Deduction of balance without my consent
This might be the 4th or 5th time that has been happening, deducting of main balance through vas without my consent, which i did not subscribed at all. I want my refund back of rupees 57 asap, 36 rupees for exotic india and 21 rupees for hungama play weekly.
And stop extorting money from us with such unfair methods. And unsubscribe every vas that you guys made me subscribe without my consent because the same cycle wil occur again, and i'll be here again complaining. If you continue such acts you will lose many customers, including me.
I want my refund back, asap... Already i have complainted.. You have said that you are going to credit my money.. But still i didnt receive

still i am getting activation message automatically, still taking amount, still you didn't credit my money. then i will put case in consumer court only. this is not fair, , i am using aircel for 7years but last 2 month you are doing like this, , , , i like aircel, , , i[censored] didn't care for this message then i will change to another network... kindly be honest and so a favor for me.
