You guys have activated a vas called "gameloft daily" without my consent deducing rs 3 daily. I have been told to call 155223. Whenever it tells to press 1 to deactivate and i am pressing the same... The same ivr is playing again and again.

I've called the 198 and the agent told me that he has deactivated it. But it is still activated. I can't do any rechtge because you guys will start deactivating my rs 3.00 daily if you find any main ac balance..

Now what to do?

Since the 13th of december you guys are deducting money each day but some "pplaygames" subscription. My main balance was rs 61.00. Yesterday 51 and today 41. Today will be 31.
You have tactfully barred 155223 which used to deactivate vas. And the aircel app has no option to do this.

I want refund of these 20 ruppes (Already deducted) and 40 rupees
(Will be deducted automatically by you)
And deactivate this vas.

    I have given aircel postpaid to prepaid request 6 months back at sriperumbudur aircel customer care center. They told me that it will take 3 months to convert my postpaid number to prepaid.

    But one of a representative called from aircel and try to convince me to keep my number in postpaid. I refused to keep my number as postpaid. Then he told me that, my number will be converted to prepaid. But till now my mobile number not converted to postpaid to prepaid.

      I am unable to receive the upc from aircel prepaid number to port out. Sent 3 porting out requests.
      Aircel network has already unable to port out my request to vodafone. Twice as told to me by vodafone. Please help as it's a really bad service provider with no network service frequently.
      In past 3 months since september my porting out requests have been rejected sighting technical glitches from aircel as informed to me by vodafone executive.
      Disheartening to go through the agony.

          Yesterday i done a recharge of rs 100/- in my aircel prepaid sim card.
          Today they have deducted the amount of rs 50 without informing any detail to me. I call the customer care tollfree number, they wont answer me properly. Then i check any value added service is activated in my number or not. The system give me no service is activated in my account. Again i called to aircell customer care and refund the amount, but the wont reply properly. I want my money back. Im so disappointed with this service

                I've linked my mobile number with the aadhaar number by paying rs.20 in my nearby retailer store but when i checked my status on uidai website it shows that the mobile number is not registered and i still receive warning calls from aircel stating that the last date for aadhaar linking is in february.                   I am unable to send port message using my aircel mobile no [protected] for last 15 days. I have contacted on 198 and they have said to me that there is a technical issue in our system and it will work after 24 hrs but after waiting for 15 days it is not working. I want to port in other service provider but unable to port due to the port message issue.

                  I don't want to continue services with such fraud companies like aircel.

                    I am facing problem while making or receiving calls in germany. This issue was raised to aircel on 21st nov and till date is it not sorted. Every time i ask them the status and they keep saying that it is technical issue and they are working on it. Even they lie saying they tried to reach me. And when i call them ([protected]) they dont pick up my calls.

                      Hi am irfan. My aircel number [protected] i have main balance 70rs.
                      I have got a customer care call on 10/12/17. I got my balance deducted 60 rs for some activation without my knowledge. I contacted 198, they said it will be refunded, but still i didn't received. Today i have tried 198 and line is busy, busy in some traffic... Do some favour to refund the amount... Aircel providing me better service ever for past 7 years... Hope this will be resolved soon...

                                I have requested to cancel or convert my postpaid to prepaid 5 months ago.. And in order to do so i have visited aircel show room more than six times but every time i was sent back with just one simple answer aircel server is down come tommorow or some other reason... I have called customer service so many times and informed them the same.. But of no use... I have been paying the bill for more than one year with out using... (Rent plus tax) when i decided to cancel my connection.. No use in spite of that i paid for another three month... But again of no use they never considered my request and sending me bill every month.. I was so pissed of so i stopped paying the bill and now they are sending me mail regarding legal and criminal charges.. I fail to understand why always its the customer who suffers... I request strict action should be taken against this kind of fraudlant company

                                  Hi another wrong offer activate.

                                  Today i check recharge offer on *121# and in khas offer it's sawing me 55=55tt+all 1p/2s, 30d so i recharge.

                                  And after when i check i get only 53 rs for 10 days after some time i call on 198 and talk with a lady about this issue but she said we have no any offer like this. I can't understand why happen this always and what aircel company wants.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am ranajit using aircel connection which is [protected]. I took this number and recharged it with rs 299 on the very first day in october 2017.
                                    This recharge benefits are given below as per retailer:
                                    1gb 3g data per day for 4 months;
                                    500 mins local call per month for 3 months;

                                    But i am not able to call any number although 3 months is not completed.
                                    I tried to call 198 number to discuss the matter with representative but not able to reach.

                                    Please let me know reason.

                                    I am not able to call any local mobile number. Please let me know the tentative time of resolving these issue.Will the validity of recharge benefit be extended as I am not getting these benefit now? The customer care representative assured me many times that the problem will be solved with in 1 hour. But unfortunately the problem is still present.
                                    Very bad service I am getting from Aircel . :(

                                      My number is [protected] and i want to port this no and sending message to 1900 continuously but it always show error, for that i called aircel customer support they told me irrelevant solution that ‘please wait sometime it will be done’ after that i called again he told me that techincal problem is occuring please wait for 24 hours, i have called more than 6 times to aircel and request them to solve this but they do not response.

                                        I bought a new aircel prepaid sim card with a promise that i'll get 1gb 3g data each month for a period of 12 months, and a tarrif plan of 20 paise/min all local and std call for 12 months with a promotional balance of ₹80 but now aircel company is not true on it's promise.
                                        The company is not giving me any 3g data instead it is only giving me 2g data for 28 days. Which is aside of the company's promise.
                                        So i appeal to the company associate, not to make fool to the customers and pay for what they have promised.
