I need to port my aircell sim to vodafone
I tried many time to send sms, but its coming "not send pls try again later, error 10"
I had this problem about 4-5 months
A few weeks before it the error was like error 28#
But now the is tellin as error 10
I called aircell customer care they said to change my message service number i tried then also not working

    I had 180 rupees in my aircel account balance. My mobile number is [protected]. Today at around 3:30 p. M i got a message from aircel saying that you have successfully recharged your number with 139 rupees plan undetected my account balance with 139 rupees now i have 180-139 = 41 rs as my account balance. I did not ask for recharge it is a fraud done by aircel.in the era of 4g y will i a 2g recharge. It is a fraud done by aircel please give my money back and take back your 139 rupees stupid plan. I don't want this type of fraud service from airtel again in future otherwise i will opt out from your aircel and port into any other service providers. Please give me back my 139 rupees and take your stupid plan back.

      Today i got an offer from aircel company through message. This offer was 2g data for 28 days so i recharged this plan charge 29rs before 2 hours. Then i got a message from company. But this message shows 7 days validity.. I am very disappointed for this... My number is [protected]. I hope you consider this complaint and solve this soon and validity date will be increase from 7days to 28 days..

            I have brought life time validity card for rs 888 at the year of 2001. Since i am using another mobile operator with my phone the frequency of recharge usually less in this aircel number but for all the bank related transactions, i have registered this mobile number. Now when i try to link aircel number with aadhar card the aircel office person want to recharge the number to get linked with aadhar.

            All they want is otp number to get linked, why i need to recharge now to get linked to aadhar for a active account with balance of rs 50 in it.

                    I am trying to send a port to 1900 but it says send failed, everytime.
                    Why am i getting this error every time.

                          I am using Aircel network, Now I would like to Change to another network and I sent so many PORT sms to 1900 from aircel network PORT 98××××××85 but every time I send sms it says message not sent, but other sms are working normally, I think Aircel has locked it's MNP messages from customer, is it possible to clear this issue

                          As per our system check, informing that your age on the network is less than 90 days (i.e.at present 60 days). Hence, your Port Out request cannot be processed further.
                          Kindly try the Port Out procedure after 30days (at that time your 90days as an Aircel customer will be completed and you will be eligible to Port Out).

                            My self e balakrishna achary i went for update my adhaar card near to erragadda aircel office with the no [protected] so as we checked the data with my no there is no name only no showing same i inormed to aircel staff i am using last 5 year onwards how the name not occur, so that staff said just ask to modi sarakar and using rush word and if any problem migrate to some other service provider so tell me why u kept this aircel office if there is no helpful to customer and if anything wrong data than i need to claim to modi sarakar??? At the time of sim taken i have some documents it is verified by ur aircel team than how we claim to modi sarakar.
                            It s really faltu service today only i will migrate my no because o[censored]r service.

                                I have lost my phone and purchased new sim card in the aircel store sim got activated but the outgoing calls are barred for that reason i have recharged my number with rs.100. Today morning i have called customer care she told me that i have unblocked your number.

                                I restarted my phone even after 1 hour the calls are not getting connected.

                                I just want to port out my aircel number to another company.

                                    I got an offer from aircel mobile aaps. The offer was unlimited call for 28 days and 1 gb data per day for 84 days. I had recharged from aircel aap on 21 november 2017 from aircel aap. After 28 day aircel not giving any unlimited data. I had complained to aircel through email but they refused to give this offer. They are saying that this offer for 28 days and no extra benefit. But the offer was unlimited data for 84 days.

                                      My no [protected] is facing a very slow internet problem and when i m calling to customer care no they are providing me 12889 but no one is calling back now, since the day from i started using aircel i m getting numerous problem the network is also very weak the h+sign appear for a while and then it vanishes again again, the customer care also do not response to the call i m getting frustrated by aircel service as aircel dont have 4g so atleast u should take care of 3g customers
