Updated by Vichithra Around 3times I raised complaints to Appellate authority for the same problem.
Still, NO STEPS TAKEN TO RESOLVE AND NO RESPONSE from your end.
On Sep 21, 3.47PM, I got a message "Thank you for choosing VIDEO PARLOR you have been CHARGED Rs.49 for 7days" - which I have not subscribed.
Even so, i sent an SMS STOP to 155223, for that I got an reply "You are NOT SUBSCRIBED to Any VAS Service"
So I raised a complaint mail to both [protected]@aircel.co.in & appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in.
NO RESPONSE so far.
Again today Sep 27, 4.27PM, I received a message "Your video parlor at Rs.49 for 7days has been RENEWED "
Again Rs.49 has been taken from my account. But this time I can unsubscribe it.
I faced the same problem 2 months back, money deduction from main balance without my knowledge for something which I have not done.
DO I HAVE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT EVERYDAY?
"I NEED A REFUND"
IF YOU AGAIN DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SILLY REASONS, me & my colleagues will SURELY SWITCH NETWORK TO SOME OTHER SERVICES.
IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN WITH AIRCEL FOR MORE THAN 6YRS ?????????
