I am using an aircel sim from many years but it is not working since 2 weeks. Network is totally absent. I am staying in udupi and there is no aircel office near to udupi and mangalore. That number is very important. Please resolve my problem soon or else send me portal id. There is no aircel tower in udupi i guess. Please send the portal id to my e-mail

I went to Aircel Office at Baruipur on 13/12/17...They said though the Sim is Active..All other service has been deactivated for not recharging..Since the number of the Sim is not common..I need to pay Rupees 1800 to get back this number...The Sim is in my name...What will I do now?How much should I need to pay to get back the sim.

    I m ashok. I m using aircel for the past 10 years. My aircel number is [protected]. My experience was so good all these years. But this december 12 th, rs 35 has been deducted towards juiceup service, eventhough i dint subscribe any. Contacted customer care, they said it will be. Unsubscribed and the amount will be reversed. But nothing happened that way. I sent a message asking to stop the service. No response, unable to contact the customer care also. Till now rs.105 has been deducted totally. Want aircel to reverse my money back. Expecting a quick response.

    Its really great to see your nice response, but unfortunately your service is getting worser dy by day. Gain they have deducted Rs 35 twice. So 70 rs alredy gone, the balance was rs 24 left with me. But you have not stopped there also. Again you have deducted 20 rs towards the same. And 1 rs for addon service, when.i tried reaching customer service, i was unable to connect with any of your customer service, seems like you have blocked my number.

    if my money was not refunded in next 24 hours, surely i will move out of aircel and i have many friends using aircel too, you will many customers quitting aircel soon.

      I had changed my aircel #[protected] from postpaid to prepaid on nov 22, 2017 and did a first time recharge of rs.445. I got a message as,

      Tt=0 inr, new balance is 0 inr, p. F. Is 377.12 inr, gst 67.88 inr.

      But i could not make any outgoing calls. Further recharged for rs.49 on nov 27, 2017 again and got the below message as,

      Tt=0 inr, new balance is 0 inr, p. F. Is 41.53 inr, gst 7.47 inr.

      Till date i could not make any outgoing calls after recharging twice. I don't understand what is going on.

      I got a call from #[protected] now saying that he is calling from Aircel customer care. He told me that I should recharge for Rs.10 and then my account balance will be updated properly and so I can make outgoing calls further. For that he asked me to share my credit card number with him. I asked him if I recharge my number for Rs.10 myself, will it get updated properly? But he said that only he should do it but not me. I asked him what if I do not have a credit card or I would not share my credit card number with him. He hung up the call saying he can't do anything.

      What a crap is this? How do they expect me to share my credit card number? I afraid if it is a spam caller using my mobile number and complaint details else the aircel customer care people doing this stupidity.

        I had tried to take upc code for my mobile number but not able to get it. Also done conversation with customer care 3, 4 times. Done live chat with executive and also mailed from abhi.90. I am following it from past 4, 5 days but not getting upc code please mail me or message me my upc code for number [protected]. Please do not put it on website message me in personal.

          My aircel no is [protected]. I am trying to send sms at 1900 for unique porting code, but aircel company doesn't send this code.

          This company is cheating as when i call at customer care they talk rudley and say that porting services have been halted and will be restarted in 24 hours and since one month they give the same answer every time i call.

          Please resolve the problem.

                  Hi, this is alexis mobile number [protected]. I was trying to change my postpaid to prepaid for 1 year but no response from aircel office. My location from krishnagiri tamil nadu but i have to pay my bill in hosur it's 55kms away from my location and monthly i am paying 400 plus bill every month which is very expensive comparing prepaid plans. So kindly accept my request and change my service to prepaid. I cannot move office to office anymore i am done with it. So expecting you to solve this issue as soon as possible without torturing process. Thank you

                    I am the customer of aircel since last 3-4 years and shame to inform you.

                    I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account.
                    Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

                    My total balance deducted more than 55 rupees,
                    I complaint in aircel costomer care but his executive didn't resolve my problem.

                    Getting irritated by this pack who will waste 2rs everyday.

                      Hi, i had an aircel number then i got ported it into airtel. I haven't made any call for 3 months so airtel deactivated my number and saying now only aircel can reissue that number to you. But in west up aircel is closed and also in delhi. Please suggest me what should i do to get that number again. And i live in dubai. That number is most important for me. Please help me out its an urgency for me.

                      As the network's data speed is not up to 4g I am forced to change the network...

                      But since my childhood I was a true fan of Aircel... Here by I assure that I will change to Aircel network once again when 4g is launch and if it is not take over by reliance India...I suggest you to please upgrade to 4g...by your fan for ever.

                        I would like to port my aircel number to any other network. Few days back i sent a message "port 98xxxxx210" to 1900. I received port code properly which was valid for few days. But i couldn't use that. But now i sent the same message to 1900 and i am receiving message "dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port" as reply. Every time i try to send the message, rs.3.45 is taken as charges too.

                          सर, मेरा एयरसेल नंबर [protected] है। मैंने इस नंबर पर पिछले महिने 275 का रिचार्ज कराया था जिसमें मुझे 84 दिनों तक 1जी.बी. डेटा प्रति दिन और लोकल तथा एस.टी.डी. काल्स फ्री मिलनी थी लेकिन आज सुवह एस.एम.एस आया जिसमें बताया गया कि मेरा पैक खत्म हो गया है, जबकि मैंने पैक कराने के बाद केयर पर काल करके पैक की validity conform कर ली थी। और ऐसा मेरे साथ कई बार हो चुका है अगर इस बार हुआ तो मैं ये नंबर हमेशा के लिए बंद कर दूगा। कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान करें।

                                  Aircel has been fraudulently deducting account balance through ndmc170317sms2 activation taking any kind of permission from me. Even though i have deactivated it many times, they deliberately activate it again and again. Their dishonest intention can be found as they activate it early in the morning at 4:31 am on 15 dec 2017, 3:57am on 30/11/20178:21 am on, 22/11/2017 where customers are asleep and can't remember it. Please take relevant action. Those aircel subscribers who face similar problem can can file a similar law suit together.
