Rs.20 have been deducte from my account on 17 september 2016 around 2 Pm. i have not subscribed to any services and this is not the first time such unauthorized charges are being deducted.
i called the customer service and it says ..all our agents are busy please try again later since 7 days.

last time one customer care lady told me refund was not possible.but the same refund was initiated by another customer care agent. this shows lack of responsibility of some of the customer care executives.

i want my refund..as soon as possible.

        Dear Aircel,

        This is sankar, writing from chennai, i am using aircel postpaid number [protected] for more than a year, my last statement has VAS charges for amount 196.66 which i didn't use, moreover for the month of jun-jul-2016 bill the same VAS charged, i called customer care for the reason, they told it was subscribed, after multiple arguments i agreed to pay the bill and to stop the VAS permanently, they told they done it, but again it happend on the bill of jul-aug-2016, again i called customer care they told that wasn't stopped permanently, meanwhile time every 2 to 3 days i am checking that anything subscribed under VAS in my mobile app, it shown nothing, then why i pay the bill that is y i didn't pay the bill, request to take the action to reduce the amount in upcoming bill & stop the VAS permanently.

          They are messaging me that i have some offers in my number but after recharging they are not giving the specified offer. While contacting the costumer care thye are ignoring.             My aircel postpaid bill gets increase 539 suddenly, from 268 rs.last 10 days am not used in this month. With out any intimation they charged, i cant pay this much of amount. Kindly take serious concern. Do needful to reduce my bill.[protected]. Not prior inform they told my plan gets increase from 200 to 299rs. Internet am using only on my reliance gio this month. But they told limit crossed. But for that conformation message i wont get from aircel. Kindly revise my bill amount

            This is saravanan from chennai.My aircel bill this month comes 537 rs.Instead of my normal 250 rs bill.For this no [protected].So pls kindly do needful to normalize my bill amount.Last 10 days am using reliance gio network only.But they charging high amount.I cant pay this much of amount.Better release me from aircel network.

                    My sim card numbered[protected] was deactivated due to zero usage, recently when I wanted to use it for some urgent work the sim card was deactivated when I mailed them this issue they asked me to submit my Age proof and Address proof at Aircel store... I have submitted it 3 weeks ago in Aircel store (Talvade road, Chikhli, Pune Branch) ... But the service hasn't resumed yet... Please enquire this matter and reactivate my Sim card ASAP . I need it urgent before September end...

                      I have raised a complain since one month on my number [protected]
                      That my balance is being deducted as soon as i recharge - by stating the fact sms cost rs 5. And it keeps happening every 05 minutes.
                      And i am not able to use my number because of it.
                      I have reached to the complain team so many times but they always say the fact our systems are not working right now.
                      And they on hold for 30 minutes.
                      I opted to port my number but then i received a call fromaircel stating everything is sorted on my number.
                      But as soon as recharged my phone it started again. I have been harssed mentally and financially by these false information and faced various issues due to lack of functioning on my phone. I would like to erase a serious complain against the incompetent services

                          This is 4th time when I face this type of problem. A message came from DD-AIRCEL that "Your Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 35.0 is auto-renewed for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223. For your special offer dial 50000!!Toll Free!!" I had called customer care executives several times and spoke to them but they refuses to resolve my problem.
                          Although I have already registered for DND but also this type of services are activated in my mobile.
                          Please fully block these type of services from my Number. Also refund my amount which was deducted earlier for the very same.

                              My mobile number is [protected], i am using this number in post paid for more than a year, when i have started the postpaid they provided me with 3g smart plan 199 with 1gb 3g and post 1 gb i will get unlimited 2g, after few month i have got an esms stating that my rental have been revised from 199 to 249 with the same benifit. Last monthi have received another sms that again my plan have been revised to 299 with unlimited internet. But last month i have changed to 2g data, when i rang up the custoerm care they said i have only 1 gb of free data, but i received an sms as unlimited internet. Aircel have updated my plan without my knowledge i have update my email address with them atleast they would have sent an email with the updated pricing but without my knowledge they have upgraded my plan and they want me to pay the amount..

I was submitted in my request for migrating the service of post paid to pre paid (Due to unauthorised charges of your network bills) in three months before but they are answering in my requestation till date. If i was directly approch this company they are telling the answer like this we send your requestation to the head office they will answer to you. And they said three times they are calling from the head office to your cell number they are not able to contact through the cell. So it is not possible migrate the service from postpaid to prepaid service. So please consider my complaint for my requstation.
