Hello sir/madam,

I am using aircel postpaid connection for past 4 years. I will be traveling outside india, i would like to convert my postpaid to prepaid connection. So i approached abc cells 691, sathy road, opp lotus agencies, erode, tamil nadu 638003 to process on the same. But they said it is not possible to convert from aircel postpaid to prepaid connection, so please convert your number to other network connections.

I am not happy to receive such comment as i tried to retain on the same network.
Pfa receipt bill when i got a connection for postpaid. Rs.350 (In this 250 refundable). Please take appropriate actions and consider my request. Thanks.

    Today i found that my sim is showing as deactivated then i call to your customer support team that time the lady was saying that your number is active however this is updated with the wrong details, account is updated with someone others name not as my name (Anil kumar pal), i am using this no. ([protected]) from last 5-6 years, team please updated it as soon possible with my name & address, rest of the details if your want so i'll be able to tell you but please resolve this major concern as soon as possible, i don't why your system is not updated from last 5-6 years, i remember i purchased this sim with my details how can is this possible that sim can be updated with someone others details.

      I initially had the below number as prepaid and your sales person convinced me in converting the same number to post-paid. Now the bills seems to be very high for which i had put up a request to change number back to prepaid. This request has not been adhered to till date. Moreover they asked me not to use this sim for next 10 days by which time they will change to prepaid. It is almost 2 weeks now and still suffering without a connectivity. Shiny roy.

        After a day i tried to deactivate by given ussd codes, but iam unable to deactivate this.
        Daily my balance is renewed for that offer.

            Aircel has gone wild in deduction balance suddenly around 30rs was deducted my number [protected] and when i contacted customer care MR Arghya Deb said it was for VAS which i activated though my mobile was switched off how it could be done he can not explained(activating VAS while connection not used)

            now comes the appellate authority the most careless people
            Mr. Rajan Nayyar [protected] did not even bothered to pick the call and and reply this is the kind of service that you will bound to get if you are taking connection from AIRCEL

                I have recharged my mobile number with 124 that have plans of 16000 std and local seconds. But it is not working.                   There are last two times when little amount is deducted every time
                  from my mail balance with the reason given by your customer care
                  executive that deduction is due to down load of wall paper. But I am
                  have not download any wall paper from the internet.

                  This is not fair business practice to deduct the balances from
                  customerr main balance. this will effect your dignity and reputation
                  of your company.

                    Due to financial issue, i couldn't continue service with Aircel Postpaid connection. I have paid extra money with this bill cycle.

                    Please help to Convert my existing Aircel Postpaid Connection to Aircel PREPAID at the earliest.

                    Also i gave request letter for the same to my nearest Aircel Postpaid Show Room ( Millennium Aircel Dharmapuri)

                    Note : Attached the photostat copy of request letter, Photo ID Proof and Aircel SF form. Also attached the acknowledgement received from Millennium Aircel Dharmapuri.

                    Please do the needfull at the earliest and this will help me really lot :)

                                  Aircel is one of the worst mobile operator running in india. 2 days ago i activated an aircel ₹6 calling pack for one day.
