I have recharged my mobile on 13Oct16 for 15 stated that i will get [protected]@25p/min for 60 days, Regarding this i have checked against offer by dialing *121# and offer for my no and it stated the same and i recharged now i have got only for a week.
Regarding this i have talked to customer care no response from them.
I have mailed but they saying its only 7 days

1. I have checked and recharge iam attching the proof that i got when i checked from aircel service through *121#

2. When ever iam calling some number i am receiving iver anfer that only i am connecting to the call, through the ivr also it stated you will get minimum 30 days of guarentee. after this only i have recharged .

Today i have checked its showing 90 days, its special offer for me showing but they denying

    I received a message from aircel that 'rajsms63 service will be auto activated to stop this service sms stop in 59301' i sent a message but i received a message from aircel that 'no offer exist' and now money has been deducted and service has been auto renewed . I want my money back and stop this service.it has happened with me not one time but from many months and i dont even remember activating this service. Please take care of this issue and refund my money back as soon as possible.

      Sir, today i received a messageThank you for choosing Music Box Weekly at Rs 30.0. You have been charged Rs 30.0 for 7 days. and for that 30 rs were deducted...but i haven't activated any such scheme...i have called aircel customer care many times but they told me that they cannot refund balance...please deactivate that scheme and refund my 30rs balance

        Dear team, this is shakti prasad nayak and my mobile number is [protected]. i using aircel sim since last 3years but i m not satisfay on customer care. on 21 october 4:36pm 12 rupees deduction from my account. i called custumor care 5 times but always saying now system is down. u can call after 4 hours. pls solve my problem and return my balance otherwise i will reject aircel. never will use aircel sim. thanks.

        I have activated 3 R's internet pack few days back and getting deducted 3 rs everyday requested so many times with deactivation code but not able to stop this service. I have also tried to call up customer care service but could not get connected.

            As my frc plan i recieve 250 mb data per month. But i recieve data only first month. This month i didn't get my data.
            I contacted with customer care but his behaviour is unacceptable.
            They don't want to help me and disconnected my call. I felt very bad experiences with aircel in new aircel collection.
            I think aircel cheat me.
            Please give me my data balance 250 mb as plan.

              Sir/madam
              I recharged with 175rs data benefit plan on 2nd october ony no.[protected] i got message from aircel that 1 gb data day validity 28 days and 1 gb data night validity 7nights (screenshot of same is attached for your reference) but on 23rd october rs 15 & rs 140 was deducted from my main balance on account of data usage which was informed to me by your customers care executive and further added that validity is of 21 days and not 28, i had around 200 mb data left to my credit, i don't understand how come u deduct balance from my account on 22nd day when u promised a validity of 28 days, i want my balance refunded also the data benefit left in my account asap. i am not unable to use data on my phone due to the same.
              Please look into the same and arrange to refund my wrongly deducted balance and left data benefit at earliest.

              Even after having valid documentary evidence Aircel is not waiving the wrongful balance deducted by them, they are just letting the issue hang so eventually I would get tired and they don't have to waive the balance, I received a mail from care.[protected]@aircel.co.in that the deduction was valid as validity is 21 days not 28 days, even after sending the screenshot of the message received from Aircel they are not admitting their fault and I don't understand how long one has to wait after posting a valid complaint with valid evidence,

              As per system check, your service class was showing "8518_BASE_2.5p" (benefit:- Local calls 2.5p/Sec, STD calls 2.5p/Sec, Landline calls L/N 3p/sec SMS :-local Re1, National Rs 1.5, International Rs 5) & you recharge with PI PACK-175 benefit:-(get 1 GB Day 3G data for 21 days + 1 GB Night 3G data for 7 days).

              As per CDR your balance got deducted Rs.157.80 for used GPRS in 3G connectivity from 10/23/2016 at 10:57 to 10/23/2016 at 18:28 (usage 9.121 MB as per default charges 15p/10KB), before balance Rs.17.84 & after balance Rs.0.04 on that time GPRS pack & GPRS balance was not available in your number that's why balance got deducted from main account.

              So charging found correct & you are not eligible for waiver.

                I have recharge on 2nd Oct on mobile [protected] Rs 128/- for 1.5gb 3g data and Rs 300 /- for talk value 350 and Rs 34/- for rate cutter and i have used only up to 1.1gb 3g data and more than 200/- talk value balance in my mobile account but current time no data available and talk value is nil so please give me rest 500 mb data and my talk value immidieatly.

                      This is Asif My mobile no is [protected] last 2 months i am getting unwanted SMS
                      per day 250 sms from Aircel and Balance Deduction on those SMS . One day call to customer care i complained they told me this free of cost i told him to close these SMS . They always told me that this service will be closed in 10 days, I

                      I have called 5 times to Customer Care but they are not closing, Always they are saying now it will close, so many excuses telling to me like server is down, call after some time.

                      I am looking to this Solution.

                        Hi Team,

                        Recently I converted my aircel number from postpaid to prepaid. For that, collected 733 rupees(postpaid bill amount Rs. 467+ 15 days postpaid charges + prepaid connection amount). I provided same proofs in aircel store.

                        Now it is converted to prepaid, but there is no outgoing facility. If I called, it is diverting to verification center and that people informs me like it will activate in 30 mins...same word from last 3 days.

                        At last, supervisor informing me like please contact aircel store.

                        I need below clarification and need connection immediately.
                        1) why it is still in pending status as I provided the same proofs which I provided for postpaid.
                        2) If postpaid, you people will come to our offices, collect the proofs..and do the process..Now I provided all correctly by going directly to aircel store. Still why should i go aircel store without my mistake.
                        3) Are you people treating, prepaid users are beggars to come by leaving his/her own works.

                          I am Vinothkumar I have an issue with my postpaid connection ([protected]), the outgoing call barring is on which I need to deactivate.
                          I have an issue in the billing where there are n number of value added services getting activated and my bill came up to 909 whereas my monthly rental is 250 only, but the value added services is more than 300 rupees.
                          I just want to deactivate all of these value added services and i also need to get waiver in my bill on these things.

                          I went to aircel store and they said these value added services will get activated when we use aircel data, without any notification these value added services gets activated. More over due to some issue the out going call barring in on for my number so i was unable to stop these services.

                          These service are charged more than my monthly rent, without my knowledge these services got activated. I have 3 more post paid connection in my name from aircel for my family i almost faced the same problem in all my numbers.

                          The complaint number which i raise in aircel store 1-[protected]. I have been said from the store that i need to be careful while using aircel internet as there are many third party pop ups will be coming which i should now click which i activate the value added services which is not the case with other service providers like (airtel, vodafone etc). The call barring is on without my knowlege and to activate it i again need to call the verification department to activate it.

                            I have recharged my mobile number from aircel website, recharge amount is Rs. 279 for data package. When i use my data my talk value is been deducted. I even called customer support but no proper response. They have put my call on hold. Attached is my screenshot showing my data balance with no data validity. If my talkvalue gets deducted everytime when i use internet on my mobile. What is use of the recharge. Worst customer support team. They just provide with complaint numbers but doesnt get resolved.

                            I have done a recharge of rs 279 from aircel website on my mobile number [protected] dated 17/10/2016 for data usage recharge. But now when i checked my data usage n validity balance on *111*99# it showed i have data balance but no data validity. Now whenever i use my data my talktime value gets deducted. The recharge validity is for 21 days. But now when i checked my data validity its nil. Even tried calling customer care but there was no proper response from them. They have put my call on hold. Kindly provide me a refund.

                                Myself Subhashis Das. Just yesterday evening at 7.00 pm Rs.45 had been deducted automatically from my aircel number. There was no value added services was activated and no out going call was made. After that I did call to complaint help line no 198, but they cant help me. After that I tried several time to contact with them, but no response was given by them. After tried many time, some of one Customer Service Executive name as Biwsajit Bairagi attend my call and told me that "please call after 24 hours, so we can provide you the details about your balance deduction". Now today when I did call to customer care, they can't help me and said me that call tomorrow at 8 am. This type of incident was happens previously with me, but I ignore that. But now again its happen with me. In our family we used 4 aircel sim and balance had been deducted from no.[protected]. If I will not get my money back within 24 hour, then I will port all the aircel no. to another service or I will destroy all the aircel numbers and post this incident to all the networking site like Facebook, twitter, whats app and tell to each & everyone along with my friends that aircel start cheating with there customers. Take necessary steps to solve my problem. I hope I will get back my money return.
