    Deduction date and time- 2nd sept, 2016 between 9-10 pm
    Valid Aircel number- [protected]
    I was trying to install a app using aircel 3g on 2nd sept, 2016 .But
    only after 7mb download my balance became nil from Rs 118. I need
    refund of my money as price of 7mb is not 118 rupees. I sent several mails to customer care but they refused to refund . But 7 mb data cannot cost 118 rupee and therefore i should be refunded.

      I am prashansa mehrotra from lucknow.and my phone no is [protected].i am very disappointed with aircel service.there is issue of balance deduction whenever I recharge my phone yesterday I recharge with 70 rs full talk time.and from that time your company start deducting my balance for the non sense services which I have never activated loke upsms2 or etc.plz look into the matter. This is my last recharge with your company after that I will change my number.

        Additional services have been getting activated on my father's cellphone [ [protected]] and more than Rs 500/- have been deducted till now. Spoke to customer care and deactivated service once when Rs 220/- was deducted (no refund though) and then again the same thing followed. Every time speaking to customer care is violent, the customer care representative is rude and does not files a complaint. I am sure it is not just me facing this issue. Please take some action against them.

              Dear Worst Aircel

              On[protected] while searching a rate cutters -the messages clearly says 90 days 1.2 ps 2 per second - i had activated my no [protected]. Afterwards 1st 2 mins 2ps per second. Why it happened all the times.

              (First says the terms and conditions) why it says after activating.

              I am calling for this reason, the customer care says rent for 2 mins. She told that first confirm and activate.

              I am not using the any currency from the date of aircel fraud rate cutters activated.

              This is nonsense

                    I was a regular customer of aircel but in the month of June'16, i got a bill of Rs. 3000+ stating that the charges are due to data usages. I was really shocked, as my plan was unlimited data with credit limit of Rs. 700/- but how come the bill amount be so much (almost morethan 4 times of my credit limit). i had complained the same with aircel customer care and aircel appelate authority and also raised the same with consumer forum. Inspite of the above, sudderenly all of my friends and relatives are getting call from a mobile no on 17/09/2016 claiming that she is from aircel and you please make the payment on behalf of this particular customer as he has directed us to collect from you (whereas i never ever did so). It is really very shamefull for aircel to call my friends/relatives without my permission. More ever while calling to aircel customer care regarding such incident, they are saying we don't have any such information. We can't do anything on this right now but we will note it, our backend team will check on this.

                      I have registered for the ircell postpaid services almost ten months back, During the enrollement they have told me that the basic plan is 199, Which includes one GB of 3G data and some local and STD calls for free. If I exceed the limit i have to pay extra based on the usage, Tariff details.

                      I use to receive higher bills almost all of the time even tough i dont use my mobile. When ever i called them to know the reason they use to say that i was subscribed to thee Value added services. I take it on a lie note and requested them to take away all of the services and they did it, On the next month they charge me around 700 saying that i use the data in roaming, Tough its a very steep billing for my usage i aggreed and paid the bill.

                      Recently I got my August bill which is amounts to 447Rs. n this month i hace completely stopped using my mobile data aswell as calls, As got wifi and free STD and local calls for the internet connection. I was surprised to see the bill, so i called Aircel customer care to know what is happening. They replied me that Aircel have reviced the planes and now i am in 299 plan which i was not opted for at first place and without any intimation and a formal approval from myside they have changed my plan and started charging me extra. When i told them that i dont know that my basic plan has been changed, they informed me that they have send a SSM and a notification to intimate me. I pardent to differ with there side, Cus they might have send me the notification but i never accepted nor given any formal approval for my base plan changes.

                      After having a call they are telling me that i dont have any othe option than to pay the bill. This is a clear case of cheatting where Aircel ha commited a crime of not providng enough informatoin before changing my plane to higher value and demanding to pay me the bill. Even if it is with in the clause business rules. I would like to know if Aircel changes it plan to one thousand do everone have to pay the bil amount without raising any concern.

                      No one have informed me that Aircell has right to change the palne without my approval, not the saleman, nor te customer service team. I request you to address this issue, cus it is not about changing my basic plan it is about how they are misleading customers by hiding informatoin and changing customer more by upgrading them to higher value services withut any approval from him. Acording to me they have chagred me an extra amount without my knowledge and to continue my services i have to pay it from now. As they have donee this withut my knowledge i consider this as a robbery.

My call rate is aircel to aircel -10p, but today after a call of 1hour I have seen that it was debited 49 rs from my main account, whether the deduction should be maximum 6rs.                               At 2nd September my mnp completed. But till now I'm can't receive any call even I can't send any sms. When I call at this no reply with NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST. but how can be this though outgoing call can be done with same no.

                              I contacted customer care they told there is no issue and suggested to replace the sim. So I went to aircel store to change, they told me that within 24 services will activated but today 16 September till now issue remain as it was.

                                  Aircel has Unlimited Internet for the day @Rs9/day for 28 days. As per the description this plan should renew(activate) automatically at the beginning if the day i.e at exactly 12.00AM

                                  I activated this service on 15/09/2016 at 6:45 AM. I got a confirmation message from Aircel. Then I used nearly 80-90 MB till 11.59 AM. I had nearly 29.52 Rs balance. So for the next day as per the plan it should have been renewed at 12.00AM but till 1.39 AM and in between those time Aircel deducted 29Rs from my balance for the data usage.

                                  Morning I called the customer service for the clarification, as it was clearly a glitch from Aircel. When I explained the problem She told they don't have unlimited plan for Rs9, But I told I have a screenshot of the plan as proof . As she wasn't capable and doesn't understand the problem I asked her to transfer the call to supervisor to which she agreed. But after sometime call get disconnected. I called the customer service again and again but there was no response from them.

                                  I want my money back. I have screenshot of the plan and recording with the Customer service as proof.

                                    I have activated 3G-3GB plan.
                                    Today i just asked to deactivate my Internet service. But the customer care guy said i have to wait for 24 hours without using the Internet. then only they can deactivate. But they will charge for that 24hrs without using Internet.

                                    What is the point to not deactivate as per customer request.
                                    Why should i pay for 1 day service cast even i haven't utilized the Internet.

                                    If i ask this they are saying it is a procedure. for thier procedure why should i pay.
                                    Deactivate my internet or i will close my connection and i will move to other network. Since i am using aircel for 10yrs if you aircel doing like this why should i go with this.

                                        Sir my mob no [protected] first tm I purchased sim and my balance has been cut rs20 when I talked to the customer care ask for refund they told u has been charged for beauty pack.i do not know but charged tum log mahachor ho now I am going to consumer court .It is not matter of money but it is shows tum log aise nhi manoge let us see now$$$$$$$/////
