[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel Postpaid to Prepaid Conversion delay | |||||
Hi, I am frustrated with the customer service provided by Aircel. Customer service agents response to my queries and concerns are very harsh to me. To be specific, executives in Perungudi Aircel Service center are the worst of all. They are talking very rude and do not know how to talk to a customer at all. I have submitted a request for converting my PostPaid to Prepaid on 17th August, 2016. 1-[protected] SR was created for this. And I appeared for the second set of verification on 24th August, 2016 and submitted my documents and paid the unbilled amount + 100 Rs in person. On 19th August, 2016 itself my data usage was blocked as part of migration. But still (12th September, 2016) my connection is not converted to Prepaid. I visited Aircel service center multiple times, their only response is it will be done tomorrow night and that's all. Also I was told that there was some problem with the document verification and backend team called me but my mobile was not reachable. How come I was not reachable for 20 days and that too the call is from the same service provider (Aircel). Because of this delay of 2 weeks, I was forced to pay Rs.511 again but still I didn't get any confirmation on the prepaid conversion. my mobile number is +91-[protected]. Do one thing...port your number to bsnl..the you ll receive call from aircel, say signal availability is poor in your village(even you r living in city)..then after 3 months you changed it to aircel prepaid

Aircel suddenly sends a legal notice after 2-3 years and wrongly claims to have sent reminders and made personal visits for bills outstanding.
Beware of Aircel connections
