On 18/09/2016 the company has activated caller tune in my number [protected]. i contacted the customer care executive (mr. amit joarder) regarding this unlawful activation and asked him to deactivate the caller tune which was not at all activated from my end. rs. 50/- was also deducted from my main balance.
Mr. joarder continuously tried to establish that it was done after getting some positive information from my end. when i asked him to produce that evidence, he refused by saying that it was not possible for him.
This is very unfair. i do, hereby, want to submit a complaint on this matter and asking for the deactivation of the caller tune from my number and also asking to refund rs. 50/- to my main balance as it was deducted unlawfully.

    Hey are messaging me that i have some offers in my number but after recharging they are not giving the specified offer. While contacting the costumer care thye are ignoring. They have a limit that u can't call the consumer help line number more than twice a day which is not to be done.In this they are even ignores what i want to tell them.What can i do?..my recharge is 176 for 1gb 3g(28D)207:Txn No. PBR[protected] to Recharge MRP 176 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 0.07. Date is 18sep16.

      1. Why you have change my existing plans without my written approval?

      2. Why the agent offices do not co-operate and neglect my request for

        I am facing the same issue, and on the top of that i your customer support executive can't be contacted on 121 or 198. My amount is getting deducted everyday for no reason.
        Please provide the toll free no. Where your cse can be contacted else i am thinking of changing to some other network.
        The service is there from the last last three months.
        Today the amount got deducted at 03:13 27/09/2016.

        I have confirmed them about the plan 4-5 times and each their service provider was saying that yes your old tariff will work. This company is fraud. They just cheat their consumers in every possible way they can. I am feeling like cheated. I want proper resolution

They were telling my older tariff will work even after this plan but this didnt happen when I recharged on 25/9. I lodge complaint-[protected] and they replied that they resolved but they did nothing. On calling again they are saying we cant help u.

        Finally they called but not to solve problem but to tell that I cant help u.
        I got a call from aircel, caller ask me that whether i want to deactivate the tariff, on which i told him that yes deactivate but refund my remaining balance as it is solely your fault. Hearing this he simply told we cant refund even though its their fault. Aircel is a fraud company, dont ever trust
        I request you not to activate any services automatically in my cellphone [protected]. SMS sent to stop the service has also failed.

I and many of my friends complained to Aircel, they registerd the complain nd said that it woud b resolved under 24 hrs.           On 26 september i want to recharge my[protected] aircel number but instead of that by mistake it goes to on another aircel number [protected]. Recharge amount was 99/ rupees and recharge was executed from freecharge.in and operator reference no: mur[protected]. Here i am going to attach some supporting files.
          Here i have seen that you have resolved such cases. I hope that i will also get rehabilitation. Look forward to hear from you.

          Till now Company doesn't paid any help over my recharge Issue. I left no stone unturned thereafter also the only message I have received that is "we cannot assist you. You have to talk with recharge service provider". I just want to know what type of resolve is done.

            Rs30 has been deducted from my account ([protected]) on 24th september and i received a message of subscription of connect music which i never subscribed.

            Dear sir
            My self mr. Ramij sk. And my no. [protected]. And i am from murshidabad, berhampore i have called to aircel customer care on 26th september and your executive told me that if you call within 2 hrs then your deducted money could be refund but now they can't.

            This is second time i am facing this type of problem.
            Please take disciplinary action and refund my deducted money. Otherwise very pained to say you that i will live this subscribe.

              There is automatic activation of value added services from Aircel illegally without any request for the same. on enquiringly they refuse to refund the money and admit it as their mistake. This has happened more than 20 times. The recent event happened today. Even without talking to any customer care or sending a message from my phone, I get a message saying you have activated caller tunes. How did it get activated??magic?? This is a pure case of cheating. Also the customer care representatives refuse to listen to grievances and cut the call. They refuse to lodge a complaint

I had done a recharge of 20 after calling customer care to stop this pack but after deducting now it is 1.47... I have already called customer care 2 times to stop this PI pack...they told me that yeah it's ok...but they did nothing...and after 12 a.m. it has auto renewed ...m asking, what is this ? so please look into this matter

                          i have contacted the nodel officers may time there is no response
                          for past one month i am following them but there is no solution for the same
                          i like to forward all the mail i have sent to the aircel office
                          almost i have sent mail to all the officials in aircel but there is no reply from them

                          now they have sent a new bill -i am as a tax payer i am so depressed in this and please my last hope is government of India so i mail to you hope you people will sole the matter

                          for the above number i have received bill for this month Rs 615, for clearing my grievance i hve called many times to customer care and also with all the numbers given in the net and also i have sent my representative to check with head office Coimbatore (codisia towers )
                          nill response i have received
                          for paying bill and all we are receiving msg, call, mail frequently but for hearing customer complain nobody is ready to respond
                          with out customer you cont grow, , , hope getting a customer is not easy but loosing a customer is very easy best example is myself
                          now i have advised my wife to switch over to another network due to your irresponsibility of this network
                          i am not going to pay the bill for this month
                          til you clear my grievance
                          this is for your information and necessary action

As I am user of Aircel telecom ([protected]) since last one year, based on your message of 23rd September 2016 in which they offered for 1 GB 3G internet data for 28 days but it’s got ended with two days only and when I established a contact to your company for same with being very rudely they ended my calls and looped my no on black listed so I could not have make any other connection to ask about the this adulteration. this pathetic service and harassed nature really irritates me again and again so you are requested to look into this and get rectification of my concern as expedite. also don't compel the consumer to take hard and unbearable action. hope with best result soon by your end.

                              I am a aircel prepaid user of Bihar Circle mobile number [protected] (Amarendra Nath Pathak) and I am writing this mail as I am fed up of the unwanted deduction from my Aircel Prepaid Account every now and then for some [censored] services when even I don't subscribe for it .

                              I received a message on 25th September 09:01 AM stating that "Thank you for choosing hot Bolly tit bits . You have been Rs 30/- for 30 days "

                              I did not even choose this service any time but every now and then you guys deduct money for theses stupid services . Its not the first time I am complaining about this deduction . Please stop sending such service messages and stop deducting money from the prepaid account .

                              Please stop this service immediately and refund my balance as soon as possible

                                I didn't activate the NDAIRPI2 service on my number. I received a call regarding whether I am interested in this service and I denied. Inspite of denying, this service for activated on my no. Even I tried to stop it, I was shown that I am not subscribed to any VAS services and hence was unable to deactivate it.

                                I lost around Rs14-16 in past 7-8 days. You are requested to pay me back the amount deducted from my account balance for the service, which I denied from taking.

                                  my number is [protected]. 6-7 days earlier even though i had aircel net balance while doing net my main balance was debited unauthorisedly Rs 76/-. this peculiar case had happened with me 3 times earlier. for assistance when i called 198 the aircel represntative told me since this is a bengal number we can not assist you instead he gave me a number to call which require main account balance.at that time i was so helpless that i hadeven no balance in my number to call that helpline number. today govt of India is planning to make roaming free number across India then what is the point that while I call 198 to lodge complain they are differenciating bengal and kolkata number. 198 is a tollfree number for lodging complain my question is whether is this my work to connect it to a bengal aircel helpdesk.

                                  We would like to inform you that balance got deducted Rs.75.60 on 9/13/2016 at 10:26:37 PM for using GPRS in 3G connectivity (usage 42.8703 mb and default charges 15p/10kb)(before balance Rs.75.70 & after balance Rs.0.10) after crossed free data balance then balance charged from MAIN account as per default charges of GPRS rate as 15paise/10KB. So charging found correct.

                                        i have received a Aircel postpaid sim on 21st June 2016, and activated the sim on the very same day. i was told that i will be charged from 21st to 21st of each month, then on 26th June 2016, i received a bill from 9th june 2016 to 26th june 2016, when i called Customer care executive to look into the matter, he was started blaming by saying that, ma'am, you have bought your sim on 9th june, 2016. i told him that there must be some confusion, please look into the matter but he was not even listening. i have also called that person from whom i have bought that sim, he was not responding me at all. I tried contacing them so many times but nobody was even ready to listen me. So i have already paid my all due bills, all i want is to get rid of this postpaid no. and never want to hear back that irritating voice of Aircel customer care executive.
