I am try to 5 month for my aircel postpaid to prepaid. But your office person cant support us. I am paying 5 month payment my bill. But they cant support me.
So i want to post to prepaid my sim otherwise i want to port my number to another company. Please give me proper solution otherwise give me my port no.

My complaints is:without my consent sms pack has been renewed please tell me how can i unscubscribe ...its urgent sir please and my balance has been deducted for this sms pack. My balance deducted 6rs till 18/12/2017. I have not used this offers so refund my balance. please do something....

I am trying to change from aircel. Mobile no. [protected] to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 16 december, 2017 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

Hi, this is alexis mobile number [protected]. I was trying to change my postpaid to prepaid for 1 year but no response from aircel office. My location from krishnagiri tamil nadu but i have to pay my bill in hosur it's 55kms away from my location and monthly i am paying 400 plus bill every month which is very expensive comparing prepaid plans. So kindly accept my request and change my service to prepaid. I cannot move office to office anymore...

I am the customer of aircel since last 3-4 years and shame to inform you.

I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account.
Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

Hi, i had an aircel number then i got ported it into airtel. I haven't made any call for 3 months so airtel deactivated my number and saying now only aircel can reissue that number to you. But in west up aircel is closed and also in delhi. Please suggest me what should i do to get that number again. And i live in dubai. That number is most important for me. Please help me out its an urgency for me.
Please revert back as soon as possible....

I would like to port my aircel number to any other network. Few days back i sent a message "port 98xxxxx210" to 1900. I received port code properly which was valid for few days. But i couldn't use that. But now i sent the same message to 1900 and i am receiving message "dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port" as reply. Every time i try to send the message, rs.3.45 is taken as charges too....

I am using a mobile phone service offered by Aircel for more than 6 years. It is in post paid scheme. Now, I like to shift to Prepaid scheme. On approaching Customer care center located at Erode, I did not get any appropriate service. What I should need to do to switch over from Post paid scheme to Pre paid scheme....

I want to port my mobile number. I tried many times to send porting sms but every time it failed. I called too much time to 198 but they didn't solve my issue. Why u r not accepting my porting request. I m suffering by this problem from one month. Very poor coustmer care service. Aircel has been fraudulently deducting account balance through ndmc170317sms2 activation taking any kind of permission from me. Even though i have deactivated it many times, they deliberately activate it again and again. I am supratik dutta, a customer of aircel having mobile no.- [protected](Kolkata) want to say that I have to pay for the services for which i have not opted. Vas services like gameloft club daily, SILK are automatically activated without my consent and I have been charged for the same.

I request you to deactivate all such services and refund the amount charged for same. I'll be highly obliged to you....

Aircel is providing worst service.
I am not able to send port message from my Aircel Sim card no. [protected], It gets failed everytime, I am trying from last 5 days .I already contacted Aircel coustomer care through phone and email but they are making fool and not resolving my issue, please help me as soon as possible, it is very urgent . You guys have activated a vas called "gameloft daily" without my consent deducing rs 3 daily. I have been told to call 155223. Whenever it tells to press 1 to deactivate and i am pressing the same... The same ivr is playing again and again.

I've called the 198 and the agent told me that he has deactivated it. But it is still activated. I can't do any rechtge because you guys will start deactivating my rs 3.00 daily if you find...

I have given aircel postpaid to prepaid request 6 months back at sriperumbudur aircel customer care center. They told me that it will take 3 months to convert my postpaid number to prepaid.

But one of a representative called from aircel and try to convince me to keep my number in postpaid. I refused to keep my number as postpaid. Then he told me that, my number will be converted to prepaid. But till now my mobile number not...

I am unable to receive the upc from aircel prepaid number to port out. Sent 3 porting out requests.
Aircel network has already unable to port out my request to vodafone. Twice as told to me by vodafone. Please help as it's a really bad service provider with no network service frequently.
