Dear official,

On 12.10.16 at around 3:45 pm i saw from my existing balance became 0.13 from rs.83.13 (Approx).

Tried to contact customer service as well as complaint service several times but aircel customer service after informing heavy rush in their customer service line getting disconnected automatically. Aircel should ask for waiting to contact customer care representative. But not doing the same they disconnecting the line. Even more they are giving a sms option (Help to 121);but this option do not have any provision to lodge complain to resolve.

As per their attitude it is quite obvious that they have illegally debited my account balance & from your forum asking aircel to refund my debited amount.

Moreover i am not able to see my balance data & data validity through any of their option. Everytime it is showing that there is connection problem or invalid mmi code. Such a way they are not showing tranperancy about their provided service. Even more i am not able to see promo card validity from mobile also. So, it is understood that this is the way of chitting with the customer.

Seeking your kind intervention to refund the deducted amount as well as to get transparent service from aircel.

We would like to inform you that you can check your data balance by dialing *121*911#. Further, as per CDR balance of Rs.86.39 got deducted for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 10/12/2016 at 15:11 PM. At that time GPRS pack & GPRS balance not available in your account hence, you have been charged from DA & main account. So, charging found correct & no waiver applicable in this regard.

There is unnecessary deduction of 15 ruppes from my account even I didn't subscribe for that..First they deducted 2 ruppes daily on basis of Internet after deactivating that...they started deducted from Jokes and health service...and keep sending pathetic jokes and health tips and much more and there what to say about there customer care service is all day long busy from last two day I m trying it kept on busy...

      I" Using AIRCEL ...Actually i have already complaint abt not receiving incoming calls...for the past three months...now unable to send messages also... when i complained them 3months back...they called up and requested for 3months time to increase the cell tower signal strength or erect a new tower...itz almost 3months over...now along with calling problems( call dropping and call not receiving) messages also not sent...i don't know for what big. deal...they have this service...really fed up with their service...

          Dear aircel,

          I have aircel postpaid connection and i want to deactivate because of my area tower problem. I have taken before 4 months in chennai now i am in native. I went my nearest aircel office they wont accept my request because that is chennai number, at present i wont able to come in chennai to activate the sim for this type of reason, please take my request as soon as possible to deactivate my sims. I bought cug number is [protected] and [protected], so please deactivate immediately as soon as possible.

            Hi, I am looking for the Refund amount for the excess debit on my credit card payment which happened due to network issue during the payment process.
            My Aircel postpaid no : [protected] (Chennai circle) has been surrendered last year as I shifted to home city(Assam).
            There was an unbilled amount of Rs 106/, while paying due to network issue I had to attempt 3 times (via credit card)to get the payment successful message. When I get the credit card bill, than I come to know about the excess debit which was clearly showing in the computer system of Aircel customer care point(Mangaldai) too during my verification.
            As per their suggestion I mailed to ([protected]@aircel.co.in /[protected]@aircel.co.in) and they replied to refund the amount within 45-60 days. But I have not received any reply after completion of 60 days. I tried to contact many times to customer care but every time they used to give new service request number on against my queries.
            Now they have sent the earlier mail again stating that the refund will be paid within 45-60 days.
            I have attached the mail communication pic for ref. Please help and guide me to get my money back!

              I get this message daily that pjbrc8 renewal failed due to insufficient balance. I want it deactivated now!!

              Thank god i have insufficient balance otherwise i would have been bankrupt. Why are you guys not giving us options to deactivate it? I've tried all the codes mentioned online. None work. So it's my humble request that you deactivate this at the earliest.

                  I am using Aircel since 8 years and have never faced this kind of humiliation.
                  I have raised a complaint regarding the poor network service provided by Aircel on 9th Oct. A ticket with ticket number 1-[protected] is sent to my mobile.
                  Next day i.e.., on 10 Oct, an executive called me and informed that an engineer would visit my place to resolve the problem. I waited the entire day for the engineer to come but in vain. I waited for 2 more days and have written to the appellate authority of aircel explaining my grievance. But I did not get any reply from them too. Suddenly on 13 Oct, I received a message from Aircel saying that the issue is being resolved. I took the pains of calling the customer care to enquire about what had happened with the issue. I told the customer care executive that no engineer turned up and the issue is still prevalant. The executive as usually in a rude manner said that the engineer did call me but the call did not connect. The fact of the matter is that I have raised request to resolve the network issue, and have given my house address. The fact that the engineers call did not get connected proves my complaint and the Aircel team is expected to give few more trials to reach me, instead the closed the issue without even confirming from me about the issue and the disrespectful conversations by the executives is an additional bonus. I request to forward my complaint to Aircel and resolve my issue as early as possible. Thank you.

                    They eat away my balance which is i recharge on 13 of oct n most important thing is that i all ready contact the costumes service they sait that it will last for 14days but only oneday also is not working what do they think about my money...                       For the past, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by AIRCEL. just stop this. My no. [protected]

                        My aircel sim card is locked because of filling wrong pin 3 times.
                        Now the sim is asking for puk code which i don't have.
                        So, i want you to please send the puk code of number: [protected] to my email: [protected]@gmx.com.
                        I will be highly thankful to you if you respond to my message fast.

                        Now it is not working. even if i restart it then also it is asking for puk code.
                        I have not yet tried to enter puk code because if i enter it wrong quite a number of 10 times then the sim will be locked permanently.
                        So, i have come here to you to get the puk code for which i may get my problem resolved.

                        Sir, please help me and tell me the puk code of this mobile number: [protected]. i have not yet registered onto aircel. if i may have registered onto aircel main site then i can get that puk code.

                        I am helpless and that you can give me the code and make me happy.
                        I think that the sim has a total of around 90+ rupees and less than 100.

We would also like to inform you that we have checked with the concerned team about the promotion of Rs.15 as they didn’t promoted any such offer. It would be a great If you can share the snapshot of the sms which you have received from us.

                          Further to this concern, we have checked your account and found that a value added service –Voice blog was renewed on 11th Oct’16 and the same was activated on 29th Sep’16 through an outbound call based on your consent for which Rs.10 got debited.                             i have recharged my aircel number [protected] through paytm of rs. 209 on dated[protected] and my paytm order no. is #[protected], and operator reference no. is #KOR[protected].

                            The above recharge is displayed as special recharge in which company displayed a talk time value of rs. 230 and the validity of the recharge is 42 days on both at paytm web site and also at AIRCEL web site.

                            but regret to say that neither aircel credit the amount to my number nor paytm do any job or take response for the same.

                              On 10th october i received a call from aircel company..the number starts with +91140... everytime i rejected the call but still it called me..and when i was fade up with that call, i took the call and kept the phone at the time of calling..but when i looked at my phone i saw that rs.35 was deducted for unknown services..which i don't want..and after that i tried so hard to reach your customer care representive but i failed..please i need my money back..

                                I'm using Aircel network for almost more than 5 months.. I was using postpaid plan of Rs. 199 and still... I'll get my bill for a month on every 28th and will get a due date till 11th.. Whenever i cross the plan limit, i'll get intimation message before crossing it.. but last month i didnt get any intimation message for over usage of net balance and call service.. They sent me a bill of Rs.639 and after 3 days, before my due date, they stopped my number's service..and today, i received bill amount of Rs. 808.433.. It's their negligence for not sending prior intimation for over usage.. I cannot pay such amount.. Take necessary action as soon as possible...

                                    This is about the number [protected]. When i was coming from chennnai on 11.10.2016. I search for roaming pack for 1 day. I dialed *121# for that and i choose 1 day roaming pack and it is written 5/day for roaming pack and when i activated it.. The msg came that enjoy 20mb data for 1 day. I thaought it will be an extra benefit and leave it but at that time i got a call frim someone and still my balance has been detected. Give this company an ultinmatum about their value added and condemn my balance.

                                      Aircel has a net pack of 175 for kolkata region with 1 gb for day validity 28 days and 1 gb for night validity 7 days, it means after 7 days i cant use data at night after 7 and if i do they will deduct balance from main account, first of all it is falsely marketed and night data should always be addittional benefit, this is a misleading pack to extort money from customers. I want my deducted balace back as it is a false practice from the company to misleading the customer by offering such a pack. Morever when i talked to their senior customer executive samanta ray he informed me that i used the said 1 gb data for night and he has the details whereas i am more than sure that i have not used more than 700 mb including day usage, which is also reflected in my handset data usage stats. Basically they also manipulate the data usage stats and give false information to customers about thier usage and wrongfully deduct balance. I want strict action against such false practices and policy by the company.

                                      Your reply makes no sense, i complained about the data pack and that i was falsely reported about my data usage, night data balance should always be additional benefit, most of the retailers are not even aware that it is not an additional benefit and it is being falsely marketed. Further, 1 month back same pack had no day night funda and suddenly you guys have changed it to such an illogical benefit plan where one cannot use data at night after 7 days. Aircel does not even go through the entire complain or try to understand customer concern, they have their pre scripted replies to complains which fails to resolve the greviances of the customer, if your net benefit plans has flaws and it is being wrongly marketed or misunderstood then company should take sufficient step to stop the same and reimburse the customers money or if company does otherwise it prooves their false practices and tactic to loot the customer money by wrong means. If complaints on consumer forum is also not taken seriously or properly addressed then there is no need for such platform.

                                      I am awaiting any action from your end no official action is taken for the same, neither I was refunded any money to my account nor receive any reply from your side.please revert and further I recharged with 175rs data benefit plan on 2nd October ony no.7686049175 I got message from Aircel that 1 gb data day validity 28 days and 1 gb data night validity 7nights (screenshot of same is attached for your reference) but on 23rd October rs 15 & rs 140 was deducted from my main balance on account of data usage which was informed to me by your customers care executive and further added that validity is of 21 days and not 28, I had around 200 mb data left to my credit, I don't understand how come u deduct balance from my account on 22nd day when u promised a validity of 28 days, I want my balance refunded also the data benefit left in my account asap. I am not unable to use data on my phone due to the same.
                                      Please look into the same and arrange to refund my wrongly deducted balance and left data benefit at earliest.
