Hi,
Myself Subhashis Das. Just yesterday evening at 7.00 pm Rs.45 had been deducted automatically from my aircel number. There was no value added services was activated and no out going call was made. After that I did call to complaint help line no 198, but they cant help me. After that I tried several time to contact with them, but no response was given by them. After tried many time, some of one Customer Service Executive name as Biwsajit Bairagi attend my call and told me that "please call after 24 hours, so we can provide you the details about your balance deduction". Now today when I did call to customer care, they can't help me and said me that call tomorrow at 8 am. This type of incident was happens previously with me, but I ignore that. But now again its happen with me. In our family we used 4 aircel sim and balance had been deducted from no.[protected]. If I will not get my money back within 24 hour, then I will port all the aircel no. to another service or I will destroy all the aircel numbers and post this incident to all the networking site like Facebook, twitter, whats app and tell to each & everyone along with my friends that aircel start cheating with there customers. Take necessary steps to solve my problem. I hope I will get back my money return.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Subhashis Da,
We would like to inform you that you have recharged with RC-61 on[protected] at 20:31 (benefit:-Loc Mobile calls 1.2p/2s, STD mobile calls 1.5p/sec for 56 days + DATA 100 MB 2G/3G for 5 Days).
As per CDR, balance got deducted Rs.45.00 for making outgoing ISD call to this (sample number:-336400#####, SLAB_6-MO, call charge Rs.45/min) on[protected] at 19:07, call duration 10 sec, before balance Rs.51.01 and after balance Rs.6.01. So, charging found correct & no waiver applicable in this regard.
