Hi,

I have aircel no. [protected], I am able to receive incoming call, however outgoing calls not working from 2 days.
I tried inserting sim to different mobiles and same issue, why my outgoing calls deactivated ??
Also I had recharged of 330 Rs (Txn No. - MHR[protected] for which I received 251.24 talktime, however I should get 330 talktime, why this happened??
The aircel callcenter said aircel network is going to closed on end of January for Pune region and I need to port my number to other network ??
I have balance in my account.

    I done a recharge of ₹96 on 23.12.2017 which came from aircel offer to me. I made a recharge of ₹96, amount debited but there is no change in aircel prepaid number.

    Nothing recharged.Amount still not refunded.

    I also attached the SMS came from aircel office and My SBI account statement.

    Nearly 12 days gone, there is no response from aircel

    Also i tried many times through 198 from aircel but it tells temporarily stopped. Out of service.

    Pls help me sir.. And try to refund the amont.

      Sir, i my mobile [protected]has been receiving unwarranted activations for a long time... I tried 155223 but they say no activations done for this number... I call and they give lame reasons and do not respond... I mailed to cs then they deactivate... But immediately the activations start... I again mail... Again deactivated... Again started activations immediately... This has continued for five times... Each time multiple activations are done... This time around 40 activations have been done till now since last 2 days.

      10 years regular customer of aircel prepaid. lost time met some of your officials, i have been advised to change the account to postpaid. i am not happy with the performance of post paid, and i like to use only prepaid. when contacted the office, they told it will take 1 year..please change this.they never told earlier.if not i close aircel.

        The 2G pocket internet pack got activated on my number without any request to do so on 27th decemeber 2017.I have tried many USSD codes but nothing has helped yet and I am unable to deactivate the 2rs. 2G pocket internet pack. This is leading me to loose my phone balance on daily basis.please help me and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            I don't know what wrong with aircel i can't make any call since 1 jan 2018
            There is no signal at all these days.
            It shows emergency calls only.
            I tried inserting the sim in other mobile phones but no use, there is problem with the network it shows emergency calls only.

                  Yesterday my main balance had been cut without any reason. They activated any services which i does not how activated and now when i call to 198 they does take my call i tired more than 30 times but they does not pick my phone. My number is [protected]. After 1/2 months they cut down balance without any reason and did not pick my phone. Please see my request.

But every time i request to change from aircel to jio, aircel rejected reason pending dues. But on 21 dec 2017, i paid the pending dues, and i also paid in excess. I also had security deposit. I having excess amount on 31.12.2017. I have been rejected 3 time in a row. Ievery time i request to change they the aircel simply reject my request by simply saying pending dues. This is not fair aircel. U have to do what customer prefers. I need a solution. I need to port out from aircel. Give me a solution aircel.

                                        My aircel number is [protected]. After news about aircel shutting down it's mobile operations, i have been trying to get porting code from aircel. But despite multiple attempts from last one week., i have not yet received the code. Please look into the matter asap.

                                        I sent sms to 1900 with content "port [protected]" but not received any code yet.

                                        More info:

                                        My number - [protected] was a postpaid number and has been converted to prepaid more than 6 months back. I am currently a prepaid customer.

                                        I am currently having rs. 29.19 balance in my account with expiration date - 2027/05/29 and able to enjoy all services with an aircel sim. Only exception is that i am not able to receive the upc for port out even after trying for more than 50 times from 5 different phones (Including feature phone/non-smart phone).

                                        I have been calling aircel cc from last one week and every time i have to wait on line for 15-20 mins then the call gets disconnected abruptly.

                                        More details to prove i am an aircel customer:

                                        Dialed ussd code *234*4# from aircel number - [protected] and received imsi no - [protected]
                                        Dialed ussd code *133*2# from aircel number and received a message from aircel as "dear subscriber you number is [protected]"

                                        Have you even read my complaint ? I am using Aircel prepaid services and I have given proof for that. Do You think I am here to waste my time and energy if I am not an Aircel Customers ?

                                        If you say I have been disconnected then answer the following.

                                        1. When was the disconnection happen ? Give me the date.
                                        2. Who initiated the disconnection ?
                                        3. What is the reason for disconnection ?
                                        4. If I am disconnected from Aircel then why I am able to make calls ?
                                        5. If at all I am disconnected, Why was I not informed ?
                                        6. If my number is not with Aircel then What operator do I currently belong to ?
                                        7. If I am disconnected then how come I receive message from Aircel saying "Aircel is shutting down its mobile operation in MH. Please port out to some other operator for continued service" ?

                                        How Can You tell an active customer that he is disconnected ?
                                        What makes you say that ? Give me proof and reason of disconnection.
                                        I have been a customer from last 9 years and now you are replying like this without even checking the complaint.
