    I want to port my Aircel no to another service provider. From last week I am trying to send a port message on 1900, but they are telling me to message it in some format. I tried several numbers of time to send a message in that format but every it failed though it is correct!
    So Plz provide me UPC code for my no [protected]. It is urgent.

      I want to port my number from aircel to jio. But i am unable to do so. Whenever i try to send a message for port to 1900 it gets failed however if i message to any other number it works perfectly. I've been trying to send the message from a week (multiple times a day ) but it fails each time.

        I was trying to get the upc code for the past 2months and the message are not been sent.

        I've placed about 10 complaints regarding this to the aircel customer care executives, but all i was said is to wait for so long.

        Pls resolve this as soon as possible.

          As per recharge of 345 on25dec d benefit should credited by un limited calls & 1gb data per day but meri calls cut kar di ja rhi h jab ki 84days tak mhuje ishka benefits milana chaiye tha aap log service bhut bakwas h. Koi recharge easily nhi hota jab tak compliment naa dalo. This telecom services re became burst day by day on every recharge pls give a praticular solution give my benefit. Yaa to offer mat do yaa to benefit do as soon as possible.                   It is lame excuse for the last 35 days meaning 840 hours lost, but nothing as yet, what the kind of apology. The alleged stores are at 300 KM from Bathinda and not possible to travel both ways such a long distance., It is the company's duty to provide Porting at my alternative phone to get connection in some other company at the earliest

                      I own 4 aircel postpaid connection which are used by my family members. I've tried porting my numbers through mnp for four times in last 10 days because of its poor service. But aircel is rejecting my request even though i've cleared all my dues. Worst network worst service. I couldn't contact any of the customer service like 121 and 198 they never respond. I've paid my one month bill extra in advance to get out of poor aircel but they won't let it happen.                         Deduction of balance without my consent
                        This might be the 4th or 5th time that has been happening, deducting of main balance through vas without my consent, which i did not subscribed at all. I want my refund back of rupees 57 asap, 36 rupees for exotic india and 21 rupees for hungama play weekly.
                        And stop extorting money from us with such unfair methods. And unsubscribe every vas that you guys made me subscribe without my consent because the same cycle wil occur again, and i'll be here again complaining. If you continue such acts you will lose many customers, including me.
                        I want my refund back, asap... Already i have complainted.. You have said that you are going to credit my money.. But still i didnt receive

                          Hi,

                          I have aircel no.[[protected]], i am able to receive incoming call, however outgoing calls not working from 2 days.
                          I tried inserting sim to different mobiles and same issue, why my outgoing calls deactivated??
                          Also i had balance in my phone, why this happened??
                          The aircel callcenter said aircel network is going to closed on end of january for pune region and i need to port my number to other network??
                          I have balance in my account.

                                This is worst nightmare i am facing as there is no otp request coming to me on my mobile from any bank or any online shopping app like flipkart etc. The same request i gave from my other mobile no it comes in few seconds. After porting of my mobile no to your network apart from other family members also i never faced any problem for around 1 month but at present i am stucked even after arising a complaint. So better look into this matter seriously. As per you customer service representative they deactivated all my dnd service's also but no resolution happened, they too are clueless

                                  I'm unable to link my aircel number with aadhaar, retailer is saying that he cannot link aadhaar due to technical issues, i linked my airtel number but facing problem with aircel only. Even when i'm dialing 14546 it says the number doesnot exits, you you want me to port my number?

                                  I want don't want my number to be closed, please fix this issue before the deadline passes.

                                    Sir my mob. No. Is [protected] and aircel company cut my balance many times, they activate any service on my mob. No. Without my confirmation and cut the balance. After then customer care not pic up my phone, every time busy. So please i requested to you refund my balance positivly and also i cant to customer care number they blocked my number, deduct continue my balance from last 2 days rs 61 and rs 40

Hence, as a goodwill gesture, the amount of Rs 51+49=100 has already been posted to your main account on (01/10/2018).

                                      I had recharged my aircel number on 3rd january 2018 with 25 ruppes. After rechange 25 ruppes was given to me as the full talktime offer the provide me. After rechange i had made few phone class and and send only one massage. After all this i had 21.80 ruppes talktime in my main account balance. But suddenly a few hours later i had checked my balance i then i saw there was only 1.80 ruppes talktime left. Why 20 ruppes talktime has cut from my account? I need my balance back in my account as soon as possible.

                                        I raised request to change my mobile numbers from postpaid to prepaid on 29th dec 2017 and i paid all outstanding and paid extra rs. 150 as instructed by them. But still the connection not migrated to prepaid. Every day i am getting 2 to 3 calls from aircel customer care and asking the reason for change. I explained the reason so many times. But these guys are continuously asking me the same question every day and simply postponing my request by asking these kind of questions.

                                        I harshly told them don't call me back, and do what i requested. But, no impact. Same thing is happening still today.

                                        Please suggest me what should i do next?
