[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel postpaid closing issue

I closed my aircel postpaid account after much struggling and paid the extra amount for closing the account.. and i received the SR no for closing reference.. but still im getting my bill and demand notice..

I called to the respective customer care no 1000 times and they used to say i ll check and call u back after 10 mins..

But I still having the issue and u r sending demand notice..

1. Why u r not willing to close the account after the bill submission ?
2.. I never find a way to solve my problem.. is there really any way to close the already closed account..?
3. Why I am getting demand notice even after payment and account closed?

all o[censored]s are using Aircel postpaid .. is this the way u ppl behave to regular customer??

I am recharged rs. 110 through paytm today to a wrong number which related to this mobile provider. Actual i want to recharge to BSNL no [protected] instead of the number was taken as [protected] which related to AIRCEL service provider. The transcation ni is IG0CUO2GC2. Hence i request to reverse my amount from aircel to paytm
I have rechereged online last night at aircel prepaid online recharge site.balance was deducted from my account but i havent received my balance in my aircel sim.pls check and revert back with useful fevour.

I registered a complaint to close for another mobile no : [protected].. But u closed my another which I gave to contact me:[protected]...

The high level of stupidity.. Wont u even call n confirm before disconnecting..
