Hi aircel, i can't make calls or sms from my aircel number nither i can call to customer support. What's wrong with you guys. Its an active and important number linked to all my bank accounts and offices. Aircel number[protected]

I don't know what wrong with aircel i can't make any call since 1 jan 2018
There is no signal at all these days.
It shows emergency calls only.
I tried inserting the sim in other mobile phones but no use, there is problem with the network it shows emergency calls only.

I have enough balance in my account and the validity is still far from getting over, yet my outgoing calls aren't working. My incoming calls are all working properly. I would like the required authorities to get through the matter as soon as possible.
It has been occuring for quite a few weeks for now.

Auto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

balance cut without reason

Yesterday my main balance had been cut without any reason. They activated any services which i does not how activated and now when i call to 198 they does take my call i tired more than 30 times but they does not pick my phone. My number is [protected]. After 1/2 months they cut down balance without any reason and did not pick my phone. Please see my request....

I am trying to get upc code from last 1 week as i have to port my no. Due to network issue in my area. But, till now i haven't received any code from aircel.

I feel aircel should concentrate on expanding their network in urban area first....

Sir, i have a very big problem because my balance is deducting rs 2/day for ndairpi2 (Undesirable service). I also complained many times in customer care executive and expressed *121*0200# and messaged 'stop' at 155223 but i have not found any solution till now. Really this is very terrible because i am not accepted any such service. Please consider it fast.

I filed a complaint in customer service but of no use... Nw im done with aircel services... Lost all its reputation so gaining profits in this stupid ways... Hell with this telecom service...

My number [protected]. Iam trying to switch from aircel to jio. I had received port number. But every time i request to change from aircel to jio, aircel rejected reason pending dues. But on 21 dec 2017, i paid the pending dues, and i also paid in excess. I also had security deposit. I having excess amount on 31.12.2017. I have been rejected 3 time in a row. Ievery time i request to change they the aircel simply reject my request...

Otherwise i have no alternative to chnge to other network. U may change ur attitude of charging like this. Dear sir,
My sim card is not receiving thae incomming all facility. When someone use to call on my number then there is problum causing that the incomming call facility are restricted to this number., and when i used my sim card to another mobile also then there is the same problum occur.in that also there is problum saying incomming call facility are restricted to this number

wrong deduction without any subscription

On 30th of dec 2017 at 9.42 am, i got a massage “thanks you for choosing lehrer tv weekly at rs 30.0. You have been charged rs 30.0……so on, ”
And rs.30.0 deducted in my balance without any subscription,. My no. Is [protected]. I tried many time to talk to the customer care executive but they all time disconnected the line. So, why my data stopped, see this issue and revert back my deducted amount immediately.

I had this problem about 4-5 months
A few weeks before it the error was like error 28#
But now the is tellin as error 10
I called aircell customer care they said to change my message service number i tried then also not working

M i got a message from aircel saying that you have successfully recharged your number with 139 rupees plan undetected my account balance with 139 rupees now i have 180-139 = 41 rs as my account balance. data service validity date

Today i got an offer from aircel company through message. This offer was 2g data for 28 days so i recharged this plan charge 29rs before 2 hours. Then i got a message from company. But this message shows 7 days validity.. I am very disappointed for this... My number is [protected]. I hope you consider this complaint and solve this soon and validity date will be increase from 7days to 28 days.....
