I am supratik dutta, a customer of aircel having mobile no.- [protected] (Kolkata) want to say that i have to pay for the services for which i have not opted. Vas services like gameloft club daily is automatically activated without my consent and ihave been charged for the same (Inr 4). I request you to deactivate all such services and refund the amount charged for same. I'll be highly obliged to you.

    Hi i have problem in deactivating full songs download pack if i call or send any msg to (155223) means it says you don't have any plan to deactivate but in my account the consumed charges of 5 rupees regarding full songs download pack plz solve this i hope it will solve... Thankz it is unnecessary issue becoz i didn't activate any plan it automatically activate thorugh internet...

      I have aircel number [protected] for a long time (More than 10 years). My account balance was rs 510/- my last seen. (Two or three days before). I had no used anything still now. But balance deducted rs 139/-of my aircel account. Now my aircel balance is rs 371/-. Please help to refund it. Customer care did not take action or receive call. Customer care close my matter (Service request number 1-[protected] dated 23/12/2017) without resolve.

      Company did not take any action still now.I contact customer care on 23/12/2017 at 7.10 P.M. He tell me to resolved my complain within 24 hours. But in vain & close my complain without refund. (Service no. of this complain is 1-28747957351 Dated 23.12.2017). No e.mail, No SMS & No Call regarding this complain provided from company still yet.

      Company did not take any action still now.I contact customer care on 23/12/2017 at 7.10 P.M. He tell me to resolved my complain within 24 hours. But in vain & close my complain without refund.         Hello sir, i have properly cancelled my aircel postpaid plan ([protected]) by reaching my nearest aircel office in west tambaram, chennai, by signing and giving proof. But later the customer care called and asked to pay the aircel bill for months even after i explained that i have cancelled. Now they are telling that you will receive legal notice for not paying the bill. I'm a genuine customer and check my transaction i didn't even failed to pay my bill on time, but how can i pay the bill without even using the number for months. Please give me a solution to this. Please cancel my number, i'm really frustrated. I lost my hope and trust on aircel now, i even don't refer anyone to use this network. My current number [protected].

          From last 17 days i trying to send port msg but it's showing delivery failed... I call to customer care they said we can't help you may be it's technically issue... I visited services center also they said you have to visit main service center.. It's worst experience with aircel i have 5 aircel no in my family with this experience i am thinking that i should port all 5 numbers i request you to please give me my port no... Please give me some solutions so i can port my sim...

          Still facing same issue I changed two handset I can send another msg but when it's comes to send PORT msg its showing msg failed ... And your response it's too delay. .. it's almost 1 months has over and I'm waiting that I can move on another company ... Your ### customer carr told same things over and over that wait for 48 hrs it's technically issue. If you Guys can't handle technical issues why not leave this company ... I need to port my no ... Other wise I'm going to take this issue with court ...I believe you will respond asao

                          I surinder lal chaudhary is having multiple connections under mobile no [protected], [protected] and [protected] in my name and used by my parents. I have paid every bill time to time but lately i'm
                          Aggrieved by overcharging of bills by aircel. On enquiry i found out that net pack of rs148/-has been activated in all 3 mobile connections since
                          11 june 2016. The said mobile connections are used by my father, mother & aunt who doesn't even have a smart phone. I'm sure that either one of them have n't used even a single bit of that data pack which have been inadvertently added in my bill from a long time. I request your good self to kindly reverse the entire sum of money charged by you 148*17 (Months)*3 conection=2516*3=7548 along with late fee charged by you. Its pertinent to mention here that i have paid all the amount upfront to you without using even a single bit. You can reach me at [protected].

                              Aircel in india is now running a beggar shop company, reasons are :
                              * they just activate any plan to their customers and put an auto renewal for the plan..."thanks for subscribing to rs. 2 aircel pack. Now enjoy, 10 mb 2g data for 1 day. Daily decrement at rs 2 daily, validity 365 days. (Auto renewal)".

                              *at the same time their customer care is unable to entertain either by saying their customer care executives are busy or once they talk they are unable to transfer call to their senior, don't want to give any complaint no., they just say sir unsubscribe the plan... Don't answer satisfactory.

                              *all are so funny for a telecom company... Shame on you aircel

                              *suggestion to aircel: better to stop running a company, so called telecom now and open a beggar shop.

                                  Hi, I am using Aircel since 5years and as my PRIMARY SERVICE PROVIDER.. My main balance was 51.00 rs few days ago. Suddenly I got a msg " Thank you for subscribing PPLAYGAMES and rs 10 has been deducted from your ac. The next day 51 turned into 41, then 31, then 21. It will be deducted till main balance become Rs1.00.
                                  I tried to deactivate it through 155223 buy the IVR is not working. I called customer care 3 times but no resolution provided.

                                  please refund me these 50 rupees ( 30 already deducted and 20 will be deducted)
                                  and deactivate this VAS.

                                    On sunday i have recharged my number with aircel 124 recharge. I have got the message of recharge successfully but the offer is not applied till yet. Every time i call customer care they give the silly reason (Integrity issue, card is in roaming etc) which is not valid according to me. Also every time they lodge a new complaint but there is no response from there side of intimating me about my complaint status. After all when i asked my service request number they say it will be sent through sms and i am still waiting for the sms.

                                    Please look into this
