My personal phone number [protected] is issued to someone as i am in my hometown and aircel service wasnt there so due to this i am unable to use my number when i go back to the circle from which i brought it was blocked and issued to aomeone else please help me it is my very importent number also attach to my banking details and ny company profile so please help...

I am currently on roaming and hence my aircel number +91 [protected] got deactivated.
I have sent multiple mails but no response on that.
Kindly reactivate the same. I have this particular number registered for different important validations.

I am subscriber to aircell mobile no.[protected] living in bathinda for last 7 years but it disrupted the service on 3rd dec, 2017 without notice causing harassment and loss in my business. It has also not provided me no for port to other company nor restored service despite there is sufficient balance in the account

Dear sir,

I want to port my number from aircel to airtel but i am not able to send sms to 1900. I tried port [protected] but sms is not getting delivered.
I called aircel customer care multiple times, but they always say only one thing "there is some issue at server side please try after 24 hours."
Please help me to get this issue resolved.

I own 4 aircel postpaid connection which are used by my family members. I've tried porting my numbers through mnp for four times in last 10 days because of its poor service. But aircel is rejecting my request even though i've cleared all my dues. Worst network worst service. I couldn't contact any of the customer service like 121 and 198 they never respond. I've paid my one month bill extra in advance to get out of poor aircel but they won't...

Deduction of balance without my consent
This might be the 4th or 5th time that has been happening, deducting of main balance through vas without my consent, which i did not subscribed at all. I want my refund back of rupees 57 asap, 36 rupees for exotic india and 21 rupees for hungama play weekly.
And stop extorting money from us with such unfair methods. And unsubscribe every vas that you guys made me subscribe without my consent...

I have aircel no.[[protected]], i am able to receive incoming call, however outgoing calls not working from 2 days.
I tried inserting sim to different mobiles and same issue, why my outgoing calls deactivated??
Also i had balance in my phone, why this happened??
The aircel callcenter said aircel network is going to closed on end of january for pune region and i need to port my number to other network??br...

Jab icha ho company balance kaat leti he. Kal night me aircel vaalo ne mere 20 rs kaat liye bina kisi reson ke. And mene ek msg pack bhi karvaya tha jo nhi kiya or mere balance kaat liya or custmer care vaalo ko phone lagta nhi. Lagta he to solution nhi karte he. Mere aircel numeber he ye.[protected]. This is worst nightmare i am facing as there is no otp request coming to me on my mobile from any bank or any online shopping app like flipkart etc. The same request i gave from my other mobile no it comes in few seconds. After porting of my mobile no to your network apart from other family members also i never faced any problem for around 1 month but at present i am stucked even after arising a complaint. I'm unable to link my aircel number with aadhaar, retailer is saying that he cannot link aadhaar due to technical issues, i linked my airtel number but facing problem with aircel only. Even when i'm dialing 14546 it says the number doesnot exits, you you want me to port my number?

I had recharged my aircel number on 3rd january 2018 with 25 ruppes. After rechange 25 ruppes was given to me as the full talktime offer the provide me. After rechange i had made few phone class and and send only one massage. After all this i had 21.80 ruppes talktime in my main account balance. I raised request to change my mobile numbers from postpaid to prepaid on 29th dec 2017 and i paid all outstanding and paid extra rs. 150 as instructed by them. But still the connection not migrated to prepaid. Every day i am getting 2 to 3 calls from aircel customer care and asking the reason for change. I explained the reason so many times. But these guys are continuously asking me the same question every day and simply postponing my request...

Also I had recharged of 330 Rs (Txn No. - MHR[protected] for which I received 251.24 talktime, however I should get 330 talktime, why this happened??

I done a recharge of ₹96 on 23.12.2017 which came from aircel offer to me. I made a recharge of ₹96, amount debited but there is no change in aircel prepaid number.

Nothing recharged.Amount still not refunded.

I also attached the SMS came from aircel office and My SBI account statement.

Nearly 12 days gone, there is no response from aircel

I call and they give lame reasons and do not respond... I mailed to cs then they deactivate... But immediately the activations start... I again mail... Again deactivated... The 2G pocket internet pack got activated on my number without any request to do so on 27th decemeber 2017.I have tried many USSD codes but nothing has helped yet and I am unable to deactivate the 2rs. 2G pocket internet pack.
