As i did the recharge of 194 rs the validity was for 28 days n it was unlimited calls n per day 1 gb internet for 28 days but after doing the recharge the validity was for 7 days and only i got 1 gb this is my number [protected] i checked the offer through my number by dailing *121#
you people are cheating the customers and this not the first time its happening its the same issue always i was a customer since past many years but this made me mery upset with ur fraudulent so im porting my number to other network this is my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com

    I bhumika uchil was using aircel no [protected] since years. Off late aircel network went from bad to worst i tried converting my no prepaid visited the branch but no help they said i can't i couldn't make any outgoing calls still would get a bill of 252 rs every month just to keep the number i kept paying but i stopped as the services were getting horrible. People calling from aircel for bill payment also couldn't here me cause of bad network.
    They disconnected my number permenatly all i want is to get my no activated in prepaid connection also i haven't used the number to make any call of surf internet i also want a waiver for tat and apology for all the inconvenience caused to me i want my no activated asap

      Hi sir/madam,

      I want to port my number protected from aircel to jio. But every time i get rejection message from jio, that your port in request is rejected due to upc mismatch. But every time i give the correct upc. Please solve this issue.
      I already have rejected two times due to same reason. But every time i have sent the same upc code.

      I have also connected to aircel operator to resolve the problem but they din't positive response.

      I have received a DE681627 UPC which is wrong because while JIO agent filled out UPC in our software then BSNL operator is visible but my network is Aircel.

      i very disappointed with your customer care the don't want listen to your problem and when i ask for service request number then he told me you will received in after few time but i have not received yet and i have called to customer care again but he did not give me Service request number.

        Sir/madam,
        Aircel always activates services on its own and deducts balance from my account. And when i complain about it to their customer care center, they deny to refund it.
        Today, they deducted ₹35 from my account for some service (Clipzone), which was activated without my permission. And when i asked them to refund it they claimed "i have renewed the service" and thats why its non refundable.
        So, i ask for your help in this matter.

          Hi,

          I was using aircel, i got additional amount in bill after speaking with aircel guys they provided waiver. I am no longer interested in using aircel. I cancelled the connection by paying the amount what have asked. Got no dues letter from aircel surrendered sim. Now i am getting messages and threatening against legal action to pay the outstanding amt which they provided as waiver 334₹. Kindly help in raising complaint against them

          Final remainder! Lokadalat summon notice dispatched due to nonpayment of rs.334 for aircel ac no.1-[protected]. Pay today to avoid legal action.

            Daily pack of rs 1 is on auto activation by aircel which results deduction of rs 1 per day. I have asked to customer care about this deduction of rs 1 per day, they didn't replied well. They are saying that no any service is activated on my number and they can't help in this,
            I am totally disappointed with this disgusting behaviour of aircel they are cheating and deducting money per day. Two times they assured me that it won't happen again, money will not be deducted from tomorrow but they didn't stopped that daily pack. This daily pack has deducted almost 50-60 rupees day by day.
            So i want to deactivate this daily pack from my number and also request for refund because i have never used that pack. Its totally aircel fault because they knew the problem but they had kept this daily pack on auto activation and that is the reason behind this deduction. I requested them alot to stop this daily pack of rs 1 but they are cheating continuously. Its going to be ridiculous with aircel. Very bad service.
            They also stopped my number to contact customer care side. They don't want to talk because they only want to cheat their customers.

                I am trying to change from aircel to vodafone as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 11 12 and 13 november, 2017 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

                        My aircel postpaid number [protected] is not getting valid port code when a port request is sent. It has three alphabet in it. Which not compliant asper trai regulations. So other operators are not accepting my number. I have to port because of signal problem in my building. Please do the needful to get a valid portcode.

                          For the past few weeks i have been getting unnecessary service offer calls from the aircel service provider at an interval of about 10 to 15minutes. I hope you can the annoying situation. I am going through. Many a times i have missed some of my important calls taking it to be another of your service provider calls. Till date i have tried blocking about 60 of the numbers, but new numbers keep popping up every 10 to 15 minutes. I have already sent a grievance to the aircel customer care. The reply mail was they would look into the matter within 2 working days. However almost a week has passed and the calls keep coming. Case like this should be seriously taken action against as one might miss important calls avoiding it to another of the annoying service calls.

                            I tried multiple times to send port out sms from these numbers and like the other 10000 people my port out sms always fails.
                            This is the worst thing you could do just to keep you customers instead of being competitive. I'm surprised why isn't trai not taking strict actions against aircel.

                            Look in to this at the earliest otherwise lll escalate this in every possible way.

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                This is to inform you that i am facing slow internet speed since last 20 days. I contacted aircel customer care help desk 198 & 121 more than 200 times. Along with that i have written more than 12 emails about the issue that instead of recharging rs. 348 i am unable to access internet. They have taken the complain (1-[protected]) but without intimating me closed the case as issue unresolved. Three executive mr. Amzad (Tl), mr. Saumik chaterjee (Sr. Gprs executive) and mr. Himangshu (Sr. Gprs executive) promised me that they will call back and help me out with this issue but they never arranged callback for me. I have spent hours to get it fix but they always disappointed me with their unprofessionalism and falls promises.
                                I would humble request you to please take necessary action against the culprits.

                                      Without any confirmation from me aircel has strted some NDMC170317PI2 pack on my mobile which I m not even made aware about. Charges are also taken, when I made call to care centre it was a complete waste .
