My name is rajeev kumar and father name ashok rajat living at satnarayan gali in muzaffarpur. My friend took my sim for 4 months. I trusted him but now i feel that my friend might misuse my sim. So i want call details for last 6 month.

As my frc plan i recieve 250 mb data per month. But i recieve data only first month. This month i didn't get my data.
I contacted with customer care but his behaviour is unacceptable.
They don't want to help me and disconnected my call. I felt very bad experiences with aircel in new aircel collection.
I think aircel cheat me.
Please give me my data balance 250 mb as plan.

I have recharge on 2nd Oct on mobile [protected] Rs 128/- for 1.5gb 3g data and Rs 300 /- for talk value 350 and Rs 34/- for rate cutter and i have used only up to 1.1gb 3g data and more than 200/- talk value balance in my mobile account but current time no data available and talk value is nil so please give me rest 500 mb data and my talk value immidieatly....

Hi Team,

Recently I converted my aircel number from postpaid to prepaid. For that, collected 733 rupees(postpaid bill amount Rs. 467+ 15 days postpaid charges + prepaid connection amount). I provided same proofs in aircel store.

Now it is converted to prepaid, but there is no outgoing facility. If I called, it is diverting to verification center and that people informs me like it will activate in 30 mins...same...

I am Vinothkumar I have an issue with my postpaid connection ([protected]), the outgoing call barring is on which I need to deactivate.
I have an issue in the billing where there are n number of value added services getting activated and my bill came up to 909 whereas my monthly rental is 250 only, but the value added services is more than 300 rupees.

Aircel distributer is not working properly and not reached timely at shop and customer new sim is not activated in last 5 days and not pic a phone. All my customers are very sirious for our new activation sim. Aircel distributer name is mr vinod i am not satisfy his sevice. Pls do needfull urgently

I initially had the below number as prepaid and your sales person convinced me in converting the same number to post-paid. Now the bills seems to be very high for which i had put up a request to change number back to prepaid. This request has not been adhered to till date.
