Dear sir,
My number is [protected]. Today when i browsing, automatically a new webpage opened and it says thanks for subscription aircel service likewise after that 25rs was deducted from my main account balance. And i receive one confirmation message from aircel below is the message. "thank you for subscribing to all channel tv month pack. You have been charged rs. 25.0 for 5 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges.. For your special offer dial 50000!! Toll free!!". I don't want that service please deactivate that service and kindly refund my money.

    Poor customer service, we are trying to contact customer care executives but it is impossible only the computer is speaking and asking us to press no. does aircell deals with human or computers? IVR is needed but for clearing Problems how does it understand our Problems.

    I mailed to Care.[protected]@aircel.co.in but they only replayed with automatic response...I need proper replay That should be form a human not form Computer... Below i mention the the mails i send to customer care and their replay.

    i am trying to contact customer care but your IVR does not connecting me customer care person
    I have never activated any caller tune. but caller tune is been activated and my money was gone, and on 29/09/16 and it request was accepted and the I recharged for Rs. 150 full talk time. Now once again one songs is been playing as caller tune and my balance was reduced.

    Please contact me. call me and rectify my issues. Please ask tamil speaking customer care executive to call back me.

      2 rs. Per day is getting deducted from my aircel no my no. Is [protected] and i am getting a sms daily which is written NDAIRPI2 has been renewed.
      Neither i activate this service nor i am able to talk to customer care they always tell our customer executives are busy
      Now i am regretting why did i recharge on this no and why i bought aircel sim
      I am using airtel since 2009 and till now they did not deduct a single paisa to activate VAS

              I will not pay for the services that are not used by me. Kindly clear all these charges so that I can pay the real amount that I have used.

              moreover even after porting my number to Vodafone they are sending me bill and have again added vas charges .i had Internet pack and I never asked them to deactivate it still without my knowledge there have deactivated the Internet pack and have added extra Internet charges

                i recharged my account with rs.100 talktime along with rc.35 stating that 15p/m day before yesterday. But even after topup the ratecutter is not been activated and my talktime reduced rapidly. This is not the first time such a thing is happening. I hv been recharging ratecutters 10 days once thinking it has expored..but came to know its been never activated . Only money is getting snatched sir..

                    My name is Brajesh Kumar Singh. I was using a aircel sim No [protected] which I have surrendered in the month of March 2016 and paid whatever was the last outstanding bill. At the time of surrendering the sim I request the aircel official at Bahu Plaza Jammu to adjust the last bill from my security deposit of Rs. 250. But they told that this can't be done, you pay your bill and you will get the security refund by cheque which we will sent to your address. More than six months has passed, but nothing has been done from Aircel. I have personally visited the Bahu Plaza Jammu office three times. But every time they say that it will take some time.

                          Customer care called up and said being prized customer i have received some this and that offers. he said i dont have to recharge anything and just have to maintain some balance and asked me just to listen about the offers..i allowed him to continue his chatter and at last said i am not interested in any offers. after that.. they deducted from my main balance without any confirming messages... when i called up the customer care as usual their server stopped working when serious customer calls up. i just wish i could port my number to other network hassle free... i would not recommend this network any one. worse network and even worst service!!

                          and near about rs 80 was deductated.

                            I faced an arrogant behavior from an employee in authorised aircel showroom. He is playing is playing jokes on me, a customer. He tried to cheat me even.
                            I want complain on him.
                            Actually i went to a nearby aircel office to get my number reactivated and asked whether i will get any balance since i had to pay 100 rupees for the same. He replied " yes how much do u want - one thousand! Seriously.." Then i questined his arrogance he said he said he is joking(with serious face). Then again he asked for hundred rupees for reactivation and definitely i will be getting balance from back end. When asked another employee i confirmed that he is lieing.

                                What is happening with aircel? This is 3rd time my money has been deducted from my balance without my concern within 3months. Raised complaints, sent 4 mails, still no response. Even though i did not subscribe for video parlor (Rs.49), i tried unsubscribing it, by sending sms to 155223. For that i received an sms that “you are not subscribed to any vas service”. After 7days, again they auto renewed it and took another rs.49. Raised so many complaints, no use at all.
                                Really frustrated with aircel.
                                I need refund of rs.98.
                                Immediate action required.
                                Is this the way you treat a customer who has been with aircel for around 6yrs?
                                “so many of my colleagues also facing the same problem and we are planning to switch network unless otherwise you take necessary steps and refund it”

                                Around 3times I raised complaints to Appellate authority for the same problem.

                                Still, NO STEPS TAKEN TO RESOLVE AND NO RESPONSE from your end.

                                On Sep 21, 3.47PM, I got a message "Thank you for choosing VIDEO PARLOR you have been CHARGED Rs.49 for 7days" - which I have not subscribed.

                                Even so, i sent an SMS STOP to 155223, for that I got an reply "You are NOT SUBSCRIBED to Any VAS Service"

                                So I raised a complaint mail to both [protected]@aircel.co.in & appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in.
                                NO RESPONSE so far.

                                Again today Sep 27, 4.27PM, I received a message "Your video parlor at Rs.49 for 7days has been RENEWED "

                                Again Rs.49 has been taken from my account. But this time I can unsubscribe it.

                                I faced the same problem 2 months back, money deduction from main balance without my knowledge for something which I have not done.

                                DO I HAVE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT EVERYDAY?

                                "I NEED A REFUND"

                                IF YOU AGAIN DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SILLY REASONS, me & my colleagues will SURELY SWITCH NETWORK TO SOME OTHER SERVICES.

                                IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN WITH AIRCEL FOR MORE THAN 6YRS ?????????

                                        Finally they called but not to solve problem but to tell that i cant help u.
                                        I got a call from aircel, caller ask me that whether i want to deactivate the tariff, on which i told him that yes deactivate but refund my remaining balance as it is solely your fault. Hearing this he simply told we cant refund even though its their fault. Aircel is a fraud company, dont ever trust.

                                        Yesterday I Got a call from aircel office New Delhi ([protected]). Person calling finally deactivated my rs 99 tariff and promised to refund rs 60 in my main account within 4-5 hours. But its about 24 hours and i didnt get my refund. And these guys are disconnecting phone also. How can they cheat theirs customers like this. They must be banned. The are fake and cheaters

                                        Looks like aircel company is so poor that they have no good server and good technical facilities. Every day they are facing technical issues. Today again i got a call from aircel office ([protected]) he told me that yesterday we were facing some technical issue thats why we were not able to refund you but it will be done today before 8 pm. Its about 9 pm and i didnt get my refund. Why dont u guys accept that u guys are fake. U are fraud.
